Wochentags hat die Außengastronomie aus Lärmschutzgründen "nur" bis 23 Uhr geöffnet. Danach gehts drinnen weiter, also kein Akt. Personal ist immer freundlich, es kann allerdings schon mal vorkommen, dass eine Bestellung vergessen wird. Einfach nachfragen, sprechenden menschen wird geholfen...

Very nice ambiance. Unfortunately, the staff was inadequate. On the last two visits, the drinks were served incorrectly and very late. With a group of four, it's impossible to serve all the food at the same time. On both visits, one dish was forgotten and only served after the others had finished eating. It didn't matter whether the waiter was long-serving or new. After paying, there wasn't even a goodbye. We enjoyed being regular customers, but service is simply the be-all and end-all in the restaurant industry.

Unfortunately, I can't rate the food. The location is a visual highlight, both inside and out. We were there for a nightcap after 9 p.m. on a weekday. We found the service to be average in terms of attentiveness, but the entire staff was very friendly. Please note: Due to noise protection regulations, the outdoor dining area closes at 11 p.m. on weekdays.

There were three of us, and unfortunately, the drinks didn't arrive nearly at the same time. The first drink arrived within a relatively reasonable amount of time. The other two drinks weren't brought at all. After half an hour, we pointed it out (this was also the first time we'd been able to get someone's attention after the first one had been delivered – and, incidentally, it was very quiet at the time, but there were quite a lot of staff on duty). We then politely pointed out that two drinks were missing – the response was "I know." No apology, no "I'll take care of it right away," nothing. A full hour after ordering, the remaining two drinks arrived, also without comment. Our plan was to just drink them, pay, and then leave. But then we started to enjoy the music, and after another 45 minutes, we ordered more drinks. They didn't arrive either. We were completely ignored. After an hour of fruitless waiting, we decided to pay by putting the money on the table and left. That was truly a shame.

Were there with a larger group. I ordered the Corn Chicken Supreme. Unfortunately there was nothing Supreme about the chicken. The chicken was just a chicken wing and there were fries and a small portion of pepper and cream sauce. For the price it's a disgrace. My friend ordered a tuna pizza and there was a salad in the middle of it. The middle of the pizza is simply cut out to add salad on top. The shop is more of a tourist trap.

The two of us went to this restaurant yesterday and ordered truffle pasta. Unfortunately, the experience was anything but pleasant. After just a few bites I discovered a fly in my food. The disgust was so great that I immediately stopped eating. My plate was almost untouched at this point. I alerted the staff to the incident, but the reaction was disappointing: the waiter asked me what he should do now, and another employee said succinctly: “In this weather, that can happen.” No apology, no professional solution - just excuses. In the end my food was taken away, but when we wanted to pay I was told that the noodles couldn't be canceled completely. Despite my explanation that I had eaten next to nothing, I had to pay half the price for the almost €20.00 dish with the fly. The waiter said, “The boss said no more was possible.” I think it's a shame that there was no understanding from the restaurant. During our stay, two other tables also complained about the food and service. The atmosphere was chaotic and unprofessional.

The staff seems extremely friendly and accommodating. Even if the restaurant is often quite full, you will always find a place for us ☺️. The atmosphere could be a little more romantic. A few candles or LED lights are missing on the tables. There used to be some that had an additional function but for some reason they were abolished. Price performance okay, not too expensive but not cheap either. In any case justified for the food. I can recommend the tarte flambée and the mild white wine if you like it sweet😄

I was in town for the weekend and took the opportunity to visit your restaurant. The service was good, and my food was also great. The background music was great. Even though I don't speak German, the girl who served me was super friendly and ready to help. I highly recommend it.

We initially stopped here just for a drink on our weekend trip. However, the restaurant was so nice that we went here for dinner the following evening. Unfortunately there are also places on the Küchenmeile, which wasn't great, but that's just how it is without a reservation. My pizza was a beautiful creation and very tasty.

