Barcelona Tapas & more in Coburg

I'm a big tapas fan and the Barcelona restaurant really impressed me. The quality of the tapas is excellent and the selection is huge. You can feast your way through the menu and always discover new delicacies. The atmosphere is very cozy and you immediately feel at home. The service is simply great, very attentive and friendly. I can only warmly recommend the Barcelona restaurant and am already looking forward to my next visit!

After strolling around the city for a bit, we were hungry and had a good stay at Barcelona. We received a friendly welcome and were offered a place suitable for strollers. Drinks arrived promptly and the order was taken quickly. Both the tapas and the dish came to the table at the same time, quickly and nice and hot. Everything was very tasty and the quantity was okay. The dessert and cocktails are also convincing, dessert is plentiful and cocktails are a lot of cocktail, little ice. The atmosphere is modern and cozy. The music is not too loud and appropriate and pleasant. Price/performance is completely fine and we would be happy to come back.

Good restaurant in Coburg, Germany , with tapas and Spanish stile. Of course it is not authentic Spanish food but menu is based in Spanish style with good atmosphere.

If you like tapas, this is the place for you. Large portions. Price performance fits.

It's been a long time since we've been to Barcelona and we were very pleasantly surprised that there are now some tapas labeled as vegan and also a vegan paella :). Mushrooms with garlic, caponata on toasted bread, grilled vegetables, olives and also the paella were delicious, the service was super friendly and we'll be happy to come back soon in the future :).

arcelona Tapas & more offers an extremely appealing ambience and a pleasant atmosphere that invites you to linger. Particularly noteworthy is the friendly and courteous service, which operates efficiently and attentively even when the number of guests is high. The tapas are tasty and served quickly, with a strong focus on fish dishes. The portion sizes are rather small, so people who are particularly hungry should order 3 to 4 dishes to fill them up. Overall, the restaurant is highly recommended and we will consider visiting again.

Great restaurant/bar. Went there spontaneously and were lucky enough to get a table outside. Very, very nice service staff, food was delicious. Unfortunately, the ambience is somewhat disturbed by the adjacent construction site, especially during the day. All in all, highly recommended.

Very well-known restaurant in Coburg. Sitting on the terrace is lovely, especially when the weather is nice. The service is good, the furnishings are modern. For me there are deductions when it comes to eating. The tapas were average and not very authentic. I had Mediterranean vegetables with scampi, breaded squid with aioli and sweet potato fries. The best were the 🍟. The rest was overcooked and not very tasty. But maybe other foods are better????

1 year ago we had a 5 star dinner, now only 3. All the food was tasteless and the quality has deteriorated significantly. Maybe there's a new chef. :(

Despite reservations, the staff acted very unprofessionally. Was loud and not objective or helpful. It's a shame. Unfortunately the food was not exceptional and unfortunately a bit burnt. It wasn't super crowded either. I've wanted to eat there for a long time. A pity . Unfortunately I can't recommend it now.

Went for dinner yesterday with 17 people, the beer garden was full and there was a lot going on inside. We were served very nicely, the food was really tasty and the service was very attentive. Thanks to the team for this lovely evening. We'll be visiting there more often 😊

It is advisable to make a reservation, at least on weekends. The food is very good, the prices are moderate compared to Spaniards in Speyer and the surrounding area and the staff is very friendly. The atmosphere in the restaurant is pleasant, a welcome alternative to the native cuisine and its often rustic presentation. A touch of summery Espagna in early summer rainy Coburg.

I have rarely seen convenience food being prepared so poorly. The service was super nice, but if you want to eat Spanish tapas, you should avoid this restaurant.

The tapas starter was super tasty. I didn't really like the paella, it had a lot of shrimp, but the whole thing just tasted bland and boring, which is a shame

Nice beer garden, very nice, attentive staff. Anyone who knows Spanish cuisine will be disappointed. The pimientos were cold and so were the prawns. The only really good thing was the panna cotta. No recommendation for this restaurant. Everything appeared reheated and not freshly prepared. A pity.

We managed to get a table at the tapas bar without a reservation and it was a great decision! The taste of the tapas was simply wonderful. We ordered a tapas platter that had a bit of everything and were not disappointed. The variety and quality of the dishes were excellent. I can definitely recommend this tapas bar - a must for Spanish food lovers!

Very nice atmosphere in old walls. Good food and service even though it was very busy. I just had different tapas. The selection isn't very big but everything is good. Personally, I would have liked Pimentos Patron. Gladly again.

Loup de Mer from the daily menu was very tasty, but the paella was very tasteless. And the presentation in a white porcelain bowl could be nicer. Nevertheless, we would come back at any time. The friendly service and the great ambience absolutely make up for it.

Wir entschieden uns unter anderem für mehrere verschiedene Tappas, welche der Chef uns empfahl und wurden nicht enttäuscht. Jeder Gang war ein Kunstwerk aus frischen Zutaten und harmonischen Geschmackskombinationen.Besonders hervorzuheben war der exzellente Wein, der perfekt zu den Gerichten abgestimmt war und unsere Gaumen verwöhnte. Auch die Präsentation der Speisen verdient Lob – jedes Gericht wurde liebevoll angerichtet.Das Barcelona hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen und einen bleibenden Eindruck hinterlassen. Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Geburtstag meiner Freundin. Die Location ist sehr schön, und passt zum Spanischen Ambiente, die Bedienung hat uns sehr gut beraten und sogar einige Geheimtipps gegeben, die dich zum Highlight des Abends entpuppten! Das Essen ist sehr gut, die Tappas waren sehr Authentisch. Ein wirklich gelungener Ausflug !

