Super Service und sehr gute gehobene italienische Küche.

Ich habe kürzlich im Osteria in Coburg gegessen. Das Restaurant besticht durch ein stilvolles, einladendes Interieur und eine wirklich gemütliche Atmosphäre. Die Speisekarte bietet eine exzellente Auswahl an authentischen, frisch zubereiteten italienischen Gerichten, die weit über die üblichen Pizza-Varianten hinausgehen. Der Service war aufmerksam, und der etwas versteckte Parkplatz ist ein großer Pluspunkt.

Sehr angenehmer Ort, allerdings rate ich, nicht ein Gericht zu wählen, das vom Service Personal angeboten wird, das nicht auf der Speisekarte steht Leber venezianische Art für 39,80€!? Das ist definitiv ein zu hoher Preis, selbst für mich aus einer Großstadt kommend

Ein sehr gutes Restaurant kann ich nur empfehlen.

Wir waren zum zweiten Mal innerhalb weniger Wochen zum Abendessen hier. Beim ersten Mal hatten wir Pizza und Salat, dieses Mal den gegrillten Fischteller (Tagesangebot) und Bandnudeln mit Lachs. Alles war sehr gut und empfehlenswert. Der Service war ebenfalls sehr gut: freundlich und schnell. Fazit: Wir haben uns richtig wohl gefühlt und kommen wieder.

Mein Besuch war Spontan, da in Coburg alles an diesem Wochenende von Burschi‘s besetzt war und dieses nette Lokal etwas am Rande der Altstadt liegt. Kurz gesagt: Platz auf der Sonnenterasse, Pizza und Wein waren super, der Service auch. Nix zu meckern 👍🏻. Werde wiederkommen !

Heute spontan ein Tisch unkompliziert bekommen. Das Essen war sehr lecker und kam auch sehr schnell. Die Pizza 🍕 war richtig gut. Außerdem fanden wir es cool den Koch beim Pizza machen zuzuschauen. Dankeschön an die nette Bedienung.

Zunächst das Positive: der Service ist äußerst bemüht, schnell und freundlich. Die Getränke waren schnell auf dem Tisch und auch auf das Essen mußten wir nicht lange warten. Aber! Das Saltimbocca war eine Beleidigung für jeden Italiener. Fad, zäh und tot gebraten. Gemüse hart und geschmacksneutral. Salat langweilig. Ärgerlich für die gehobenen Preise. Wermutstropfen: die Nachspeisen gingen aufs Haus.

Sehr gute Küche und kompetentes, freundliches und aufmerksames Personal. Das Essen hat uns sehr gut geschmeckt und toll ist es auch, dass hier alkoholfreies Bier aus dem Fass angeboten wird. Wir freuen uns schon auf den nächsten Besuch ☺️

Hallo, wir waren heute zu viert um 19 Uhr in der Pizzeria. Das erste Gericht kam 20:20 Uhr. Dann passierte nix mehr. Kurz vor 21 Uhr haben wir freundlich nachgefragt was denn mit unseren 3 Pizzen sei. Diese wurden leider vergessen, genau wie ein Radler und später auch ein Tiramisu. Auf der Toilette fehlten die Einmalhandtücher und auf dem Weg zur Toilette gibt es eine Stufe, die man wie ich leicht übersieht und dann die Länge nach hinfällt. Sorry, diese Location besuche ich nie wieder.

Waren am Samstag da und wollen eine Pizza essen. Leider war der Pizzamann krank. Zum Glück.... Sonst wäre und der Fisch und das Steak durch die Lappen gegangen. 👍😎 Kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Reservierung Samstag abends und keine Pizza da Personal krank, sehr schade Nudeln/Lasagne leider sehr lange gedauert und nicht sehr viel Geschmack.

