Don't underestemate Remos Pizza's they are huge.

Recommendation? Depends on the requirement. If you want to eat/drink “anything”, yes, but the price is definitely too high. Of three drinks ordered, 1 was wrong, and of 2 meals, 1 was wrong. And that despite the fact that yesterday around 5:30 p.m. it was only sparsely staffed, so definitely no increased demands. The waiter didn't ask if everything was OK, nor did he express any real regret about the mistake. Since we had to get to the train, there was no question of returning it, and the “wrong” food/drink also tasted good. Conclusion: taste great, service flop.

Service however was very disappointing - I ordered a large bottle of still mineral water and 20 minutes later after asking repeatedly I finally got a small bottle of sparkling.....food and drink were both just placed on table as the waiter was already turning away. Such a pity as the food was very good indeed. Maybe if not in a rush and the waiters are not too busy chatting....

I had the Americana pizza here and it was really a great experience! The dough was perfectly crispy yet soft, the sauce had a delicious flavor, and the cheese was wonderfully creamy and stretchy. The ingredients were perfectly coordinated and their high quality was clearly noticeable. Everything was fresh and tasted excellent – ​​I enjoyed every bite. The restaurant also had a pleasant atmosphere, was clean and the staff was very friendly and professional. If you love pizza and are looking for a delicious and enjoyable experience, I highly recommend this place. Definitely try it out!

Normally I only write good reviews, but this time I really have to criticize. I have never experienced such outrageous behavior. A friend of mine celebrated her birthday here and had previously discussed with the boss that he should serve us and had already given him €20 in advance. He gave her his word. When we were there, one of his colleagues served us. When my friend asked whether we could have the boss as a server as we had discussed, the lady serving us became very rude and called my friend cheeky and impudent. In addition, some of us ordered pizzas where you normally get a large piece of paper underneath because the plates are too small and the pizza would otherwise hang on the table. When my friend asked if we could still get papers, she got another rude and inappropriate answer. She also didn't get any congratulations on her birthday that others at other tables received and she had said beforehand that she wanted to celebrate her birthday there and gave the boss €20 in advance. They also complained that we were sitting in the way, but we didn't set the tables. So all in all a very, very bad experience, I hope those responsible read this and change their behavior in the future or look for another job where they don't have to deal with people.

The price for the food is more than great. A huge pizza for just €12. However, just under €6 for water decorated with elderberry syrup and mint stalks... was the only negative point.

We've eaten here several times before, but this time we weren't happy with the pizza. The salami tasted very intense and the pizza wasn't cooked through in the middle and was very runny. After informing the waiter we at least received a free cappuccino...

In my opinion, the shop has dropped slightly compared to a few years ago, the pizza tasted bland and was a little smaller than usual (but it could have just been bad luck) and the prices are still really fair.

I visited Remos in Koblenz late in the evening after a long train journey as there were only a few alternatives near my hotel. The selection of food was okay, and the pizza and drink were passable. However, I found the prices to be rather high for a restaurant chain. Unfortunately, I was disappointed with the quality of service. The service seemed consistently unfriendly to me - both when taking the order, when serving the food and when paying. I got the feeling that my presence was perceived as more of a nuisance, which significantly spoiled the overall impression. Given the multitude of alternatives in Koblenz, I would personally probably go to another restaurant in the future. It's a shame, because with a little more friendliness the visit could have left a much more positive impression.

Delicious pizza, nice service, the tiramisu still has a lot of room for improvement (it only tasted like cream with biscuit), music is far too loud for a restaurant.

On Thursday evening, January 2nd, I visited the restaurant with a friend. It was our first visit to Remos and we were negatively surprised. After I asked a question about the menu, it was only answered sarcastically and rudely. When I asked for a glass of tap water with my order, they said it wasn't available. When I muttered “weird” to myself, since I work in the catering industry myself, I was answered cheekily and condescendingly with “We don’t have weird”. The waiter was the only one dressed in black. You can't complain about the food.

Even the best man in the world gets hungry sometimes 😊 So we went to Remos (Bahnhofplatz) in Koblenz. Great atmosphere... nice service... The food was super delicious! I had pasta with salmon (soooo good) and the best man in the world had a pizza (it was really big)! ☝️Please be sure to pre-book a table... “the place is buzzing,” as they say! Very tasty food, pizza, pasta; we were all thrilled. The atmosphere is cozy, with lots of nice ideas. Because of the oppressively loud echo in the restaurant, it was difficult to understand the person opposite. Service was friendly, but rare due to the full restaurant. Unfortunately, we were first left sitting for 20 minutes without drinks, then moved again because the waitress at the entrance didn't understand the names and people. Afterwards we only had one drink because we weren't asked anymore. Hence the deduction. Next time we're in Koblenz I would still go again, just not at peak times!

