We had garlic pizza bread for starters. There wasn't much garlic to taste, as it was unfortunately quite burnt and dry. Due to a mix-up of orders, we only received our main courses after they had already been served to the next table. The truffle pasta was good. I would have had a cocktail with it that was almost entirely made of ice. The service could be more attentive. The prices are simply too high for this level of service. The ambiance is modern but as loud as a warehouse when half the tables are occupied.

Remos Restaurant is a great place to go if you want to grab a bite to eat with friends. I highly recommend both the pizzas and the salads. The pizza has a thin crust and is incredibly large, so you can share one depending on how hungry you are. The service could be a bit more attentive.

Guanciale, pecorino, egg, black pepper, and lots of love. Thank you for that. The carpaccio was very good, good quality, and very tasty. The fettuccine with chanterelle mushrooms was truly top-notch in both quality and taste. This restaurant is a definite recommendation for anyone who loves Italian cuisine.

We visited the restaurant as part of a larger group to celebrate a birthday. Initially, we were served by a female employee who seemed friendly at first. However, when the birthday girl asked to be served by a specific waiter, the mood changed. She had been very satisfied with his service in the past and even gave the waiter €20 in advance so he could serve her on her birthday. This, however, led the waitress to apparently feel personally attacked and call the birthday girl "rude and rude" simply for this request. Eventually, the manager took over the service, but he seemed unfriendly from the start. When one of our group was still unsure what he wanted to order, the manager sat down next to him without an invitation and asked in an unfriendly tone: "What do you have to choose between?" When asked if it might be too stressful that evening, he replied curtly with a "No, no." Such behavior is unprofessional and, worse, downright unfriendly. Even if you don't feel like it, is it too much to ask to just be served normally? Everyone has a bad day, but I'm not really paying to have your bad mood served right along with it. The pizzas were delivered, but some were hanging over the plates, and the usual paper underneath was only brought after our explicit request. It was particularly disappointing that four other tables were celebrating birthdays, and each one was served cocktails with fireworks and a "Happy Birthday" song, but not ours. After this fiasco, the situation escalated when it came to payment, as the birthday boy was noticeably disappointed. Instead of defusing the situation, the boss further escalated it with statements like, "I'm the boss here, and I make the decisions!" It's right to expect him to clarify misunderstandings with his employees and pass everything that concerns them through him. However, there was never any clarification or apology for the inappropriate behavior of his employees. Instead of saying, "Yes, I see the problem, I understand it, I'll take care of it," we only received unhelpful answers. Other problems: The cutlery was dirty, and the music was so loud that it was almost impossible to have a conversation. Ironically, we were called rude, even though the staff's behavior was the real problem. In short: Never again!

We were there with 25 people. It was during "normal" dinner time. Nevertheless, the service was top-notch. The drinks arrived quickly, and the food didn't take long to arrive. The pizza was bigger than the plate and incredibly delicious.

Remo's Pizzeria in Koblenz is simply fantastic! The food is fresh and delicious, especially the pizzas. The service is friendly and attentive, and you immediately feel welcome. A cozy place that we'd happily recommend!

Food is not bad, can’t say the same about the service! We were treated like trash since the moment we walked in. Rude comments, disgusted looks and a horrible attitude from both the waiter and the manager. This wasn’t the first time either. We decided to disregard it on our first visit and came back a few weeks later. They were very rude, ignored our table and refused to listen to us when we tried to communicate our unhappiness. Very unfortunate as this restaurant could attract way more people, if only they treated them as human beings 🤷🏻‍♀️

The food was very tasty, however, we waited 1.5 hours for the second course and were then approached very rudely by manager Timi! Absolutely terrible treatment of guests! If you want to spend a nice afternoon/evening you should look for another place! We will never go there again, such unfriendly people

Nice place to eat some italian food when in Germany. It´s close to the train station soo.. it´s perfect when you want and you can relax and have a good time.

We had to wait a long time for our orders and generally didn't feel particularly welcome. It's a shame, because we've had better experiences in the past.

