Nice little café with a bustling atmosphere (hence only 4 stars). The café and the food are great, beautiful and prepared with attention to detail. The service was nice and accommodating!

We were there on a Saturday lunchtime. Quite busy, there happened to be a free table. Small area but well used and still not cramped. Prices are a little higher, but you can see and taste that in the quality of the food.

The restaurant offers a great selection of vegetarian and vegan dishes. The pumpkin soup as a starter was really tasty, but unfortunately our two main courses didn't impress us in terms of taste - maybe we just chose the wrong dishes. The service was friendly and it was very busy on Sunday lunchtime. We were lucky to get a spot, so a reservation is probably advisable. Overall, we had mixed impressions, but the offering is definitely interesting for vegetarians and vegans.

Great restaurant with a children's play area, I think the concept is good and the quality of the products is great! I can only recommend it, the price is a little higher, but you get good products!

A good place to go and have a snack was on Sunday around 11 pm, it is better to reserve places in advance. The staff is pleasant and speaks English. I took potato soup with sausages and tea; one serving was enough to fill me up.

The first thing I have to say is that the atmosphere is very inviting. The quiet music and the atmosphere relaxes you a lot (not as hectic as in some other restaurants) I also really like the selection of food and especially the presentation.

We stopped here for a drink yesterday. It's great that you can choose oat milk and vegan cream! :) Unfortunately, the facility didn't appeal to us that much. Still comfortable to warm up.

We were here for breakfast and found a place even without a reservation. The service was very friendly and the vegan breakfast was delicious (including vegan Camembert!). Highlight: there is a 10% student discount.

After a strenuous day of arrival, I was just walking alone through the city center in the evening - hoping that something would appeal to me. And I was already (somewhat disappointed) on the way home - when I happened to pass by the aha - it immediately appealed to me (but of course it has the right “world shop” vibe in terms of the ambience). The service was great and really super nice. I really have to highlight the food though. I actually just wanted a little something - but then I let the vegan “Stroganoff” catch me. And I'm very happy - it was really the best meal I've had in a restaurant in a long time! (I hope you can tell from my review - I'm simply thrilled! :) )

Great shop in a great location in the old town near the old market! Organic, fair and lots of vegan and vegetarian selection. Soup and spinach lasagna was super delicious and next time I'll try a vegan cake :)

Toll gelegen gleich neben Altmarkt und Kirche. Drinnen und draußen kann man gut sitzen. Bedienung immer freundlich. Wir gehen oft in dieses Lokal. Männertoilette versteckt im Keller. Diese könnte sauberer sein. Das Lohmener Kellerbier schmeckt sehr gut. Die Spinatlasagne ist immer eine gute Wahl. Leider ist die "Foccacia" keine als solche. Ein dickes Toastbrot wäre das eher. Das vegane Eis hat Suchtpotential. Gerne wieder.

We went for coffee as a small group. The service was very bad. It felt like the waiter came to the table twice. Once to take the order and once to bring everything, after that nothing happened. We sat in the café for about 3 hours and would have liked to have had something to drink or eat, but unfortunately no one came. We then had to go to the counter to pay because, as I said, the waiter was never seen again. Unfortunately, I personally cannot recommend the café due to the really poor service. Because as other visitors have already said, the coffee is not exactly cheap, so you really expect more.

Very nice staff. The vegan dishes read well, but are not very extensive for the high price. Unfortunately we remained hungry. Food can only be taken away via a rental system with an app.

A very great selection of healthy and rich vegan (and non-vegan) dishes. Service was very nice and the location was great too. It's not cheap here, but you can taste it, it was really delicious. I can fully recommend it :)

Atmosphere is fine. But the waitress was not kind at all and while giving us the bill she asked us to give her tips three times - that I consider rude and not kind. I always try to tip personnel when I’m satisfied with food and staff but not this time !

