Chicken casserole called described with turkey meat in the listing. Received: Pasta with very liquid cream sauce and canned champions without meat, baked with cheese! Upon request, over-seasoned meat was put on top and a quick sprinkle of cheese was added. The Hawaiian pizza: you had to look for the tomato sauce and pineapple, if these ingredients had been on it it would have been tasty, pizza base was good. Over-seasoned salad. Toilet very much in need of renovation. Men's toilet wash hands not possible. Faucet broken. Male conditions not friendly. Not recommended the “restaurant”.

Something orientally different, super seasoned, great flatbread, gladly again. And the staff shortage is hitting here too.

Very lovely family, very caring and kind, food was fine, but the restaurant needs to urgently scale up the hygiene. One example, the tableclothing was dirty when we arrived and we had a reservation. Therefore only 2 stars, even though the food was well cooked. But it’s also about an atmosphere if I go to a restaurant.

Food came on time and quickly in the tin box but it looked very unappetizing, just as plain as it came from the assembly line in the school food kitchen...no accessories and no extras for around €10 per meal...

A few schnitzel fans seem to have conspired against Arabs here 😅 Mean. We as a family were very satisfied. The food was tasty (we ordered shawarma, eggplant starter and fries), it was delivered reasonably quickly, the service was very friendly, and the price was really reasonable. We would be happy to come back and hope that the restaurant will be around for a long time :)

Fraud! I ordered a schnitzel Milano with vegetables and some watery, gray mass that tasted like nothing was breaded and delivered to me. It wasn't real meat at all, but a meat substitute product. I advise everyone not to order there

We ordered schnitzel, the Hawaii schnitzel and the Milano schnitzel. Advertised as chicken schnitzel, we would be very disappointed. The flesh is featureless, gray?? and has the consistency of liver sausage, I have the feeling that it's not real meat. Fries in an aluminum box? Why?? Vegetables are only frozen. All in all very disappointing, I will never order from them again.

We waited more than two hours for our food. When you call the restaurant it's busy, so the receiver was probably left aside. The food was also barely edible and cold. Really a disgrace for the price. Furthermore, the order delivered wasn't even correct. For me it was the worst experience I have ever had with a restaurant.

Very tasty authentic Arabic food! From the homemade falafel to the deliciously seasoned and juicy, crispy brushed chicken, everything tasted great. Only the fries weren't really crispy, but I hardly expect that when the food is delivered, but they still tasted very good. The delivery was on time within the specified delivery period and also with a friendly delivery person. I'm just really happy to finally be able to get good Arabic cuisine in Greifswald again. I don't understand why there has to be schnitzel, pizza, etc. on the menu, but I certainly don't let that bother me. I can only recommend ordering here to anyone who appreciates Arabic dishes or would like to try their hand at culinary delights. And you can also take home a 10% discount on the already very fair prices when you pick it up yourself. ;)

Delicious! I don't understand why this restaurant is rated so poorly. The food is homemade and not frozen stuff like many other shops here in town!

Today I ate at Beroea for the first time. When we arrived we felt welcome straight away. The service was super friendly and gave us the best advice. We had a starter variation with muhamara, homus, mutabal, baba ganoush and grape leaves. You should be prepared for some new spices. Every dish was unique in taste but no matter what you tasted, there were culinary delights. The main course was a grilled platter with kebab and shish taouk, plus a particularly specialty Majuua minced lamb stuffed with cheese and other great delicacies. Each dish is served with plenty of side dishes and the grill plate for 1 person would have been enough for 2 people. But be careful, your tongue can be prepared for a lot. Mine was slightly numb at times because you collect so many spices and impressions that as a European you are easily overwhelmed. Conclusion If you want to experience something completely new and Arabic cuisine, Beroea is the place to be. I think it's great that so many dishes are made with love and the price-performance ratio is also right. I am thrilled and look forward to my next visit. Sukran 🫶 P.S. 0 stars! Schnitzel was still half RAW inside! Fries as if they had just been thawed and warmed up a bit in the microwave, casserole was sober and a few vegetables with water... nothing more. I've never had such bad food. Bella Italia was 1000x better!

