Zee Zee ist so bescheiden… und serviert dampfend heißes Essen.

Ich bestellte gekochten Reis mit Hühnchen und gemischtem Gemüse. Auf der Speisekarte stand Ei, aber im Reis war überhaupt kein Ei. Selbst als ich nachfragte, ob im Gemüse nicht doch zumindest ein Ei zu sehen wäre, hätte ich es doch hinzufügen müssen. Und das für 9,50 Euro! Sie hatten alten Reis unter den frischen gemischt. Das war deutlich zu erkennen, er war hart. Ich aß gerade, als ich merkte, dass der Reis vom Vortag war. Ich sprach meine Bestellung an. Zuerst sagte ein Mitarbeiter, sie würden neuen Reis zubereiten. Dann kam eine Mitarbeiterin und fragte, ob ich Nudeln statt Reis haben wolle. Ich verneinte. Sie meinte, sie müsse den Reis erst kochen, und gab mir wütend mein Geld zurück. Ich nahm es ebenfalls wütend entgegen. Sie servierten den nächsten Kunden frischen Reis, obwohl dieselbe Mitarbeiterin behauptete, keinen Reis mehr zu haben. Unglaublich! Nach 9,50 Euro muss man dann auch noch essen, was einem vorgesetzt wird. Ich habe eine furchtbare Erfahrung gemacht und werde nie wieder dorthin reisen.

Preis- / Leistung in Ordnung. Die Speisen werden fisch zubereitet und heiß serviert. Geschmacklich ist es für einen Schnellimbiss vollkommen in Ordnung. Die Mitarbeiter sind freundlich und hilfsbereit. Gerne wieder.

Kaufe dort seit Jahren immer wieder Gerichte zum Mitnehmen. Nette Leute und meinen Jungs schmeckt es auch.

Habe mir sowohl to go als auch vor ort schon mal gebratene nudeln bestellt. Fand es beide Male sehr lecker und empfehlenswert! Man konnte sich aus verschiedenen Soßen eine auswählen. Die Portionen sind total fair und es schmeckt sehr lecker. Die Bedienung war ebenfalls sehr nett und beide male bekam ich mein Essen sofort nach der Bestellung. Es war dennoch frisch und warm. Kann es weiterempfehlen :)

War zunächst verunsichert aufgrund der Rezensionen. Esse gerade sehr leckere Gebratenen Nudeln und Frühlingsrolle. Gutes Preis Leistungs Verhältnis und nette Bedienung.

Aufgrund meiner beruflichen Situation esse ich sehr häufig draußen und ich kann diesen Ort mit voller Überzeugung weiterempfehlen. Der Service ist außergewöhnlich freundlich, aufmerksam und stets gut gelaunt. Man wird immer herzlich empfangen, was sofort eine angenehme Atmosphäre schafft. Besonders hervorzuheben ist das familiäre Umfeld. Man fühlt sich nicht wie ein gewöhnlicher Gast, sondern eher wie ein Teil der Gemeinschaft. Die Gespräche sind immer freundlich und authentisch, was den Aufenthalt zusätzlich bereichert. Ein weiteres Highlight sind die Spezialangebote, die vom Chef persönlich. Diese Gerichte sind nicht nur abwechslungsreich, sondern auch geschmacklich auf höchstem Niveau. Hier merkt man die Leidenschaft und die Qualität in der Küche. Auch die Sauberkeit, die Organisation und die gleichbleibend hohe Qualität der Speisen verdienen großes Lob. Preis Leistungs Verhältnis ist absolut fair und angemessen. Insgesamt ist ein Ort, an den man immer wieder gerne zurückkehrt sei es wegen des guten Essens, des tollen Services oder der herzlichen Atmosphäre. Sehr empfehlenswert

Die knusprige Ente schmeckte gut, aber die Pho schmeckte nur nach Wasser und nicht nach frischem Hühnchen; die Portion war für den Preis auch zu klein.

Wer asiatisches Essen mag findet hier einen leckeren Zeitvertreib bis der nächste Zug fährt.

Das essen wurde frisch zubereitet und hat fantastisch geschmeckt - die nette Bedienung war sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich, 1A Service! Seither komme ich jede Woche hierher und kann es nur empfehlen!