Had a small breakfast here. I didn't expect that the rolls would be half the size of normal rolls. Organic rolls don't have to be small, firm and hard. When asked, a boiled egg was supposed to cost 2 euros, but the bill said 3 euros. I was able to clarify, but still stupid. Location is great. Staff is friendly.

Beautifully located café in the shadow of the Kreuzkirche, which is run by the Weltladen. Very interesting map. As usual in DD City, not cheap. Staff sometimes act amateurishly. All in all, a lovely café that we enjoyed visiting.

Cute and comfortable place. I had the small vegan breakfast, which was two good quality bread rolls served with a selection of cold cuts, cheeses and a couple of dips. It looked small but was quite filling and very enjoyable.

We came here spontaneously and found a nice place. The food was good. The service too. A good vegetarian/vegan menu. The ambience was okay, but pale in comparison to other restaurants in Dresden's old town.

There are a lot of vegetarian options in this cafe. We ordered a lentil soup and a spinach lasagna and they were really tasty! I thought only soup wouldn’t be enough so I added sausages to the lentil soup but it was not necessary at all. The soup was very filling without sausages and the portion was quite big so we were so full after the meal. The staff here was also friendly and we enjoyed our experience here.

They have an english menu that explains how to speak some german which I liked as well. The food was excellent and the waitress was very nice. If youre an American you should tip 20% here. They are used to 10% but if they give good service in Europe you have to respect it bc its not like restaurant industry in the states! Very impressed with this cafe/restaurant as an American tourist in Dresden!

Service was very nice. The food took a little longer but was still okay. Unfortunately, the food itself wasn't good at all. There were four of us eating and we paid around €130 for four main courses, a drink each and a starter plate. We had a goat cheese which was ok. However, the side salad was really just green leaves, then we had the pasta with the chicken, pasta was completely overcooked and the chicken was very dry. Then we had the gyros, which was delicious but the rice was completely overcooked. Last but not least we had the moussaka. The potatoes were raw, we even let them go back and when they came back they were still raw. All in all, you can really save yourself a visit because you could have used the money to buy two weeks' worth of groceries.

Nice well located cafe. Service doesn't come to the table as often and empty glasses aren't often questioned. You have to actively register. The food is tasty but not much for the high price.

If you need to make modifications of the food this is not the place. The male staff after seeing no onions and no garlic request, he made me wait and pretend not to see me that after. The lady took order and said can make food to my request. Waited 1.5hr for a starter and main dish. They all contained onions and garlics. The only item I can eat there are baked potatoes are ultra salty by Asian standards. Do not waste u time and most importantly money here.

Very good food with interesting, unusual dishes at reasonable prices, friendly and fast service. There are a few tables on the street right next to the Kreuzkirche, most of the seats are indoors.

Salimos de otro restaurante donde el personal no tenía interés en servirnos, y nos recibieron cálidamente en Aha donde disfrutamos de un agradable desayuno "continental". Todo estaba muy bien excepto los cruasanes, que estaban bien por fuera, pero tenían interiores bastante robustos. Esto no nos disuadió de volver al día siguiente, cuando elegí un desayuno "salado" en lugar de "dulce", con una buena selección de quesos para reemplazar la mermelada y chocolate untable. Precio justo.

Very nice and nice café with very friendly service where you can have a nice breakfast. The coffee is excellent. I would have been happier with two nice big rolls. Here they are very small and they are aware of that, as they point out the better quality without baking additives. I still got full :-)

We ordered catering for 20 people for the youth consecration. Quality at its best, everything organic and partly very regional. We received great feedback for the food and are sending it to those who actually deserve the praise. Absolutely great and certainly not the last time!!!

We play chess here once every few weeks. The food is good to very good. Most of the time I'm very happy with it. Most of the dishes are vegetarian and vegan and a few normal ones. Prices are a bit higher but for reason because the quality of the components are above average (many regional or fair traded). The staff is very friendly and the place is comfortable. Update August 20: The menu is changing every few weeks. Recently I like it very much.

