Al Faisal Grills and Restaurant in Berlin

The food is very good. It reminds me of the taste of food in Syria. The service is excellent and the workers are very nice. I recommend trying it.

Poor treatment, disrespectful, and condescending. The food is very good and the prices are reasonable.

By God, after the scene I saw yesterday, I will never come back to that shop again. The worker's friends came and started tasting the food they were serving to the customers, and the worst thing is that he used the same spoon more than once. I mean, I've never seen anything dirtier than this in my life. They are good at praying in front of people and growing their beards up to their stomachs, but fear God.

The cabbage salad wasn't fresh. The potatoes, tartar sauce, hummus, and service were excellent. The flavor and texture were amazing. The meat (shawarma) was dry. The only flavor was the black pepper. Excellent service. Prompt service. Generosity is evident. One meal is enough for two people. The prices are very cheap. Family-friendly. Good luck and success, with some things to be fixed.

Usually, the workers in this restaurant take the customers’ phones to give an evaluation. I wish they would pay attention to cleanliness and taste instead of taking people’s phones. This is really shameful.

Yesterday, we ate at Faisal Grill for the first time with the whole family (10 people) – and it was a complete success! The staff were extremely friendly and attentive, making us feel immediately welcome. Our orders arrived after just 10-15 minutes, which was a very pleasant surprise. The food itself was outstanding: fresh, juicy, and simply delicious! You can tell that the food is prepared with love and quality. Coming from Munich, where unfortunately there aren't many Arabic grills, this restaurant gave us a sense of home. It was precisely this special atmosphere combined with the delicious food that really won us over. We will definitely be back on our next visit – and can wholeheartedly recommend Faisal Grill!

Not speaking German, I’ve almost scammed. I’ve gave him 54euros for 34euro food but he didn’t give me any change back til my friend speaking german fluently complained about it.

Guys, in my life I have never tasted food tastier than this, neither in Germany nor in all of Syria. A piece of advice, by God.

During my visit to Berlin, we ate at Al Faisal Restaurant, and honestly, I highly recommend it. The first thing that caught my attention was the kind treatment of the staff, the excellent and fast service, the good food, and the reasonable prices. However, there is a small comment about the bathrooms, which are shared by men and women, and the doorman makes it feel old, and the workers go back and forth to the bathroom section. This is honestly annoying. Other than that, everything is fine.

The best shawarma anywhere. If you come here with four friends, you'll go home with ten. Very friendly staff, and the food is incredibly delicious.

The food was really very good. Abdulhafif served us very well and quickly.

Slightly hectic inside (bc its so popular but the gentleman at the till was very nice) , incredibly tasty and reasonably priced. A Halloumi plus Falafel plate which comes with 4 dips and salad was 10 euro and i could barely finish it. My friend had a chicken and wine leaf (or spinach ?) dish from the counter and for 14 euro she got essentially 2 portions. Everything was fresh, well seasoned and super tasty. Highly recommend, this is leagues above most turkish/persian food ive had so far - the only downside is the seating which is cramped inside and directly next to the street outside. Would go again but maybe for takeaway and then go to Maybachufer.

The grills taste good and I recommend them. The restaurant is crowded, so it's best to book in advance. It's noisy... The service was good.

We were there for lunch and each had a mixed grill platter, ayran, and a kibbeh (fried meatball). The portions were very generous, and the grilled skewers were nicely seasoned and had a good barbecue flavor. The side dishes were also delicious and refreshing. The total price, including tip, was €36, which I think is reasonable for the food. The wait wasn't too long either, and the place was quite busy. We'd be happy to come back!

This is the first time I buy shawarma from him and the last time, God willing. Unfortunately, the shawarma is very bad and the sandwich is mostly salty. I wish they would improve the shawarma a little and clean it well so it doesn’t get eaten in a jiffy. With all due respect to you.

I bought 2 kilos of mixed grilled meat. Unfortunately, the quality was very poor, and the weight didn't reflect the actual quantity. The kebab was made with chicken instead of lamb. A very bad experience—I won't shop there again.
