A culinary hit! I recently had the pleasure of visiting the Mediterran restaurant in Coburg and was completely impressed. From the moment I entered the restaurant I felt warmly welcomed. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, the staff friendly and attentive. The menu is a feast for all the senses. A large selection of Mediterranean dishes, from classic pasta creations to sophisticated fish and meat specialties. I had the lunguini with truffle and was overwhelmed. The quality of the ingredients, the loving preparation and the taste were simply outstanding. Every bite was a delight! My companion was also enthusiastic about her food. We agreed that this is a place where you would like to linger and indulge in culinary delights. I would particularly like to emphasize the excellent service. The staff was always attentive, friendly and accommodating. They really looked after us and made sure that we felt completely comfortable. For me, the Mediterran restaurant is an absolute insider tip in Coburg. Everything is just right here: the food, the service and the ambience. I can only recommend a visit to anyone who loves Mediterranean cuisine and wants to spend an unforgettable evening. Wonderful beer garden with a lake next door, playground for the children and dogs allowed. The best thing is that the food was great, even great (e.g. chanterelle pizza, but seasonal). The staff... a dream, very friendly, accommodating, attentive... I have no idea how that worked with the stress and the full beer garden ;) We were even there a second time and it was absolutely wonderful again. So: HIGHLY RECOMMENDED, keep it up! PS: Tips only in cash, so if you pay by card, don't forget a few thalers or notes! To the operator: Normally this can also be debited from the card, please try it, otherwise people like me without cash and the service will end up at a disadvantage ;)

We had reserved a table this evening, but we didn't even come to eat because we were greeted not only unfriendly but actually almost anti-socially. I have never experienced such subterranean service. We then spontaneously decided on another, friendly restaurant.

I was there for dinner with my girlfriend yesterday. We didn't get the table we ordered inside, we were told in an unfriendly, snippy tone: "first only outside", then we should sit at a mini table, directly between the entrance to the terrace and the restaurant (too small, uncomfortable and in the middle Through traffic), the expression on my face obviously showed the waitress that I didn't agree with this. Mercifully, we were then allowed to choose a table. It got pretty cold in the beer garden after 7:30 p.m.; We would certainly have stayed longer, but we were NOT allowed to sit inside. The food is really delicious but the female service staff - it's not good! A group of four left the restaurant with the statement: “so unfriendly”. We will continue to orient ourselves differently in the future. Too bad.

Ordered pizza to pick up by phone on Friday evening. Pickup time was scheduled for 6:15 p.m. I was there on time, but unfortunately I didn't have the pizza until 6:46 p.m.!! receive. Other customers who came after me to pick up their pizza were sent home before me with pizza to pick up. When I asked politely after waiting for 20 minutes, I only got the answer from the friendly waitress: "So what?, it'll take a while". No apology or anything. My advice: If you want to order for pickup, I recommend ordering somewhere else. The kitchen doesn't seem to be able to cope with the number of guests. The reaction of the waitress shows that it doesn't seem to matter to the individual customer, since the store was buzzing and fully booked. Didn't leave a good impression. Luckily, there are tons of other pizzerias in the city. Pizza was good, but it certainly didn't justify the 30 minute wait.

Nice beer garden. The ambience is nice, but little things like peeling wallpaper are annoying. The food is good middle class. The fried vegetables nice from the freezer with Brussels sprouts. Typically Italian. All joking aside... You could easily add more and improve it. The service is stressed, sometimes rude and untrained temporary staff, but you have to be happy to get any staff at all these days.

The salad with three things is no longer as good as it used to be. Garlic bread too soft with garlic in thick pieces Reserved for 6 people, it was very cramped.

We ate here today (during the week). We arrived at 6 p.m. and they said they had to give the table back at 7 p.m. because it was reserved. She would prefer our food, then it would work. Ok, so we ate there, ordered within 5 minutes, everything was fine. Quality was absolutely fine! I think the prices are high. Shortly before 7 p.m. another waiter came and asked what we ordered. After another 20 minutes the food came, by now it was really full. We hurried to eat because we now had further plans with a reservation... After we ran up to pay because no one came again, I mentioned the situation. NO insight, no apology, no accommodation. Nothing at all. That was very unpleasant, to be honest I don't care that you have so many guests, not with such a reaction. The food wasn't good enough to eat there again.

First of all, the food is delicious... unfortunately the service is completely unacceptable. !!!..we hadn't even taken off our jackets and sat down..service came, what do you want to drink..we hadn't even gotten the drinks or menu yet!!!! .HELLO, IT'S OK...Main courses arrived very late...not pleasant when several people have to wait in front of the full plate until everyone has their food...Ordered dessert for 6 people..2 people have just been served dessert. ..service came...HOW DO YOU WANT TO PAY??? AND CASHED UP IMMEDIATELY!!! We also had to correct the incorrect invoice!!!! The remaining desserts came after payment and then we didn't even have 2 minutes to devour the dessert... some still had half-full drinks and desserts (which we then had to leave!!!!!) and were taken away DURING THE MEAL DESSERT rudely asked to leave because the next guests are at the door...THIS IS A BOTTOMLESS INSURANCE. Even the guests from the neighboring tables were pissed off because of the poor time management and the service...it's not the first time we've had this We have had experience in this restaurant...so with our business partners from outside we don't go to you anymore...so change your service and this hustle and bustle, this no longer has anything to do with food culture...Thank you for the unpleasant evening!!!

Wir waren am 2.Weihnachtsfeiertag zum alljährlichen Mittagessen mit 18 Personen hier im Lokal...Leider war der Raum nicht beheizt was schon ungemütlich war....keine Tischdecke, keine Kerze oder weihnachtliche Deko....das Essen war auch nicht besonders....die Bedienung auch nicht besonders freundlich.....

