Nicely furnished restaurant with decent food

I almost didn't go here because of the bad reviews. Thank God I did it anyway and ate something here. I had a steak with fries and salad for lunch. This steak was absolutely amazing. I haven't eaten something this good in a long time. They even made an exception for my little son and brought him fried potatoes with vegetables because he doesn't eat anything else. The service was very friendly and always there. Unfortunately they didn't have rhubarb today, but I was allowed to try the apple and pear ragout. Omg that was gooood. I would love to eat here every day. If I'm in the area again I'll definitely come back. Absolutely recommended. A pleasure that makes you happy. Thank you for the food. 😍😋😋😋

Very nice restaurant located right on the water. The decor is bright and clean with plenty of tables for two and four people. My wife and I found the staff to be particularly friendly. The advice on the wine and also the food, we shared a tomahawk steak, was excellent. This applies equally to quality and taste. It certainly wasn't our last visit. We'd love to come back

Delicious breakfast with a large selection of teas, coffees, filter coffee, organic juices, fish salads and and and ... delicious rolls and organic bread. Staff is very friendly, helpful.

Very nice service. The map is exactly right. Good view of the Eider. Definitely one of the best restaurants in Tönning. (Why not 5 stars? Because for me there is still room for improvement in terms of coziness/conviviality and the food is not yet up to par with others (e.g. Salt and Silver or Auntie Clara in SPO).)

A very nice restaurant on the dike where dogs are also allowed in. It only has a small menu, but the supplements are quite limited. But the taste is very good.

This restaurant is a true gem! You feel welcome from the very first second – the stylish ambiance, pleasant lighting, and tasteful decor create a wonderful atmosphere. The food is simply fantastic! Tip: The beef fillet is a culinary experience in a class of its own... Delicious! The service is also excellent: friendly, attentive, and always with a smile. The staff are very knowledgeable about the menu and offer great recommendations. Whether for a special occasion or simply to treat yourself – this restaurant is definitely worth recommending. I would love to come back!

Comfortable and modern ambiance, pleasant, attentive staff. The value for money, however, is abysmal. The cheesecake was carelessly fried, and the fish soup tasted of nothing: unseasoned water with two chunks of fish and a Pacific shrimp swimming in it. Both appetizers. Bland and joyless. With a spritzer, €65. Unbelievable!

We were there for 3 nights - so 3 x breakfasts. Rich buffet with lots of fresh ingredients, a lot of it homemade, delicious breads and rolls. Fruit, yoghurt, quark, cereals, cold cuts, cheese, several homemade delicatessen salads. Juices, jams etc. Real scrambled eggs, sausages, eggs as desired! Great coffee machine with many types and also a large selection of teas. The very friendly breakfast lady always had an eye on everything and refilled everything immediately. If she saw someone looking for something, she was there immediately and asked. Beautiful restaurant with a view of the Eider from every seat. Here in the restaurant, as well as in the entire hotel, it was always very quiet. No matter how many guests were there. So you could really enjoy the many delicacies in peace and quiet.

We celebrated our wedding there and it was simply unforgettable! From planning to implementation, everything was organized absolutely perfectly. Our wedding menu was simply fantastic! From the starter to the dessert, everything was delicious and beautifully presented. The entire team was incredibly committed, professional, attentive and always with a smile on their faces. Our guests were thrilled with the great service! A huge thank you to the entire team for making our big day so special!

Someone who is willing to spend €50 per person for dinner can also expect service. When we entered the restaurant there were maybe 5 tables occupied which gave us a good choice of seating. The cards were then brought to us, but the fork was missing from both of them. Then it filled up quickly. And we felt forgotten. After about 30 minutes our order was taken. After we received our food, I wanted to point out to the waiter that we didn't have any cutlery, but it was gone so quickly and disappeared into the kitchen that I had to ask at the hotel reception. The food tasted good. The prices are very high and certainly appropriate, but the service should also match it.

We had breakfast with our family, including two small children, at the TWEEN restaurant in Tönningen and were absolutely thrilled! The buffet was rich, fresh and lovingly prepared - there was something for every taste. The service was friendly and in a good mood, which added to the pleasant atmosphere. The great location right on the Eider was particularly nice: while we had a relaxed breakfast, we were able to enjoy the wonderful view of the water - a real highlight, even for the little ones. A perfect start to the day! We would love to come back and can absolutely recommend the TWEEN.

Wir waren in Husum bummeln und haben uns auf dem Heimweg für einen Abstecher nach Tönning entschieden. Das tween liegt oben auf dem Deich mit herrlichem Blick auf die Eider. Sehr gemütliches Ambiente, freundlicher Service und gepflegte Getränke. Da wir nicht viel Zeit hatten, haben wir uns für einen kleinen Imbiss entschieden. Alles zusammen war ein Volltreffer, danke für den gelungen Zwischenstopp. Die Speisenkarte und der erste Eindruck hat uns sehr neugierig gemacht, wir kommen wieder ! Mit viel Zeit und Hunger im Gepäck !!!

