We have been going there since my childhood for almost 30 years and have never been disappointed always perfect food

Not recommended. Quite greasy food, odd salad combination (green beans), tasteless dressing. Too expensive for what you get.

We've rarely had such a bad meal at a Greek restaurant. Before we even placed our order, someone was already looking at the clock. We've rarely experienced such impersonal and untypically Greek service, not to mention a quzo. One of our dishes was inedible and remained on the plate. We complained during the clearing process, but the food was cleared away without comment. No apology or compensation. One thing is certain: we cannot recommend this Greek restaurant, and we definitely won't be coming back.

The price-performance ratio was perfectly acceptable. The food was delicious and plentiful.

Discount drinks for a premium price of €2.70, the grill reminded me of a party tent, and the food wasn't great either. Salad without dressing, tzatziki that tasted like it came from Aldi. We were very disappointed. It could be better.

Not recommended. If you read most of the reviews here carefully, it's clear that very few people enjoy it. The gyro wasn't seasoned and wasn't crispy enough, the fries were okay, and the salad was tasteless. The icing on the cake were drinks from discount PET bottles in 0.25-ounce glasses for €2.70! We were passing through, hadn't eaten all day, and were hungry. Any other day, I would have sent it back! Absolutely terrible value for money; we'll never spend money there again!

Average food with a beer tent atmosphere. The broad beans tasted like ready-made canned food. The Greek farmer's salad was okay, but there were very few olives and only a small piece of feta. For €10.80, well, I'm glad I didn't try more. Overall, it seems rather lacking in quality, and the price/performance ratio isn't right in my opinion. The service was nice.

Unfortunately, we were disappointed with the quality of our food. The gyro we ordered was extremely salty and did not meet our expectations at all. We would also like to point out the unfriendly service, which made our visit unpleasant. Treating guests with warmth and respect should always be a priority, and unfortunately, this was not the case on this day. Based on this experience, we have decided not to dine at your restaurant in the future.

Yesterday, five of us went there for lunch. Ordering was already a huge hassle. There were no special requests, like a little less salad dressing, a little more tzatziki, or more onions. That was a huge problem. After ordering, the waiter came back and said the ordered menu was no longer available (at 11:45 a.m.). What a bummer, then we had to figure out if anything was left. On the third attempt, the kitchen told us it was OK, but now we'd have to wait 35 minutes. The food arrived after about 45 minutes (no apology from the kitchen). So yesterday was Sunday, we ate everything and already had a slight stomach ache. Well, after five KÖLSCH beers and one schnapps. But this morning, five of my four were sick, with nausea and diarrhea. Great, I wanted to have a nice day with my neighbor. It's all nonsense, as they say in Cologne. If only we had just grilled at the campsite. I can't recommend this place highly enough. How easily even more guests fell ill on Sunday, August 24, 2025.

We ate here two nights in a row. Everything was very good and the staff were welcoming.

The food has gotten really good these days. Hand-stitched gyros, fresh schnitzel (not frozen), etc. The only thing that's a bit off-putting is the prices. But hey! It's worth it! 👍

I was asked for more money than what we had eaten and I will not go there again

Good, typical Greek restaurant. The atmosphere in the covered beer garden could be a bit more tranquil. However, the food, prices, and service were impeccable.

You can sit outside and relax. A lovely, relaxed atmosphere. The staff is very friendly. When we were there, it was very busy, and we had to wait a bit longer for our food, but it wasn't a problem. It tasted very good! The prices are perfectly reasonable, and we'd be happy to come back. The ice-cold ouzo is particularly noteworthy, and as we left, we were greeted by friendly farewells from other guests (shooters).

Nice people. We were served immediately. Typical Greek gyro. Takeout option. Unfortunately, the quality of the meat wasn't impressive. The onions were mushy and tasted like they were way too old, and the vegetables had no bite or crunch. Unfortunately, the price is too high considering the quality and taste.

Delicious food with a wide selection, friendly service, good value for money, and the portions are more likely to be too much than too little (thankfully, you can have it packed up, and it tastes just as good the next day 😉.) You can spend a cozy time here with good food. The ambiance in the tent's exterior could be improved a bit. Unfortunately, only cash payments are accepted!!! 💶

Were there to eat in the restaurant in the evening. You sit in the beer garden tent, which is used all year round, which is well heated but unfortunately the "snack feeling" remains due to the "cheap" construction. It's actually a shame, because the food itself is very tasty! Only the meat was a bit too dry and mushy. Plus, for a “Greek” there was only a dollop of tzatziki.

Rarely have I been treated so rudely. The plates were cleared away while we were eating, as if we had to hurry to finish so that the table would be free. Generally very rude tone of service. There are better ones in the area...

Good food, interesting place. Practically a converted pavilion that can be kept warm in winter and allows good ventilation in summer.

In general we are very happy with the food and the service - the atmosphere could be a bit friendlier as you are just sitting in a “tent”! The tent is permanently installed, has electrically adjustable side walls, a large air conditioning unit and a permanently installed oven. So you can sit there at any time of the year. But the feeling of the snack still remains. The service is very friendly and attentive. One point deducted because there is no children's menu/children's meals.

As always, super friendly and the food was super delicious. Absolutely recommended.

Service is completely fine, you are always offered an ouzo on the house at the beginning. The food has never really disappointed. Smoking is allowed in the winter garden, which isn't necessarily something everyone likes.