Tasty food but very oily. The size of the pizza is definitely worth the money! Only the service is a bit less. Very unfriendly waiter, no please or enjoy your meal. We received the rest of the food and drinks quickly. The atmosphere of the restaurant was very cozy. Nicely decorated and clean.

The waitress was very nice and greeted me quickly and brought me to a table. As a starter I had a Bruschetta Classica, which was very tasty. As an accompanying drink I chose a mango-mint juice, which was also very tasty. Unfortunately I had to wait a bit long between the starter and the main course (about 30 minutes) because my order was obviously forgotten. Fortunately, after a while the waiter came and apologized for the delay, so that I could finally enjoy my pizza vegetariana.

Nevertheless, I have to say that the service was completely below standard, I don't know whether the resources are missing or whether they simply hire someone for the service who have no experience in gastronomy, the fact is that the service was miserable! I asked for food 3 times and no one took the responsibility to check and not even when the food reached my table, a *we're sorry* to say, there's no place! Drinks were also ordered 3 times and the empty plates were on the table for minutes. I think it was my first and last time with you.

The pizza was ok, but the service was incredibly bad, I've never experienced anything like that. A waitress told our friend, who was celebrating her birthday and spent around €400, that she was being rude! because she wanted to place the order through someone else she knew. Apart from the fact that while I was thinking about it and looking at the menu, the other boss sat down next to me, very bored, so that I could quickly choose something. Instead of leaving for a minute and letting me think. So there was no customer respect.

We visited the restaurant as a larger group to celebrate a birthday. At first we were served by a female employee who initially seemed friendly. But when the birthday child asked to be served by a certain waiter, the mood changed. She has been very satisfied with his service in the past and even gave the waiter 20 euros in advance so that he could serve her on her birthday. However, this led to the waitress apparently feeling personally attacked and calling the birthday child “cheeky and rude” – just because of this request. Finally the boss took over the service, but he seemed unfriendly from the start. When one of our group was still unsure what he wanted to order, the boss sat down next to him without invitation and asked in an unfriendly tone: “What do you have to choose between?” When asked whether it might be too stressful that evening he replied curtly with “No, no.” Such behavior is unprofessional and, worse, just downright unfriendly. Even if you don't feel like it, is it asking too much to just be served normally? Everyone has a bad day, but I don't actually pay to have your bad mood served up to me. The pizzas were brought, but some of them hung over the plates, and the usual paper underneath was only added at our express request. It was particularly disappointing that birthdays were being celebrated at four other tables, where cocktails with fireworks and a “Happy Birthday” song were served each time – but not ours. After this fiasco, the payment situation worsened as the birthday child was noticeably disappointed. Instead of defusing the situation, the boss further aggravated it with statements like “I am the boss here and I make the decisions!” Here it is right to expect that he will clarify misunderstandings with his employees and that everything that goes to them should be passed on to him. But there was never any clarification or apology for how misbehaved his employees were. Instead of saying 'yes, I see the problem, I can understand it, I'll take care of it', only unhelpful answers came. Other problems: The cutlery was dirty and the music was so loud that it was difficult to carry on a conversation. Ironically, we were called rude when the real problem was the behavior of the staff. In short: never again!

We were guests there with a larger group, and the unanimous consensus is that none of those involved want to go there again. The service employee was polite, but completely overwhelmed. We waited an unreasonable 20 (!!) minutes for a drink! If you ordered a drink twice so that you didn't have to wait forever after drinking the first drink, it actually took twice as long. That doesn't work at all! Some of the supposedly fresh cutlery was still dirty. Some forks still had food residue on them. Something like that shouldn't happen, even with an increased number of guests! With a grumble, the cutlery was finally exchanged after a friendly point out that it was dirty. The food (pizza), on the other hand, was very good, tasty and fresh. Unfortunately, this only slightly improves the overall impression. Conclusion: If the service were better, it would certainly be a place where the price-performance ratio was quite good. Management in particular should think about this. Instead of pumping money into a cosmic local sports club, you should invest in additional service employees.

