Besitos Würzburg in Würzburg

We were quickly seated without a reservation. Ordering took a little longer because the service took some time. The food itself came quite quickly. The sweet potato fries were very good. Also the dip for the chicken wings. What disappointed us were the mushrooms marinated in garlic. No trace of garlic, but all the more oil, which is a shame. The croquets were good, but almost €5 for three pieces is just very expensive. Apart from the scampi. 3 of these cost a whopping €10. We had even more dishes and ended up paying a whopping €48 for the two of us. The friend I was there with didn't even get full and then bought herself a kebab. All in all, the taste of the food is okay, but very expensive. Okay for a small hunger in between, but not suitable as a main meal.

The staff were nice and friendly, but they kicked us out at 0:30 to close down even though their closing time was 2:00 on google maps and we still haven't finished our drinks. The cocktails were not good at all either.

We came spontaneously on Friday evening and managed to get space for eight people. Even though I didn't drink alcohol, I was very positive about it

Super delicious tapas in a relaxed atmosphere when it's not that crowded. We had a table for two, which was actually quite nice until 5 more people sat down right next to it. There was only a bar between us and we were one step lower, otherwise it felt like there were seven of us at a table. We actually wanted to have a cocktail after dinner, but that was just too close to the adjacent table for me, as this group also communicated relatively loudly with each other and it was hardly possible for two of us to have a conversation... what a shame!

I actually had a nice evening with friends at Besitos. But the “bouncer”/instructor was unfortunately very unfriendly. We had reserved for 18 people but only received a table for 14 people. When additional chairs had to be brought in, he was extremely annoyed and not only rude to us, but also to a very nice waitress. I don't think that's okay with the employees, but also not with the guests. Wouldn't his job actually be to support the employees and welcome the guests and accompany them to their seats in a friendly manner? ... was here for the first time and unfortunately that's what I remember most. Too bad!

Great tapas and delicious cocktails! Not only is the selection of tapas wonderful, but also the quality. Plus very good cocktails - what more could you want. The service was also excellent, our wishes were taken into account :-)! Very friendly and attentive staff! The ambience is great... cozy and nicely decorated. In summer you can also sit outside wonderfully. We'd love to come back.

I've been a regular here for years and always enjoy eating. You can go here with vegans, vegetarians and carnivores.

I ate at Besitos for the first time with my work colleagues after our team event. There were 9 of us. The service was super friendly and took our drink order, which didn't take long to arrive. Cheers to homemade tangerine-ginger lemonade! After our big decision - who would take what - our food orders were taken. Crazy, even though around 40 tapas were ordered, everything came to our table correctly, beautifully prepared and hot quite quickly and at the same time. Someone kept coming to take away the already empty plates so that we had more space at the table or to pick up new drinks. The service, the food and also the price/performance ratio speak for themselves! Really a nice restaurant and certainly not our last visit!

Went to Besitos Essen at the beginning of December 2024 with 9 people. The reception was great, and I also thought the ambience and service were great. However, I found the food to be average. In my opinion, the portions were far too small. I was also disappointed in the taste. Service 5/5 Ambience 4/5 Taste 2.5/5 Price 3/5 There are better tapas restaurants.

Waitress super rude, poor food, and bar tender super rude. Food nothing to do with Spanish one.

The drinks were more watered-down and a little too high for the price. I found one bartender's humor rather inappropriate.

There are only 3 stars here, although the food was good I would come again but when it was my birthday I didn't get a free cocktail even though 12 people obviously sang loudly for me. 2 months before it was my sister's birthday and she got a free cocktail and 1 month after my birthday my friend too. But otherwise still good here

We ate at Besitos very often. Were very disappointed this time. Portions have become very small! Taste bad. We won't eat in Besitos anymore for that price.

By far the WORST restaurant in Wurzburg, tasteless food, and careless service, not even close to REAL SPANISH food, patatas bravas horrible the dip taste from a can, the spinach croquetas were COLD and tasteless, the chipirones were chewy, the only redeemable was the CHORIZO "good" enough, by far the worst "Spanish food" i have tried.

Very loud, since cocktail dice was the order of the day and the time had already moved on... The ambience, apart from the unpleasant smell that hit your nose as soon as you entered, was quite in keeping with the motto of the restaurant. The wine was good, the service was quick, but the table and the reading material on the house's offerings were pretty stuck together. The target audience here is more likely to be students who are prone to severe headaches the next day.

Great service and great boss :) Honest answer to follow-up days. The cocktails are good and worth the price!!!

Update October 2024: Unfortunately not so great this time. Poorly trained staff. They were first implemented and then our order was forgotten. Food was so-so... Very noisy atmosphere. Seating in the courtyard was nice, tapas were very tasty

I drank 4 beers there at 0.5 each priced at €5.20. When I asked the waitress for a small glass of tap water with the fourth beer, I was only told that they didn't serve tap water and that I should order a bottle. Afterwards I just put the money on the table (without a tip of course) and left without a word. This store will never see me again! Edit: The mistake wasn't with the friendly waitress, she wanted to bring me a glass of tap water, when she came back she informed me about what was written above, so I don't think the owner's answer is justified...

