If you google "gluten-free food in Koblenz," the restaurant Adaccio will be recommended, among others. We were so pleased that we even ate there twice in three days. Pizza and pasta are available gluten-free, and the very friendly staff were knowledgeable about the other dishes and offered competent advice. As a welcome gift, they even brought a gluten-free roll without having to order it. That's an absolute rarity and deserves high praise. The food was delicious, the cocktails were great, and the service was very friendly :-) Conclusion: We'd gladly go back to Adaccio anytime!

We were sitting here on the terrace and ordered a "Happy Vino" offer – a bottle of wine with some bread, olives, and cheese. Unfortunately, as it turned out later, we were accidentally brought a larger bottle. Later, this half-full bottle slipped from our hands and fell – of course, our own fault. We would have appreciated a small gesture of apology or service in such a case, but of course, it's not mandatory. After the pizzas and an espresso, we asked for the bill. We paid for them with a card and then wanted to tip in cash. A quick mental calculation, however, revealed that the bill was too high. At first, we were going to leave it at that, but then we asked. The waiter explained that the bill was actually €10 higher – due to a tip they had added themselves and an additional charge for the larger bottle of wine they had mistakenly brought us. Frankly, we think that having to pay for a mistake made by the restaurant – namely, a wine we hadn't ordered – was bad service and not acceptable. We also decided not to leave the planned tip. The food was fine, but check the bill carefully – if you're not careful, you can easily end up paying too much.

A lovely restaurant with great food and great ambiance, unfortunately let down by a grumpy waiter. He really should retire or at least recognise that tourists keep the town alive…and whilst he doesn’t speak Portuguese or English, we don’t speak German!

Disappointing experience on my birthday. On July 10, 2025, my husband and I reserved a table for two – for my birthday. We were seated inside as requested, but directly in front of the bar, in the middle of the path of all the servers on that shift. We waited 22 minutes without anyone even asking for a drink. Several servers walked past our table without even looking at us. The table remained empty, and we felt completely ignored. And yet, we didn't just want a drink, we also wanted to eat. In the end, we simply got up and went to another restaurant. For a restaurant with that reputation, this was extremely unprofessional and disappointing – especially on such an important day for me.

The service was really great. The summer salad is highly recommended.

We ate there as a group (15 people). - Excellent service - Value for money is okay, but you could expect more in some areas: for example, the pizza (mostly dough). We found the steaks quite expensive. The restaurant somehow tries to balance Italian with dishes that don't fit the Italian style. It would be better to specialize in one cuisine and execute it 100%. It was still delicious, and we would come back.

Adaccio definitely scores points with its stylish ambiance and truly excellent cocktails. A visit is definitely worth it. Unfortunately, the food wasn't quite as good as it could have been during my visit: My order was forgotten, which is human, but as a result, I had to wait about 50 minutes for my pasta. Unfortunately, the taste of the dish was rather disappointing; there's definitely room for improvement. Conclusion: Great location for drinks and a relaxed evening. I'd like to see a bit more care and quality in the food next time.

Very friendly staff. They let me use the accessible restroom just before closing time, even though I wasn't a guest (I use a wheelchair). The food has always been excellent on previous visits.

Wir kennen das Lokal seit vielen Jahren und allein die Inneneinrichtung mit der sensationellen Bar macht es zu einem Erlebnis. Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen und auch stets sehr aufmerksam bedient. Auch wenn es eine sehr große offen Küche gibt, die sehr aufgeräumt, sauber und strukturiert wirkt, kann man sich nicht des Eindrucks erwehren, dass es sich um einen raffinieren Mix aus frischer Küche und Systemgastro handelt. Bei der Vielzahl der Gäste und dem Preisniveau wohl anders auch nicht machbar. Das Essen war gut und ausreichend. Nicht wirklich besonders aber für einen Mittagstisch als Tourist in einer tollen Stadt auf jeden Fall rund und stimmig. Besonders der Espresso. Warme Tassen, guter Caffè, tolle Crema. In diesem kleinen Details Note 1. Wenn wir mal wieder in Koblenz sind besteht auf jeden Fall Wiederholungsgefahr.

Absolutely disappointing – never again! I've rarely left a bar feeling so frustrated. My girlfriend and I simply wanted to spend a relaxing evening with a few cocktails – what we got was pure ignorance. At first, we were greeted warmly – but unfortunately, that was the last time anyone showed any interest in us. Our glasses were empty, as was our water bottle – no service anywhere. No questions asked, no eye contact, no interest. And that was despite sitting there for over an hour and a half! During that time, some of the waiters stood right next to us or hung around the bar in groups of three – obviously not doing anything. But serving us? No chance. I understand when it's busy – but when service staff would rather be concerned with themselves than with the guests, something is seriously wrong. That's not how you treat paying customers. We didn't feel welcome; we felt overlooked, ignored, and ultimately just annoyed. Conclusion: This bar will never see us again. Such disrespectful and unprofessional treatment is simply unacceptable.