Wir hatten für Sonntagabend einen Tisch für 6 Personen reserviert. Dann wurde gesagt, es gibt keine Tomatensauce für dir Pizza mehr. Ok, dann haben manche von uns die Pizza ohne Sauce bestellt. Dann kam die Kellnerin, es gibt keinen Pizzateig mehr. Dann also Nudeln. Zähneknirschend. Wir bestellen Carbonara. Es gibt auch keinen Speck mehr. Wir haben nach Getränken das Restaurant verlassen. Auch wenn die Kellnerin sehr nett war, das geht wirklich nicht. Wir hatten bereits 2 Wochen im Voraus reserviert und dann gibt es fast keine Gerichte wegen fehlender Zutaten. Absolute Fehlplanung, leider habt ihr uns das letzte Mal gesehen.

Wir waren das erste Mal dort und echt vom Service, "Garfield auf Deckel"😜 und Gesicht auf Cappuccino 😀 liebe Grüsse, begeistert und die Pizza erst, voll lecker. Echter guter Tip für angenehme Euronen🥳

Traurig aber ich bin maßlos enttäuscht. Wir hatten eine Reservierung für 19 Personen an einem Samstag Abend. 2 Stunden vor dem Besuch auch nochmal angerufen ob die Reservierung steht und alles passt. Von Bestellung des Getränkes bis zum Erhalt 13 Minuten. Dann wird mittgeteilt, dass es heute weder Pizza noch Steak gibt. Der Koch sei krank. Keine Pizza in einer Pizzaria. Einer der Personen am Tisch bestellt Rigatoni mit Calamari. Nach ca 20 Minuten kommt die Bedienung. Er soll sich was neues raus suchen. Calamari wären auch leer. Auf den Hinweis, dass es langsam peinlich wird erwidert der Kellner es ist Samstag Lieferung kommt erst am Sonntag, deshalb ist vieles leer. Vorspeise Bruschetta kaum gewürzt und relativ trocken. Alle am Tisch haben nachgewürzt. Carpaccio - es wird kein Brot dazu gereicht und kein frischer Pfeffer darauf. Die leeren Vorspeisen Teller stehen bestimmt 30 Minuten auf dem Tisch obwohl die Bedienungen mehrfach neue Getränke bringen. Tisch war um 19.00 Uhr reserviert um 20.40 Uhr noch kein Essen auf dem Tisch. Allerdings schon die 3 Runde Getränke - sehr gewinnbringend. Essen teils gut, teils nicht gut. Lasagne wurde zurück geschickt, geschmacks und konsistenzlos. Die Soße schmeckt nur salzig/ sahnig, der Geschmack der Bolognese nicht erkennbar. Zuzüglich diverser Fehler bei den Rechnungen und keinerlei Entschuldigung Alles in allem, ein schöner Abend mit Freunden aber kein guter Restaurantbesuch.

Wir waren nicht das erste Mal hier zum Essen, und das Essen war auch gut allerdings waren die Portionen diesmal sehr klein. Als Erwachsener Mann mit normalem Appetit wurde man nicht satt. Desweiteren machte die Bedienung an diesem Abend einen sehr unfreundlichen Eindruck und wirkte als ob sie keine Lust auf Gäste und auf Ihre Arbeit hätte. Zuguterletzt war es an diesem Abend auch noch sehr kalt in der kompletten Gaststätte was den Abend sehr ungemütlich sein ließ. Also als Resume. Essen gut aber Portionen klein. Service unterklassig und Ambiente aufgrund der Kälte unschön.

Sonntagnachmittag: Service super, Essen gut, nur leider ziemlich kühl gewesen und im Zug gesessen.

Wir hatten unsere Weihnachtsfeier dort, es war sehr lecker.

Yesterday, I went to the Osteria for the first time with my mom and her friends. And what can I say? The atmosphere is truly enchanting. The entire team was incredibly welcoming. We were asked several times if everything was alright, even though it was very busy on a Saturday evening. The food also arrived surprisingly quickly and was absolutely delicious. I was particularly impressed with the Inglesina pizza. And that's saying something, considering I rarely eat beef. But this time I wanted to try something different from my usual tuna pizza, and it was definitely worth it. I would come back anytime for that pizza. I would have loved to try the panna cotta with mango sauce, but the pizza was very filling. The prices are also absolutely fair. For both of us, including tip, it came to €45. What I also really appreciated was that even though we lingered over drinks after the meal, we weren't pressured to leave. No unnecessary clearing, no feeling of being rushed, just pure, attentive hospitality. That's exactly what a truly perfect restaurant experience should be. All in all, we had a truly wonderful evening. Many thanks to the entire team at the Osteria.

