I have rarely eaten such a miserable sausage salad.

A very rustic, bustling place for hearty, delicious food. Very pleasant and friendly service, a great selection of dishes, and a lovely ambiance. The cordon bleu with creamed savoy cabbage and fried potatoes was absolutely top-notch. But you should definitely make a reservation, especially in the evening. It gets really busy here.

Popped in for a beer, all was well. I came to pay and was told it was a 20 euro minimum to use a non-German card. I was using a debit card, paying in euros, so they weren’t losing anything. The guy got quite shirty, but as I had no cash it was my card or nothing. Funnily enough he took payment. What a ….

It was very cozy. The service (Mr. Vali) was prompt and attentive. The food was very good and plentiful. We were completely satisfied.

While we were eating there were three mice under the table. Horrible

The schnitzel and beer are great. The atmosphere is friendly, but it's very loud and crowded.

Quality of the food and beer was good. My only complaint was how long it took for the food to come out. I had the Fleischkäse with fried egg and chips (pommes frites). The group of people at the next table were served within minutes after their order and they arrived a few minutes after I had placed my order. I waited another 15 minutes before I got mine. I had a late lunch and as I was waiting, most of the diners all left with a "Tschüss!" and the staff answering with "Tschau!" My meal was literally just three fried slices of a meatloaf. If you're a solo diner, the staff will forget all about you until everyone has left and you're the only one there.

If you want to have a conversation, you've come to the wrong place. The noise level is pretty loud. They're letting in as many people as possible. I was bumped into by everyone who wanted to smoke or go to the bathroom. The knuckle of pork is huge, but in my case it was still refrigerator cold inside. The taste wasn't particularly tasty either. They then bought me a round of shots to make up for the bad food. It would have been better not to charge for the food. By the way, we had two knuckles of pork at the table. Both of the same quality. But my colleague didn't get any deductions.

Grilled knuckle of pork is NOT recommended; it's not grilled properly and doesn't taste good. The knuckle is a large portion, but they say quality is better than quantity.

Brewery in Koblenz. It's okay by the standards of Koblenz and Rhineland-Palatinate, but not comparable to a brewery in Bavaria.

We've been to the brewery several times with a group of 5-7 people. Even when it's packed, the staff try hard to accommodate you. The ambiance is appropriate for a brewery. The price-performance ratio is perfectly acceptable. The food is always delicious! A bit loud sometimes, but that's what a brewery is all about ;-). Girls with low-cut pants shouldn't necessarily sit in the aisle.

Nice Brewery. Surprisingly, it was full at 1 pm on a saturday. We just had a small snack (the soup could have had more meat in it, the potatoe was good). The Schnitzel other people had looked great. Service was friendly and attentive. I can recommend a visit.

È il tipico locale tedesco, dove servono birra e piatti a base di carne e patate. Tanta confusione (era sabato sera), pienze passabili,. Noi abbiamo preso un brodo di carme con tagliatelle , due tipi di viennetschnizsel. Birra locale. Tutto senza lode e senza infamia.

Portions are way too small. In other restaurants you can get twice as many fries and a much larger schnitzel for the same money. The taste is also very poor. Service immediately seems annoyed when questions or criticism come. Strangely, guests at the next table had larger portions... possibly because we were there with a group of 55 people?! Normally it can't be!

Not recommended at all as a group. Portions way too small. Resembles bad cafeteria food. The service reflected excessive demands with “cheerful unfriendliness”.

Nice place. All dishes were delicious and filling. There were four of us without a reservation and were immediately and very clearly informed that we only had 1.5 hours because everything was supposedly reserved. My wife and I decided on a carpaccio for two and pointed out several times that one portion was enough for two. Two plates came and when asked again, it was confirmed again that it was only one portion. Apart from the fact that it was frozen and we had to give it back first, of course we were charged for 2 portions. The waitress was very unfriendly, had a very assertive tone and wanted to force her own beer on us, which we refused. The food itself was good and tasty. Nevertheless, after the service and the rip-off, we will never come here again.

A great German restaurant with authentic cuisine! I ordered the grilled knuckle – it was huge, crispy and incredibly tasty. I really loved the taste. The atmosphere was also very cozy and inviting – perfect for a relaxed meal. Highly recommended!

Average cuisine, reasonable portions. Selection of draft beers and schnapps. Nice ambience and good mood. What more could you want from a brewery. Recommended if you're craving meat and cold beer.

We had a great stay here, despite the fact that it was very full, the employee (Tati) made it possible for the four of us to get a table. The food didn't take long and tasted great. Tati is an incredibly experienced waitress, very quick, friendly and attentive. We then had to change our table because it was already reserved for later guests who arrived a little earlier and she apologized countless times that she had to move us, but we didn't think that was a bad thing at all. With Tati you can really tell that she enjoys her job and does it with heart. She jumped around like crazy, but always kept an eye on all the guests and remained friendly despite the stress. I really appreciated that and am happy to recommend the brewery. You feel comfortable as a guest and are happy to come back.

