Akcan Döner in Berlin

Der Mitarbeiter heute am 15.06.26 gegen 15:00 sehr unfreundlich auf die Frage ob er mir den Döner gemischt haben kann da ich gerne beide probieren wollte für das nächste Mal sagt er unhöflich kostet 1€ meinte kein Problem versteht sogar kaum deutsch fragte ihn wo ich meine Hände waschen kann sagt er nur keine und gibt mir eine Serviette ich habe ein Döner Menü bestellt heist Döner mit Pommes und Getränk was bekomme ich nur 1 Döner rechnen kann er auch nicht als ich bezahlen wollte sagt er 11€ ich meinte warum 11€ wo waren den die Pommes also Döner Menü er sagte dann 8€ Döner und 2,50€ Getränk zusammen 11€ obwohl 10,50€ also rechnen kann er nichtmal und verstehen was ich genau haben wollte auch nicht sagte ihn auch nur Kräuter von den Soßen er machte Kräuter und Knoblauch ich habe mir auch beim Essen angehört wie er mit den andern Kunden umgeht und das geht garnicht ich werde nicht mehr dort essen da esse ich lieber gegenüber beim Asiaten der wenigstens ein Lächeln im Gesicht hat

Ungenießbar!!! Hab gerade 2 Döner geholt, einen mit Kalb einen mit Chicken. Erstmal zum Chicken, ist ja schön das ihr was neues habt, aber pechschwarze und verbrannte Kartoffeln im Döner und das Fleisch war stellenweise noch roh. Zum Kalb, einfach widerlich. Ich weiss nicht ob alle deutschen so einen Müll serviert bekommen, aber der dönermann sollte nie wieder das Fleisch schneiden. Da kann ich mir auch nen Steak in den Döner machen. Fleisch zu dick und dann bekommt man dieses Ekelfleisch von ganz unten, zum kotzen. Da fahr ich lieber nach Wedding und hole mir einen vernünftigen Döner. Am liebsten würde ich mein Geld zurück haben wollen. Daher ist ein Stern viel zu viel. Macht lieber euren Laden dicht und übergebt den Laden einen usta der weiss wie man Döner macht.

Nicht mal 1 Stern würde ich geben..... Habe meiner Tochter dort Pommes geholt und die kalten fertigen wurden glatt nochmal mit frittiert.... Heute 04.04.26 nen Döner gekauft das Fleisch total verbrannt.... das war die 2te und letzte Chance.... NIE wieder

Ich war heute mit ein paar Leute von mir draußen und wir dachten und lass mal hier was bestellen und da war so ein alter Mann der uns bedient hat der war richtig unfreundlich und der Döner hat gar nicht geschmeckt. Leute keine Empfehlung geht erst gar nicht dahin!!

Habe mit meiner Frau essen geholt und danach mir meiner Frau Bauch schmerzen bekommen und Durchfall Mitarbeiter sind nicht freundlich

Mein Kollege hatte dünnschiss und kotzerei nach seiner Döner Box, hat ihm aber trotzdem sehr gut geschmeckt.

Delicious doner kebab, but don't expect much from the ambiance, it's just a doner kebab shop.

Unfortunately, my visit was very disappointing. The employee greeted me rudely, and the atmosphere in the shop was unpleasant. You don't feel welcome there, even if you just politely ask for something. I live nearby and actually wanted to become a regular customer, but after this experience, I'd rather drive a bit further to get a kebab somewhere else – at least there you're treated politely.

I was there today and ordered two kebabs. I was greeted and served quickly and friendly. The kebab shop itself seems rather messy, with lots of crates of drinks lying around. It tasted okay, with three sauces to choose from: herb, garlic, and a spicy sauce. The meat was cooked well. Plus point: more meat than salad. For €7 regular, and €8 big kebab, it's okay. The menu selection was quite limited. I would order a kebab there again if I'm in the area.