Alter Schwede ... was für eine gute Pizza. Es hat zwar ein paar Minuten länger gedauert, bis das Essen kommt, aber das ist dann so was von lecker. Nettes Personal und sehr urige und gemütliche Einrichtung.

Das Essen ist hier spitze, vor allem die Pizza. Der beste Teig, den man in Coburg bekommt. Die Preise sind OK, dafür bekommt man aber Recht große Portionen. Die Bedienung ist sehr auf Zack und manchmal serviert der Chef sogar selbst an den Tisch.

Auf der Suche nach einem Restaurant sind wir uf ds Mediterran gestoßen. Der erste Eindruck war gut, auch das Ambiente war ansprechend. Stark Italienische Küche mit doch etwas erhöhten Preisen. Eine Pizza Diavolo für 15 Euro ist happig, zumal das ganze nur aus Pizza Teig, Tomatensosse und den kleinen scharfen Salamischeiben bestand. Punkten konnte die Pizza mit dem Geschmack. Der war top. Der bestellte italienische Salat wurde wunschgemäß mit Senfdressing serviert. Sehr lecker aber auch mit rund 14 Euro im Verhältnis sehr happig. Essen und Getränke wurden sehr zügig serviert. Das Service Personal war allerdings nicht organisiert. Wir wurden mindestens zweimal von verschiedenem Personal nach unseren Bestell wünschen gefragt. Fazit: Essen qualitativ und geschmacklich gut, Ambiente gut, Service ausbaufähig.

Eine der besten Adressen in Coburg für hervorragende Steaks, Nudelgerichte und Pizza. Wir waren immer super zufrieden und bedanken uns hier für die freundliche Bewirtung und den tollen Service.

Extrem leckere Pizza. Schiefe Pizza mit Pilzen mal etwas ganz ausgefallenes. Einfach köstlich.

Die Speisen sind vorzüglich. Es gibt auch immer wieder saisonale Tageskarte. Service sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir kommen immer wieder sehr gerne.

Super Essen, schneller freundlicher Service (mit gutem Lichtsystem), sehr leckere Pizza

Das Essen ist sehr gut! Ich hatte eine Pizza Caprioso und ich glaube, besser kann man eine Pizza nicht machen, knuspriger Rand, Teig hauchdünn und lecker belegt. Mein Mann hatte das Argentinische Steak. Klar, es ist nicht billig, aber seinen Preis auf jeden Fall wert. Es war ein schönes großes Steak, zart, mit feinen Rosmarinkartoffeln und wunderbarem Gemüse. Ich kann das Restaurant nur empfehlen!

Leider hat das Restaurant im letzten Jahr deutlich nachgelassen. Die Preise sind für die Stadt Coburg im Bereich Pizza und Pasta viel zu hoch angesetzt. Bei solchen Preisen muss leider auch der Service stimmen und Freundlichkeit ist teilweise ein Fremdwort. Weder hatten wir unsere Getränke vor unseren Vorspeisen, noch kam eine Entschuldigung durch die Bedienung, nachdem die Calzone innen kalt serviert wurde. (als wir sie zurückgegeben haben, wurde sie uns anschließend teilweise angebrannt serviert) Sehr enttäuschend denn wir waren früher häufige Gäste.

Hat alles gepasst.... hervorragendes Ambiente und unbeschreibliche Speisen... immer wieder gerne...

Unfreundlichstes Personal! Ich habe den Tisch für 19.30 bestellt, wurde nach 10 Minuten Wartezeit zum Tisch geführt, nach weiteren 30 Minuten hatte ich schließlich die Möglichkeit die Getränkebestellung aufzugeben... Der Bedienung habe ich meine Unzufriedenheit mitgeteilt, worauf sie genervt reagierte mit: Sie sehen ja was los ist. Habe den Biergarten daraufhin verlassen. Schade... haben offensichtlich Probleme die Menge der Gäste zu bewältigen.

Wir waren heute sehr enttäuscht. Das Essen wurde falsch aufgenommen. Einer unserer Gäste hat sein Essen abbestellt weil es dann zu lange gedauert hätte ein neues Gericht zu bekommen. Das Restaurant war zur Hälfte ausgelastet. Personal komplett uneinsichtig und hat nur versucht zu argumentieren. Sehr unfreundlich bei der Bezahlung. Geht nicht - würde ich niemandem empfehlen. Wir kommen nicht wieder. Die Pizza ist allerdings sehr gut - da kann man nichts sagen.

Ich fühle mich sehr wohl dort. Schöne alte Bäume, ein See, freundliche Bedienung die nicht gleich bös schaut wenn man noch sitzenbleibt und gutes Essen.

Sehr schönes Lokal mit leckerem Essen. Unsere Kinder haben die Kindergerichte auch geschmeckt. Großer Parkplatz vorhanden.

Da es am Samstag Abend viele Voranmeldungen und Gäste gab, konnte das Personal nicht allen alle Wünsche im selben Augenblick erfüllen. Auch wir warteten etwas, aber moderat und waren damit zufrieden. Wir waren zu viert und hatten drei Vor- und 4 Hauptspeisen. Sowohl optisch als auch geschmacklich gab es nichts zu beanstanden. Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Abend waren satt und nahmen auch gern den Service entgegen, die Reste mitzunehmen. Wir würden auch angesprochen ob es etwas zu bemängeln sei oder ob es uns gefallen hätte. So gewinnt man nicht nur Kunden, sondern erfährt auch was vielleicht mal nicht so schön war. Für uns war es voll in Ordnung. Ich werde wiederkommen.
