Service unfriendly and disrespectful. Ordered over €60 for 3 people. Take away. We opened it at home and couldn't believe it... There was hardly any meat in the order given.... A few skewers and the rest just tomatoes and onions... The burger was also soggy and not edible... Fries packets were not full. .. Too bad...

Authentic arabic food, taste was soooo good. Busy shop but they never make to wait for the food too long. All foods were fresh and delicious. Halal food was the main benefit.

We came from Alexanderplatz by metro and walked. There are Turkish options on the menu, the prices are affordable and the portions are large, two people can eat one portion, the environment is clean, be sure to try it, we ate crispy chicken, hummus and shawarma.

Regulars at Al dimashqui now. Most of the times the food and service is great! On weekends be prepared to wait 30-40 mins to get a table. Would always recommend the mixed grill. However the crispy teller and broast are a hit or miss some days.

The shawarma on the plate is very small. This month, 3 times this month, I ordered a plate of shawarma at home, and the amount of meat and pommes was very small. Please, the owner of the restaurant, do you have a scale to measure the amount of meat?

Really good fried chicken and country potatoes. There is a really nice spices that they use in the potatoes, I am in love with it. There are couple of points for improvement I would say: 1) I would prefer if there were also the option of reading a physical menu instead of a virtual one. 2) Considering that the food is not that cheap, they could have a waiter take your order instead of needing to go to the counter to order. 3) Crispy chicken is the best there but for a dish that cost 13 euros, they could provide you with more than 4 chicken breasts. Also one more sauce (like both the garlic and swarma) Other than that, the atmosphere is great, stuff is friendly, and food really tasty. Every time I am in Hermmanplatz, I go there to eat.

TLDR: A Disappointing Lack of Respect As a solo diner, I waited patiently for nearly an hour at Aldimashqi, only to be repeatedly overlooked in favor of larger groups that arrived after me. This isn't my first visit, and I've consistently noticed this pattern of prioritizing larger parties over smaller groups and solo diners. While I understand the business incentive to prioritize larger parties, the blatant disregard for the waitlist, even for a single additional person, is unacceptable. The food, while decent, couldn't overshadow the poor service and lack of respect for customers. It's disheartening to see a restaurant prioritize profit over customer satisfaction. I would strongly advise potential diners to consider other establishments that value their time and business.

Unfortunately our visit to this restaurant was disappointing. My girlfriend and I waited over 30 minutes for a seat, while other guests who arrived after us got a table before us. This was annoying and shows that the staff should improve the organization. We would have liked more attention and fair treatment. Unfortunately, something like that doesn't leave a good impression.

I swear to God, you Arabs, there is no life or manners, treatment without respect, I watch you finish your food, and within seconds the food is in front of you, and you get up to wash and return to the table, they have given to other people, the height of lack of good manners and tact, and the clutter and the tables on top of each other are like broken pigeons dead. I swear it's disgusting. I eat nothing, the shawarma is all bread, the broasted is not cooked, and the grilled kebab comes out white, as if it were half chicken and half red meat. May God not satisfy you, and may God give you a great star!

I really hate it when they say cards are accepted here but then you go and they ask for cash only! I can't find anything to do with this card, and I don't know if there's anything wrong with it and it doesn't work! It is unbelievable that they write you payment by card and then you go to cash after waiting with the family and they tell you it is only cash! Cash culture must change!