Ein großer Cappuccino, 5,50€ und Latte Macchiato 4,50€ sind mittlerweile Normalpreis und die Getränke waren gut. Das süße Frühstück 9,50€ bestand aus einem Brötchen, einem Croissant, einem Schälchen Marmelade und einem Schälchen Schokoaufstrich - dazu die obligatorische Butter und einem Mini Obstsalat. Das herzhafte Frühstück 14,50€ aus zwei Brötchen, zwei Miniaturscheiben Salami, eine Scheibe Jagdwurst, eine Scheibe Käse, eine an- und teilweise vertrocknete halbe Scheibe Käse (Resteverwertung?) und einem kleinen Stück Weichkäse - dazu Salatdeko mit einem wirklich leckeren Dressing. Ich schwanke zwischen zwei und drei Punkten ... Tendenz zu zwei Punkten, denn für den Preis des Frühstücks (9,50 + 14,50) hatten wir einen Tag zuvor ein reichhaltigeres Frühstück paar Häuser weiter im Rauschenbach.

Friendly waiters, but the food is more to the german taste. So you may meet a lot of unfiendly German guests there. They have wonderful kakao with oriental flavours, moreover, nice gluten-free chocolate cupcake that anyone would fall in love with it.

This is always something special, very good coffee, a wide range of existing drinks and fresh cakes. The employees are friendly and relaxed...the shop goes very well with the café.

Leider war die Bedienung sehr unfreundlich. Wir haben ein Frühstück bekommen, dass wir nicht bestellt hatten und haben es reklamiert. Der Kellner war darüber sehr aufgebracht und die Situation unnötig eskalieren lassen und uns nicht zugehört. Am Ende haben wir uns sehr unwohl gefühlt und hatten das Gefühl uns bei ihm entschuldigen müssen, obwohl wir nichts falsch gemacht haben. Am Ende hat er uns nicht mehr Tschüss gesagt. Das hat uns leider den Aufenthalt sehr unangenehm werden lassen. Das Essen war eigentlich lecker. Die weibliche Bedienung hat zum Glück deeskaliert. Ich würde nicht mehr hingehen.

This was my first cup of coffee in a coffee shop in Dresden, Germany. I ordered café au lait with cloves and cinnamon, and an apple meringue roll. For me, I am usually used to drinking lightly roasted food without adding milk in Taiwan, but when the weather is colder, it seems that I can accept this darker roasted food. It's just that the taste of cloves is a bit too strong. I prefer cinnamon, so I wish there could be more cinnamon and less cloves. As for the apple meringue roll, the raisins in the filling are delicious, the fresh cream is very generous, the ice cream tastes good, and there is fresh fruit. Overall, it is good. Of course, compared to food, the most important thing is the environment and service quality. The seats are comfortable, the lighting is soft, the environment is not stressful for long periods of time, and the service attitude is good. These are the reasons why I am willing to give this hotel five stars. Thank you very much for spending a wonderful afternoon.

The waitress said caramelized, I think carcinogenic. I don't think it's ok. The beetroot salad two weeks ago didn't have hard, black carmelized beetroot pieces. That's a real shame, especially the way the situation is handled. When I go to an organic restaurant, I also like to eat healthy.

I always enjoy coming to this café when I'm in Dresden. The coffee selection is brilliant, the food is unusual and the service is great. There is also the feeling that products and prices are used on fair terms.

Wir wollten als Familie eine kleine Kaffeepause im Café Aha einlegen, vielleicht noch eine Kleinigkeit essen. Wir sind rückwärts wieder raus, es roch stark nach Gulli. Auch die Tische waren dreckig, es wirkte in keinster Weise einladend. Wie kann man seinen Gästen so etwas zumuten? Schade, früher war ich sehr gern in diesem Café.

Man sollte immer reservieren. Sehr freundliches Personal und man fühlt sich gleich wohl.