Ordered two sandwiches 2 hours before closing - almost 3 hours later still nothing, the store has been closed for an hour and no one answers the phone. The whole time it says "line busy" the phone must have been placed next to it so that no one can complain (tried to call 20 times within 30 minutes). No feedback, nothing! Juice shop! I don't recommend ordering there, which is actually a shame because the food was relatively good.

I have no idea what these strange fake reviews are about, where an argument supposedly breaks out in the kitchen and dishes are smashed, especially the reviews are all similar with small differences. I say that's Bs, the food was good and you were served immediately, and the staff were really very friendly!

The food was excellent and warm, the chicken was very tender and deliciously marinated. The pickled side dishes went well with the meal and tasted very fresh, the price-performance ratio was also very good, as a fat person I was well fed. There's nothing to complain about in terms of service and the ambience was average.

Ordered food and we had to wait almost 2 hours, in the end we had a cold and floury pizza on our plate.

We were there to celebrate our annual end of rehabilitation sport. The kitchen is completely unknown to me. But the Syrian coffee already suggested good things. The main meal was very tasty, but cold. (but that could also be intentional) Price performance great! I'll definitely come back or have it delivered to me. All the best and good luck!

The Beroea is an extremely nice restaurant that specializes in Arabic cuisine. However, there are also burgers, pizzas and various casseroles. Each dish is listed on the menu with its individual components. I had dinner there with my family. My father wasn't sure which appetizer to choose, so he asked the extremely friendly staff for a recommendation. The starter was served beautifully presented. We also received a basket of very tasty and thin bread, which was perfect for eating the starter with. We also received the offer of more bread if we needed any more. When the moment arrived, we were immediately served freshly made bread. During the meal we were asked about our satisfaction and were also asked if we needed anything else. The main courses were also served very nicely. The food lacked nothing. It was incredible and a real taste explosion. I had no previous experience with Arabic cuisine, but I can say that I was completely convinced. During the meal we were asked about our well-being. In the end we ordered baklava as dessert and we weren't disappointed at all. In summary, we met an all-round friendly, courteous and committed staff who always inquired about and cared about our satisfaction. The food was also extremely tasty and beautifully prepared. I can absolutely recommend the restaurant to anyone who appreciates good food and a very nice and committed staff. So I can only recommend the restaurant to everyone. Restairant is now called Beroera. Arabic restaurant. Food and service were top. Went to the celebration with around 60 colleagues. If you had any questions about the food, the employees were right there and explained what you could find on the buffet. Furnishings from Bella Italia. But functional.

I wanted to go to Bella Italia with my wife... and suddenly there was an Arab in there... we stayed there and gave it a chance... and didn't regret it: Highly recommended, delicious, interesting, varied food... what the... I don't understand comments about the lack of service, everyone was nice and polite and child-friendly, food came quickly, tea beforehand was on the house... so we'll be back

This is an Arabic restaurant with a good range of options. The food was decent and tasted good but the portions were on the small side. I would suggest to always order appetisers. The service was very slow and they just let us be! So if you want to sit for a while without being disturbed, then this is a good place to go; for me, I would like them to check in on us and remove the dirty dishes regularly. Our starter dishes were there until we left! The staff were nice but not so communicative.

The food we ordered was not according to the menu. Absolutely not. The starter was cold and the main course was missing all of the ingredients. For example, chicken skewers, grilled eggplant, onions, tomatoes, etc. We imagine ourselves to be oriental differently.

The menu in the restaurant does not match the flyer in the display case outside. Many spelling errors in the card. After months of reopening, the alcohol menu is not yet ready. When paying, the waiter asked what he had to give out. Pretty dirty under the table. And the whole time we had the feeling we were in a fish restaurant. First - the owner changed about 3 months ago. Now there is an Arabic restaurant in the premises, it is called "Beorea". There are primarily Arabic dishes, but also pizza. Anyone who is offended by women wearing headscarves who may also be serving is in the wrong place here. The food was very tasty at moderate prices. Very friendly service, explained if you had any questions about the food. The composition of the dishes can also be found in the menu. You can park very close by. There is still more of a maritime flair in the dining room than an Arabian one, but everything takes time. In any case, this restaurant is an asset to Greifswald. Again: food great, prices moderate, restaurant family-run, very friendly - will definitely come back.