We just wanted a coffee/cappuccino and pointed out that we were running out of time due to the train connection. After another polite request, the coffee finally arrived, but it was cold. The warning was ignored!!!!! Paying, which was handled by someone else, also took some time, despite the internet being low. There was no apology for the poor service. NOT RECOMMENDED

A very chic pizzeria that we highly recommend. The interior is very attractive; outside, the bus traffic is a bit annoying, but it's perfectly fine. The service is very attentive and very friendly. The dishes are varied and there's something for everyone. As is the case everywhere, the prices are quite high, but the portions are also large. The pizzas are enormous, and children can't manage them; even adults have a hard time eating them. Our only criticism is that a few children's dishes would be great. We definitely recommend them, though.

If today had been my first visit to Remos, it would have been my last. Unfortunately, instead of the fresh garlic I ordered, a ton of garlic oil was poured onto my pizza. It was almost inedible, swimming in oil. If an Italian restaurant doesn't have fresh garlic, I don't know what it is.

Pizza needs a matching plate 😀. It's really big! If I'd known that beforehand, I wouldn't have ordered an appetizer. Nevertheless, the "Bruschetta with Mozzarella" appetizer was delicious.

€20 for a pizza – a real Milanese feeling, but without the flavor. The dough is rubbery, the sauce looks like it came from a can, and the toppings are barely visible. But the location is great: right next to the train station, between honking buses and smelling taxis.

Our first visit to Remos Koblenz was unfortunately very disappointing. The waiter was unfriendly and taciturn from the start, which gave the impression that he didn't really want to serve us. He constantly pushed us while ordering and couldn't offer any recommendations. The pizzas we ordered arrived after a long wait and were uncut. When we asked for them to be cut, we were simply told to do it ourselves. However, the plates were smaller than the pizzas, which made cutting quite uncomfortable. While demonstrating how to cut the pizza, the waiter accidentally stabbed our friend's arm and simply apologized with a smile. The pizza itself was far too salty and overall disappointing in taste. The service was not customer-oriented and made the visit unpleasant. Unfortunately, we cannot recommend this restaurant.

Unfortunately, my visit was marked by a series of disappointing experiences. First, we had to wait 15 minutes before a waiter noticed us, and we eventually had to call one ourselves. After we asked for the menu, another 20 minutes passed without anyone returning to take our order. When we inquired why the service was taking so long, one of your employees ironically asked us if we were sure it was actually that long. We found this response extremely unprofessional and not customer-focused. Since we also left the restaurant as a result, this incident likely resulted in a loss of at least €100 for them. I hope the restaurant considers this feedback as constructive criticism and takes appropriate measures to improve service in the future.

On a Wednesday we had lunch at Remo's in Koblenz. We had reserved in advance, although we later realized that this was not necessary as there was hardly anything going on at lunchtime that day. We ordered pizzas, pasta and salads and didn't have to wait long until everything was there. The staff was generally relatively distant and quiet, but still nice. Everything in this place is reminiscent of another pizza chain that has a very similar concept based on oversized pizzas. This extends from the pizzas, to the furnishings, to the menus, to the drinks. The atmosphere itself was acceptable. I thought it was all a bit too dark, even though we were sitting by the window. My Funghi Pizza with Extra Garlic came with a large portion of oil. The oil formed small puddles in some places, so I let them drain before I could eat it. The dough wasn't fried until crispy, so the pieces always hung down and could hardly be eaten by hand. In terms of taste, it was acceptable overall, but unfortunately not anymore. In the end I was more than full because the portion was very large. The prices aren't exactly low, but you get a lot of food for that. In my opinion the taste leaves something to be desired.

Tatsächlich habe ich mich auch auf eine Pizza eingelassen. Die Pizzen sind gigantisch groß, und stehen um mehrere Zentimeter über den Tellerrand hinaus, was für das Handling mit Messer und Gabel nicht wirklich vorteilhaft ist. Ich gestehe, ich bin ein langsamer Esser, was bei dieser Pizzagröße unweiglich zu einem kalten Essen führt.