16.50 for a gyro plate + cola is already expensive. But very tasty

We ate on site and rolled a pizza. This was by far the best pitter-patter in the Düren district that I have eaten in a long time. If you pass by here, you should stop and have a great meal there after a pizza so full that rarely happened.

Unfortunately it was no longer the way we knew it, no more ouzo, food was served very late for 3 people even though it wasn't full. Very unfortunate

A cozy and family restaurant. Service, operation and friendliness as well as the attentiveness of the staff were 1 A.... Unfortunately, the goulash soup was not eaten and on the grill plate the cutlet was grilled for too long (it was tough and dry) and the Cewapcici wasn't grilled through yet. It was still raw in the middle... We really expected more from this evening.

Family run Greek restaurant. The employees are very friendly and well trained. The bosses take personal care of their guests. Very large tent for outdoor use, usually enough parking spaces available. The pick-up service is also well organized. When I come to the Eifel from Hamburg, Acropolis is always a must. The best Greek ever!

We ate there for the second time yesterday and I have to say we will be regular guests there... We were on holiday at the campsite and unfortunately got to know some snack bars and restaurants but we weren't really happy... I'm glad we found this restaurant and snack bar by chance... This Greek knows how to make people happy, his dishes are hearty, delicious and freshly prepared, I noticed that immediately because it pleases the palate and the heart... The portions are mega here you can indulge yourself to your heart's content and every wish, no matter how small, is implemented with infectious friendliness... You can already tell I'm raving because unfortunately it's no longer a given to offer good quality at a fair price, many people are only interested in the food and the quality and portion size leaves a lot to be desired! We are completely satisfied with the ambience, service, food selection, quality, friendliness... Last but not least the price of the food is very good... Both the food and the service are perfect. As a vegetarian you can enjoy excellent Greek cuisine here. Love being here in summer!

Went there for the first time today and sat outside in the nice weather. The small children's corner is nice, the atmosphere on the terrace suited the good weather. The menu is diverse. Drinks and food came very quickly, but there wasn't much going on. The food was good for the price. The quantity was completely appropriate, and you couldn't complain about the taste. We'd love to come back.

It's easy to go there. It's somewhere between a chip shop and a real restaurant. Price/performance is definitely right.

Today we were there to eat turkey schnitzel with croquettes and first ordered bearnaise incorrectly then waited 20 minutes with cold bearnaise then my husband baked gyros with fries. The portion wasn't even a handful of gyros and both meals were overpriced at over €16. It was the first and last time there

Update: Nach längerem nochmal zum Essen da gewesen. Ich hatte Gyros Spezial überbacken. Diese Portionsgröße war gerade so ausreichend, etwas mehr oder einen Beilagensalat dazu wäre besser. Bei meiner Begleitung war ein Fehler in der Bestellung, die Bestellung auf dem Teller wurde zwar korrigiert, jedoch nicht nochmal frisch gemacht. Gerade bei Pommes sollte das kein Problem sein. Anfangs ist es immer noch kalt wenn man vom Ofen weg sitzt, Jacke über die Beine gelegt, Decken wären schön. Die kleine junge Dame war leider nicht auf zack, die ältere schon. Schaun wir mal was wird. Essen war lecker, bisschen kalt am Fenster aber sonst schön und immer wieder gern

Ein sehr nettes, familiäres und gemütliches Lokal. Die Bedienung ist immer sehr freundlich. Das Essen hat uns sehr gut geschmeckt. Wir kommen immer gerne wieder.

Wir kommen immer wieder gerne hierher. Das Gyros ist spitzenmäßig und besonders empfehlenswert sind die frittierten Calamaris.....superzart von innen und knusprig von außen......... Alle sind hier unglaublich freundlich. Man hat das Gefühl, Man ist zum Essen bei einer großen griechischen Familie eingeladen.

Toiletten sind nicht behindertengerecht, gar nicht erst mit Rollstuhl erreichbar.

Nicht mehr wie früher Gyros Zaziki geschmacklos

Официанты хорошие, приятные девушки, говорят по английски. Салат был мне не по вкусу, подача салатов не очень хорошая. В глубокой тарелке гора овощей и сверху соус. Сыр натёртый на тёрке, было бы лучше нарезать его кубиками. Было бы гораздо приятнее есть из плоской тарелки. Над подачей надо поработать. Так же на столе не было специй (соль, перец), не было салфеток. В целом атмосфера приятная, думаю, еще посещу данное заведение.

Für eine Frittenbude gute Qualität und sehr leckeres Essen. Leider sitzt man im Außenbereich direkt an der Hauptdurchgangsstraße. Nichts desto trotz ist er schön angelegt. Daher gibt es Abzug beim Ambiente. Das Essen ist lecker, da gibt es nichts

Die Qualität des Essen hat über die Jahre leider stark nachgelassen

Bei euch hat es mal richtig gut geschmeckt! Beim abholen ist das Essen zwar recht schnell kalt, dass war auch nie ein riesen Problem. Letzte Woche habe ich bei Ihnen das schlechteste Gyros überhaupt gegessen. Normalerweise hätte man das Essen zurückbringen müssen. Das Gyros war nicht einmal angeröstet und die Pommes waren total weich. Ihr seid auf einem absteigenden Ast! Leider sehr schade!

Ein typischer "Grieche". Empfehlenswerter Imbiss mit leckerem Gyros und weiteren Gerichten, auch Nachtisch. Im beheizten Zelt kann auch gut jetzt im Herbst essen. Grundsätzlich Wohlfühlatmosphäre.
