aja Restaurant & Bar in Garmisch-Partenkirchen

One of the worst kebabs I've ever eaten. Incredibly expensive at €6.50. Very tasteless, very unfriendly staff. I won't go there again.

I ate there in July. Great service, delicious food, very good value for money. I will definitely come back.

Today we visited the wonderful, tastefully decorated, and meticulously detailed Glühweinalm (mulled wine hut) at Mohrenplatz, run by Fischers (we've eaten in their beer garden several times earlier this year; we're from the surrounding area, not Garmisch-Partenkirchen itself, but we always love visiting, and if we're in Garmisch, it's always Mohrenplatz!!). Thank you to the owners and the entire team; it's wonderful that there are still restaurateurs who not only understand their craft but also create such a fantastic atmosphere with such passion, both in summer and winter. Bravo, and please keep it up! (PS: We are, or rather were, restaurateurs ourselves in another region of Germany, so we're admittedly a bit critical, but you're doing so many things right and a really great job. I wish you were at my place!) It's a pleasure to be there, and other places would be lucky to have something similar. Fingers crossed, and see you soon!

The food is delicious, although the portions aren't very large. Regarding quality, my schnitzel arrived very quickly but was undercooked. There was also a long wait for the final bill and payment.

The bratwurst with potato salad was excellent here. The currywurst was good too. A lot of the restaurants we saw in Garmisch were onlyopen for dinner so this was a great place to have lunch.