The name says Bella Italia, but they are not Italian... there were about 4-5 men in the restaurant and a woman with a headscarf was behind the counter, the only language spoken was Arabic or something similar. No other guests were there, the tables were clean, but not a bit "decorated", a bare table so to speak. Everyone was nice, no question about it, but we left because we didn't like the whole atmosphere. I'm certainly not biased, but I still have the freedom of choice and if I don't feel comfortable, I leave.

Erst Mitte August 2023 von einer syrischen Familie übernommen. Leider sehr lange Wartezeiten und keine Kenntnis von der Gastronomie. Das spiegelt sich im Service wieder. Nachfragen können kaum oder gar nicht beantwortet werden. Ich kann es absolut nicht empfehlen.

Heftige Getränkepreise für den dazu gebotenen „Service“. Wenn man Glück hat bekommt man auch ein Glas zur Flasche. Ewige Wartezeiten. Neue Betreiber und neuer Name „Beroea“. Sie müssen noch sehr viel lernen.

The restaurant is no longer what it once was. The new owners seem to be quite overwhelmed with the topic of gastronomy, and there were sometimes cards with pizza in them and sometimes not. We waited a good 30 minutes for the drinks and how come we still didn't have any drinks. We then left the restaurant. Waiting for food probably would have taken hours.

The pizzeria was recommended to us, but unfortunately I can't say anything about the food because the online order via Pizzango.de didn't even reach the restaurant... But money was debited directly. At least Paypal refunded it to me directly. The only tip I can give is not to order via the specified website (Pizzango).

Wir waren for Ort mit Hund, wurden freundlich bedient und die Freundlichkeit zum Kind und Hund war spitze. Da wir einen günstigen Ort suchten waren wir hier gut aufgehoben. Ambiente war echt schick, leider war die Sauberkeit nur okay. Das Essen, war naja. Beim überbackenen Schafskäse war weniger Käse mehr tomate, das Pizzabrot war ein halbes baguette aus dem Aldi. Überbacken mit Schafskäse war mehr normaler Käse als Schafskäse. Naja für das was wir suchten super, zum schönen Abendessen würden wir woanders hingehen. Vielen Dank für die Bewirtung. Parkplatz dahinter bekommt man sogar eine Karte zu. kostenlos parken :)

Geschmacklich echt lecker aber der Auflauf leider ein absoluter Fail! Die Soße total flüssig und keine Kartoffeln mit drin obwohl es da stand. Noch dazu sind sie nicht auf meine Wünsche eingegangen, ich wollte ohne Brokkoli und mit mehr Käse, wurde nicht drauf geachtet.

Sehr, sehr lecker an diesem Ort, früher haben wir meist bestellt und das Essen war schon super. Aber ich muss sagen, wer hier bestellt ist selber Schuld, denn vor Ort verpasst ihr eine bezaubernde, Rustikale Einrichtung die einen definitiv zum verbleiben einlädt. Hinzu kommt nettes und sehr freundliches Personal . Seit Juni 2022 waren wir sehr regelmäßig mit Freunden vor Ort und alle sind begeistert. Wir empfehlen euch definitiv weiter! Bis demnächst :)

Hallo zusammen, in unmittelbarer Nähe zur BDH-Klinik liegt das von außen unscheinbare italienische Restaurant, dass von innen aber sehr urig und gemütlich ist. Lasst euch nicht von der Fassade blenden und vertraut auf die inneren Werte. Der Inhaber ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend und hat den Laden nach eigenem Bekunden erst seit kurzem übernommen, was der Qualität des Essens nicht abträglich ist. Wir haben eine Pizzas gegessen, dessen Zutaten frisch und geschmacklich sehr lecker waren. Wir kommen gerne wieder auch wenn man sagen muss, dass die Preise noch das Vorkrisenniveau haben und eine Preisanpassung und ggf. Reduzierung der sehr umfangreichen Speisekarte zu erwarten ist.