Es war so schön, zwischen den Zügen eine warme Mahlzeit genießen zu können! Das Reis-, Hühner- und Gemüsecurry war köstlich. Ich kann diese hochwertige Hausmannskost nur wärmstens empfehlen. Guten Appetit! 😋

Netter Service und schnelles heißes leckeres Essen. Sicherlich sehr dem dt Geschmack angepasst, aber das muss hier wohl so. Hatte Thai Curry Rind und komme bestimmt wieder wenn auf Zwischenstopp im Bahnhof.

The crispy duck is my favorite here!

I ordered without vegetables and got a mini box for €8.90 that still had vegetables in it. After complaining, I was told that it didn't have any extra vegetables, and that was the best they could do.

I ordered noodles with egg and vegetables. I received almost nothing but noodles with 3.5 pieces of vegetables. No egg. At first I thought it was a joke, but I didn't feel like arguing. Everything is getting more expensive, but for €7.50, that's not right. I go to the train station often and won't order anything there anymore.

Freshly prepared curry, and the duck is also very tasty! The staff are very friendly. For a fast-food restaurant, there's hardly anything to complain about—the quality is even better than that of a classic fast-food restaurant.

I had picked up some food from there a few weeks ago. When my food was being prepared, the salesperson tried to package it in a smaller Chinese box and tried to talk me into buying the smaller box. When I insisted on the larger bowl, he asked me if I wanted vegetables with it (which are listed on the menu). What happened next is something I've never experienced anywhere in the world. I was asked which sauce I wanted with it. I asked the salesperson if he could fill the two sauces separately. He then showed me a small plastic container for 125ml of liquid and said he could fill it there but wanted €2.50 per container. I said he couldn't do that because the bowl cost 20 cents to buy. Afterward, I did some research and saw that these bowls were even cheaper than I thought. In any case, he justified the €5 for two empty plastic containers by saying that his shop was located in a train station. The food was okay, but nothing special. The noodles and vegetables weren't really shortened, just a little soy sauce on top.

We tried the noodle with springrolls and the peanut sauce. Unfortunately we cannot recommend it, as there was barely any peanut sauce in it, and the taste was bland.

I bought a box for €9.50. Instead of noodles, I chose rice, and got chicken and vegetables without asking. I was initially happy, but then I paid the extra. A box with noodles and chicken would have cost €8.90. Basically expensive, but the taste was okay.

Lieferando is unable to deliver, the restaurant is unable to send a replacement which means no food for us.

My voucher from Mein Einkaufsbahnhof was not accepted, with the excuse "We're no longer a partner"... I can't believe it, they simply didn't WANT to. And the quality of the food has declined significantly. So avoid it.

I can especially recommend Bamboo Canteen for people who need to be mindful of ingredients. The cook specially prepared a vegetable dish for me without MSG and soy sauce. The overall concept is also good. Everyone shared the tables in the hall.

So for this price, a quarter of a deep-fried duck with a pile of noodles is pretty cheeky.

If I could I would give it 10/10 because even though they close at 9pm I unfortunately arrived shortly after that and I still got quality, warm food. I often come here to eat and it's great here. Great team, thank you, you saved my appetite :)

The last place I went to, the noodles got cold and hard from sitting there. I had no idea where they were supposed to be fried. It was simply inedible. When I complained, I was simply insulted. I immediately informed the health department. Unfortunately, I only just read the reviews, and as I see, I'm not the first to have this experience, but the owner always blames the customer or promises improvement. I can tell you, it hasn't gotten any better. So the plate was empty? After you threw about 90% of it in the trash! I ate two pieces of chicken and two, maybe three forks of noodles.

I was a bit skeptical at first, as I don't much care for train station snacks. However, I was very pleasantly surprised. The chef was super nice and cooked a vegan meal especially for me, even though it wasn't on the menu. The food was excellent!

This is probably the only place in the entire station that sells hot rice and noodles. Today I ordered M13 Vietnamese Chicken Pho, which tasted great. There was a lot of chicken. Another one ordered M33 Fried Duck Curry Rice, which was perfect when paired with Thai rice. It cost 29.5 euros. I read a review before that said you have to pay for the sauce. We originally planned to spend money to buy hot sauce, but the store very kindly said no, it can be used for free. I was wondering if there is a difference between take-out and dine-in use. I highly recommend everyone to dine here, the food is delicious, and the female waiter and male chef we met today who were in charge of ordering were very friendly👍👍

Paid over 10 euros for tasteless, undercooked noodles yet with some absolutely hard overcooked noodles. When I asked for extra sauce, it cost 2€ for two tiny spoonfuls. Absolutely do not recommend.