Everything good, the food pretty good. The normal service. The place is very nice. If it's important to anyone: there is no phone signal and the WiFi works very poorly. But if you don't mind too much: it's a good place to disconnect a little. Affordable prices and everything good in general.

Small, delicious tapas prepared with attention to detail, nice ambience and attentive service. Absolute recommendation: Pinchos de Res, Hamburguesa Besitos, Ensaladilla de espinaca con queso, Pimientos de Padrón and, as a sweet finish, the Churros!

We got a corner all by ourselves and ate a lot of very different Spanish inspired foods and had Spanish beers. It was a great experience and I would recommend it. They teach you Spanish in the bathroom.

The tapas was not good. The drinks were very nice, especially the Bombay basil cocktail, but we were quite disappointed with the food. There wasn't a lot of food for the amount we paid. I know it's tapas and traditional it's supposed to be a snack but if you are going to sell it as a dinner, there should be enough food in the 'classic set meal' for a full evening meal. Some of the tapas even came out not as described on the menu, they gave calamari instead of chipirones (small distinction but chipirones are much nicer than calamari).

Great service. We celebrated a birthday with a large group. The team was extremely friendly and accommodating throughout. Max took excellent care of us and we will come back any time!!!!

We had an unforgettable evening here! The atmosphere is simply awesome and relaxed. It's rare to experience such warm hospitality - it almost feels like you're on holiday in Spain! A real insider tip for everyone who appreciates good food, delicious drinks and great company.

The food was average. The tapas are overpriced for this quality. Nothing really tasted very good, most of it was mediocre. I definitely wouldn't come a second time. Service was good and friendly. The ambience is boring in the restaurant opposite in the back yard.

Way too expensive. Ordered the plates for two each. One vegetarian and one classic. Unfortunately it wasn't tasty and there was very little. The homemade lemonades all consist of syrup, mineral water and half a slice of lemon. Can't understand the many good reviews

For around €30 per person, we didn't get anywhere near full. Catastrophic prices for extremely small portions.

bottomless. overpriced, bad service. Price performance is not correct in any respect. Pity.

Food underground. Skin on the aioli, super small portions, not seasoned, some tapas were simply missing, but were on the bill. Service was nice. But definitely not worth recommending! If you value good food and good service, you've come to the wrong place!

The tapas restaurant has a pretty nice courtyard and indoor area, you just have to be careful not to accidentally end up in the other restaurant next door as the terrace is shared. There is a small selection of vegan tapas, but there is definitely room for improvement. The price of the restaurant is relatively average, as tapas are always a little more expensive. However, the portions are sometimes very small. (See pictures). In terms of taste, most of the tapas were quite good, but not particularly good either. However, I really can't recommend the El Clásico bread. The service was okay so far. I would say you can go - but you don't have to. Not good value for money: The food tasted good, unfortunately the tapas portions are extremely small. In Spain they are usually twice as big! The tapas platter for two can easily be eaten alone...

The tapas are definitely a change from “normal” food. The staff was very friendly. The tapas were mostly very good. The ambience is nice. We didn't like the fact that we suddenly had to give up our place for other guests. This should have been said upon arrival or when making the reservation (especially since you could move the other guests to another table). The price/performance ratio doesn't really suit me.

We were here at Besitos and unfortunately it wasn't satisfactory. The service was great, but the food was far too little for the prices (5-6 euros per small bowl) (see pictures). There definitely needs to be improvements. We then complained and got a 20% discount, but that has to be right from the start. Maybe one of those responsible reads this and can react.

Boss was super rude when asked a simple question, the bartender even badmouthed it was just a temporary worker and she had no idea but the condition (male) was super nice!!! Boss just doesn't work at all, you can say in a different tone that something doesn't exist and not hanging out the "boss" comes across as very arrogant. He can be lucky that he has such great waitresses, but they still left because of the rude boss.

We went to Besitos for tapas dinner on May 24th! Apart from the good tapas and the beautiful ambience, the (consistent!) friendliness of the staff is particularly noteworthy. I haven't experienced this "concentration" in Würzburg for a long time. TOP!!

I ordered grilled vegetables for almost €6 and got 3 half slices of zucchini and 3 thumbnail small pieces of pepper, the rest were onions. It doesn't work at all! 😭😢 When I complained, the only reply I gave was succinctly: “I’ll pass it on to the kitchen”. No further reaction. 🙈 There were also very few sweet potato fries and far too dark (burnt). It's not worth another visit here. 🙅‍♀️

Solid tapas restaurant that could use a bit of authenticity. The service is very good and the atmosphere is appealing.

