We wanted to try a delicious cider and were not disappointed. Ordered three different ciders, all three were really good. Unfortunately the service was a bit slow. All the tables inside were occupied, but it was so warm and stuffy that we chose a table outside anyway. Since it had rained earlier, the tables and benches were wet. The staff didn't dry them either; we had to use our jackets for it. Ambiance and drinks very good, the service could still be worked on.

I had the Grillplate and it was really delicious. It cost about 30,000 won per person.

It is a waste of time and money. Very rude staff. If you wanna have an experience of “punish the customer”, it is recommended. I had to mark star, if I would have a choice of giving nothing, I would choose service and atmosphere.

We had lunch here at just before 12 pm on a weekday, and we were the first people. Maybe people don't come here for lunch. However, the server/hostess was really nice, and we got the food and drinks on time. The green sauce on the schnitzel was very good. The food potions are very large. They had chicken schnitzel for those who prefer. Their rose apple wine was fantastic, and so was their normal one. It was like a lightly gassed beer with apple cider flavor. It goes down pretty smoothly once you get started.

Good, but it has become too expensive. The portions have also become a little smaller.

Well, I don’t know if we can call it cooking 🤣 Frankfurt sausages and potato salad, we're close to the basics of what everyone knows how to make for a picnic Then on the service side, you look like a tourist so go ahead and give your money... And by the way I'll give you 50 cl of apfelwein instead of the 25, pretending that I didn't understand... but once served it's too late ! By the way, the atmosphere is great, it's immersive...The real German place to have a good time

This is pure Frankfurt! An authentic, rustic apple wine bar with excellent Hessian dishes. The atmosphere is cozy and rustic. The employees were all very friendly and the restaurant was very clean. Price-performance is also very good. You get large portions for a very fair price. If you don't stop there, you're missing out. We were there for the first time today and will definitely be back!

...soooo great...we were there on June 11th, 2024 at lunchtime and in the afternoon...you walk from the Römer over the "Riserner Steg" bridge and after a few minutes you are in a green, quiet, friendly world... outdoors, in the sun, on sparkling water with a view of the beautiful bank opposite: the skyline of Frankfurt!!! : right: the old city center, left: the office towers and luxury residential buildings on the Main ... in between: the smaller old residential buildings from the 70s... city history to see..... and all this with the friendliest service, Äppelwoi and traditional Frankfurt dishes... REALLY GREAT CONCLUSION: an absolute MUS S

I recently went to Cider Farm with friends and we all loved the food and atmosphere. The schnitzels were simply delicious and were served with delicious side dishes. The cider was also of high quality and complemented the meal perfectly. The ambience in the Apfelweinwirtschaft was cozy and rustic, just like you would imagine in a traditional German restaurant. The service was friendly and attentive, we felt really well looked after. All in all, I can only warmly recommend the Apfelweinwirtschaft. If you're looking for good food and an authentic experience, this is the place for you. I will definitely come again!

Visited on a weekday. Unfortunately reception was pretty rude. I think you are not allowed to ask if they have any free tables you can sit without a reservation. There are plenty more options around with a better service ✌️

Tourist trap. Location is quite nice, but incredibly loud inside, the patio heaters don't "work" outside. Nobody comes to ask if you want to order more drinks. In the end there are more drinks on the bill than ordered. Food ok.

Oh well. Unfortunately the cutlery was pretty dirty. Hard benches without any seat cushions. Unfortunately, service was sometimes really unfriendly. But the worst was the Bembel. As you can clearly see in the photo, it hasn't been cleaned for days. Really unappetizing😕 The knuckle was okay, but clearly too dry. Can only be recommended to a limited extent!

This place is so cute! Humbly tucked away on an alley-way in a very cute part of Frankfurt, this place has all the charm. My chicken schnitzel was amazing and so was the “green sauce” and my apple wine! My German colleagues were very helpful and so was the staff here. This place has old-world charm and is a definite try when in Frankfurt.

My visit to the Gasthaus Frau Rauscher in Frankfurt was an unforgettable experience that went far beyond what you would normally expect from a restaurant. The ambience, deeply rooted in traditional Frankfurt culture, immediately offered a warm and inviting atmosphere that thrilled me and my companions right from the start.

Ideal for big groups but reserve early! Service was slow which was a bit of a bummer but food was good and portions were huge! When we will have visitors in Frankfurt, would maybe bring them here again.

Went here with a company event, had an appelwoi tasting. Pretty tough if you don't drink alcohol, first guy said they don't have anything without but then another waitress knew that they apparently did have an alternative. Really informative, the Schneegestöber was pretty nice.

Service was extremely slow. Extremely slow! I ordered a large sour cream. I was then asked if I would like a white wine spritzer. Well, apple cider is kind of white wine... But in this location this service is embarrassing...

