I was there three times in three weeks, that should say it all. Very quick and friendly service. Price/performance of the food was top.

Super nice service and fairly new interior. Unfortunately our food was mediocre. We had chanterelles with homemade sauce, rum steak 240g, potato wedges and a side salad for around 30 euros. The number of chanterelles was very manageable, but there was plenty of sauce in a separate bowl. The rum steak was not particularly well seared and hardly seasoned and unfortunately not bloody as desired. The potato wedges were served in a bag, which might be appropriate for a hamburger, but not for a 30 euro dish.

After a very long time, we had dinner in the lounge again. We had heard there was a new chef and thought we would give it another try. Let's try it out because before the change the food was a disaster. It's nice that the map isn't that big anymore. We were really impressed with the food (ranch burger and fitness salad), very high quality and... Price performance was right. Service very good and friendly. The lounge itself was completely redesigned, which I really liked. It's brighter and friendlier. The courage to create something new, implemented SUPERFULLY. Keep it up. We'll definitely be back

Overall, the lounge has become really nice after it reopened. The ambience is nice. The service is very friendly. Unfortunately, I also have one point of criticism. The toilets are not nice. There are various dispensers hanging on the wall, but unfortunately without any content? Instead, there are some towels next to the sink. That's super unhygienic, sorry. So unfortunately you saved money in the wrong places. I hope not only for me, but also for all the other guests, something will be done or improved. I think sanitary facilities are very important in the catering industry. Maybe take it as a tip ;) Vg

My experience at lounge Oberursel was very bad. The waiters are very rude towards the customers and making us wait for more than 30min for drinks !

I used to really enjoy going to the lounge. Today I was pretty disappointed. Unfortunately, the renovation has changed the ambience for the worse. The white tables and chairs appear cold and "smooth" and the chairs themselves are very uncomfortable. The menu consists of loosely copied sheets of paper stuck into a clipboard. Overall, it now looks like a canteen. The dishes looked very good and were also rich! We just had garlic dip with bread, which was really good. Otherwise we still had drinks. The service depended on the waiter. The female employees were very attentive, one male employee was very unfriendly and sometimes ignored us and deliberately looked in the other direction. The other male employee was very friendly and also had a smile on his face. What I was really missing was the question of whether everything was ok. That could have put the poor service of the - apparently responsible - employee into perspective. Let's see if I can try again.

The positive thing first: the service was and still is first class! The entire service team does a great job and as a guest you feel very well looked after. Regarding the new interior, I unfortunately have to say that at least the tables and seating do not match the location at all. Surely there's some kind of "hip" concept behind it, but the furniture doesn't invite you to linger and it's very uncomfortable in the long run. And overall the color concept doesn't work for me. Now to the menu, the selection has shrunk but is still sufficient, but what has suffered massively is the quality of the food. I had ordered a salad with baked shepherd's cheese for €15.90 - the quantity was okay for the price, although there was a lot of green salad, but the shepherd's cheese was an industrial product and not homemade (admittedly there was nothing about it, this would be included). However, given the price, that was my expectation). From August 1st I'll give the menu another chance - then we'll see what happens next...

We ate yesterday for the first time since it opened. The new ambience is fresh and modern, but for fans of the “old lounge” it takes a bit of getting used to. But that is by no means meant negatively. The staff is extremely helpful, often asks if everything is correct and is also friendly and happy to fulfill special requests. My mother-in-law's Cordon Bleu was super juicy and the Mediterranean sauce was really something special. My shrimp was very, very tasty, two of the three dips were too spicy for me personally, but as we all know, that's a matter of taste. The homemade lemonade reminded me of a non-alcoholic Hugo and went perfectly with the weather. There is a reason why the map is a little smaller than the old one, which is also explained on the homepage, and as we know, it doesn't cost anything to ask. The selection is always enough for me and the menu will be expanded from August. But it's better to have a smaller selection that's fresh and tasty than a huge menu that no one can do justice to :) we'll definitely be back We'll definitely be happy to come

I recently had the pleasure of visiting the Oberursel Lounge for dinner with colleagues. It was an evening we were particularly looking forward to as spareribs were on the agenda. Unfortunately, our visit began with disappointment: the spare ribs were sold out. A few years ago, the Oberursel lounge was one of my favorite places. The menu back then offered a wide selection of burgers, pasta and other dishes. The supply has now reduced significantly, while prices have risen significantly. Due to the lack of spare ribs, I decided on a chicken burger with sweet potato fries. Unfortunately, not only for me, but also for my colleagues, the fries were hard and not like I usually know them. The burger was OK. We also planned to enjoy the evening with cocktails. But here too we encountered problems: the cocktail I had chosen could not be prepared because the pomegranate seeds were missing. So I had to change my order again. The evening ended with the information that a voucher purchased before the reopening was no longer valid. This was particularly annoying for us as it was a farewell gift to a colleague of ours. Despite these disappointments, I have to praise the service staff. The staff were consistently friendly and tried to make our evening as pleasant as possible.

