Al Faisal Grills and Restaurant in Berlin

Highly recommended! This is by far the best place in all of Berlin! The food is incredibly delicious and prepared with love. The atmosphere is very pleasant, and the staff is exceptionally friendly and attentive. I would especially like to highlight the cashier – extremely professional and always with a smile on his face. A real highlight – I will definitely be back and recommend it to everyone!

I had the shawarma and kibbeh, and both were absolutely delicious. The shawarma was perfectly seasoned, tender, and wrapped just right—flavorful without being greasy. The kibbeh was crispy on the outside with a rich, savory filling inside—exactly how it should be. The portions were generous, and everything tasted fresh. I’d definitely come back for this combo again.

I ordered chicken sandwich and they service with good plate 🍽 ,with Vegetables and curd. For 5 euro. Taste is too good. Cost worthy.. also counter person dealing with customer very good manner, service guy also" Habibi "... strongly recommended person who looking for low cost good taste.

The best food in Berlin and the best treatment

We ended up here because of the strikingly large number of positive reviews and were very disappointed. For the following reasons: We ordered two sharwama plates with chicken and water. - The chicken was extremely dry and had more of a wood-fired texture. - The fries were limp. - The side dishes were poorly presented. - The service was virtually nonexistent. - My girlfriend was treated as if she wasn't there and wasn't wanted. - They didn't provide a proper bill. Definitely never again. I'm attaching the receipt that we went there.

Today I tried the meat shawarma at Al Faisal Restaurant. Today I went back 14 years in my memory. The best meat shawarma I've had since my time in Syria. Excellent in every sense of the word. Not to mention the excellent service and treatment from the kind young staff there. In short, the best food and the best treatment.

Bad restaurant and worse food. We ordered such a meal and they didn't eat it. And I don't know why this price is for 3 pieces of shish kaf and 3 pieces of shish. Never again. Oh, for a cup. The first culinary foray into Syrian cuisine was a revelation. The lamb skewer platter that was put together was outstanding and the staff was very helpful and kind. I can only recommend everyone to stop by here. We'll definitely be back.

The experience with this restaurant was bad for us. I wanted a quiet and comfortable atmosphere to sit and eat, but unfortunately the choice of this restaurant was not good. Not to mention that the place was crowded and completely inappropriate, the food was cold, the coleslaw was spoiled, and the cleanliness was not as it should be... The workers behaved inappropriately and while we were sitting down to eat, they wanted to empty the refrigerator of bags of pom poms and throw them over our heads, ignoring the presence of customers in the store. This made me angry and made me quickly leave the restaurant, deciding not to return to it....

I ate at this restaurant today on May 2nd at 00:30, I got stomach cramps and nausea right after eating, I suspect I have food poisoning. I have the receipt with me because I don't feel well at all. I'm sorry but I have to rate 0, but this time I'm unwell, even though I've been eating there for years and been satisfied.

The food was good in the past. I would like to have the shaqf meal without it and small skewers. Honestly, the shaqf at the end of the day was dry and had no taste. I honestly didn’t like it. As for the service, he is very helpful. If I want to come to eat, I will come at the beginning of the day, because after 12 the food is not complete, and when I order at home, it will be a thousand times better. I hope there is a comment that will make the restaurant be better later.

Unfortunately, I was disappointed when I just finished eating my hallumi and falafel sandwich. The sandwich cost 7€, which I think is usually fair, but unfortunately here I hardly had any lettuce, actually just leftover pieces of tomato and nothing else. Unfortunately there was also little sauce. The falafel itself was delicious as was the hallumi. I would have expected more for the price-performance ratio.

Went for the quick dinner with my wife while I was in the Neukölln, the food was good but not the best in Berlin I would say, also in shawarma teller they gave the bread and the shawarma separated, however in most of the places they give you rolled and sliced in the plate which was strange and was hard to eat.

Sadly I had to run after my food. First somebody shouted 112 but my number was 113... Then they told me it's long time ready, but the number was still not matching with my order and my ayran and kibbeh were missing... Then I didn't got the additional things. Then they warmed up the kibbeh but again didn't bring them and I have to pick it up myself because they forgot it in the microwave. Very disappointing. The shop was half empty and the people weren't stressed

We tried the Al Faisal teller and the meat kebbeh with my friend, and everything was absolutely delicious. The staff are super friendly and eager to recommend their favourite choice. The atmosphere feels very old school and energetic! It's definitely worth visiting👌🏻

We waited a whole one hour for our food. One waiter sat us down and 10 mins after another waiter asked us to leave it’s only for “reservations” (aka his friends or whatever) so we got up and patiently waited. Half an hour later we asked if our food is ready as people coming at the same time as us already finished their food … they kept saying one minute two minutes food will be prepared as they’re very busy but they continued serving new local customers and they finished food as well we still haven’t gotten ours… The food was okay but the chicken shish was not fully cooked in the middle and also the waiter took our way away after we had one bite saying it’s not for us and then came back with the same plate confirming it was for us… the whole place is chaotic and idk how they get 4.8 ratings it’s horrible Also as an asian woman I got a lot of stares by their customers so not a welcoming and comfortable place either… 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼

The restaurant was okay, but the food wasn’t great. The waitstaff were friendly and attentive. However, be aware that the owner pressures customers into leaving 5-star reviews. In my case, he even took my phone and submitted one himself, which I find completely unethical and making the high reviews of this place unrealistic.
