Super cute restaurant in the heart of Celle. The service is exceptionally friendly and they really make an effort to please everyone. We spontaneously dropped in with six people without a reservation and were offered a table after a short wait. The food was excellent; we had steaks that were cooked to perfection and super tender. We were in Celle for a weekend break and discovered this fantastic steakhouse by chance. We immediately reserved a table for the evening. We had ribeye and rump steak. For dessert, we had chocolate soufflé with cream and apple fritters with vanilla ice cream and whipped cream. Everything was top-notch and incredibly delicious. The service was super friendly, and the value for money is truly excellent. We 100% recommend it.

The service was super friendly, attentive, and made us feel very welcome. The food couldn't have been better! The steaks were cooked to perfection, tender, and full of flavor—simply perfect. The side dishes were also delicious. The atmosphere was very cozy. We had a relaxed conversation and really enjoyed ourselves. It is with deep regret that I feel compelled to explain the outrageous events of my visit to your establishment today, which not only permanently shakes my trust in the seriousness of your establishment, but also makes a mockery of the most elementary standards of hospitality and organization. Exactly six weeks ago, a reservation was made by telephone in good faith and with due anticipation, which was expressly and unequivocally confirmed by you. Nevertheless, today we were confronted with a situation that could hardly be surpassed in its humiliation, arriving punctually and in anticipation at the appointed hour. First we were left in the dark for over half an hour with nebulous reassurances, only to then be given the outrageous announcement that our reservation apparently never existed. Such a blatant failure, coupled with the complete lack of any will to compensate or even politely apologize, represents a faux pas that is almost unforgivable. Not only was our valuable time and trust disrespected, but we were treated in a way that is almost impossible can be reconciled with the demands of a house of distinction. All that remains for me, filled with deep disappointment, is to say that your hotel, although it may strive to be considered otherwise, appears unworthy of the art of hospitality in its noblest principles with this behavior. This level of mismanagement and disrespect prohibits me from continuing to express goodwill or even a recommendation to your establishment.

We made reservations for our Christmas party in October. Waiter sent us into town half an hour in advance. Afterwards the waiter told us that we didn't reserve a table.

We had booked a table for dinner with the boss. In the evening he couldn't remember any more. "It's an employee's fault" 🙄 I ordered my steak English with fries. It came almost well done with fried potatoes and on a COLD plate! That doesn't work at all. 😤

We can generally recommend the house, even if it is not in the main pedestrian zone and that has its advantage. The service was exemplary polite, a good selection of dishes. The steak was exactly how we wanted it with a very good price and performance ratio. Again and again in Celle.

So first of all, the second star is only for the service, because it was nice. I really feel sorry for a waiter who has to serve food like that. So let's get to the food: Carelessly prepared salad, no choice of dressing, but put it on the plate first, so you have to mix it yourself. Chicken inner fillets convenience food from the cheapest supplier, an absolutely tasteless meat patty on the burger and a steak that turns out to be a tough opponent. Only the fries were okay, but the ketchup (probably supposed to be barbecue sauce) was inedible. And when we came in, the musty and outdated atmosphere should have been enough of a warning for us to leave. We regretted it afterwards.

Update 12-2023 The 300g Giant Burger became two patties weighing approx. 125g. Not the same anymore. If I fry 10 pieces of goulash together, unfortunately it doesn't make 250 g steak - I hope we can get back to the old form! Giant burger that rightly deserves this name! Also only available with steak sauce, next time ;-)

wir haben mit 6 Personen unsere Betriebs -Weihnachtsfeier in diesem Restaurant gemacht. Essen war gut und kam gleichzeitig und warm, Preis -Leistung ist ok, die Bdienung war schnell und freundlich - gerne wieder!

War nach Jahren wieder einmal da, diesmal gibt es einen Stern Abzug. Der Kellner war mit der Bestellung ein wenig überfordert, Filets bestellt und ein Schnitzel bekommen. Der Kellner hat angeboten es zurück zu nehmen und hat sich fünfmal Entschuldigt. Die Qualität ist gleich geblieben.

Erneut gestern da gewesen , neues Personal der Kellner hat ein grosses sprachliches Problem, der lachs für 18.90 war als Portion viel zu klein ebenso die Mini rolladen die waren so Mini, für eine kleine Portion extra sosse wurden uns 5 euro berechnet was eine Frechheit ist ! Das haben wir dem Kellner gestern mitgeteilt . Ich kann jetzt nicht von tollem Service reden die Portionen bei den teuren Gerichten sind viel zu klein wir werden nicht wieder kommen nachtrag zu ihrer Antwort die Mini Rouladen hatte keine 250 gramm !! Der lachs hatte auch keine 250 gramm ! Ich kann es aber nicht beweisen da keine Waage zur Hand war. Wir haben bei der Bestellung der sosse ganz klar gesagt wir möchten für unsere Tochter eine Portion sosse da dieser Kellner kaum deutsch spricht hat er das wohl nicht verstanden wir haben auch grosse Cola bestellt und kleine bekommen auch hier das sprachliche Problem! Das preis Leistung Verhältnis bei den teuren Speisen stimmt nicht ! Und sie können mit Kritik nicht umgehen!