Excellent restaurant with superb food and great service. It's located a bit outside the city center, but well worth a visit.

Unfortunately, we're a bit disappointed! The food was okay, but nothing more. Given the prices, I expected more. The service was very friendly, but unfortunately incompetent.

We ate here for the first time today and were absolutely thrilled. The ambiance and service were top-notch, and the food was incredibly delicious, just as you'd expect from a good Italian restaurant. This certainly won't be our last visit.

Unfortunately, their special pizza has been changed and now only gets an 8.5 out of 10. The pizza is thicker and crispier, and a bit smaller than before. Fortunately, the toppings haven't changed and are still as moist as ever. The restaurant hours are quite problematic. You have to plan well in advance. The food is still some of the best Italian food. But you'll need to bring time and a fat wallet. Card payments are accepted. It's a shame the Adriatic isn't what it used to be.

I can highly recommend this restaurant if you want to eat well.

We ate at the Osteria and it was simply a fantastic experience all around! 🍝🇮🇹 The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and super warm – we immediately felt welcome. The food was truly delicious, freshly prepared, and authentically Italian, simply a delight. The atmosphere was also incredibly pleasant, cozy, and lively at the same time, making you feel right at home ✨✨✨

Our visit was severely marred by the behavior of a young waitress (blonde, approximately 20-25 years old). She was extremely unprofessional, rude, and downright disrespectful in her demeanor. We were extremely uncomfortable with her repeated ignorance of us, even though we were waiting to be served. Instead, she spent minutes chatting with a young man (approximately 17-18 years old) and paid us no attention. We had to actively seek her out several times to even be served. Her appearance was also anything but service-appropriate. We are deeply outraged by this behavior. It's particularly unfortunate that the atmosphere in the restaurant was otherwise very pleasant and the food was consistently excellent – but this waitress unfortunately ruined the entire evening for us.

Very good pizzas, pasta dishes, and salads. The price/performance ratio is okay – very good quality. A lovely terrace. Friendly service. New to the Schlemmerblock, which is readily accepted – even mobile ones!

We had two pizzas and a salad to take away. The pizzas weren't bad, but they were too salty. The salad, however, for €13.30, was absolutely not okay, and was relatively tasteless compared to the pizzas. (Iceberg lettuce with a few baby tomatoes, a few cucumber pieces, a few mozzarella balls, and instead of red and yellow pepper strips, only a few red pepper strips and some fennel.) Since we didn't eat there, I can't comment on the ambiance. In any case, we won't order anything from there again, even though it wasn't completely bad.

Very friendly and attentive staff. From taking our order to the service. We had an appetizer and two pasta dishes. Everything was delicious.

We ordered pizza and salad for pickup today. By mistake, they made a small pizza instead of a large one. The chef was more than generous in his response to the oversight and immediately ordered an additional new pizza. Service is definitely a top priority here. It was delicious, as always!

Until our last visit, this was my favorite Italian restaurant in town! Unfortunately, we were a bit disappointed with our last visit – drinks were forgotten, the quality and taste of the food had declined significantly, one meal didn't contain what was advertised, etc. Overall, it seemed a bit disorganized: unfortunately, it no longer offers good value for money. The dishes no longer taste as unique as before – a real shame, even though I really like the two waitresses!

Wir waren mit der Familie da zum Essen abends. Der Service war superschnell, sehr Freundlich und zuvorkommend! Das Essen war superlecker! Die Vorspeise sehr gut und die Bruschetta war Mega! Alle waren begeistert vom Essen!

The otherwise very pleasant ambiance of the restaurant unfortunately couldn't compensate for the rudeness of one of the waiters (who obviously didn't coordinate with each other) and the long wait for food and drinks. I feel the price/performance ratio needs improvement compared to other pizzerias.