I ordered the fried noodles with chicken and peanut sauce, instead of peanut sauce I got any other one. After I pointed this out again, one ladle of peanut sauce was rolled up and emptied onto the other. It tasted accordingly.

Worst Asian place I've ever eaten. Owner totally disrespectful and yells at customers. I ordered something, the meat was completely overcooked and the wrong sauce was served. Totally not recommended. Just do yourself a favor and stay away.

You're waiting for your time at the train station, Then the kitchen calls: “Come on, it’s time!” The curry is steaming, the sushi is laughing, But it's never cheap here. The palate is happy, the wallet is empty, The bill is a little bit harsh. But what the hell, the hunger is satisfied, And every dish was delicately grilled. Do you want enjoyment to the fullest, You just have to put it deeper into your pocket. So remember when you eat there: “Bamboo is delicious, but it has its price!”

Being stingy with vegetables. When asked if you can have more than half a spoon, the answer is 'that's enough'. That's why you pay €6.5 for a box of greasy, salty noodles and extra tofu costs €7 on top because you have to 'cook' extra for it.

Taste is okay, service is like that, sometimes friendly, sometimes unfriendly. Duck and chicken is always very crispy and fresh. I like the peanut sauce best.

Actually I wouldn't give it any stars. I wanted a noodle box with chicken and then saw that it was duck and not chicken. When I asked the woman about it, she said it was chicken and refused to engage in conversation. I have duck lying in front of me but she continues to claim that it is chicken. Embarrassing to deny something so obvious!!! Better not eat here!!!

When I asked if I could have a little more peanut sauce, the answer was “€2”. The portion cost €6.50 and was a small cup. The food itself was tasteless. Definitely not a recommendation

The noodles taste strange, like they weren't prepared properly, the vegetables too and the spring rolls taste ok. There were a few pieces of meat crust in my vegetarian dish, which I find very unappetizing. Price is ok. Service is quick.

Duck was really good once, but since then it's just been fat

I was pleasantly surprised! First of all: the atmosphere at the train station is of course not a particularly comfortable one. Therefore no 5 stars. But that's what a snack at the train station brings with it. But the price/performance is great and, above all, the food really tasted good! Duck with vegetables & rice for €12.50 is fair. Perfect for a quick snack while you're waiting for the train and much tastier than at McDonals across the street.

Asian snack in the “Food Station”, quick preparation and delicious food. Didn't see any indication of card payment, so unsure whether this is possible on site. The Pho for €10 was quite large. Staff friendly too.

In my opinion it is more of a below average restaurant. I myself had the M8 (fried noodles with baked chicken) and this dish is actually a common classic at Chinese restaurants. Here the meat was quite dry and the fried noodles were still very pale. The service was nice, but I wouldn't eat here again. A pity…

We ordered 2 dishes, number M19 and M31. Number 19 is stir fried veggie with beef and number 31 is stir fried chicken with mango sauce. I personally ordered number 19. Its a bit salty but i like it. Fresh veggie, still hot and a little bit 🌶🌶 for me. For dish number 19 i tried a little bit, and nice. Not 😖🍋sour. I think 🥭 mango sauce will be sour but its not. I think our German speaking is really bad that the female staff didn't understand us at all. Luckily the others coworkers can understand us.

Oh God, that was bad: M33 "Thai" duck. The meat is fatty, tough like rubber and has been in the frying pan for far too long. Few vegetables and what is supposed to be “Thai” about this sauce is incomprehensible to me. Not even the color. It didn't taste like anything, no typical spices and not at all spicy. And the whole thing for a whopping €13.50... Very disappointing. Typical train station rip-off.

If you have been to Thailand and often eaten soup there, you will be very disappointed with the supposedly Thai soup 😞. 2 shrimps, very few vegetables, but fresh and so many fat eyes. The staff are nice, but this wasn't your typical Thai soup today.

Cheated a customer - I ordered one menu, but made the different one because it’s left over from the previous cooking. The female owner tried to sell the food that I didn’t order because she didn’t want to waste their food. Shame on them. When I ordered the food I said the number and the name of the food and she heard it and nodded her head. But she made the different one from the previous menu she made for other customers. How could they run this restaurant with this unfaithful attitude and behavior? How could they treat a customer like this? The food is not good either because it’s too salty. This is a reply to the owner's comment: It's a BIG lie! I did NOT pay for that cheating dish at all. The female owner did not collect the money. She cooked that dish first because she planned to sell me what was left from the previous customer. I can prove this by showing my bank card which does not have the fee from your restaurant on that day. Cheating the customer, still accusing them!

