Cool location. The waitresses were all very friendly. The slightly older man with a beard is awesome. Rustic original. Quick-witted without end. Food looks and tastes very good. Clear recommendation.

Had nicest dinner in Franfurt here. All the staffs were extra kind. Even though i went alone and don't speak any german they were very attentive. And food was nice, normal price. They also accept card payment. And the ambience inside was great!

For me the best and most beautiful beer garden in Frankfurt. Unfortunately, I discovered Klaane much too late, otherwise I would have had delicious meals in the idyllic courtyard more often. The service is super nice, especially the older lady (operator?) with her extraordinary style. Highly recommended!

Amazing experience! A restaurant nearby that I wanted to go was closed, and I asked a local resident for the best authentic local food around the area. She walked with us all the way to this restaurant and was the best restaurant in Frankfurt! Service was amazing!

Na ja, besser ist seit dem Betreiberwechsel nur der Service geworden. Unser Tisch hatte bei fünf Leutchen drei verschiedene Hauptgerichte. Sowohl Rippchen, Steak und ganz besonders die trockenen Bratwürste konnten nicht überzeugen. Werden dennoch in paar Wochen nochmal reinschauen, vielleicht hatte 'die Küche' ja nur einen echt schlechten Tag.

I can absolutely understand if you don't want to have bachelor parties in the restaurant, but I've never been turned away so rudely. Absolutely disrespectful and unfriendly staff.

There is good food there at decent prices! You can sit there in a pleasant environment. It ended up being pretty stressful! I ordered dessert It took about 30 minutes and unfortunately we had to leave when he came. I couldn't enjoy the dessert and had to wolf it down hastily!

We stopped here with our group of friends after a visit to the Timeride. We received a very friendly welcome, changing tables twice (once to relieve the load on the neighboring table) was no problem at all. The staff were friendly, almost friendly, and very attentive throughout the evening. The separate invoice (for whatever reason) is no problem. And the food - great. Only the pollack was a bit too dry, but the taste was also very good (hence, unfortunately, a star deduction). In short, we had a great evening, felt completely comfortable and will definitely come back.

As a long-established Frankfurt boy, I have to say that Klaane has really come into its own since the new owner/tenant changed. The food is good across the board. The staff, with perhaps one exception (several visits), is quick, kind and attentive. Back to dinner. If you compare all the apple wine restaurants next door and nearby, the Klaanesachsehäuser is number 1 for me!!

Delicious and hearty cuisine. The staff seemed a bit rough at times, but authentic and down to earth. The location was very nice and the outdoor area invites you to linger. Price and performance were also right. Definitely a place you can visit.

The waitresses are extremely rude (for example, they take your cell phone out of your hand). Although it was clarified in advance through a call that individual bills with cards starting at €15 are possible, the waiters refuse to do this and expect the group to pay in full. The waiters almost start a fight with the customers. You are told that students are not welcome.

Traditional restaurant with Frankfurt Sachsenhausen flair. We were there on Father's Day and ate and drank very well. You can't go wrong with Frankfurter Schnitzel and Handkäs with music! A great traditional restaurant! Customers can feel a piece of old Frankfurt there (also because of the inspiring ambience). The food is simply excellent and you can discover various Hessian dishes that are not particularly well known internationally. The staff is very friendly and works very effectively, even when the restaurant is full (the waiters occasionally collect 5 plates, what an achievement!) and the boss is very personable. The price isn't exactly cheap, but you get top quality. A must, especially for tourists or visitors to Frankfurt.

Great place for traditional German food. Nice atmosphere, full of locals. Service was incredibly friendly and helpful (we speak very little / no German so they helped us out a lot). Food was great. I would recommend the pork cheek in red wine sauce; delicious. Beer and wine was also very good.

Thank you for a perfect evening in the authentic apple wine restaurant “Klaane Sachsenhäuser”. Since we were there a little earlier (reservations are mandatory here), we first made ourselves comfortable outside and enjoyed our first Bembel cider. The service was incredibly friendly, quick and in a good mood. Inside it is quaint and cozy. Our Frankfurter Schnitzel with green sauce was perfect and the sirloin steak was fried and seasoned to perfection (medium). You should definitely stop here.

Scaufelchen was spicy and amazing. Just came in for a beer but glad we stayed. Authentic and great local food and beverage.