I've been there several times now because it's the only alternative on the way if you don't want to take a long detour. For the few future occasions, I hope I'll be more foresighted: Employees don't seem particularly happy... They don't greet or say goodbye, haven't experienced a smile or a friendly word yet. I'd rather be on my cell phone, or sitting in front of the store & smoking. Hygiene suffers as a result. Preparing food with bare hands, after having a cigarette, or cash, or something else in my hand. No sign of handwashing. The counter always looked as if it hadn't been wiped down for hours, or days. The same goes for work equipment... Food: It's a kebab. You can't go wrong. The sauces, meat, and bread mostly taste similar, as they're probably often delivered by similar suppliers. Nevertheless, there are always small or large variations. You can be a fan, or say it's not my thing, but it's okay, or it has something. Here I'd say: it's not my thing, but it's okay. It's filling, but still low-quality, as the difference in taste can be explained much more by soggy bread, sour and not-quite-fresh vegetables, and a high salt content than by a subjectively inferior sauce supplier explaining the taste criticisms. Ambience: It's not that you feel super uncomfortable there and can't eat at all, but I would always prefer the park, or take the food with you in bad weather, as long as the hunger isn't unbearable or the drive home is too long. It would be very worthwhile to sit down given the longer wait times. The reason is that you probably wouldn't really betray the cleanliness of the dining area. The view is limited to the lower backs of customers waiting for their food and flies eyeing the salad. I haven't had any problems after eating, and I've been there more than once, so it's not worth giving it a star. But 3 or more still doesn't feel good. I'll definitely try it again sometime and hope I can change the rating to something more positive!

I love it here, and the food is great

I bought food here on Thursday. Unfortunately, I've had food poisoning ever since and have been sick in bed for two days now. The food didn't taste bad, but the health consequences are definitely not worth it. Very disappointing.

Meal I was there in the evening, the place was empty, but I still waited 10 minutes until he realized he wasn't alone, because his phone was the most important thing in this shop, not the meat that was lying around so dry the whole time... At the end of the story, I got my kebab and could have done without the food waste. Even the cucumbers and tomatoes were no longer tasty and dried out. It's a shame that there are only two kebabs in Buch, and both are simply terrible...

I really don't have high standards, but an employee in front of me threw vegetables that were on the theme back into the salad with his bare hands. The kebab itself was mediocre, but the bread was soggy and something didn't taste quite fresh. Could be better

Friendly staff, fresh vegetables, everything just perfect, best shop!

The music was a bit too loud for my taste, but otherwise I'd go back. The kebab was delicious and had a good mix.

It was the worst kebab I've ever eaten. You literally looked me in the eyes and put it on the kebab and the meat smelled bad. I definitely don't recommend it, ever again.

Less than a week ago, two people were seriously injured there with a knife from a kebab shop.

I can only confirm my experience with the “sour vegetables” (tomato/cucumber/red cabbage) in the kebab and unfortunately not just once. As if it were from the day before. It's a shame because the location is actually ideal for quickly grabbing a kebab, but not for the quality. Not recommendable.

The shop was really dingy, something tomato or cucumber was fermented, the Dürümfladen stank and the kebab was way too small for the price. Meat had only passed the gas flames briefly (if at all). Absolutely unconvincing in terms of taste.

One star is still too many. The vegetables were old. It tasted sour. That doesn't work at all. The service is unfriendly.

Completely normal kebab for Berlin.

Disgustingly sour salad and cold meat I ordered a kebab plate with fries and salad, what I got was a salad with little meat for 13 euros. I will make sure that you never run a kebab shop again

Das Fleisch war verbrannt, die Soße war mir geschmacklich nicht so lecker. Die Soßen bestanden gefühlt mehr aus klein geschnittenen Kräuter als soße was das essen ungenießbar gemacht hat beim kauen, das Personal war uns gegenüber unfreundlich. Im Gegensatz zu früher hat sich alles total verschlechtert bin sehr enttäuscht

Der 7€ Dürüm-Döner war eine ziemliche Enttäuschung. Rotkraut sauer eingelegt, nicht so schmackhaft wie das klassisch Lilane. Dürüm wurde "leicht scharf" bestellt, tatsächlich brannte er sogar auf den Lippen. Erst hab ich jeden Bissen mit Milch runter gespült, dann nur noch das Fleisch rausgepult. Und nein, ich bin nicht empfindlich, ich liebe z.B. Wasabi und Tabasco... Vor uns bestellte jemand scharf-scharf, vielleicht wurde da was verwechselt!?