Hochwertiges Essen, angenehme Atmosphäre und ein einzigartiger Ausblick auf die Eider. Für alle, die Wert auf gutes Essen legen definitiv zu empfehlen!

Wir haben mit vier Personen an einem Freitagabend hier gegessen. Die Gerichte waren gut zubereitet und sahen auch sehr gut aus. Das Essen war schmackhaft, allein die Mengen etwas zu klein. Leider fanden wir alle die Speisen doch etwas zu teuer. Der Service war ok, bis auf kleine Vergesslichkeiten.

The food was fantastic and the service first class. There was a small menu over the holidays, but the selection was still excellent. We ordered three different dishes and each one was delicious - you could clearly taste the high-quality organic quality. The starter and dessert were also absolutely delicious. There is a small deduction for the atmosphere, which unfortunately wasn't that comfortable. Nevertheless, a successful visit – we would love to come back!

Completely inconsistent overall picture: table on Saturday evening in a poorly lit side room, house guests are served attentively, we are not. Very small selection, menu “unfortunately not enough anymore”. When ordering the beef fillet, the message “Beef fillet is now out” comes up. There is no indication in the case of salmon fillet in puff pastry and two types of spinach that the spinach is served raw as a salad, so unfortunately we get salad as a starter and salad as a side dish. We sit in front of empty glasses for what feels like an eternity, no service staff comes by. After the main course, half of the table is cleared, and we clear the rest ourselves onto an empty table. We ask for the dessert menu without success. You get the impression that the staff wants to call it a day. Very frustrating evening.

Wir waren zu dritt am 1. Weihnachtstag zum Brunch im Restaurant/Hotel. Ich hatte mehr erwartet: der Service war zwar nicht unfreundlich, eher nicht wirklich präsent. Das kalte und warme Buffet hat uns sowohl von der Auswahl als auch geschmacklich nicht überzeugt. Die Lage des Restaurants ist allerdings wirklich schön, das wird aber kein Grund zum Wiederkommen sein.

I was with my tween girlfriend. The beef fillet was cooked to perfection and the Brussels sprouts were also highly recommended. My friend had half the duck, tender and juicy. The red wine was delicious and left me wanting more. Therefore, we decided to stay overnight in the attached hotel at short notice. The dessert is also a highlight.

We had a nice meal with good friends. Chic restaurant and attentive service. The tomahawk steak was perfect and super tasty. We'll definitely be back.

Every visit to tween is a culinary experience. There are always new dishes to discover and I enjoy the creativity of the entire kitchen team. This also includes the beautifully prepared dishes. At the Eiderstedt buffet, the chef regularly checks to see if everything is OK.  The staff is extremely polite and attentive and takes excellent care of each guest.  There is a good atmosphere here, everyone is relaxed and I just enjoy it. The restaurant is cozy and modern at the same time. I'm really looking forward to the next visit, whether as a couple or with friends, we're in perfect hands here and always have a great time.

Sehr schönes Ambiente. Dezent weihnachtlich geschmückt. Halbe Bratente mit Rotkohl, Rosenkohl, Klößen sehr lecker. Nette, aufmerksam, freundliche Bedienung. Sehr zu empfehlen!

Unfortunately we were pretty disappointed. When we made the reservation, we specifically pointed out that there would be a birthday child with us. This was completely ignored, which we thought was a real shame... in the future we would rather go somewhere else where you will be celebrated and treated appropriately. The food was also rather mediocre, which isn't a bad thing in general, but it's a disgrace given the high prices. You should expect more quality and major mistakes shouldn't happen either. The ambience also left something to be desired... music that was way too loud and Christmas songs on a constant loop, which only gave us a headache. All in all more than disappointing and not worth the journey.

The food was very good, although I would describe the vegetable curry as a lentil curry. The products are fresh and very tasty. The staff was nice, the atmosphere was pleasant. Second visit, and the tortellini with pumpkin seeds, duck, salmon and feta cheese in batter were excellent! Thank you very much!

Small room, cozy clean and high quality. Breakfast is exceptionally good and the staff is very nice. The atmosphere in this hotel is extremely pleasant and the price for bed and breakfast is reasonable.

The four of us stopped in and after 50 minutes. finally received the drinks. The food was not received as ordered (entrecôte medium raw was served well done). It's not clear what the curry described has in common with a curry. Staff not unfriendly but not professional. I can only recommend the restaurant to a limited extent.