When it comes to billing, it's pure chaos - something goes on here, something goes down and at the end something is still open. Ich war sehr enttäuscht von meinem Besuch in dieser Pizzeria. Trotz einer Reservierung für über 12 Personen mussten wir erst lange warten, und dann mussten die Tische noch zusammengerückt werden. Der Service war überfordert, aber dennoch freundlich. Das Essen entsprach jedoch nicht meinen Erwartungen. Die Pizza war viel zu groß für die Teller, sodass sie über den Tellerrand auf den Tisch hing – das war ziemlich unhygienisch. Außerdem war die Pizza kalt und schmeckte fade. Die Atmosphäre im Restaurant war laut und unangenehm. Ich hoffe, dass sich das Management diese Rückmeldungen zu Herzen nimmt und Verbesserungen vornimmt.

Overall difficult stay. Totally overcrowded. It was either incredibly warm or cold in the room. At least 20 people stood waiting right next to our table. The first round of drinks lasted 40 minutes. The second round another 40 minutes. The food wasn't tasty. The condition is totally stressed and unfriendly. At the end we got a beer in a glass that was fresh out of the dishwasher and at around 60 degrees. I won't come back. Tamara

We came here by chance and, looking back, are totally thrilled. We didn't expect such a good and stylish pizzeria at the train station. The staff was totally friendly, despite being busy. Here you can get wagon wheel sized pizzas at prices that are normal sized.

I'm in Koblenz for a week on business and was looking for a restaurant to eat. While strolling around, I noticed the Remos restaurant and took a look inside. Visually the food looked inviting and I got into it. You were greeted with a smile at the door. The service was very good, the food too and the price was great for the food. The pizza on Monday was bigger than the plate and the lasagna on Thursday was completely sufficient. Add 2 delicious wheats and the meal was perfect. So if you have a longer stay at the main station in Koblenz and are hungry, you can go to Remos with peace of mind.

This restaurant makes me want to puke! Employees really rude and not professional. Went there to eat with the family and were turned away at the door. Reason for not enough seats even though there were enough free tables in the restaurant. Last time I had a bad experience with 3 pizzas to take away. Very bad toppings and very bad cheese. Just sickening, this time we wanted to try the noodles, I was against it and went along with it. But our experience on site has shown how incompetent these people on site are. Plus it's not an Italian restaurant either. #never again

Great large pizzas that are easy to share

The food is very tasty! Unfortunately the service wasn't great. It takes forever before you can order something to drink. All the glasses had been empty for almost half an hour (8 people), one finally managed to get a waiter's attention and order something. Before the others could say anything, he was gone again, without noticing that no one had anything to drink and wanted to order anything else.

Basically, I have always been satisfied in the past. This time, however, there was a complaint that prompted me to write a review - the Parmesan sprinkles on my starter had blue mold spots. After I pointed this out to the waiter, he went into the kitchen and brought me a shrink-wrapped piece of cheese with traces of mold on the edge and said that was normal - 😳 OK - my understanding of mold on hard cheese says clearly, no problem , you can cut it away and then eat the rest again, but the mold definitely doesn't belong on the guest's plate!!!

The pizza is huge, lavishly topped (unlike its direct competitor with a similar concept and marked L 😉) and very tasty. The carbonara was also really good! Unreservedly recommended.

Nice restaurant with huge pizzas.

We love Remos' pizza (my personal favorite is the Salsiccia Picante pizza). So far we haven't found a better pizza in Koblenz. Since we live right around the corner, we always order takeout, even though the ambience is very inviting. Gladly again at any time!

Greetings together, We've been going to Remos for a long time and have tried out the entire menu. I'd say there's something for everyone, the staff are very child-friendly, there's plenty of space to sit, but for the last year we've been eating the beef fillet there several times a week and I I've actually eaten it everywhere in Germany. It is very, very good, top quality, always in perfect condition whether rare, medium or medium well they manage to deliver. Thank you and of course 5 stars

Food is, as always, very good. We usually like to eat here. However, the waiter didn't talk to us and brought both drinks wrong. The starter also came after the main course. The other guests were also very confused by this waiter. The people next to us wanted to order something and the waiter simply gave them the bill. We won't be going to the Remos anymore for now.

Fast service and large portions at a fair price

There were three of us there today and we ordered pizza. The dough itself was quite good, but everything that was included in the pizza toppings was just put on top after it was baked. It's really quite unappetizing to eat cold olives and mozzarella as well as warmed chicken. The service didn't even meet the standards and they didn't have any pillows or blankets outside. So it wasn't really nice, I think it could be better.

Good shop, food was great, staff mostly very friendly. You have to like the outdoor location with pedestrians walking past the tables.