The food was nice, the waiter said he didn't understand English ! to finish our meal, we ordered limoncellos, he asked if we wanted shot or spritz, we told him shot, he subsequently brought spritz, we told him no, so he took them away, but just poured the spritz into a shot glass !!! When I called him over, he suddenly understood English ??? Brought us the real thing, with no apology, then had the audacity to grumble, when I refused him a tip. Overall the food was nice, service poor, we won't be going back here next time. If you visit, watch these guys, they'll rip you off. Moral of this story, don't try to rip the customer off, and expect a tip or even a good review,

Établissement beaucoup basé sur le visuel et l’apparence. Salle de grande taille, avec de beaux volumes, du confort avec une décoration moderne. En revanche, la nourriture est très basique. Je n’ai pas apprécié la musique moderne qu’ils diffusent en permanence, c’est de la pollution auditive, ça ne donne pas envie de rester. En bref, c’est un établissement très bien placé, idéal pour manger rapidement, mais rien d’exceptionnel.

Het eten was goed, maar wat schandalig is dat 1 persoon al eten krijgt en de overige 8 personen pas een half uur later. Voor zo’n zaak echt schandalig. De klacht die we daarover hadden is niet serieus afgehandeld.

We had dinner here at Easter with the family (seven people). Among other things, we had the jalapeño burger three times, a bowl with falafel, etc. The burgers and also the side dishes, various fries, sweet potatoes, fries and other things were very tasty. The bowl that my wife ate only had three small falafels, which we found to be very little at a price of €16.90. Unfortunately that was a bit negative. Too bad. For starters we had two large antipasti, which were also very tasty! The service was great, people asked several times whether they needed any more drinks or whether they were satisfied. All in all very good, we would go there again.

The atmosphere was appealing and the service was fine. However, the wait for the food was far too long - especially considering the small order. The chicken was completely tasteless, probably the most disappointing dish I've ever been served - and at a hefty price. Unfortunately, the kitchen doesn't seem to know how to prepare a simple Margherita pizza. Overall really disappointing.

At first glance, Addacio does a lot of things right: the ambience is stylish, modern and well thought out. You immediately feel at home when you enter - a successful production that could set the scene for a successful evening. Unfortunately, the promise made by the interior remains unfulfilled in many respects. The service is one of the biggest weak points of the evening. The waiter in charge shows little interest in the guests, communicates mostly wordlessly by nodding his head and gives the impression that they are a disturbance. In a restaurant of this price range and with this visual appeal, this is more than disappointing. Good service does not have to be intrusive - but it should definitely be attentive, approachable and professional. There is also a lack of organizational structure: the bread is served before the drinks, which simply seems clumsy in the sequence. Although the warm sourdough bread tastes good – crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, with a delicate acidity – there are no plates at all. This forces guests to sit directly on the table or on napkins - a detail that unnecessarily spoils the overall impression. Another problem arises when it comes to cleanliness: sticky surfaces, cutlery that has not been completely cleaned - small things, yes, but overall they are annoying and do not meet the requirements of the house. The main course – Fusilli Spinaci Salmone – also falls short of expectations. The pasta is clearly overcooked, the cream sauce dominates everything and overwhelms both texture and taste. The salmon is served in a few, relatively large pieces that blend poorly into the dish. Spinach, although advertised in the name, is hardly present - it plays no role in terms of appearance or taste. Overall, the dish lacks balance and finesse.

We were there a few times. Last time we were called a few hours before our visit and the reservation was canceled on the grounds that it was busy today. We had already made a reservation on Tuesday for Saturday evening for 8 people. It is an absolute nonsense to simply cancel someone's table without a good reason. If you can't rely on it, then there's no point in going there again.

Unfortunately, an argument with the partial owner Kenan Tayhus, who thinks he can deal with customers as he wants because he drank a little too much alcohol. Ich hatte Nudeln mit Lachs und Spinat,es hat überhaupt nicht geschmeckt,nach der 1 Reklamation wegen fehlendem Spinat und dem lauwarmen Gericht sowie kaum Soße bekam ich dasselbe zurück mit etwas mehr Soße,das Gericht war kaum gewürzt also alles in allem mehr schlecht als recht und das für den Preis. Dangerous to health! Was there on Sunday evening (03/16/25, 6 p.m.). The card is clearly marked with allergens - but it's of no use if you don't stick to it and the staff aren't trained! I asked service several times whether the ENTIRE DISH was completely GLUTEN-FREE. Nevertheless, we were served pasta containing gluten and only after we started eating did the service come and point out that it was not gluten-free. Unfortunately far too late!!!! There was no apology and I still had to pay for the meal in full! The restaurant should be lucky if they don't get sued for personal injury because of this! How can something like this happen? This is absolutely dangerous to your health! Unfortunately not recommended!