Restaurant wurde Anfang Juni "neu" übernommen, das Essen schmeckt klasse und man merkt das hier ein ausgebildeter Koch am Werk ist. Er ist äußerst zuvorkommend und freundlich. Ich kann das Restaurant nur empfehlen

Ich bin hier auf Klassenfahrt für eine Woche und war schon in vielen Restaurants hier. Dann dachte ich mir, nach dem Kletterpark der direkt in der Nähe ist, hole ich mir mal was zu essen. Ich habe den Italo Burger mitgenommen mit einer Soße die sooo gut war dass es fast illegal war dass die so geschmeckt hat. Und der Inhaber war sooo unendlich nett und wir mussten nicht den vollen Preis bezahlen! Es war ein richtiges Erlebnis! Ich weiß nicht wo ich das letzte Mal soo gut gegessen habe und so nettes Personal erlebt habe! BITTE WEITER SO!!!

Super lecker Essen. Egal ob Pizza, Burger, Salate, Pasta usw. Hier gibt es immer lecker Essen. Personal ist immer freundlich und der Lieferservice funktioniert auch gut. Essen ist auch in 20km Entfernung noch schön warm. Macht weiter so.

Als Kind bin ich mit meinen Vater jeden Sonntag nach dem Schwimmen bei Bella Italia essen gegangen. Wir waren absolute Stammkunden bei unserem Lieblingsitaliener. Jetzt zwanzig Jahre später haben wir Freunde in Greifswald besucht und wollten essen bestellen. Mir ist sofort Bella Italia eingefallen und tatsächlich…..die Pizzeria gibt es noch! Allerdings wurde mir von den Freunden davon abgeraten…wir bestellten dennoch dort…..ich hätte auf sie hören sollen Die Lieferung ging fix, das war’s aber auch schon. Die Pizza schmeckt HAARGENAU wie die Pizza zum selbstbelegen im Supermarkt. Viel zu trocken, alles Fertigware und vor allem keine Liebe….kein Vergleich mehr zu früher. Nicht mal annähernd! Definitiv eine Enttäuschung. Schade

Habe mir ein Pasta mit Pizza bestellt. Die Pasta waren okay, aber ich habe die falsche pizza erhalten. Außerdem war diese viel zu salzig und der Teig super dünn und nicht mal richtig durch. Ich habe mich gefühlt, als ob ich Teig nasche.... viel zu salzigen Teig!

Wir waren innerhalb einer Woche 2x dort essen. Der erste Besuch war super, Essen gut, Bedienung sehr nett und freundlich. Beim zweiten Besuch war das Essen leider enttäuschend. Fertigschnitzel! Die Bedienung war korrekt.

Die hier dargestellten negativen Meinungen kann ich nicht teilen. Bevor ich meiner Verwandtschaft diese Gaststätte zu einem Geburtstagsessen (9 Personen) empfehlen wollte, gingen meine Frau und ich zu einem Probeessen. Wir waren sowohl von der Freundlichkeit der Kellnerin als auch von der Präsentation der Gerichte sehr angetan. Uns hat alles sehr gut geschmeckt, so dass wir weiterempfehlen konnten. Am vergangenen Wochenende haben dann auch alle Gäste unsere Wahrnehmungen bestätigt. Ich kann diese rustikale, ansprechbare Gaststätte nur empfehlen.

Hatte in meiner Pizza Metall Stückchen drin was absolut nicht in Ordnung ist. Schmerzen vom drauf Kauen waren unausweichlich. Für mich und meiner Familie ist dieser Laden gestorben.

