The food at this restaurant is absolutely outstanding! I especially loved the shawarma – it was incredibly flavorful and perfectly prepared. The sheesh tawook and the mixed platter are also excellent and highly recommended. The service is very good, and although it can sometimes get a bit crowded, it's definitely worth a visit.

The food is fine. The morning accountant is unmotivated and works without enthusiasm.

Classic Syrian. I'd recommend Arayes, shawarma and the mince meat lamb kebab. This place has never disappointed me since 2020. One of best Syrian places in Berlin personally.

When we order, we order with our own money, not from your pockets. The service is garbage, and the food is disgusting. The kibbeh is revolting, dripping with oil. The shawarma is dry; you need three colas to swallow it. Then you complain that the food is dry. You're making a fool of yourself. You deserve this garbage service.

The place is full of customers, but the service isn't the best. You have to look up at the wall to see what you want to order. A menu at the cash register would be helpful.

TLDR: A Disappointing Lack of Respect As a solo diner, I waited patiently for nearly an hour at Aldimashqi, only to be repeatedly overlooked in favor of larger groups that arrived after me. This isn't my first visit, and I've consistently noticed this pattern of prioritizing larger parties over smaller groups and solo diners. While I understand the business incentive to prioritize larger parties, the blatant disregard for the waitlist, even for a single additional person, is unacceptable. The food, while decent, couldn't overshadow the poor service and lack of respect for customers. It's disheartening to see a restaurant prioritize profit over customer satisfaction. I would strongly advise potential diners to consider other establishments that value their time and business. Update: Things has improved a lot, now it's less waiting time and better communication with customers

Too much crowded and the food was ok but didn’t deserve the reputation or the super high reviews I see, I are three times a row in the restaurant as I wanted to give them many chances before I give my final review. You need to wait for a table sometimes for about half an hour, we did that but when we wanted to order they said they wouldn’t accept card as they don’t have electricity. Even though we could see the lights on. Fried Chicken in the first day needed salt, the second day was it a grill dish costed 23 euros but the portions was so small, I have to order Kubbe and it was very plain. The third day I ordered Shawrma but it was the worst as it was super dry. Even prices I consider high compared with the quality of the food.

The chicken was apparently not fresh and appeared to have been reheated several times. Unfortunately, the order was disappointing.

The fried chicken was really delicious, and the grilled meat was great too! The place was quite busy, which shows how popular it is. Highly recommend!

All the staff were very nice, except for the old man at the cashier with gray curls. He's about 5'3" tall, doesn't even say hello, and gets annoyed by every little thing. Otherwise, the staff who bring the food to the table are very friendly.

Send her taste buds to Heaven! If you want to enjoy some of the best Syrian food (maybe even better than in Syria) with the feel of walking into a restaurant in Damascus, then this place is for you. By far my best Syrian experience I've had in a long time and maybe to date. Everything was exquisite. The shawarma sandwich was 100% authentic. The grilled kanons tasted just like we were back in Syria. It's a very busy place, but no one gets neglected. They were all very welcoming. This place is 100% a 5-star experience.

What kind of restaurant was that? You need the menu and you have to get up and look for it yourself. If you want to order, you have to get up and order even though there are enough waiters. I'm still eating and my plate is empty, then the waiter comes and tells me to give him the empty plates so he can take it away instead of waiting until we're finished. If you want to pay, you have to get up and go and pay yourself. So we drove there for 7 hours unnecessarily and got a stomach ache. I've been to a lot of restaurants and I know how you get treated, but that was one too many and the food wasn't particularly tasty. For example, the shawarma was just dry.
