An interesting restaurant with its own brewery. The location has been meticulously restored. Everything is just right. The service is attentive and friendly. It's advisable to make a reservation. The food is of good quality and very tasty. The price-performance ratio is reasonable. The portions are generous. I can wholeheartedly recommend this restaurant.

Truly perfect knuckle of pork (the best crust and the juiciest meat, a great portion, far and wide—half a knuckle isn't financially worthwhile), (seasonal) beer also available to take away, a wide selection, and friendly, fast service, even at lunchtime.

One would think a brewery would know how to sell beer. A total of three times (!) different waiters "forgot" (their words) our beer order in the short distance between our table and the bar. This resulted in some unacceptable waiting times. There is a serious need for improvement in the service, and the place is currently not recommended.

We've been here several times. Reservations are a must. Yesterday we went for the pork knuckle. Everything was great. Perfect pork knuckle, good beer, super friendly service. There was absolutely nothing to complain about. The brewery is a must if you like pork knuckle. We've never had a better one anywhere. We'll definitely be back! 🫶🏻🫶🏻

This is how hospitality and customer service should be! It's December 27, 2025, the beer garden is open, still festively and tastefully decorated for Christmas, and there are patio heaters at every bench, which are switched on immediately, even if you "only" want a drink. Blankets and cushions are also provided. It's easy to leave a generous tip and to want to come back again... next time for a meal, because the menu looks good and the food that was served looked really delicious!

No greeting, so we chose our own tables, which we were immediately asked to vacate with the explanation that a group was arriving. The table remained empty for the entire hour we spent there. Wonderfully authentic restaurant with friendly service and excellent food, also available at lunchtime.

The schnitzels were far too small for my liking, and unfortunately, the taste wasn't entirely convincing. However, I'd like to commend the potatoes – they were truly excellent. The Kaiserschmarrn also didn't really impress me, as it lacked caramelization and a few additional ingredients. Nevertheless, it's a very cozy place where you can tell they put a lot of effort into making it look its best. I can't comment on the house beer, as I'm not a beer drinker.

I thought long and hard about how to rate it, but in my opinion, it couldn't be rated any better. Inviting from the outside, but inside it was packed and noisy like a train station. The staff seemed stressed, and it showed. My goal was a beer tasting, but they brought me a tray with four glasses, two of which were for pilsner. To put it simply, four glasses, two of them identical, for a tasting?! In a brewery? Sorry, no way. I didn't want to eat, so I also tried two schnapps, which were very good. Conclusion: once and never again, at least for me. The place's occupancy suggests otherwise, so I recommend booking well in advance.

I was a guest at the brewery again and felt very comfortable. The service staff truly live up to their name! Service is not just a word, it's a way of life. Despite the place being packed, they were always attentive to our needs and politely and discreetly inquired about any further requests. The food is incredibly authentic and tastes even better in the perfect ambiance. My favorite dish is the pork knuckle. It impressed me once again. The presentation alone is a feast for the eyes. Both bones practically fall off the meat, making for an uninterrupted and enjoyable meal. The accompanying, expertly crafted gravy and sauerkraut complement the dish perfectly. My only tiny criticism: this time the crackling wasn't consistently crispy throughout. And of course, the portion is too large. So I happily shared it with my tablemates. Add to that the variety of seasonal beers. While the current Halloween beer won't become my favorite, it certainly deserves its place alongside the others. I ended up switching to the lighter one after all 😊 I'm already looking forward to my next visit.

There were four of us, and we ordered the "Gaudi Platter" for four. It was incredibly generous, and we could easily order more sauerkraut and roasted potatoes. We were all completely satisfied. The restaurant was very busy, but the staff remained calm and relaxed. We'd gladly come again :)

From the atmosphere to the taste and service, everything was fantastic. I've had Schweinshaxe at many other restaurants, but this place was absolutely delicious—from the crispy crust to the tender meat, perfectly cooked, and the sauce. The beer was also excellent. The food was absolutely delicious, and despite the crowd, the service was incredibly friendly and prompt. I ordered the turkey schnitzel with onions. I hadn't realized it would be smaller than the pork version. The manager kindly explained this to me and still brought me two extra schnitzels (a friend of mine had ordered the same). This was truly exceptional and speaks volumes about this wonderful brewery. Thank you so much for the delicious food and service. We'll definitely be back! 🙏🏼

We were very disappointed with the food. The vegan dish (pea puree with pumpkin) was an absolute disgrace. There was so little on the plate. The price/performance ratio was completely off. After pointing out that the portion size was outrageous for €19, the waiter brought two more extremely thin slices of pumpkin. The bread dumplings with mushroom cream sauce were a significantly larger portion and came with a salad. However, the food tasted exactly like a ready-made meal. If you compare the vegetarian food at the Marktweibe restaurant with the Brauhaus restaurant, the difference in taste, quantity, and value is night and day. The service was attentive, helpful, and very friendly.

Roman is an absolute legend. With him, every evening becomes an internal nettle-picking adventure. Beer, food, service—superb. Roman is as handsome as can be.

The home-brewed lager is undeniably very good. However, the food left much to be desired. The Munich-style schnitzel was supposed to be marinated with horseradish and sweet mustard, but you could barely taste either. Furthermore, the portion with the side of roasted potatoes was rather small, and at €24.80, the price-performance ratio was unfortunately not right.

My mother and her friend ate at the Brauhaus on Sunday – unfortunately, it was very disappointing. The dumplings were hard, no knife could cut through them, and they didn't even absorb the sauce. The dish should have been sent back. It's a shame, because we were hoping for good, down-to-earth food. We probably won't be going back anytime soon.

Our favorite restaurant in Oberursel - very family-friendly and a great option for children, with a changing table and a free plate for the little ones. The upstairs dining area is very nice and quieter. Excellent service and the raspberry lemonade is a great option for those who don't drink Cass beer.

Great atmosphere with several dining rooms and even live music. We sat outside one autumn evening – no problem with the provided blankets. Delicious home-brewed beer. The Frankfurt schnitzel was at least pretty average. The prices are just a bit above average.

The atmosphere was happy and chill. The German food was pretty good, and so were the servers.

Unfortunately, I feel compelled to give a negative review. The value for money here is absolutely not there. The quality of the food was disappointing: There was a hair in the salad, the schnitzel was so tough it was almost impossible to cut, and the meat also contained gristle. Some of the fried potatoes were still raw inside, completely unseasoned, and carelessly placed on the plate. We were there with several people, and unfortunately, all the dishes were of a similarly low standard. One thing is for sure: We won't be back and unfortunately cannot recommend this restaurant.

Totally overpriced, quality is better. My kids' comments: the schnitzel was mushy and not tasty, and my chicken breast was unfortunately too dry. Venison goulash, well, there's hardly any meat on the plate, but they're good at making hand cheese. Nevertheless

Unfortunately, the type of venison (from the Taunus region) wasn't listed on the menu, and the waiter didn't know either. The potato dumpling was, in my opinion, a disaster: like a rubber ball! It's only 20 minutes from Frankfurt Central Station, so I was debating whether to go or not, but the atmosphere was great, and the beer and food were both delicious. The Weizen was really good.