Das Bella Italia sieht von außen betrachtet eher unscheinbar aus, im Inneren wartet es dann mit einer großen Menge an Dekoelementen mit maritinem Motiv auf. Der Kellner war nett und überzeugte den Abend über mit einer unaufdringlichen Verfügbarkeit. Die Karte bietet eine große Auswahl verschiedener Starter, Pasta-Gerichte (Nudeln und Aufläufe), Gemüsepfannen, Pizzen, Fleisch-und Fischgerichte, zusätzlich gibt es eine Eistheke. Nach sehr leckeren Zwiebelringen mit einem leicht seltsam schmeckenden Tomatendipp kam bereits das Essen, während wir noch am letzten Zwiebelring waren. Das war nicht weiter schlimm, da wir großen Hunger hatten, aber es hat mich überrascht. Die beiden bestellten Gerichte waren lecker, auch wenn sie etwas mehr Würzung vertragen hätten. Wir hatten einen Hawaii-Auflauf mit Hähnchen in Sahnesauce mit Ananas und die Cannelloni verde. Bei letzterem bin ich mir leider nicht sicher, ob es sich hier nicht doch um ein Fertigprodukt handelte. Zum Nachtisch haben wir ein Eis aufs Haus bekommen, was uns gefreut hat. Zusammengefasst war es ein guter Abend. Das Bella Italia wartet nicht mit Gourmet-Küche, dafür aber mit zubereitetem Essen zu einem günstigen Preis auf. Außerdem gibt es wohl auch ein Studentenangebot für 6 Euro, welches eine Hauptspeise und ein kleines Getränk enthält. Wir würden für dieses Angebot nochmal wiederkommen.

Wir hatten uns eine Pizza und Nuggets bestellt. Als alles ankam, waren die Gerichte kalt. Außerdem war die Pizza nicht ansatzweise durch. (es fühlte sich so an, als wäre sie maximal 5 Minuten im Ofen gewesen) Der einzige Pluspunkt ist, dass der Lieferant freundlich war.

Das Essen war grauenhaft. Formschinken und Dosenzutaten das kann man zu Hause selber machen und dafür besser.Der Chef arogant die Bedienung war lieber rauchen und roch unangenehm nach Zigarettenrauch. Die Pizza war übelste Sorte. Von der Küche kam beleidigende Worte vom Koch warum wir nicht zu Hause fressen. Man sollte den Laden zu machen.Sollten wir nochmal in Greifswald in den Urlaub fahren werden wir bestimmt nicht wieder diese Dreckschleuder besuchen.

Wir waren auf der Durchreise und haben einen Italiener gesucht. Dabei fanden wir dieses Restaurant. Das parken ist etwas schwierig. Wir hatten 2x Pizza die naja eher aus der Großmarktküche kommt. Pizza mit Formfleischschinken geht echt nicht. Das ist minderwertig und zeugt auch davon, dass die Pizzen zugekauft werden. Die Zubereitung erfolgt innerhalb von 5 bis 8 Minuten. Ich war etwas enttäuscht, da ich andere Pizzas gewohnt bin.

Wir waren auf der Suche nach einem Italiener in Greifswald da wir vorher im Freizeitbad waren und dementsprechend Hunger hatten. Nachdem das Bella Italia direkt in der Nähe liegt haben wir es einfach mal ausprobiert. Das Essen war super, wir hatten 2 mal Pasta und eine Pizza. Es schmeckte alles wirklich gut. Da wir draussen gesessen haben, kann ich nichts zur Einrichtung sagen. Der Service war auch sehr freundlich, somit kann man es empfehlen.

Wir haben an zwei Tagen in Folge dort gegessen, da es in der Nähe lag und es schnell gehen musste. Das Essen wurde tatsächlich schnell gefertigt, war geschmacklich aber eher durchschnittlich. Beide Pizzen waren dick und üppig belegt. Leider war bei beiden der Teig nicht ganz durch. Gleiches bei der Galzone. Der Auflauf war etwas überwürzt. Die Einrichtung passte nicht wirklich zum Thema. Italienisches Restaurant trifft nautische Einrichtung. Die Servicekraft meisterte ihren Job ganz gut, lief aber am Limit. Abfertigung des Restaurantbetrieb, des Lieferservice und der Onlinebestellungen ließen keine Zeit zum Verschnaufen. Trotzdem waren alle freundlich und hilfsbereit. Es gibt leider keine Auswärtskarten zum Mitnehmen.