Unfortunately we're not entirely convinced... On the one hand, we think that there is no appropriate price-performance ratio. We often go out to eat and enjoy eating out, from simple Greek restaurants to Michelin-starred restaurants, everything is there. However, asking EUR 25 for tagliatelle in mushroom cream sauce with parmesan and rocket is quite risky. Leaf salads also start at EUR 15... Organic or not, that's too "expensive" and perhaps also explains why the restaurant was only sparsely attended on a Saturday evening. The young service team was very friendly and tried hard, but also uncoordinated. Drinks took a very long time, food came quickly, was quite tasty and we liked it, but in my opinion that doesn't justify the high prices.

Very tasty food in a nice atmosphere! Great service! Even though the kitchen closes at 9 p.m. and we were only there at 8:50 p.m., everything worked out great! Very courteous, open and friendly service!

Absolutely thrilled! The restaurant far exceeded my expectations. As soon as you enter, you can feel the warm, inviting atmosphere, which, combined with the calm music, immediately makes you feel good. The interior is stylish and modern without sacrificing coziness. The food is really great. Perfectly balanced spices, fresh ingredients and a creative presentation make every dish an experience. The service is great: friendly, attentive and competent. You can tell that the team puts their heart and soul into it and really cares about the guests. Special requests were also fulfilled without any problems. Price-performance ratio is absolutely right here. The price level is more than justified for the quality and service. Conclusion: The organic restaurant Tween is a culinary gem and definitely worth a visit. I'll definitely be back!

The food, service and ambience were a 10/10. From now on we will arrange a little detour with you every time we go on vacation to the North Sea.

Went there spontaneously for breakfast. Basically a nice reception but after that… Breakfast buffet was very manageable, only one employee for everything and he was at his personal limit. Coffee filter and machine was a complete disaster!!! The table was not cleared promptly so that everything was piled up. Then the price, €25.50 each for adults and €10 each for kids. All in all very sobering.

I was walking in the area and was craving a sweet snack. So when I saw that vegan and organic food was offered here, I stopped here. Super delicious! And very friendly! I'll go there again to have lunch. Update: Went there again for dinner and - as expected - it was very tasty. I chose the tagliatelle with mushrooms, which was served with grated Parmesan and rocket. Highly recommended.

Wonderful, large rooms that inspire you with a feel-good atmosphere as soon as you enter. Very good beds, spacious bathroom. The very good restaurant is highly recommended! The friendly friendliness of the employees is outstanding. It's definitely not the last time I've been here!

We visited the restaurant and took part in the Eiderstedt buffet. The food was consistently great. There was something for everyone (soup, roast, potatoes, vegetables, rice, fish, smoked fish, cheese platter, sausage platter, various salads, various desserts, Frisian cake, bread). It was super tasty. The staff was very friendly. I can't say anything about the hotel itself.

By far the best restaurant in Tönning and the surrounding area! I was particularly surprised by the fried fish. Not comparable to Backfisch other restaurants. The service was also very nice.

Atmosphere + Delicious! --We went here spontaneously after checking out our rental bicycles on the corner of the same location. Good options on the menu! We went back a 2nd time on this visit to Tönning. We will see you all again soon!

The restaurant is located in the Hotel Be Bio. The welcome from the service was very nice and accommodating. With a little luck you can get one of the tables with a view of the Eider. But the guest room is also very tastefully decorated and you immediately feel at home. The service is friendly and unobtrusive. We had classic dishes like the fried fish, steak and schnitzel which all had a little twist and really stood out. But the vegetable curry, the smashed potatoes and the pike perch on lentils were also great. The desserts weren't too sweet which we really enjoyed. Compliments to the cuisine and service and thank you for a great evening!

We came across this hotel by chance during a stopover. A real stroke of luck. I would particularly like to highlight the restaurant. Anyone who has ever bought organic products will appreciate the price-performance ratio. Quality, taste and friendly service were also great! I wish there was a restaurant like this where I live!

This is my new place of comfort. The hotel is centrally located 3 minutes by bike from the market square. Ideal for our trips by train and bikes. The room with a wonderfully calming view of the Eider is quiet and beautiful. In the hotel/restaurant we were always served courteously and our wishes were taken into account. We will come back

Great restaurant in an idyllic location directly on the Eider. Modern furnishings, extremely tasty food made from organic products and very friendly and attentive staff. You can also eat well here as a day guest.

