I've been back after almost three-quarters of a year, and the quality of the food is consistently excellent. The portions are generous and very tasty 😋 Always worth a visit.

A good choice for a meal before visiting the Allianz Arena. It has the feel of a beer garden, only on a smaller scale. We Franconians liked it. The schnitzel with fried potatoes and roulade were excellent.

The Kaiserschmarren (smothered pancakes) is barely being eaten by 11 people. We're all so full. Nice service, and we think the owner is super friendly too. My ketchup craving was also satisfied 😂

We ordered food today. The schnitzel and salad were delicious. However, the Kaiserschmarren (smothered pancakes) were dry and burnt. It's inedible. Who would deliver something like that? The vegetarian burger has a slice of goat cheese as a meat substitute... Rather disappointing.

I recently visited the inn and was completely impressed! The food was outstanding – super tasty, freshly prepared, and the portion sizes were truly generous. No one will go home hungry here. The prices are also absolutely fair – excellent value for money! Beer lovers will also get their money's worth here: The selection was good, the beer was freshly tapped and served at the perfect temperature – just as it should be. The service was friendly and attentive, and the atmosphere was cozy and traditional. I'll definitely be back – I definitely recommend it 🍺🍻

The food was good, but we didn't get the table we'd reserved by phone. I complained about the second non-alcoholic Russian drink because the glass wasn't 0.5 liters, and when we chatted after dinner, we didn't order anything else to drink, we got the impression that the waiter didn't like it. What a shame.

Delicious food and friendly service

A beautiful beer garden with delicious Bavarian home cooking! We were here before FC Bayern's last home game of the season against Mönchengladbach, and even though the place was already quite full (with Bayern fans, of course), we received very quick and extremely friendly service. I had a pork roast with dumplings and coleslaw, and my companion had the beef roulade; both were delicious. The beef roulade was superbly seasoned, and the pork roast was served with a delicately seasoned dark beer sauce. The prices are very reasonable. Highly recommended before an FC Bayern home game and at any other time!

A nice local restaurant, serving some international dishes but also local Bavarian specialities. I had the Zwiebelrostbraten, which I can definitely recommend. And although I like to think I know my beers, I never had a Franziskaner dunkel before. Next time I'm in Munich again I'll try to visit again as I saw some more dishes I'd like to try.

This was the third time I've been to the Alois Wirtshaus with visitors from our company and we should give everyone a second chance and in my case a third too!! Unfortunately, when we asked yesterday if we could sit in the next room, we were immediately turned away by the waiter because he didn't feel like it again. We were offered a place next to the counter and it smelled like smoke the whole time because the staff had the door open not far from the table facing the courtyard and stood there smoking!! The food was ok but couldn't brighten up the bad mood. For my part that's it, I'm not coming anymore.

Lovely authentic Bavarian restaurant. Would highly recommend, food was great, portions were generous to say the least! Service was quick and pleasant (female blonde server was really lovely! sorry can’t remember the name!) would highly recommend especially if staying in the Ameron hotel as it’s a quick walk to the restaurant. We wanted to go out for dinner spontaneously and found this good, rustic restaurant. The service was great, friendly and very accommodating. The food was great and the price-performance ratio was right. Anyone who likes good food is very well served here. We'd love to come back.

Very disappointed experience. The place is ok, the food is good too, but here is what happened: I called to reserve a table for 6pm for 4 people to have a pleasant dinner with a friend who we didn't see for 11 years. They said ok, confirmed. We showed up on time, when they informed us that we should leave the table at 8pm because they have another reservation from then. We had to wait pretty long for our food, so we only had about an hour to finish our dinner. About 7:30pm a lady came to our table and reminded us to leave at 8 - stressing us to hurry with our dinner. Shortly before 8pm the waiter came suggesting to finish. We had to pay and leave. We couldn't even have dessert, caffee or another beer (or talk and enjoy ourselves). This shouldn't be the way to handle your guests.

A real Bavarian experience – 5 stars with asterisks! This is the second time we have been to this wonderful Bavarian inn with a group of 20 people, and once again everything from A to Z was perfect! The cozy atmosphere, combined with genuine hospitality, makes this place very special. The food was to die for! Particularly noteworthy: the tender roast pork with a crispy crust, the golden brown schnitzels and the delicious cordon bleu - all freshly prepared, prepared with a lot of love and absolutely perfect in terms of taste. Plus the classic, perfectly coordinated side dishes such as dumplings, gravy and coleslaw. You can literally taste the quality and passion of the cuisine! Despite our large group, the service ran smoothly: the waitresses were very friendly, quick and attentive - everyone was taken care of at the same time and no wishes were left unfulfilled. This is truly an impressive achievement on this scale! For us, this inn is the epitome of Bavarian hospitality: excellent food, a great ambience and a team that does everything to make its guests feel completely at home. We really enjoyed being here and often (or often picked up). The food is still great and everyone is friendly. But... it doesn't help if you can't get enough of either schnitzel or cheese pätzle. Unfortunately, it's far too expensive to go home hungry.

The food was very good... unfortunately the service let me down. The waiter was very unfriendly from the start. I don't know if he was having a bad day or if he didn't like that we weren't German... I saw him talking to people from Germany with whom he was greeted in a friendly manner She warmly welcomed us and he just slammed the menu on the table: If he could, he would tell us to leave. I also work in the catering industry and know how a waiter should behave, we had the feeling from the beginning that we weren't welcome and then he spoke to me about my little dog and told me to put him on the floor, because it wasn't hygienic... I was there several times with my dog ​​and the boss served me himself and he had no, I can't blame him, he was actually always polite... only the waiter with glasses has some problem with people of other nationalities. . . In my opinion, more empathy for this waiter, he shouldn't work among people... if he wants to teach someone what is hygienic, he should first clean the cobwebs from the lamps hanging above the table.

Culinary glimmer of hope in Freimann: Solid Bavarian cuisine in a rustic atmosphere and courteous service. By far the best restaurant in an otherwise sadly culinary district. Note: Occasionally very crowded on game evenings (FC Bayern). I am a regular guest here, highly recommended!

Sorry, I don't understand why I gave a one star rating. ? We were very happy with the food offered. The food stands out from the usual pizzerias, Greeks... The dishes are appetizingly garnished on interesting plates. The sight immediately triggers an appetite. The portions are perfect. The service is very friendly and you immediately feel 'at home'. Since we often travel from Berlin, this is our favorite pub, as they say in Berlin. Gladly again

We were there with 18 people. The food came really quickly, it didn't even take a beer, even though it was really full. I had the quarter duck and then the Kaiserschmarrn for dessert. The food was really the best, I was in food heaven🥰 At the end there was a small raspberry, the schnapps was really delicious. We registered again for next year straight away. I love traditional food in a local atmosphere, here you can get both at their best. Thank you for the delicious food and the lovely evening 🥰