Guter Döner. Das Rotkraut ist ziemlich sauer, aber sonst ist alles gut. Nachtrag vom Februar '23: Rotkraut inzwischen frisch, sogar per Hand geschnitten und nicht aus dem Glas, also top. Leider waren alle 3 Döner zu klein für uns, um satt zu werden.

Sehr guter Döner, leider kostet der Kinder Döner soviel wie ein normaler.

Der Döner ist nur zu den Stoßzeiten einigermaßen akzeptabel. Wenn der Laden nicht gut besucht ist, ist das Dönerfleisch oft sehr dunkel und schmeckt dann auch nicht mehr und liegt abgeschnitten ewig in der Auffangschale. Das Personal ist bis auf eine Ausnahme sehr nett. Der größte Kritikpunkt sind für mich die Alkoholiker, die vor dem Laden sitzen. Ist kein sehr schönes Bild, die sind auch oft sehr laut! Seit Corona bekommt man hier nicht mal mehr ein halbes Hähnchen und die Preise sind überteuert für so einen durchschnittlichen Standard Döner!

In den letzten Jahren teuer geworden. Vor allem die Burger 🍔. Bspw. 4,50 für einen Chickenburger. Der kam letztes Jahr 3,00€. Im Laden richt es nach Zigaretten, da alle vor dem Laden rauchen und der Rauch in den Laden zieht. Es gibt bessere Dönerläden.

Lecker aber für nen Brandenburger zu teuer. Döner 5€ und T.Pizza 6.50€!

Sehr sehr gute Qualität! Kann ich nur weiter empfehlen! Das buffee und die Dönerzutaten alles ist immer frisch und sehr zu empfehlen! Die soußen wurden mit Liebe zubereitet und das gefällt mir sehr sehr gut! Kinderfreundlich und Bereit das Essen nach Kundenwunsch zuzubereiten. Besser geht nicht!

Der Laden ist nicht Sauber, das Personal wäscht sich nicht dir Hände. Coronaregeln werden nicht beachtet. Der Döner ist lecker.

Sind eigentlich alle freundlich biss auf zwei die die wünsche der Kunden gekonnt überhören und es ist auch vieles sehr lecker.

Gute Döner zum normalen Preis, im Laden wird sehr auf Frische und Sauberkeit Wert gelegt, Zubereitung sehr zügig, Mitarbeiter sind sehr nett und zuvorkommend, empfehlenswert!

Ich bin mehr als zufrieden. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend und die Produkte frisch und sehr lecker. Die Produkte stehen in einem recht guten Preis-Leistungs-Verhältniss. Ich hatte bisher hier nie Probleme mit dem Essen oder dem Umgang mit dem Personal. Zudem leicht erreichbar zum einen über die Tiefgarage von Kaufland ( direkt nebenan) oder über die öffentlichen (Bussstation ganz in der nähe).

Es schmeckt sehr gut, wer mit dem Ambiente von Berlin Buch klar kommt ist hier gut aufgehoben.

Best doner I’ve had in the Buch/Karow area. Not particular warm service until the end of the transaction. Also the staff and customers don’t seem to wear masks even though they have signs asking for it 🤦‍♀️

Freundliches Personal und gutes Essen für einen guten Preis

Hole hier am ehesten Pommes. Der Döner schmeckt nicht besonders gut und nachdem ich gesehen hab wie mit den bloßen Händen, nachn Geld wechseln beim vorherigen Kunden, der Salat aufgelockert wurde, gab ich keine Lust mehr hier was zu holen. Gibt definitiv bessere Läden mit freundlicher Mitarbeitern.

Essen ist super, leider komme ich mit Rollstuhl schlecht alleine, aber mit Hilfe von Personal kein Problem. Bin immer gerne dort

Halloumi im Brot war sehr lecker! Personal war sehr freundlich. Konnte mich erst nicht zwischen Halloumi und Falafel entscheiden, habe dann Halloumi mit zwei Falafelbällchen als Überraschung bekommen 😍