A real gem! We were completely impressed by the Osteria. The atmosphere is cozy and stylish, with great attention to detail. The service was attentive, warm and professional - you immediately feel welcome. The food was simply fantastic: fresh ingredients, authentic Italian cuisine and a perfectly matched wine list. I can particularly recommend the homemade pasta and the tiramisu – a dream! We'll definitely be back. Grazie mille for this wonderful evening!

We had a reservation as a group of 16 adults and one baby. They prepared the desks in a separate room for us and already placed the babys chair there as well before we arrived. The food was great. Nothing to complain about. Nothing was forgotten, all came in a reasonable time and at time same time as well. The best thing of the evening was the service. Great communication skills, polite and just overall very good. Highly recommend

The prices from the Osteria's online menu were supposedly updated on 11/24. When we picked up the food we paid more than 30%. Very mysterious???!!!

Went there today for the company party. Service was very good and despite à la carte orders, everyone received their food almost at the same time. Excellent organization. From the starter plate to the dessert, it's a real treat. Clear recommendation! Many thanks to the Osteria team for a great evening.

Unfortunately our visit was disappointing. Despite reservations, we had to wait over an hour for appetizers and drinks, while other guests who arrived later were served faster. The food was still cold. Although my pizza tasted good and had plenty of toppings, the long wait and the extremely unfriendly service completely spoiled the experience. Price-performance doesn't fit here at all. Unfortunately no recommendation.

Die Speisekarte lässt sich mit keinem anderen italienischen Lokal vergleichen. Pizza, Nudeln und sonst nichts. Nur eine kleine Fischplatte mit praktisch nichts drauf für € 41 . Danke nie wieder

Pizza is a disaster, tastes like little and has a consistency like rubber When it comes to salad, you look in vain for sauce. The price is significantly too expensive for that.

Hello, We had dinner here last week. First of all...the food was really good, kudos to the chef, it was a hefty price, but it was really tasty. Which was a bit extreme, for a small portion (really small, needed 2) of dry noodles they charged 6.80. We had to wait forever for the food, of course it was busy, but it came 1.25 hours later, without any apology. The drinks were spilled on us and it was the child's fault who hit his head on the tray. Which experienced waitress will serve the 3-year-old child with the tray? If only there had been space at the end of the table. This happens, but you can deal with it differently. Dessert on the house….or a towel for the wet guests… There was also no apology or anything for the fact that two people were really wet down to their panties. It was totally cold (even though the store was full), which of course was even worse when wet. All the guests sat there with scarves. There was no heating in the toilet at all, I guess 15 degrees. My daughter was shaking on the toilet. Every waitress was annoyed and stressed, the only one who really needs to be mentioned in a friendly manner was the young lady at the entrance who greeted and said goodbye very nicely.

After waiting for an hour, we were told that our food had been forgotten. We then left.

More like minus 1 star! We were thrown out before we could order anything. It was too loud to be heard well, in the truest sense of the word. Too bad. .

Were here on Saturday, unfortunately the staff wasn't that friendly. Ordered a large mista salad and only got leaf lettuce, carrots and sauce. After 1 hour of waiting and asking (order was forgotten) the main courses finally arrived, they weren't exactly tasty, pizza dough was really soft in the middle. The prices for drinks are already common. We are already disappointed and won't be coming back. There are far better pizzerias with friendly staff in Coburg.

The mussels in white wine sauce were excellent, but unfortunately not hot enough. The two very friendly service staff had their hands full as the restaurant was fully booked - so there was always a wait.

Osteria, that is la dolce vita in the middle of Coburg and definitely the best Italian in the city. You don't just get great and very tasty stone oven pizza and excellent pasta, but above all Italian soul food that leaves nothing to be desired. This is not least due to the very friendly and courteous service, which contributes to each of our feel-good evenings. PS: The homemade gnocci are small, silky potato clouds that melt in your mouth and are absolutely recommended :)

Wahnsinnig leckere Gerichte. Endlich mal ein richtiges italienisches Restaurant der nur Pizza kann sondern auch die Pasta Gerichte und Fisch und Fleisch werden perfekt angerichtet. Gute und leckere Weine und wenn der Chef Lust hat kreiert er einen schönen Cocktail um das Gericht abzurunden. Also wirklich immer wieder gerne wenn wir in Coburg sind. Die Räumlichkeiten sind einfach aber schön. Wie so oft sollte man vielleicht mal über neue Designs im Bereich der Toilette nachdenken.