The two of us were there on a Sunday. The great ambience and the friendly service were immediately noticeable. It's a cozy place to stay. We had a schnitzel gratinated with cheese and a grilled rib. The schnitzel tasted very good. A good restaurant schnitzel for a long time. The rib, however, was a bit too fatty. Salad and side dishes were also delicious. The dark beer also tasted good. All in all a great stay.

We are in Sachsenhausen every year at Easter and we are here once every year. The Klaane Sachsenhäuser is one of the best on the site.

Der Klaane Sachsehäuser ist ein Apfelweinlokal mit wunderschönen traditionellen Räumlichkeiten. Wir saßen im sehr gepflegten und mit schönen Blumen bestückten Innenhof und hatten ein sehr leckeres Mittagessen zu überaus fairen Preisen. Auch der Apfelwein schmeckte uns hier deutlich besser als in ähnlichen Lokalen in der Umgebung. Wir können dieses Lokal wärmstens empfehlen für alle, die traditionelle frankfurter Küche in idyllischer Umgebung genießen möchten.

Ich war kürzlich mit Freunden im Klaane Sachsehäuser und habe unseren Besuch sehr genossen. Das Lokal ist gemütlich und traditionell eingerichtet, was uns gut gefallen hat. Das Personal war flott, sympathisch und nett. Das Essen war wirklich sehr lecker und deutlich besser, als das was man sonst in Apfelweinwirtschaften bekommt. Ich hatte ein tolles Entrecote mit super Preis/Leistung. Wir werden auf jeden Fall schon bald wiederkommen!

Ich war das erste mal hier vor etwa 10 Monaten. Das Lokal war gerade vom Wirt der benachbarten „Atschel“ übernommen worden. Der Innenraum etwa 130-150 Plätze und außen etwa 180. Das Personal war weitestgehend das gleiche! Freundliche Begrüßung und guter Service kann man hervorheben. Getrunken haben wir Apfelwein bzw. Bier vom Fass, beides sehr lecker. Bestellt haben wir ein Huftsteak (Medium) mit Bratkatoffeln, während meine Begleitung sich für klassisch ein gekochtes Rippchen mit Kraut entschied. Trotz gut besetztem Lokal (ca. 80%) kam das Essen relativ flott! Leider hatte das Rippchen eine leichte farblich violett/gelbe Tönung, was wir umgehend monierten. Leider gab es dann mit einen offenbar älteren Kellner eine unnötige und unschöne Diskussion. Trotzdem bekamen wir Ersatz, aber leider nicht wirklich schmackhaft (lauwarm+minderwertiges Fleisch). Das Steak hingegen war in Ordnung, die Bratkartoffeln hingegen noch zu roh. Zum Bezahlen mussten wir dann auch noch zur Kasse kommen, weil der Kellner unsere Zahlungsaufforderung mehrfach überhörte. Schade offenbar hat er erste Eindruck doch sehr getrogen.

Buscábamos un sitio de comida típica y lo encontramos, lo intentamos para cenar y no pudimos, así que volvimos a intentarlo para comer al día siguiente. La comida típica de la zona: Schnitzel (muy rico, pero la salsa verde la hubiera obviado, la verdad) y Codillo de cerdo (muy bueno), acompañado de unas cervezas y de "digestivo" Calvados Mispelchen (nunca lo había probado y aunque muy dulce, me gustó mucho). El servicio dos chicos (chico y chica) muy agradables ambos. Bien de precio. Es un ambiente típico alemán, con comida típica, muy recomendable.

Hatte Seelachs für € 16,70, das waren ca.100 g tiefgefrorener Seelachs, geschmacksneutral mit ein paar kartöffelchen mit einer kleinen sauciere Grüner Soße. Keiner aus der großen Gruppe war wirklich begeistert. Würde dort nicht mehr hingehen, da gibt es in Sachsenhausen wesentlich besseres.

An honest review My stay at the Klaane Sachsehäuser apple wine restaurant was associated with mixed feelings. First of all, the online table reservation went smoothly, a convenient and modern service that gave hope for a pleasant evening. However, upon arrival this hope was only partially fulfilled. The culinary offering, especially the schnitzel with green sauce and fried potatoes, unfortunately only reached an average standard. The green sauce tasted good, but it couldn't make up for the fact that the fried potatoes were too fatty and the schnitzel was on the dry side. In direct comparison with Ebbelwoi Unser, another Frankfurt restaurant, Klaane Sachsehäuser unfortunately fell short. I would like to positively highlight the non-alcoholic beer, which was refreshing and tasty. The service left a lot to be desired that evening. The waitress was only occasionally seen at our table and one of our orders was completely forgotten. This resulted in me sitting without a drink for a long time and ultimately deciding not to place another order. Another point of criticism was the handling of the request to have uneaten food packed up. Instead of offering direct help, we were told that we would have to do the packing ourselves. A corresponding box was then brought to us. There were also discrepancies when paying. Individual payment at the table was not possible; instead we were asked to checkout individually, which further marred the service. Despite these inconveniences, there was also a positive aspect: the friendly farewell from the staff behind the counter, who noticed us leaving the restaurant and politely said goodbye. In summary, the visit to the Klaane Sachsehäuser apple wine restaurant was an experience with ups and downs. Despite the hospitable gesture when saying goodbye, the criticisms outweigh the negatives, which is why I would prefer other restaurants in Frankfurt in the future.