I like to eat here. Especially on Thursdays they have all-you-can-eat spare ribs that are simply delicious. The ribs are well seasoned and tender, the atmosphere is cozy and the staff is friendly. Absolutely recommended for anyone who wants to enjoy good food in a great atmosphere!

We went to All You Can Eat Spare Ribs on Thursday and it was fantastic. For just under €20 you could order as many spare ribs as you could eat and it was delicious to boot. 1 A. You can't complain about it, I can only recommend it :)

The renovation and interior design turned out beautifully. I must say. The menu is pretty thin. There used to be a lot of pasta dishes; now only burgers, salads, wheat flatbreads, 1-3 special dishes. Prices have increased. Nothing appealed to me this time. The mood among the staff seems depressing. New owner. Overall, ok for a chat. There is no need to eat.

The lounge used to be a really nice, cozy and upscale location. After the renovation it is now an absolute disaster. Is the facility supposed to be a joke? How can you exchange such high-quality furnishings for such cheap, uncomfortable chairs and tables that wobble? The menu was also shortened significantly, but the prices were adjusted upwards. And a homemade classic lemonade now tastes like sparkling water with Ahoi Brause. Charging almost 6 euros for this is an absolute disgrace. I will no longer visit the lounge. It's a shame that a change of ownership can have so many negative effects. We were there on Friday evening during the Germany game. At one point the music was turned up so loud that your ears almost burst. Hoping that the guests will be in a party mood after the football game. Of course, we left immediately because it was no longer possible to have a conversation with such loud music because of ear pain. But the service staff are still extremely helpful and friendly.

Update June-24 What happened to the lounge? Canteen style. Tables wobbly. Almost everything seems very cheap and plastic-like. The card is no longer what it was. The only thing that is great is the wall decoration and the fact that two employees stayed. A pity

Great food, fair prices and great party every Friday. The best Oberursel has to offer

Dear lounge team, I think your renovation is very successful and great! It was time for the furniture from the 70s to be disposed of and replaced with modern, contemporary ones. I think the fresh look still has to find its way into the dusty Oberursel gastronomy in order to be seen. You are one of the most modern and colorful shops in the area (great choice of colors for the counter). I'm looking forward to many more changes and concepts that I'll also be happy to use on site and definitely enjoy.

Company holidays until May 27th, 2024. Windows are taped shut! 05/28/24 Opening supposedly under new management. Attentive service, but cocktails are watery and weak in flavor with lots of ice and hardly any alcohol. Disappointing. The quality is even worse than before the lockdown. Happy hour 10:30-11:30 p.m. Food is ok. The lounge ambience at the train station is harmonious. Tuesday Happy Day, all cocktails 6 euros. Good service. When I visited again, for example, a Mai Tai was so strong that it caused a headache for many hours.

It's very, very loud there. After 9 p.m. you can no longer have a conversation and have to shout at the other person. The vegetarian overcooked spaghetti is drowned in tomato sauce. The burgers were good, although not as ordered. Medium and well done was mixed up within the table. Toilet paper was also empty, which shouldn't be the case at 8 p.m. on a Friday evening. Sorry for this lousy review, but nothing else helps.

It took 45 min till the food served. The hamburgers were dry, and the bun collapsed. The waiter wasnt kind. We wont return again. e

I celebrated my birthday here on a Friday evening. The reservation worked great and the service was great. The service was really on point and my wishes were taken into account. The food was really great and on Friday evenings from 9:30 p.m. there is always music to dance to. Parking is free at the train station starting in the evening.

We ordered food through UberEats. Delivery took less than an hour, the driver was very friendly and we were pleasantly surprised by the food. Everything was very tasty and, above all, fresh! We will definitely order more often

Delivery time of almost 2 hours for salad, fries, 2 burgers and a children's menu. The specified time was 1 hour. When we asked by phone we only got the answer that the driver was on the way, no apology or anything like that. Of course the food only arrived lukewarm. The driver was friendly, the burgers were delicious (just not hot anymore) and big praise for the salad, tasty and fresh.

Lieber Herr Rose, wir waren das erste Mal auf der Silvesterparty. Ich möchte Ihnen und dem gesamtem Team, ein unglaublich großes Lob und unser Dankeschön für einen perfekten Abend aussprechen. Wir wissen garnicht wo wir anfangen sollen?! Das gesamte Ambiente war wunderschön. Das Essen war der Hammer! Vom Lachs bis zum Gulasch, das Roastbeef, die gefüllten Nudeln und die Desserts sowie die Käseplatte einfach nur lecker! Das Salatangebot knackig und frisch.👍 Ich möchte auch dem gesamten Serviceteam eine 1 mit Sternchen geben. Was die Jungs und Mädels da geleistet haben (Hut ab) Insbesondere möchten wir unseren Kellner von Tisch 50 loben. Wir konnten uns alle nicht daran erinnern solch einen Service genossen zu haben. Seine Umgangsformen, seine Aufmerksamkeit, die gesamte Körpersprache und sein sprachliches Auftreten. Der muss doch vom Fach sein, oder?! Eine Perle die man sich halten muss. Die Musik war gemischt und toll abgestimmt. Und selbst den Türstehern ein herzliches Dankeschön für soviel Freundlichkeit, Höflichkeit und Ihr Lächeln. Wir werden uns nun das ganze Jahr über öfter sehen und auf jeden Fall auch zur nächsten Silvesternacht. Eine tolle barrierefreie Location für das entspannte Essen zu zweit aber auch für größere Gesellschaften. Tolle Auswahl an Speisen mit und ohne Fleisch und eine abwechslungsreiche Getränkekarte. Tolle Cocktails mit und ohne Alkohol zu fairen Preisen.