Wochentags hat die Außengastronomie aus Lärmschutzgründen "nur" bis 23 Uhr geöffnet. Danach gehts drinnen weiter, also kein Akt. Personal ist immer freundlich, es kann allerdings schon mal vorkommen, dass eine Bestellung vergessen wird. Einfach nachfragen, sprechenden menschen wird geholfen...

Unfortunately, I can't rate the food. The location is a visual highlight, both inside and out. We were there for a nightcap after 9 p.m. on a weekday. We found the service to be average in terms of attentiveness, but the entire staff was very friendly. Please note: Due to noise protection regulations, the outdoor dining area closes at 11 p.m. on weekdays.

Very nice ambiance. Unfortunately, the staff was inadequate. On the last two visits, the drinks were served incorrectly and very late. With a group of four, it's impossible to serve all the food at the same time. On both visits, one dish was forgotten and only served after the others had finished eating. It didn't matter whether the waiter was long-serving or new. After paying, there wasn't even a goodbye. We enjoyed being regular customers, but service is simply the be-all and end-all in the restaurant industry.

There were three of us, and unfortunately, the drinks didn't arrive nearly at the same time. The first drink arrived within a relatively reasonable amount of time. The other two drinks weren't brought at all. After half an hour, we pointed it out (this was also the first time we'd been able to get someone's attention after the first one had been delivered – and, incidentally, it was very quiet at the time, but there were quite a lot of staff on duty). We then politely pointed out that two drinks were missing – the response was "I know." No apology, no "I'll take care of it right away," nothing. A full hour after ordering, the remaining two drinks arrived, also without comment. Our plan was to just drink them, pay, and then leave. But then we started to enjoy the music, and after another 45 minutes, we ordered more drinks. They didn't arrive either. We were completely ignored. After an hour of fruitless waiting, we decided to pay by putting the money on the table and left. That was truly a shame.

Were there with a larger group. I ordered the Corn Chicken Supreme. Unfortunately there was nothing Supreme about the chicken. The chicken was just a chicken wing and there were fries and a small portion of pepper and cream sauce. For the price it's a disgrace. My friend ordered a tuna pizza and there was a salad in the middle of it. The middle of the pizza is simply cut out to add salad on top. The shop is more of a tourist trap.

The two of us went to this restaurant yesterday and ordered truffle pasta. Unfortunately, the experience was anything but pleasant. After just a few bites I discovered a fly in my food. The disgust was so great that I immediately stopped eating. My plate was almost untouched at this point. I alerted the staff to the incident, but the reaction was disappointing: the waiter asked me what he should do now, and another employee said succinctly: “In this weather, that can happen.” No apology, no professional solution - just excuses. In the end my food was taken away, but when we wanted to pay I was told that the noodles couldn't be canceled completely. Despite my explanation that I had eaten next to nothing, I had to pay half the price for the almost €20.00 dish with the fly. The waiter said, “The boss said no more was possible.” I think it's a shame that there was no understanding from the restaurant. During our stay, two other tables also complained about the food and service. The atmosphere was chaotic and unprofessional.

The staff seems extremely friendly and accommodating. Even if the restaurant is often quite full, you will always find a place for us ☺️. The atmosphere could be a little more romantic. A few candles or LED lights are missing on the tables. There used to be some that had an additional function but for some reason they were abolished. Price performance okay, not too expensive but not cheap either. In any case justified for the food. I can recommend the tarte flambée and the mild white wine if you like it sweet😄

We initially stopped here just for a drink on our weekend trip. However, the restaurant was so nice that we went here for dinner the following evening. Unfortunately there are also places on the Küchenmeile, which wasn't great, but that's just how it is without a reservation. My pizza was a beautiful creation and very tasty.

The food was nice, the waiter said he didn't understand English ! to finish our meal, we ordered limoncellos, he asked if we wanted shot or spritz, we told him shot, he subsequently brought spritz, we told him no, so he took them away, but just poured the spritz into a shot glass !!! When I called him over, he suddenly understood English ??? Brought us the real thing, with no apology, then had the audacity to grumble, when I refused him a tip. Overall the food was nice, service poor, we won't be going back here next time. If you visit, watch these guys, they'll rip you off. Moral of this story, don't try to rip the customer off, and expect a tip or even a good review,

Établissement beaucoup basé sur le visuel et l’apparence. Salle de grande taille, avec de beaux volumes, du confort avec une décoration moderne. En revanche, la nourriture est très basique. Je n’ai pas apprécié la musique moderne qu’ils diffusent en permanence, c’est de la pollution auditive, ça ne donne pas envie de rester. En bref, c’est un établissement très bien placé, idéal pour manger rapidement, mais rien d’exceptionnel.

Het eten was goed, maar wat schandalig is dat 1 persoon al eten krijgt en de overige 8 personen pas een half uur later. Voor zo’n zaak echt schandalig. De klacht die we daarover hadden is niet serieus afgehandeld.