I was here to eat after a long walk along the dike, the surroundings are great and the food was soooo delicious, I had potato rösti as a starter (I finally ate some again that were clearly homemade), very tasty, and for the main course I had Königsberger Klopse They were just like grandma's, so very good in general, a very pleasant restaurant, I think organic is great. definitely worth recommending :)

We have been going on vacation to SPO for many years. This time we wanted to try something new and discovered this pearl in Tönning right on the Eider. Great location, very, very nice service and just great food. This chef can really do something. We were so excited the first time that we went back with our friends and again. I've eaten there three times, everything was great three times and the food was great. I'm really critical and get annoyed when I have to spend good money on mediocre food - or worse. Everything is just really good. Starters, main courses, dessert, service, ambience - very cool 🤩

Absolutely underrated restaurant that has a tasty menu (excellent organic products and seasonal and regional ingredients). Food prepared with love, beautiful ambience, courteous and polite staff, magnificent view of the Eider and - if important - sufficient parking space in front of the door. We are on vacation in the nearby hotel, but we would come back to eat here any time if we were in the corner. Thank you very much and see you soon!

Das Frühstücksbuffet war gut, es fehlte aber Fisch. Für ein Restaurant in Tönning gehört einfach Fisch dazu. Der Service war sehr gut, bei der Erdnuss Creme war das Glas schon fast leer. Das bestellte Rührei war sehr gut. Der Blick auf das Meer war sehr schön. 

We were external guests in the restaurant and were very impressed. We were the only guests, but that wasn't unpleasant at all. The service was great. Likewise the ambience and the view. The burger was very tasty and plentiful and the price-performance ratio was very good. The roulade and side dishes were also great. However, the portion was a bit too small in relation to the price. We would definitely come again!

Die Kürbis-Chili-Suppe war sehr schmackhaft und auch optisch sehr ansprechend serviert. Der Rindfleisch-Burger war von guter Fleischqualität und hat wie auch die Fritten super-lecker geschmeckt. Der Service war war sehr aufmerksam und sehr freundlich auf eine authentische Art und Weise.

Das Essen ist super! Wir sind eher anspruchsvolle Restaurantgänger und waren positiv überrascht von der tollen Qualität der Gerichte. Die Zutaten waren frisch, in Bio-Qualität (was eher selten vorzufinden ist) und geschmacklich alles sehr lecker. Das Personal war sehr aufmerksam und freundlich - eine klare Empfehlung, wenn man in Tönning zu Besuch ist!

Das Restaurant ist top. Neuere und erweiterte Speisenkarte ( im Vergleich zum Vorjahr) und sehr sehr leckeres Essen!!! Der Service war sehr nett, aufmerksam und zuvorkommend + Eiderblick- ein toller Abend!

Hier kann man mit Blick auf die Eider sehr gut essen. Freundlicher Service, eine übersichtliche, trotzdem einladende Karte und ein schmuckes Ambiente. Das Essen kommt zügig und ist schmackhaft. Wir hatten zwei verschiedene Burger, die gut zubereitet waren ... wir können das Restaurant ohne Wenn und Aber empfehlen.

Meiner Rezension des Hotels ist für das Restaurant nichts hinzuzufügen. Alles tiptop und ausgezeichnet, wirklich empfehlenswert!

Liebes Team, ich war 2 Nächte mit Frühstück bei Ihnen. Die Zimmer sind sehr modern und schön ausgestattet, auch das Buffet ist sehr gut und lecker. Leckeres Abendessen konnte ich ebenfalls 2 Abende genießen. Für jeden Geschmack ist etwas auf der Karte und die Getränke sind vom Wasser/Kaffee/Wein/Mischgetränke inkl. Alkoholfreier Getränke sehr gut. Schön ist die Lage zum Wasser, auch mit Hund kann man hier ein Zimmer erhalten. In der heutigen Zeit darf die Ladestation für E Autos nicht vergessen werden, dies hat einwandfrei geklappt. Komme gerne wieder !

Sehr empfehlenswertes Hotel und Restaurant. Sehr freundlicher Service, gepflegtes Ambiente mit hochwertigen Materialien, überzeugend gelebtes Bio-Konzept, geniale Lage direkt an der Eider. Wir sind zum dritten Mal hier und kommen bestimmt wieder.

Wir waren zu zweit im Restaurant, hatten einen tollen Platz, sowie freundliche Kellner*innen. Das Essen war wunderbar, wir hatten jeweils eine Vorspeise, ein Hauptgericht und teilten uns anschließend ein Dessert. Mit jeweils zwei Aperitif und einer großen Flasche Wasser haben wir 87€ bezahlt. Unsere Speisen waren unglaublich gut abgestimmt, die Lebensmittel hatten außerdem eine herausragende Qualität. Jederzeit wieder!

War neulich mit meiner Freundin dort essen, weil wir Lust auf Burger hatten und es in Tönning auch keine Alternative gab. Haben den Deichburger und den Fischburger probiert und waren begeistert! Selbstgemachtes Brot, gutes Bio Fleisch bzw. Bio Fisch! Alles in Allem definitiv zu empfehlen und gerne wieder!