Despite there being free tables, the waitress loudly called us across the room to the bar and pointed out that there were no free seats. (which of course we didn't know). When we asked if he still had a spot available, he wanted to lecture us, which we went straight to. Apparently some restaurateurs are still doing quite well despite the tax increase 🙂

Von der Reservierung bis zur Zahlung lief alles reibungslos. Sehr guter Service. Da das Lokal gut besucht war, musste man sich dementsprechend laut unterhalten.

The service was very nice. But that was it. The food: a complete disappointment. The tapas platter for two for just under €40 included burnt prunes wrapped in bacon, a few tasteless potatoes with an unimaginative, tasteless ready-made sauce, a few completely dried out calamari, two mini chicken skewers and two small meatballs in tomato sauce. Absolutely not recommended, sorry!

Zuerst einmal: Essen toll und Service sehr freundlich und super bemüht. Manko: wir haben über eine Stunde gewartet, bis wir unser Essen hatten: Das ist eine extrem lange Wartezeit und schön wäre gewesen, wenn der Service es vllt vorab kommuniziert hätte, dass es zu längeren Wartezeiten kommt. Alles in allem waren wir aber sehr zufrieden - wo in Würzburg findet man sonst schon noch Tapas ;) Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder

Leider haben wir über 1 Stunde auf unser Essen gewartet. Als Entschädigung bot man leider nur einen Espresso vor dem Essen an, fanden wir ein bisschen schwach. Das entsprach auch nicht den guten Erfahrungen, die wir früher im Besitos gemacht haben.

Erwartungsgemäß war am Valentinstag viel los und so mussten wir ziemlich lange auf unser Essen warten. Unsere nachbestellte Sauce kam nach 30 Minuten und auch erst auf Nachfrage, da hatten wir schon eigentlich keinen Hunger mehr. Auf Nachtisch haben wir dann verzichtet. Es gab zu Beginn einen kostenlosen Sekt, was super war. Leider war mein Glas sehr schmutzig. Insgesamt habe ich den Eindruck, dass sowohl Essen als auch Service nachgelassen hat. Die Cocktails sahen allerdings sehr gut aus.

Schon eingerichtetes Restaurant mit freundlicher und aufmerksamer Bedienung. Preis Leistung für das Essen stimmt meiner Meinung nach nicht wirklich. Teilweise zu teuer. Getränke dagegen gut. Lautstärke war bei vollem Restaurant zeitweise unangenehm um eine Unterhaltung zu führen.

Besitos is the perfect restaurant for every occasion. The food is super tasty, the service is super fast, everyone is friendly and the cocktails are dangerously delicious too. Price/performance is also great and therefore suitable for students if you don't want to spend a fortune on a few cocktails. I can only recommend a visit to this tapas bar to everyone! It's particularly worthwhile on a Monday, as the cocktails can always be rolled in the Cocktail Casino!

We had a wonderful evening here. Our friend had the tapas with pancakes twice and we have to say that the portion overwhelmed us. The guy ordered 2 straight away because he was so hungry and was overwhelmed by 2 huge portions. I can really only recommend it. Bon hunger to future customers :)

The food was really delicious, just a little bit expensive for such small portions, but still within reason. That's how it is in the catering industry. The service was attentive and friendly and the volume was okay, but it wasn't that crowded either. Overall, I highly recommend this restaurant, will definitely come again!

War wieder sehr lecker und top Service! Nur die Portionen sind im Vergleich zu unserem letzten Besuch leider kleiner geworden. Aber ein Besuch lohnt sich trotzdem!

Der Preis war einfach spitze (Vor allem mit Bamberg verglichen)😀Was uns besonders gefiel das man auch mit der Zeit mitgeht beim Essen egal ob es der Linsensalat , die Rote Beete mit Apfel oder die Chorizo mit Kichererbsen waren !

Sind gestern spontan nach dem Besuch auf dem Weihnachtsmarkt am Abend hier rein...und obwohl voll wurden uns noch 2 Plätze an der Bar angeboten. Wir haben sehr gut gegessen...und die Coctails werden mit reichlich Alkohol gemixt. Die Crew locker und cool und sehr Service orientiert. War ein geiler Abend...jederzeit wieder

Alles in allem war es ganz okay und auch lecker...das "experimentieren" und neugierig sein, ist ja genau das Spannende am Besitos. Und kostenmäßg läppert sich natürlich was zusammen, wenn man zu zweit 6-8 Tapas bestellt und noch 1-2 Getränke trinkt. Was gar nicht ging, was die Musik. Teilweise dachten wir, es versehentlich die CD von Fasching eingelegt (mal übertrieben dargestellt). In einem spanischen Restaurant, sollte unserer Meinung dann auch ein bisschen landestypische Musik abgespielt werden. Personal war auf Zack und sehr nett !

Halloumi trocken, manche Tapas zu teuer, ziemlich laut und auch sehr eng, aber gute Bedienung und sehr schnell war das Essen da.

Einfach fantastisch! Lukas war unsere großartige Bedienung – super nett und aufmerksam. Die Cocktails waren hervorragend. Toller Abend!