It is a rate thing in Frankfurt to have a good service in restaurants with german cuisine. Waiters are really friendly. The Jegerschnitzel and Frankfurter Schnitzel were tasty, I was also impressed with their generous portions. But Maronen Suppe stole the show with its surprising and delightful flavor. Undoubtedly, this spot has earned a permanent place in my plans; it's the go-to destination every time I have guests.

Fantastic food for meat-eaters (less choice for others). I had Haxe (pork knuckle) with bread and sauerkraut. The meat was perfectly cooked, with great crackling. Too big for me but they offered to pack it up for me to take home. Great, quick service. Fairly noisy in a cheerful way.

Très belle découverte de cette taverne typique allemande. Nous avons gouté le "vin de pomme" de la maison ainsi que quelques spécialités francfortoises. Le serveur était sympathique, parlant quelques mots de français. Les portions sont très généreuses. Les plats sont bons et fait maison. Nous avons passé un bon moment. Hier bleiben keine Wünsche offen. Meine Empfehlung ist die Biersud zu Spätzle und Schnitzel zu bestellen- hervorragend! Auch der Braten mit Rotkohl war perfekt. Der Service ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Eine tolle Gaststätte mit freundlichen Mitarbeitern und unglaublich leckerem Essen (Handkäs mit Musik und die Frankfurter Würstchen mit Sauerkraut waren ein Gedicht). Auch der ausgeschenkte Äppler ist fantastisch.

Este típico restaurante se encuentra en Sachsenhausen, en la otra orilla del río Main, conocido como el barrio de las sidrerías, en cuyas intrincadas callejuelas adoquinadas afloran una gran cantidad de restaurantes y bares. Éste concretamente es el típico restaurante alemán que cuenta con un agradable biergarten y un salón interior también muy bonito. Pasaba por allí y me gustó, así que entré para tomarme una cerveza, aunque también hojeé la carta y vi que era muy completa, incluyendo sopas, ensaladas, salchichas, schnitzel, carnes, pescados, etc. Pedí una cerveza de barril de medio litro, una hefe weizen, de levadura de trigo, que estaba espectacular, creo que la mejor que he tomado en este viaje, a un precio de 4 €. La atención, muy bien. Por cierto, solo admiten pagos con tarjeta de crédito a partir de 25 €.

Apfelwein war mit Wasser verdünnt, verschiedene Tischnachbarn waren derselben Meinung und haben dies bestätigt. Auf Nachfrage waren die Barkräfte verärgert und wollten uns keinen neuen Bämbel ausschenken. (unserer war noch voll)

Urige schöne Apfelweingaststätte in Sachsenhausen. War schon öfters dort und jedes Mal super freundliches Personal. Das Essen schmeckt sehr gut und selbst wenn die Gaststätte rappelvoll ist, wartet man nicht all zu lange aufs Essen. Auch der Innenhof im Sommer ist super! Macht weiter so!

Ich war mit meiner frau mehr oder weniger zufällig im Juni in dieser sehr empfehlenswerten Apfelwein - Wirtschaft. Wir wurden noch nie so gut bewirtet wie hier. Das Essen war astrein und war sehr schnell fertig, trotz das die Hütte mehr als voll war! Der Kellner hatte immer einen guten Spruch auf den Lippen, war aber trotzdem herzlich. Eine sehr lockere Art und Weise, mit der wir gut umgehen können. Alles war sauber, das Ambiente ist sehr Urig, was wir sowieso mögen. Selbst wenn wir peinlichst danach Suchen würden... wir könnten keine Beanstandungen finden! Sollten wir nochmal einen Wochenende in Frankfurt unterwegs sein, wird dies nicht ohne einen Besuch in dieser Wirtschaft passieren.