I ordered food for delivery last night and had severe gastrointestinal symptoms less than 8 hours later. The person who wrote a review 13 hours before me obviously feels the same way.

Would have thought it would be nice if it was mentioned somewhere that it is a small snack bar in a train station that shares space with a bakery and another fast food restaurant. OK as a traveler between two train journeys, but if you're looking for a Chinese restaurant from out of town, go there, and then find out that it's not a "real" restaurant, that's a bit annoying. Maybe rename it to “Bamboo Bahnhofs Imbiss”. Or upload a picture where you can see the location.

Positively surprised, I give this snack bar at the train station 5 stars. The food is cheap and fresh, with fresh vegetables. I thought it tasted okay, especially for a store of this type and at this price. The staff seemed a bit exhausted, but the counter/kitchen looked clean.

I ordered the S4 to take with me. Unfortunately, I expected more. The counter looks attractive and clean. The meal was okay. In proportion there was a lot of pasta but little sauce and vegetables.

All in all a very nice little shop, with freshly made food and very nice service. A friend and I were fans of it since our first semester at KIT because we had to commute. Absolutely solid by student standards.

Heute Morgen hatte ich ein zwischen stop in Karlsruhe. Um 11 Uhr ungefähr . Früher war ich öfters im Bamboos Canteen , letztes Jahr z.B habe ich immer Nudeln dort bestellt. Heute war ein älterer Mann da, ich hatte ihn freundlich gefragt ob ich ein ( Plastik) Besteck kaufen könnte, er antwortete Pampig das es 30 Cent kostet. Dann sagte ich ich habe nur Karte und kein Bargeld ,und er antwortete nochmals unfreundlich dann nicht. Ich frage mich wirklich wie unfreundlich man sein kann. Als Gast der gerne dort essen geht wenn ich in Karlsruhe bin, werde ich mir NIE WIEDER etwas bestellen. Wenn das Personal unfreundlich und unhuman ist hat man auch keine treue Kundschaft verdient. Werde nächstes mal meine Nudeln im ECE Center holen statt am Karlsruhe HBF.

Ich war schon öfter dort und es war immer sehr lecker. Das Essen wird frisch vor dem Gast zubereitet. Man kann sehen, dass hier sauber gearbeitet wird. Außerdem ist das Team wirklich nett und hilfsbereit, auch wenn man mal Transportprobleme hat;)

Das Essen (gebratene Nudeln mit Ente, Frühlingsrollen) war ok. Nichts Besonderes aber im Vergleich zu den anderen Angeboten im Hbf mit am Besten. Bedienung war sehr freundlich.

Kann die ganzen negativen Rezensionen nicht nachvollziehen. Für mich immer noch das beste und gesündeste Essen im Hauptbahnhof. Wer nicht zufrieden ist, kann ja zu MacKotz nebenan. Meine Gerichte hier waren immer frisch und lecker.

Man wartet zu lange aufs Essen. Andere werden vorher bedient obwohl man zuerst bestellt hat.

Ein asiatisches Restaurant direkt in der Vorhalle des Karlsruher Hauptbahnhofs. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und natürlich durchaus auf Reisende eingerichtet. Auch das Gruppen sind auch kein Problem. Die Atmosphäre ist natürlich ebenfalls durch den Reiseverkehr geprägt. Inkl. Einer gewissen Hektik wenn Leute schnell auf ihren Zug müssen, am besten noch mit großem Gepäck. Totenstille herrscht natürlich hier auch Standorttypisch eher selten. Das Restaurant ist aber sehr gut wenn man nach einer Reise schnell sattwerden will.

Ich esse da öfters wenn ich nach Hause in die Schweiz fahre. Das Essen ist sehr lecker und schnell zubereitet. Für ein Essen am Bahnhof ist das Ambiente völlig ok. 5*von mir weil alles passt.

Mehrmals beim Bamboo gegessen. Das Essen vorort schnell und lecker serviert. Auch beim Mitnehmen bleibt das essen innerhalb einer Stunde noch warm und dadurch sehr lecker.
