Far too expensive for what you get. The Kashmiri Rogan Josh tasted okay – the meat was tender, the spinach and rice were solid. But the portion was so tiny it was almost cheeky. For €19.90, you expect more than carelessly packaged, without any extras. No flavor, no refinement – just a little, and simply disappointing.

I ate there with friends in June 2025. Highly recommended. I was very impressed by how magnificent Indian cuisine can be. Until now, I'd only eaten at low-quality Indian restaurants that used only convenience foods (processed meat, chemical cheese) of absolutely poor quality. The food at Prince of Punjab, on the other hand, is unforgettably good. It's superbly seasoned, easily digestible for European stomachs, and simply tastes soooo delicious. I've never eaten as good Indian food as at PoP. The staff is extremely friendly and very attentive, yet not intrusive. Truly very personable. The owner told me that they make their own spices, and you can really taste it. One negative point is that the restaurant isn't wheelchair accessible. We ate there with a wheelchair user and had to sit outside. It was okay, but it was very cramped because the public order office is giving the restaurant owner a hard time about the use of the sidewalk in front of the restaurant. I highly recommend the restaurant in Wilmersdorf, "Prince of Punjab." It's well worth it.

The food is quite good but a bit expensive. I get the feeling they're trying to be high-class without actually being so. I'd say that's why they're rather average.

Had chiken kadhai for lunch. The curry did not tast great and was more like capsicum curry than chicken curry with just 2 pieces of chicken. The price is high compared to quantity or quality. Have had Biryani from here before on a weekend, that was decent but oily.

An Absolute Gem for Indian Food in Berlin! I'm a regular, and always have the most incredible meals here! The staff and atmosphere are warm and inviting. The service is also top-notch – very friendly and attentive. My recommendations: murgh malai tikka, paneer paratha, and the dal makhni.

Cozy resteraunt. Friendly waiters. Chilly cheese naan, butter chicken and lentils curry. Really good comfort food. Lamb chops were a little too strong(lamby, gamey) for my taste, but the curry was good though. A little pricey but that's ok I guess. It's more of a treat than an everyday eatery.

The food is always delicious and tastes great. I often come at lunchtime, my favorites are the vegetarian dishes: dal and black-eyed peas, ha ha I didn't know that before either. From the evening menu I can highly recommend the okra. The people in the team are always friendly!

the lovely waiter was very passionate to talk about the good and culture, he presented the way we should eat starters. no problem with non german speakers which was great. absolutely amazing, warm and kind atmosphere coming from all the staff. food was delicious and we tried lots of things. it was a great experience and a wonderful culture lesson

The food was super tasty. Everything is freshly prepared and tastes excellent. The preparation took a little longer, but in the meantime there was a small snack on the house. The menu offers classics such as palak paneer and chicken tikka masala. There are also specials on weekends such as fish or all you can eat kebab. We drove here from Moabit based on a recommendation and will definitely be back.

The most authentic Indian in Berlin - I always enjoy coming here. Mango lassi perfect - paneer tikka and palak paneer very authentic. The starters and sauces are super delicious. Everyone is perfectly happy here.

Here you can still get a variety of delicious food served even late at night, you will receive good advice on your selection and the service is very friendly. Attention from the kitchen shortens the waiting time and the price-performance ratio is absolutely right.

A modern, calm atmosphere. I was there with a friend from New Delhi and she found the food very authentic. Eating takes time, but it's worth it. It also tastes completely different than what we otherwise know as “Indian”. Please reserve in advance and get involved ;)

Schmackhafte indische Küche Bahadur ist ein kleines sympathisches Restaurant in einer ruhigen Ecke von Wilmersdorf. Die Küche ist vielseitig, frisch zubereitet und reicht von milden bis scharfen Gerichten. Die Gemüsegerichte sind ebenso köstlich und bekömmlich wie die Gerichte mit Huhn oder Lamm.

We came for Diwali menu and were not disappointed at all. Really great food and drinks.

The food is really great! They even have some specials for weekend. The Amritsari Chole kulcha is amazing and very authentic. The service is very friendly and helpful. Beautiful ambiance! The collection of photos brings back a very retro India only seen in movies and museums. They have 1 rupees notes and nataraja statues which all add to the ambience! My only gripe with the place is less vegetarian options which is not a bad thing if you are a non-vegetarian and the vegetarian options that exist are amazing!

Very pleasant little restaurant with exceptionally tasty food and lemonades. The service is very attentive and courteous and gives good tips without being intrusive. We were here for a business lunch and were very impressed by the authentic and calm operation. The food was very tasty, very cheap and you can tell that this is done with heart. Gladly again, Dennis gets down to the basics: there are certainly many smartly designed and expensively furnished shops, but you can't eat that.

The food still tastes great. We had two vegetarian dishes. One of them was pleasantly spicy and the chickpeas, which were larger than usual, were absolutely delicious. Still think this is the best restaurant for Indian food.

Incredible North Indian food. I have been in Berlin for quite some time now and been to multiple Indian restaurants and this is hands down the best. Super easy to reach from anywhere in Berlin. The kebabs are succulent and the dal is an absolute beauty. The dal makhni is a must try. Service was quite good and quick. The naan could be better though. It tasted and looked more like a lachcha paratha than an actual naan.

Being a food lover, I have visited many Indian restaurants and I recently visited your Restaurant with my friends, and we were delighted to find that the food quality, drinks, and service remain outstanding. The friendly and knowledgeable staff made our visit easy, helping us choose delicious dishes. The Paneer Tikka Masala was flavorful, the Dal Makhani rich and creamy, and the Butter Chicken perfectly tender. Since it was Sunday, we also enjoyed the Dum Biryani, which was fantastic. Their Indian cocktails were a delightful surprise, and the Mango Lassi was a sweet, refreshing finish. At the end, I can say that this Restaurant remains on our top choice for affordable, authentic North Indian cuisine in Berlin, offering a wonderful mix of traditional dishes and street food. I highly recommend this restaurant to others. Keep rocking Team!!

Simply the best Indian in town! Not as heavy as many Indian restaurants in Berlin, full of taste, good recommandations from the cook and the most adorable service ever!

Friend was “happy” with the chicken. But as a vegetarian (fish and cheese is fine), I have little desire for “another” cheese plate or “another” dish that is drowned in cream. I got a roll and five different types of porridge in different shades. When I go out, I want to have something to chew, not just rice and rolls and something to drink. Even though I didn't eat anything, I was charged the full price. The service was designed to accommodate English speaking guests. Maybe it was my mistake for trying to communicate in German.