I can really recommend this Osteria without reservation! We didn't know the place and met friends there who said it was pretty good there. Understatement... it was outstanding! I had linguine with green mussels and scampi. It was a service recommendation that wasn't on the menu. It tasted very, very good. I was thrilled. The regular menu also leaves nothing to be desired and it is not easy to make a choice from the great offer. If you love Italian cuisine and are looking for both well-known and unusual dishes, this is the right place for you. The service was very attentive and asked several times whether everything was OK and we were satisfied. Despite the guesthouse being full, everything ran quickly and to our complete satisfaction. Even if the prices are sometimes high, they are still appropriate for the dishes in question and the quality was appropriate. We would love to come back!

Very, very tasty tagliatelle with seafood and a little spiciness

Been a regular customer for years, now overpriced and the homemade tomato sauce has changed the taste very negatively, paid over €20 for a pizta and a beer - in the future we'll meet at home instead of at the Osteria. Addition: I had asked the waitress with the bracer that I didn't like the pizza this time, I wasn't making a reservation using my first name and had never previously paid €20.30 for the Pavarotti and a beer or a shandy. And I generally don't order a glass of wine for €6.50. By the way, I paid by card and can therefore prove my stay there.

We had a wonderful place on the terrace and received very good advice from the attentive service. Our daughter, who relies on gluten-free food, also had a number of options. In the end, we were all very happy with the selection (pizza, pasta, salad) and will definitely come back.

Mmn the best and most authentic pizzeria in all of Coburg. Even as a vegan you can find several options here (without cheese) that taste really fantastic!

It was my sister's birthday yesterday and the 7 of us went to dinner at 6pm. Were there with 2 children. The food was amazing, from the starter to the main course. Pizza is amazing, pasta is amazing and meat and fish are a dream. So if you want to spend a great evening with fantastic food then go right there. We will be back.

Nice Italian atmosphere, if you can't get a table at the entrance or directly at the bar. The service was very nice, correct and reasonably quick. When there is a lot of activity, it can take a while, but that's the case everywhere. But the food was very tasty, whether pizza, pasta or starters, all in good portions and nicely presented. The menu also includes unusual items that you won't find at every Italian restaurant. The alcoholic drinks are also excellent, especially the cocktails and long drinks.

Schönes Restaurant mit freundlichem Service. Gute Auswahl an Pizza, Pasta und Fisch und Fleisch. Allerdings muss man wirklich sagen, dass hier der Preis für oberfränkische Verhältnisse zu hoch ist. Pizza 15,30 Euro (1,50 Aufschlag für wenige Champignons), Geschmacklich recht gut, aber sparsam belegt, auch der Bierpreis etwas zu teuer ....

Zum ersten Mal dort gewesen und schon beim reingehen wurden wir herzlich empfangen, sodass man sich sofort willkommen und wohl gefühlt hat. Das ganze Team überzeugt mit Sympathie, Zuvorkommenheit und Professionalität. Das Ambiente ist auch sehr angenehm und schön. Das Essen war sehr lecker und man konnte die Mühe und Qualität raus schmecken. Unserer Meinung nach das beste was Coburg zu bieten hat was die Italienische Küche angeht. War definitiv nicht der letzte Besuch.❤️ Sehr zu empfehlen!

Wir sind spontan mit 5 Personen aufgeschlagen und haben einen Platz bekommen. Das Lokal ist sehr ansprechend gestaltet. Die sehr freundliche Bedienung kam schnell an unseren Tisch und hat uns auf die Tagesgerichte aufmerksam gemacht. Unsere Essen kamen relativ zügig und waren ohne Ausnahme lecker! Definitiv nicht das letzte mal da gewesen 😊