Hearty, traditional Sachsenhausen Äbbelwoi - economy at its finest. Äbbelwoi in all variations, including pure and Äbbelwoi sparkling wines, as well as the very best traditional Frankfurt cuisine. The "Handkäs mit Musik" is second to none and the "Frau Rauscher - Schnitzel with semolina sauce" is either a stunner or a dream. The Äbbelwoi is best served in the “Bembel”. A “Mispelsche” as a digestive? Perfect ! Portion size? Do not worry ! Prices for 1 starter, 2 main courses, 1 dessert, 1 4-bembel, 1 large pint and 1 loquat? Bill for €61. -Perfectly fine. Oh, and by the way, Ms. Rauscher is also a popular restaurant for friends of Eintracht Frankfurt.

We wanted to eat a good homemade schnitzel in Alt-Sachsenhausen, so they thought of Ms. Rauscher. Unfortunately, that was a complete disappointment. Only a Viennese-style frozen schnitzel from the Metro was served. Guys, are you serious??? Please write on the card that you serve frozen goods!

In Alt Sachsenhausen I expect home-made schnitzel and not frozen goods. I don't think I've ever had such a bad schnitzel

Frankfurt classic in Alt Sachs. I know the restaurant from my school days and it is as traditional as ever. An insider tip for people who don't know Frankfurt cuisine. Definitely recommended. The apple cider was nice and tasty.

I keep waiting at the entrance Treated as invisible even when two clerks saw it. I was offended by racism or something, so I just left. This is my first time standing in front of people like this and being treated like an invisible person.

So recommended to bring international guests here! Traditional German restaurant with great food. Recommended here are the Schnitzel with green sauce or with mushroom sauce. Definitely also get the 'Bembel' of Apple Wine! That's a must drink 🙆🏻‍♂️

Meat is the king in this restaurant and it is not a surprise since it is a traditional kitchen ;) the rest is history. Worth to pop in, very nice service. One note - if you need hot drink, there is only coffee (and alcohol)

The two of us were guests on Sunday evening. It was rather quiet and therefore very pleasant for us. The service was friendly, attentive and unobtrusive. The Bembel with the house brand tasted excellent. The food came very quickly and we enjoyed it very much. (Jägerschnitzel and a variation of sausages) The portions are very generous. The warm apple strudel was the successful conclusion.

We often go to Ms. Rauscher's for lunch and have always been very satisfied with the selection and quality of the food. And honestly the prices are really good and the portions are very generous (since I lost weight I take half home with me). A recommendation for me!

We went a few weeks ago and the food is delicious as always. The rump steak is sensational. Whenever we have the opportunity we return without a doubt. The atmosphere is the same as always, Germans eating without talking too much and doing their own thing. There could be some music in the background, it wouldn't hurt

This evening we visited Ms. Rauscher again with friends who were visiting Frankfurt for the first time. Despite a reservation, it took longer for the menu cards to be brought out, even though we were seated from the inside counter to the outside seat - we can ignore that because the restaurant was busy. What we cannot ignore is the fact that we had drunken "right-wing people" sitting at a neighboring table in the "Wintergarten" who publicly shouted "He*l H*tl er", "Ju d*nfrankfurt", "Ju d *nfrankfurt", another rhyming, sung slogan with *J*d enstaat", which we could no longer reconstruct due to the shock, and showed the corresponding greeting several times in a row. We immediately reported this to the waitress assigned to us, who was visibly upset has shown concern and promised to report this incident. We finished eating, which took about 30-40 minutes and nothing was done. When paying we asked if the incident had been reported and it was confirmed. This clearly shows that such behavior is tolerated in the "Frau Rauscher" restaurant, which leaves a bitter aftertaste. In any normal bar, such gentlemen would be immediately expelled and banned from the premises. Other guests also did nothing, although the enormous volume of the six men made it impossible to miss the slogans, which was probably due to their muscular stature and conspicuous tattoos on their fingers and heads. We regret not having teamed up with other guests, but it is nevertheless up to the restaurant management to make use of their house rules and not to provide a platform for such ideas. Schnitzel, green sauce and the apple wine were excellent despite our past appetite, for which we get two stars. WE will distance ourselves from this restaurant and its tolerated audience and look for other restaurants, including German ones, of which there are plenty of comparable quality in Frankfurt. We had to apologize to our friends for such an experience.

N*ZIS are tolerated in this restaurant. There was a group of N*zis sitting next to us this evening who gave us the H* greeting and made racist statements, which we complained about several times to the restaurant owners. However, no action was taken by the restaurant. The waiters seemed to sympathize with these guests and one waitress even drank schnapps and toasted with them several times. NEVER AGAIN!

The food is really good, the Apfelstrudel is simply the best I've ever eaten in my life. The environment is very beautiful and well maintained for being so old, it was a shame to stay outside because we hadn't made a reservation.

Of all the Haksen I had in Germany, this one was the most delicious. The schnitzel was delicious and the sausage was also delicious. The potatoes that came with the sausage were really delicious.