This is the third time I've been to this restaurant - most recently with friends and my girlfriend - and every time I'm impressed! The food is a real explosion of flavors and the service is simply outstanding. The staff is extremely friendly, attentive and always on hand to make sure everything runs perfectly. The food we were served was not only incredibly tasty, but it also came to the table hot. We were particularly impressed by the short waiting time. My girlfriend still raves about the salmon pasta - it was the best we've ever eaten! Our friends were also enthusiastic and enjoyed the food to the fullest. The ambience is also beautifully and elegantly designed, which rounds off the overall impression. The price-performance ratio is absolutely right here. We'll definitely be happy to come back again and again!

Valentinsmenue bestellt. Um 8 Ihr hatten wir den Tisch gebucht. Sind nett empfangen worden. Es war sehr voll. Kellner war schon zu Anfang überfordert. Bei den Getränken gab es schon Pannen. Vorspeise kam um 21:15 Uhr. War noch ganz ok. Dann die Katastrophe um 22 Uhr, angeblich war auf einmal nicht mehr alles da was das Menü beinhaltet und es wurde uns einfach etwas anderes gebracht. Das US-Beef war mini klein und die Hälfte war fett. Wir reklamierten es und der Chef kam an den Tisch und diskutierte mit uns, was das doch für ein tolles Stück Fleisch sein soll. Hat aber dann verstanden, dass wir es nicht akzeptieren. Er nahm beide Teller mit. Um 22:30 Uhr kam ein neuer Teller. Dieses Mal war das Fleisch nich kleiner, man hatte das Fett einfach abgeschnitten, der Spargel war matschig und die Rosmarinkartöffelchen trieften vor Fett. Uns hat es dann gereicht. Wir hatten keine Lust mehr. Dessert haben wir gar nicht kommen lassen. Unser Abend war gelaufen. Wir haben uns noch über den Preis für dieses furchtbare Menü gestritten. Die wollten tatsächlich auch noch, dass wir den Preis für ein ganzes Menü bezahlen......unverschämt! Schlechter Service am Kunden!

We had a reservation for the Valentine's Day menu and were unfortunately very disappointed. Despite a fixed menu and a timely reservation, we had to wait over an hour for the starter - despite repeated requests. One would expect that with such a concept the processes in the kitchen would be better organized. When something was finally served, it wasn't the starter, but mistakenly the main course. There were at least three other couples sitting around us who had to wait just as long for their food. The organization in the kitchen was an absolute disaster. Unfortunately, the dessert couldn't save the bad impression - it was disappointing in taste. Overall, a frustrating evening that we had not imagined. There is definitely a lot of room for improvement here in terms of service and kitchen organization. Unfortunately no recommendation.

Modern restaurant with a classic atmosphere

Was there on Saturday evening and there was a DJ playing music. But it was much too loud that you almost had to shout at each other to understand each other. The food was tasty, but you always had to order everything separately (no fries with the burger and sauce had to be ordered separately). So at first it didn't seem as expensive as it ended up being. Service was super polite and patient. Parking garage is right in front of the door.

Good location and nice atmosphere. But that's about all the good things you can say about this store! Completely overpriced or rather poor price-performance ratio for a mediocre cappuccino €4.20 or a piece of cheese and cream cake without any taste for €5.90 To ask for it is a bit much of a good thing! The icing on the cake was the waiter who served us, who was totally unfriendly right from the start and didn't feel like working at all. When I insisted on putting the card into the device instead of putting it on top when paying by card, he was deeply offended. He didn't want to hear an explanation for my actions and left completely angry without saying goodbye!!

I had dinner here with colleagues as a Christmas party and was a bit disappointed after the chic impression of the illuminated facade: the decor and menu are chic and the food was okay, but the music on Saturday evening was far too loud. You couldn't even have a conversation with the person right next to you and it felt like it was getting louder and louder as time went on. The service initially left a lot to be desired until we got menus. My Ipanema consisted of 80% ice cream and was already empty before the "greetings from the kitchen" came and when the first colleagues had finished eating, the dishes were already being cleared away , while I was still eating and had half a pizza in front of me. I really think twice about giving other dishes and the ambience a second chance.