The food was ok. The service basically too. But some of the “around it” was… expandable. For example, if a server is cleaning outside, they should wash their hands before continuing to serve. Maybe I'm being too fastidious. But this sort of thing bothers me. Bottom line. Something wasn't right and we didn't feel comfortable this time. It's a shame actually.

A completely disappointing visit - and on my birthday of all days, which I actually wanted to celebrate in a pleasant atmosphere. Instead of a lovely evening, we experienced a low point in service and hospitality. The service by Ms. Tati was rude, stroppy and obviously completely overwhelmed. A colleague was even drawn on his T-shirt with a ballpoint pen - behavior that lacks any respect. A salad we ordered came with onions despite the request without onions. A companion ordered fried potatoes - they were simply forgotten. Every question, no matter how harmless, was met with snappy answers. You felt more like a nuisance than a guest. No time was taken for the table - instead the waitress rushed past us emotionlessly. The taste of the food was okay, but considering the prices it wasn't justified - especially the carelessly thrown together side salad. The drink prices are outrageous and seem like a complete rip-off. When a companion couldn't finish her food and politely asked if she could take the rest with her, a piece of aluminum foil and a used (!) bag were slammed onto the table without a word. The waitress mumbled something and walked away - another sign of disrespect. The waitress symbolically had “hair on her teeth” – it was almost a miracle that it wasn’t in the food. How this place gets positive reviews remains a mystery to me. And as if all that wasn't bad enough, the men's toilet smelled strongly of urine - you felt like you were at Cologne Central Station. Disgusting and unacceptable.

Referring to a visit in October 2023! I can. I don't understand the many positive reviews. The guest rooms are quite narrow and not particularly comfortable. There was a sign on the toilet that said you had to pay to use the toilet. For what if you eat or drink something there? But the top hammer was a waitress who demonstrated how service shouldn't be. She was a little older. We asked for the food as there was too much to pack up to take with us. We got it too, but she threw it across the table so carelessly that your face froze. When the table next door asked for dessert for her son and a digestif, she responded with the following: Here is the menu. You can read. Something like that doesn't work at all. With such service, we refrained from tipping and no one was able to enjoy the packed food in the evening. That was our first and last visit.

Top food And was at the table very quickly after ordering

While on vacation in Koblenz and looking for a nice restaurant, I came across this restaurant on Google. Can be found near the Church of Our Lady. In my opinion it is a large restaurant, it was very busy, but I was asked if I would sit at a table with two gentlemen. No problem for me 😃 I was asked quite quickly what I wanted and the beer and the food (a good portion of Jägerschnitzel with fries) came after a short wait 👍🏻 I had a good chat with the two men. The food was very tasty and completely sufficient for me; I couldn't have eaten a side salad. I'm happy with the price/performance ratio 😊 If I'm in Koblenz again I'll be happy to come back 💯 The only disadvantage is that the restaurant can only be reached on foot and parking spaces in the surrounding area are difficult to find 😔

We didn't really like it here. It's loud and uncomfortable. The food looked really great, but when all you want to do at a brewery is drink beer and feel unwelcome, it's weird. One had the feeling of mass processing.

Went to the Deutschen Eck at the weekend and were looking for a restaurant in the city at lunchtime, relatively inconspicuous from the outside but the full restaurant appealed to me. Extremely nice, competent staff, super tasty food, the food was delivered quickly, the portions were large and completely fair to today's prices in the restaurant.

The most delicious schnitzel I have ever tried. The portion is very generous and the price is still in range. After finishing the meal, there wasn't any room for having desert. Atmosphere of the place is quite well decorated. Had good time and definitely recommended. Biers + schnitzel 🤌🤌🤌🤌

We went there spontaneously during our vacation on Easter Sunday. We still got a place. It was great friendly service. The restaurant was occupied except for the space and was always occupied again immediately. The meal was excellent!! We can only recommend it.

But the price/performance wasn't right at all, the schnitzel was the cheapest frozen meat and the sauces weren't really tasty. I imagine something different when it comes to brewery food. Typical brewery with attentive staff. My Jägerschnitzel was great! My wife's asparagus wasn't cooked through, it could happen, it was really full there on Good Friday.

We waited for over an hour to get our food. Food was nothing special. The service was horrible: not friendly, asked for a tip explicitly. We made a reservation for 2 but had 2 other people sitting at our table. Really weird and not a nice experience. Too expensive for what it is. I don’t get the good rating. Would not go again and would definitely not recommend.

The experience was okay overall. The staff was very efficient and attentive, which definitely stood out. The beer was good, nothing particularly special, and I wouldn’t recommend ordering the Aperol tho. The food was delicious, but the portions were extremely large—definitely something to keep in mind.
