The place is very nice, the seating is fairly good, and the food was better than many other restaurants, so I returned more than six times. Every time I liked the food and the service, but I have a comment about the grilled kibbeh; it's a little worse than before. I hope you improve the quality and increase the size. Thank you.

Unfortunately, a very bad experience. We stood there for 15 minutes and were completely ignored by the staff. When we were finally offered a table, it was right by the open door – impossible to eat there in the current cold. It seems as if they just wanted to cram as many tables as possible into the room, without any regard for the guests' comfort. We tried to sit down, but then left the restaurant because it was simply too uncomfortable. What a shame.

Honestly, this is the first time I've ever ordered food from there. The meal I received looked like the waiter who made it had just had a shave and hadn't showered. I swear to God, every bite of it had fine hairs in it, and I couldn't eat it. I'm not going to say anything except may God break the hands of whoever made it.

The food is somewhat good, but the service from the cashier and the people in the dining area is very bad. There's no smile or anything, and they practically stomp on your stomach for anything you order. I don't recommend it, and the bathrooms are absolutely filthy.

They just threw the plates on the table, and the food arrived before the service arrived, and then the service came—a pickle, a slice of lemon, and a piece of cucumber. There were three of us, and honestly, if there were a rating lower than one star, I would give it. This was my first time, and it will definitely be my last. The service was a zero, unfortunately.

I've actually enjoyed coming here with my family for several years. Today, however, I was quite disappointed. The chairs are absolutely filthy and should definitely be replaced. Our table was cleaned with napkins instead of a damp cloth and cleaning solution. It was simply disgusting. I didn't even want to touch the table. Old garden tables and folding chairs are being pushed up to the table to cram as many customers as possible into the restaurant. It's already incredibly crowded and noisy, and yet they're still playing extremely loud music in the background. The restrooms are dirty and littered with trash. So, very unsatisfactory. What a shame.

The food is delicious and the service is excellent, but the bathrooms are disgusting. They need to hire a cleaner to clean regularly and do some maintenance on the bathrooms first. Honestly, the sight is revolting and offensive to the eyes.

I would summarize it like this: solid Syrian food with service like at McDonald's or Burger King. That means you order at the counter and get a table number. You have to find your own cutlery and napkins. The food quality is okay. The lamb and fries could have been seasoned better. The seats in the restaurant are already falling apart and look shabby, which I personally find very disappointing. At the asking price of €19.50, I find the overall value for money disproportionately expensive. There are far better Syrian restaurants with good service in other German cities – for example, in Essen.

Today I was at a restaurant with my family. We ordered Arabic shawarma, arayes (meat-stuffed pita bread), and charcoal-grilled chicken. The arayes weren't good, they weren't to be liked. The chicken had a nice seasoning, but it wasn't cooked through. The shawarma was good.

Yesterday, my sister and I went to this restaurant, and unfortunately, our visit was not a positive one. We were shown to a table as usual and ordered at the counter. When the dishes arrived, the service seemed unusually abrupt. The first dish was placed on the table without a greeting, and the waiter rather sharply gestured to my sister to put her phone away. This already felt rude. For the second dish, the waiter approached from the side of the table that was blocked instead of the free side. Instead of placing the plate down, he held it out to me for me to take myself. Since it's not a self-service restaurant, I waited for him to place the plate down normally. At that point, he suddenly reacted very sharply and said something along the lines of, "What's the problem? Why can't you just take the plate?" His tone was tense and seemed aggressive. When I explained that it wasn't a self-service restaurant, he replied that he didn't want to "come any closer." I found this statement surprising because he had placed the plate for the next table himself. The entire interaction made me feel uncomfortable as a woman, as the way we were treated felt significantly different from the polite service I'm used to in similar restaurants. Unfortunately, the food was also disappointing. The appetizers (fries and hummus) were cold, and the chicken was tough and partially undercooked. The hummus had a dry layer on top, as if it had been sitting for a while. I then spoke to the head waiter and explained both the service issues and the problems with the food. He apologized, said he would speak with the waiter, and offered me a replacement portion. The new portion included fresh appetizers, but the chicken was again undercooked. As we were leaving, the head waiter apologized again and offered us two small bottles of water, which was a nice touch. Overall, however, the visit – both in terms of service and food quality – did not meet our expectations.