Wir haben das Essen bei Bella Italia nun schon drei Mal getestet - kann ja immer mal ein schlechter Tag sein etc. Zwei Mal waren wir im Restaurant - Das Ambiente war ganz gut, rustikal und vielleicht etwas zu viel Schnickschnack. Beim Blick auf die Speisekarte wurden wir schon etwas skeptisch, sind doch unglaublich viele Gerichte drauf. Jedoch zum geringen Preis. Die Bedienung war recht distanziert und unfreundlich, was wir aber nicht als störend empfanden, weil sie eh nicht lange bei uns stand. Die Pizzen die wir aßen waren in Ordnung. Die Spaghetti (einmal Carbonara, einmal Tomatensoße) haben fast gleich geschmeckt - Wie Nudeln mit Wasser - sehr fahde im Geschmack. Das Schnitzel war paniert , das schmeckte man sehr und wurde auf Nachfrage bestätigt, das Fleisch war trocken und nicht sehr schmackhaft. Jedoch waren die Portionen ausreichend und das Bruschetta als Vorspeise schmeckte sehr lecker. Das dritte Mal bestellten wir online einen Auflauf mit Meeresfrüchten und einen Gyros Auflauf. Wir wurden vergessen und Nach einer Stunde warten riefen wir dort an. Nach einer Stunde des weiteren Wartens kam dann endlich unser Essen nach Hause. Zumindest war es warm. Relativ unfreundlich wurde uns das Essen überreicht, eine Entschuldigung für das mehr als zwei Stunden lange gewarte gab es nicht. Das pfannengyros war ok, der Käse war von der Konsistenz wie Schuhsohle und geschmacklos. Die Soße in der es lag war sehr Tomatenmarklastig und fertig, aber in Ordnung. Dahingegen war der Meeresfrüchte Auflauf echt eine Zumutung. Käse siehe oben. Geschmacklich unterirdisch. Ich möchte nicht wissen, was dort für Meeresfrüchte drin waren, die Muscheln schmeckten auf jeden Fall nicht ansatzweise nach welchen. Nach diesem Mal ist uns klar- dort holen wir uns nichts mehr!

Auf der Suche nach Italienischer Küche sind wir hier eingekehrt. Von außen waren wie sehr skeptisch, drinnen ist es auch nett dekoriert, allerdings sind einige Ecken etwas schwach ausgeleuchtet. Die Bedienung hatte immer ein Lächeln und kühle Getränke für uns. Nur während unseres Essens, war Sie nicht zwischendurch bei uns. Wir hätten gerne noch Getränke eher nachbestellt. Aber das ist nicht so schlimm. Stehen wir eben auf und geben Bescheid. Das Essen (Pizza, Auflauf) war geschmacklich gut, etwas Basilikum oder Deko mit frischem Gemüse hätte es etwas aufgepeppt. Also ist noch Luft nach oben.

Wir haben bisher zwei mal dort bestellt (vor Ort waren wir noch nicht!). Die Bestellung war beide Male unvollständig! Wir haben jeder ein Burger Menü bestellt, beide Male fehlte der Salat und die Pommes sind ungenießbar (Ok, bei diesen Styroporverpackungen werden sie labberig, war uns eigentlich klar) aber sie waren nicht ansatzweise knusprig, fast noch roh! Die Burger waren gut, aber nicht weltbewegend! Beim ersten Mal haben wir Steak bestellt, leider war auch die Bestellung unvollständig und falsch!

Der Inhaber Salim ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, es wird auf Wünsche eingegangen, das Essen ist lecker. Für "Zwischendurch" auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen, für ein romantisches oder kulinarisch hochwertiges Essen ist das der falsche Ort, da gibt es andere Restaurants in Greifswald.