We came here with high expectations, but here's what happened: We ordered two pasta dishes with two drinks. When it came to pasta, we asked for *CHICKEN BREAST STRIPS* as an extra, but we got chicken breast steaks (very large fillets). Completely inappropriate with gnochhi, which took away my partner's appetite right from the start. We then also ordered pizza rolls. I don't know what they mean by "pizza rolls" in Koblenz, but we just got pizza dough without cheese and, above all, without herbs (although the waiter said that this would come with it). In the end, they spent more than they earned. And the worst thing: the waiter obviously wasn't interested in my complaint about the addition of chicken. He took the payment and walked away. Never again... and 50 EUR for it too.

Recommendation? Depends on the requirement. If you want to eat/drink “anything”, yes, but the price is definitely too high. Of three drinks ordered, 1 was wrong, and of 2 meals, 1 was wrong. And that despite the fact that yesterday around 5:30 p.m. it was only sparsely staffed, so definitely no increased demands. The waiter didn't ask if everything was OK, nor did he express any real regret about the mistake. Since we had to get to the train, there was no question of returning it, and the “wrong” food/drink also tasted good. Conclusion: taste great, service flop.

Service however was very disappointing - I ordered a large bottle of still mineral water and 20 minutes later after asking repeatedly I finally got a small bottle of sparkling.....food and drink were both just placed on table as the waiter was already turning away. Such a pity as the food was very good indeed. Maybe if not in a rush and the waiters are not too busy chatting....

I had the Americana pizza here and it was really a great experience! The dough was perfectly crispy yet soft, the sauce had a delicious flavor, and the cheese was wonderfully creamy and stretchy. The ingredients were perfectly coordinated and their high quality was clearly noticeable. Everything was fresh and tasted excellent – ​​I enjoyed every bite. The restaurant also had a pleasant atmosphere, was clean and the staff was very friendly and professional. If you love pizza and are looking for a delicious and enjoyable experience, I highly recommend this place. Definitely try it out!

Normally I only write good reviews, but this time I really have to criticize. I have never experienced such outrageous behavior. A friend of mine celebrated her birthday here and had previously discussed with the boss that he should serve us and had already given him €20 in advance. He gave her his word. When we were there, one of his colleagues served us. When my friend asked whether we could have the boss as a server as we had discussed, the lady serving us became very rude and called my friend cheeky and impudent. In addition, some of us ordered pizzas where you normally get a large piece of paper underneath because the plates are too small and the pizza would otherwise hang on the table. When my friend asked if we could still get papers, she got another rude and inappropriate answer. She also didn't get any congratulations on her birthday that others at other tables received and she had said beforehand that she wanted to celebrate her birthday there and gave the boss €20 in advance. They also complained that we were sitting in the way, but we didn't set the tables. So all in all a very, very bad experience, I hope those responsible read this and change their behavior in the future or look for another job where they don't have to deal with people.

We've eaten here several times before, but this time we weren't happy with the pizza. The salami tasted very intense and the pizza wasn't cooked through in the middle and was very runny. After informing the waiter we at least received a free cappuccino...

In my opinion, the shop has dropped slightly compared to a few years ago, the pizza tasted bland and was a little smaller than usual (but it could have just been bad luck) and the prices are still really fair.

I visited Remos in Koblenz late in the evening after a long train journey as there were only a few alternatives near my hotel. The selection of food was okay, and the pizza and drink were passable. However, I found the prices to be rather high for a restaurant chain. Unfortunately, I was disappointed with the quality of service. The service seemed consistently unfriendly to me - both when taking the order, when serving the food and when paying. I got the feeling that my presence was perceived as more of a nuisance, which significantly spoiled the overall impression. Given the multitude of alternatives in Koblenz, I would personally probably go to another restaurant in the future. It's a shame, because with a little more friendliness the visit could have left a much more positive impression.
