On the menu, the dish "Iskender Plate" was colorfully decorated with vegetables and very appetizing, which wasn't at all true to reality. When the food was served, the flatbread was dry, smeared with tomato sauce, the meat was cold, and the yogurt was on top. No vegetables on it 🙁. I will never eat there again ☝🏼☝🏼

Unfortunately, I was very disappointed. The food was barely lukewarm when it arrived at the table, and the meat was very dry. It was also served completely differently than the pictures above the counter (no vegetables at all). Just meat, dry flatbread, and tomato and garlic sauce on top. The plate was significantly overpriced at €11.00. I haven't had such a bad and overpriced meal in a long time. It's a shame.

If you look at some of the other reviews, you'll notice that some people have no idea about life. Well, I always think everything is great. Of course he can forget something or do something wrong. But if you're just alone and do all the work all day, then you should take some consideration here. I think the food itself is great. Falafel are homemade and a lot of effort is made to meet customer requests. The German language itself is sometimes not 100% understood, but you can repeat it if you notice. No matter whether Dürüm, kebab, falafel or even the pizzas; I find everything there delicious and, above all, fresh. I can recommend.

The store had better days... I was completely disappointed from the moment I stood at the counter. First you wait to be served even though there is no one else in the store, then you don't even hear a “Hello, what do you want to order” etc. The Lahmacun dürüm is a disaster! There was more red cabbage in it than kebab meat. The meat from Lahmacun can't even be called meat, it's more spices and parsley than meat, which you can also tell from the color of the "meat"! Especially where the competition is on holiday, you should perhaps try to get walk-in customers to become regular customers, but with the type and quality of the food it is definitely not possible! Unfortunately very bad...

Doner tastes ok. If you order in advance, it often happens that the order is forgotten as soon as you get to the store and you still have to wait. Sometimes you don't get what you ordered.

I ordered 6 retbulls and it's been exactly 1 hour and it still hasn't arrived. Now I'm leaving.

I haven't eaten such a good kebab plate for a long time. Since the concept was changed slightly, there really isn't a better kebab shop in Heusenstamm.

Price performance is really very good. The food tasted good. The portions are extraordinary in relation to the price. Unfortunately a metal part got into the food. You really have to be more careful. Otherwise the staff was friendly but also very leisurely.

I'm really sorry, but unfortunately nothing is right here from start to finish. When you enter, everything seems a bit old, and the salesperson seems to be more of a bother to the customer. When preparing it, no one even asks what should be on it. Half of the dishes offered are not in stock. And now to the most important thing, the taste: Everything is really extremely bland, the meat, the sauce and even the fries. We had to add sauces at home and that's really never happened to me before. It was an attempt but never again.

Schmeckt mir immer sehr gut hier! Kann ich nur empfehlen.

Der Döner war lecker und frisch aber meines Bruders dürüm war zu hart und man muss zu lange warten

Esse hier sehr gerne. Leider bekommt man ab und zu nicht bestellte Zutaten auf den Döner, was als Vegetarierin unpraktisch sein kann. Abgesehen davon aber richtig gutes Essen!

Döner und Co sind lecker. Service etwas .... naja man muss aufpassen ob man das bekommt was man bestellt...... Vegetarisch. Da kommt schon mal Fleisch drauf. Döner MIT Käse, wird mal der Käse vergessen......

Meine Familie und ich essen hier sehr gerne.Das Brot ist immer sehr frisch und die Portionen sind auch wirklich super. Preis Leistung passt auch.

Es wirkt nicht sehr hygienisch, der Verkäufer gibt nur widerwillig Rückgeld und der Geschmack ist ok aber nicht besonders gut. Es ist nichts für Familien da versucht wird zusätzlich mit Spielautomaten Geld zu verdienen.

Essen geht, aber nicht mehr. Denke ist auch zu teuer.

Döner eigentlich frisch und lecker. Aber ich habe es jetzt schon zweimal erlebt, dass der Dürüm-Fladen nicht durchgebacken war und weder warm noch knusprig. Das schmeckt nicht gut und ist auch nicht gut bekömmlich. Werde eher etwas anderes bestellen, wenn wir wieder hierher kommen.

Das war einfach nur spitze habe mit meiner Frau jeweils ein Döner Teller bestellt. Es war einfach super lecker 😋. Sehr zu empfehlen 😁 👍.

Man muss länger als in anderen Dönerläden warten und Soße, sowie Fleisch sind eher befriedigend als gut.

Es schmeckt gut, aber das fleich ist manchmal kalt oder nicht warm.

Schmeckt gut. Personal leider sehr unfreundlich. Der Pizza Bäcker wirkt unhygienisch und ist immer sehr unfreundlich.

Lecker Lahmacun! Nirgendwo esse ich den außer beim Backhaus^^

Sehr freundliche Bedienung und gute Backwaren

Lieblose Atmosphäre, geschmacklich leider schlecht: Die Soße schmeckt insgesamt fade; Die Lahmacun Würz-Hackfleisch-Mischung ist kaum herausschmeckbar und insgesamt zu dünn belegt. Der Döner Sandwich wird nicht im Ofen hoch gebacken sondern im Waffeleisen heiß gepresst. Das geht besser!

Döner echt gut. Besonders zu empfehlen das Pizza Brot

Top Döner. Super freundliche Bedienung. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Lecker selbstgebackenes Brot und frische Salattheke. Ne andere Knobisoße und es könnte mein neuer Stammdöner werden!