Muss leider meine erste Bewertung zurücknehmen dreimal heute telefonisch versucht und weggedrückt worden beim vierten Mal ging jemand dran es wäre geschlossene Gesellschaft

Sehr gut gelungener Umbau eines Bahnhofes ,nettes Ambiente ,sehr gemütlich mit freundlicher Bedienung.

Die Lounge an sich ist ein gemütliches Restaurant, mit leckerem Essen und tollen Cocktails. Es gibt allerdings leider einen Keller (schwarze kurze Haare, ca. 40 Jahre alt), der immer wieder junge Frauen anmacht (wir waren des Öfteren hier und wurden stets angebaggert) . Außerdem gibt es stets Kommentare des besagten Kellners, zu bestelltem Essen ("Du möchtest dein Fleisch ganz durch?? Also tot? Wie eine Fußsohle??"). Daraufhin wird das Gesicht auch noch verzogen. Dies macht den gesamten Aufenthalt unangenehm und deshalb werden wir leider weitere Besuche der Lounge vermeiden. Die anderen Kellner waren sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Schade.

Es könnte Alles so schön sein... eine super Lokation zum Feiern und Schmausen..... aber die Webseite und der Kalender nebst Ankündigungen.....grottenschlecht! Daher nur 2 Sterne....... tja...selbst Schuld.

Da die wunderschöne Location direkt zwischen U- und S-Bahnhof liegt, hatte ich im Außenbereich letztes Jahr und auch vorgestern hier nur etliche Glas Riesling verkostet. Dies verlängert die Wartezeit enorm … viele Züge haben wir schon fahren lassen, weil man einfach nur verweilen MUSS. Besonders bei guten Gesprächspartnern möchte man im Grunde den Heimweg nicht schon antreten….. Die Herren vom Personal erwiesen sich stets sehr aufmerksam und entgegenkommend. Rasch wurden die Regentropfen von unseren Stühlen entfernt und ein Kissen gereicht. Bei jeder Getränkelieferung (Bitter Lemon und der Kaffee sollen auch gut sein) gab es ein kleines Späßchen („draußen nur Kännchen“). Dass die Lounge am „Platz der Deutschen Einheit“ adressiert ist, bekommt bei mir irgendwie einen tieferen Sinn.

Das Essen war lecker. Schade war das obwohl wir in der Reservierung gesagt haben, das wir Skyline-Burger essen wollen, nicht genug Patties für uns mehr verfügbar waren. Die Cocktails waren ebenfalls gut gemixt.

Schnelle Lieferung; freundlicher Bote. Das Schnitzel war okay, die Steakhouse-Pommes leider geschmacklos und matschig; statt Süßkartoffel-Pommes gab es nochmal Steakhouse Pommes. Schade……

Essen, Trinken und Musik passt. Alles super! Die Bedienung waren super nett und zu vorkommend. Am Wochenende geht hier richtig die Party ab.

In der Lounge Oberursel treffen leckere Drinks und gut gelauntes Personal auf unterirdisches Essen zu überteuerten Preisen. Unsere Pommes waren latschig, der Burger zu trocken und der 15€ "Fitness"-Salat "Hirte" ein Berg Blätter umgeben von ein paar Stücken Melone und einem labberigen Käsetaler. Esst also lieber woanders und kommt im Zweifelsfall noch auf einen Cocktail vorbei (:

Sehr freundlicher Service, leckeres Essen, und regelmäßigen Veranstaltungen. Die Partys kosten keinen Eintritt und es macht mega Spaß.

Das Essen ist ganz OK, jedoch nichts besonderes. Die Getränke sind gut und das Personal nett. Man sollte abends auf jeden Fall reservieren. Auch ideal für größere Gruppen.

Die einzige Location wo man als nicht mehr ganz Jugendlicher Party machen kann. Freitags ist oft ein DJ da und sorgt für Stimmung.

Preis Leistungsverhältnis war Top, Happy Hour, Qualität des Caipi war hervorragend. Bedienung aufmerksam und freundlich. Kommen gerne wieder.

Bedienung sehr nett und die Cocktails sind auch super lecker, aber als Vegetarier hat man leider nur vier Gerichte zur Auswahl. Der Burger ist ganz okay, aber ich war nicht so überzeugt davon, dass ich ihn nochmal essen würde. Beim zweiten Mal habe ich dann die Steinpilz-Ravioli gewählt. Für die kleine Menge sind sie sehr überteuert. Schade!