Yesterday evening with part of our Merkurist staff - as a warm up - we were guests of Kenan Tayhus in the “Adaccio” in Koblenz. Great drinks, great service, very tasty cuisine. Everyone had a lot of fun spending time in this great atmosphere. I can only recommend the “Adaccio” to everyone in Koblenz! In any case, we were warmly welcomed and pampered! Thank you for that and we'll see each other again soon.

Anlässlich eines Ausflugs nach Koblenz haben wir hier zu Mittag gegessen. Wir waren beeindruckt von der stylischen Location, innen und aussen Jugendstil. Der service ist aufmerksam und in der offenen Küche kann man sehen, wie alles zubereitet wird. Bei einem Koblenzbesuch sehr zu empfehlen.

We celebrated our Christmas party here with the company on December 20th, 2024. I actually like the shop but that evening was probably my last visit here. When it was fully occupied, chaos broke out here. The clothes racks, which were probably not designed for heavy clothing (jackets) and could only be hung on one side due to lack of space, were constantly overturned and fell onto our table several times, twice just missing a head. Partly triggered by the waiters themselves, who caused them to fall by running around. No one apologized for this or looked for a solution. Our waiter that evening was bottom drawer. Arrogant and unable to take orders correctly. It started with the drinks. We waited endlessly for some and had to order more, others came in triple quantities or even unordered. The food was delivered and only lukewarm, but then two people had a blast: Two wrong dishes were brought. Those at the table clearly heard and confirmed the order. The waiter, on the other hand, started shouting at our table that someone had indicated something else with his finger on the menu, what this was about and that he had to pay for the wrong dishes from his earnings. From then on we wrote down everything we ordered. In the end the guy completely freaked out because we had complained about bookings on the receipt that weren't ordered. Even the boss then argued back and forth with us for ages (because about €40 was excessive). After an eternity of back and forth, after I thanked us, the bill was thrown on the table with “reluctantly”. It didn't take much for the guy to attack the group. Such personalities literally ruin your business. To the waiter who knows full well that this is about him: look for a job that your nerves are made for. Don't ruin people's free time.

There were 5 of us eating at adaccio this evening. When I ordered (pumpkin gnocchi) I asked the waiter if I could leave out the soy cream (due to a slight intolerance). "No, the sauce is already prepared" was the answer. I then asked if the sauce could be served separately (so that I can control how much sauce goes on the gnocchi), the answer was "No, I won't do that". Irritated, I replied that I would have to order something else and looked down at the menu. The waiter's reaction was: "You don't need to be mad now..." followed by a completely annoyed look. I am so speechless about this behavior, it is the least that if the guest's queries are all rejected, they are given time to choose something new from the menu without saying such a thing. Absolutely unprofessional behavior, therefore only 1 star for the service, we are welcome to work on it. The taste of the food was ok.

I was really looking forward to the visit because I remembered it really well. Unfortunately the burger was way too dry for this price and so was the meat. When I brought this up, we were brought burger sauces. The impudence was that we were charged for this, which was originally due to a mistake by Adaccio. CONCLUSION You pay for poor quality and pay on top for the poor quality to be improved. Not again. The star goes to the very friendly service!

The Addacio restaurant impresses with its excellent culinary quality. Particularly noteworthy are the excellently prepared pizzas and the fresh, tasty salads. The cocktails are in no way inferior to this high level and round off the culinary experience perfectly. The ambience of the restaurant is attractive and tastefully designed, and the service staff is characterized by friendliness and attentiveness. Even without a prior reservation, we were offered a table after a short wait, which underlines the flexibility and good service of the house. The only downside was the noise in the restaurant. This was influenced not only by the number of guests, but also by the music playing in the background, which we found to be uncomfortably loud. Here, adjusting the volume could provide a more relaxed overall experience. Overall, however, Addacio is fully recommended, especially for lovers of good Italian cuisine and attractive cocktails.

The decoration and flair are generally very nice, but when it's full you feel like you're in a train station when it comes to the volume. Conversations at your own table are then only possible by shouting. Unfortunately, this really spoils the beautiful interior. The food is fantastic.