Finom ételek, italok. Minden nagyon finom volt. Barátságos pincér. Kaptunk búcsú italt is. A desszert finom volt de lehetne kicsit jobb. Nagyon finomak az ételek. Jó beülős hely.

Das Essen war sehr gut. Der Service war schnell und sehr freundlich. Das Ambiente ist einladend und sehr sauber. Wir werden die Gaststätte wieder besuchen.

Nette Bar mit allerlei Leckereien, Preise sind nicht übertrieben. Das Personal ist sehr bemüht und freundlich. Allerdings das WC ist renovierungsbedürftig und riecht unangenehm.

Der Wein war top, die Tapas reichlich, 3stk reichen vollkommen. Der gegrillte Lachs, baskenart war mega. Die Torpedogarnelen und Riesengarnelen mit Grillgemüse waren überragend. Die Schweinlendchen mit Pilze sollte man nicht nach den Garnelen, sondern vorher essen. Der Weißwein Principe de Viana, Chardonnay, aus 2022 ist ein halbtrockener, fruchtig vollmundiger Wein.

Lokal sehr gut. Man hätte mir nur nicht mit dem Kellnerbesteck mehrere Lecks in den Lack meines werthaltigen Autos schlagen dürfen. Denke daran: man sieht sich im Leben immer zweimal!!

Sehr nettes Personal, wir haben schnell einen Tisch bekommen, obwohl viel reserviert war. Das Ambiente war einfach toll mit dem kleinen Tischlicht und dem angelegten Teich. Die Tapasportionen waren gut groß und fantastisch lecker. Ich komme gern wieder und kann das Lokal absolut empfehlen

Dienstag ist Tapas Tag. Sehr zu empfehlen. Verschiedene Tapas zu einem übersichtlichen Preis. Aber auch die anderen Gerichte sind zu empfehlen. Ihr solltet am Tapas-Tag unbedingt reservieren sonst könnte es eng werden. Im Sommer kann man in entspannter Atmosphäre draußen sitzen.

Sehr leckere Tapas, die aber kein Schnäppchen sind.

Ich war vor drei Tagen mit meinen Töchtern hier. Wir haben ohne Reservierung noch einen Tisch bekommen und obwohl wirklich viel los war, war der Service wirklich top. Der Kellner absolut nett und zuvorkommend. Essen war lecker und wir kommen gerne wieder;-)

Wir waren unter der Woche am Abend hier. Aufgrund des schönen Wetters konnten wir draußen sitzen. Ich hatte die Tapasplatte. Diese war umfangreich, sehr abwechslungsreich und sehr gut. Service war sehr freundlich. Es war ein sehr gelungener Abend! Gerne wieder!

Die Reservierung hat funktioniert, der Service war freundlich. Die Weinkarte ist eher für Nicht-Weintrinker. Die Portionen sind reichlich aber Convenience und belanglose Würze dominieren. Macht satt aber kein Genuss.

Waren spontan zum Essen da, war sehr schön und die Tapas sehr lecker. Preis Leistung ist absolut okay, Dienstag kosten die Tapas sogar jeweils 1.20 Euro weniger. Hauswein Rioja schmeckt auch sehr gut. Wir werden wieder mal vorbeischauen 👍🏼

Das einzig schöne an dem Restaurant ist die Location. Das essen ist OK, allerdings ist die Umgangsform des Chefs mit seinen potenziellen Gästen unterirdisch. Unhöflich im Umgang, genervt und dann noch laut werdend inklusive auf den Tisch hauen - nie wieder.

War von der Tapasplatte etwas enttäuscht, sehr fleischlastig, zudem ein Fleischspieß extrem trocken. Die Bedienungen waren aber sehr aufmerksam und freundlich und die Atmosphäre im Biergarten ist total angenehm.

Die Tapas sind super lecker und der Grund, warum ich immer gerne herkomme, wenn ich in Coburg bin! Der Service ist aufmerksam und freundlich. Reservieren ist ein muss, da immer viel los ist!

Das Essen war sehr gut. Es hat immer etwas gedauert bis jemand zu uns kam und wir neue Getränke bestellen konnten.

Steak war sehr gut gebraten, Qualität von Fleisch und Beilagen sehr gut! Schön war auch dass das Steak tranchiert war! Das Ambiente ist wunderschön! Die Creme Catalan ist ein Genuss!

Service eine Katastrophe! Essen nur sehr mittelmäßig. Unfreundlicher älterer nordafrikanischer Kellner, macht dafür aber gern Bestell- und Bedienfehler. Vorspeisen und Hauptspeisen kamen fast gleichzeitig. 2 Speisen fehlten. Dafür mehrere andere falsch. Reaktionsdauer der beiden männlichen Kellner fragwürdig schlecht. Ewiges Warten auf Nachbestellung, dafür dauerte es dann um so länger bis es kam. Rechnung ebenso eine Ewigkeit. Nein danke!

Ein wunderschönes Restaurant mit super Essen und super Personal, einfach Spitze

Ich war mit meiner Frau zum Hochzeitstag essen. Wir bekamen einen Tisch in der Nähe der Theke. Essen hätte etwas besser Gewürz vertragen und meiner Frau ihr Rindersteak sah aus wie ein Tennisball. Was ich aber gar nicht schön fand waren die Bedienungen die an der Theke standen und permanent laute Geräusche abgaben oder es ist Besteck und Gläser auf den Boden gefallen. Sehr unangenehm. Hier wird Essen Hochpreisig verkauft und da erwarte ich eine vernünftige Atmosphäre.
