Good food, nice atmosphere. Relatively noisy atmosphere. Service unfortunately very forgetful, untrained and slow. If you want to eat here, you should have frustration tolerance and time.

We were guests there with a larger group, and the unanimous consensus is that none of those involved want to go there again. The service employee was polite, but completely overwhelmed. We waited an unreasonable 20 (!!) minutes for a drink! If you ordered a drink twice so that you didn't have to wait forever after drinking the first drink, it actually took twice as long. That doesn't work at all! Some of the supposedly fresh cutlery was still dirty. Some forks still had food residue on them. Something like that shouldn't happen, even with an increased number of guests! With a grumble, the cutlery was finally exchanged after a friendly point out that it was dirty. The food (pizza), on the other hand, was very good, tasty and fresh. Unfortunately, this only slightly improves the overall impression. Conclusion: If the service were better, it would certainly be a place where the price-performance ratio was quite good. Management in particular should think about this. Instead of pumping money into a cosmic local sports club, you should invest in additional service employees.

Overwhelmed staff waiting time of 30 minutes despite reservation. We made a reservation as a group - the waiting time was almost 30 minutes despite the reservation. When it comes to billing, it's pure chaos - something goes on here, something goes down and at the end something is still open. Contact regarding the correcting invoice has not been answered for two weeks. A lot of appearance - little to be! You can, you don't have to!

Overall difficult stay. Totally overcrowded. It was either incredibly warm or cold in the room. At least 20 people stood waiting right next to our table. The first round of drinks lasted 40 minutes. The second round another 40 minutes. The food wasn't tasty. The condition is totally stressed and unfriendly. At the end we got a beer in a glass that was fresh out of the dishwasher and at around 60 degrees. I won't come back. Tamara

We came here by chance and, looking back, are totally thrilled. We didn't expect such a good and stylish pizzeria at the train station. The staff was totally friendly, despite being busy. Here you can get wagon wheel sized pizzas at prices that are normal sized.

I'm in Koblenz for a week on business and was looking for a restaurant to eat. While strolling around, I noticed the Remos restaurant and took a look inside. Visually the food looked inviting and I got into it. You were greeted with a smile at the door. The service was very good, the food too and the price was great for the food. The pizza on Monday was bigger than the plate and the lasagna on Thursday was completely sufficient. Add 2 delicious wheats and the meal was perfect. So if you have a longer stay at the main station in Koblenz and are hungry, you can go to Remos with peace of mind.

This restaurant makes me want to puke! Employees really rude and not professional. Went there to eat with the family and were turned away at the door. Reason for not enough seats even though there were enough free tables in the restaurant. Last time I had a bad experience with 3 pizzas to take away. Very bad toppings and very bad cheese. Just sickening, this time we wanted to try the noodles, I was against it and went along with it. But our experience on site has shown how incompetent these people on site are. Plus it's not an Italian restaurant either. #never again

As a group we got an attractive place. We really enjoyed the various dishes - I can't say anything about the pizzas because no one ordered one. We were able to stay at the table for a long time without constantly eating, which was very pleasant.

We visited the restaurant spontaneously while hungry as part of a city trip. We were served very quickly and friendly. Pizza Salami and Gnocci Mozarella were very tasty. The food is very good, comes quickly and at absolutely good prices. The selection is very extensive. The portions are enough to fill you up. When it's full it's a bit hectic and loud. Highly recommended.

The food came at the same time as the drinks. It tasted great. The background noise was terrible, you couldn't have a conversation. The service could have been more attentive. The waitress didn't show up for ages so we couldn't pay.

Very good food for good value for money. The waitresses were friendly and helpful despite the Saturday evening rush hour. We had bruschetta, pizza and 2 different pastas. The aperitif for €7.90 and the cappuccino were very well prepared.

Those at Remos Westerwald, Oberhonnefeld, can certainly learn something. Here you don't have the feeling of being ripped off. Very friendly and calm.

Great large pizzas that are easy to share

So many sights, I have to go there again. I just drank beer there.

The food is very tasty! Unfortunately the service wasn't great. It takes forever before you can order something to drink. All the glasses had been empty for almost half an hour (8 people), one finally managed to get a waiter's attention and order something. Before the others could say anything, he was gone again, without noticing that no one had anything to drink and wanted to order anything else.

Basically, I have always been satisfied in the past. This time, however, there was a complaint that prompted me to write a review - the Parmesan sprinkles on my starter had blue mold spots. After I pointed this out to the waiter, he went into the kitchen and brought me a shrink-wrapped piece of cheese with traces of mold on the edge and said that was normal - 😳 OK - my understanding of mold on hard cheese says clearly, no problem , you can cut it away and then eat the rest again, but the mold definitely doesn't belong on the guest's plate!!!

A very cozy place, the Waitresses treated us very well despite our bad English, and the Food was a success, very very good quality, you are a 10!!!!

The pizza is huge, lavishly topped (unlike its direct competitor with a similar concept and marked L 😉) and very tasty. The carbonara was also really good! Unreservedly recommended.

Get a table late and get the food and drinks within 15 minutes. The pizza was really big, the dough was very tasty and so was the topping. The atmosphere is very cozy and the staff is friendly and professional. Gladly again👍

Nice restaurant with huge pizzas.

We love Remos' pizza (my personal favorite is the Salsiccia Picante pizza). So far we haven't found a better pizza in Koblenz. Since we live right around the corner, we always order takeout, even though the ambience is very inviting. Gladly again at any time!

Central location, very good pizzas with crispy edges and thin bases. Pizza is very big Good value for money. Beautiful, authentic decor. Fast service, short waiting time Unfortunately it is a bit too loud in the restaurant.

Greetings together, We've been going to Remos for a long time and have tried out the entire menu. I'd say there's something for everyone, the staff are very child-friendly, there's plenty of space to sit, but for the last year we've been eating the beef fillet there several times a week and I I've actually eaten it everywhere in Germany. It is very, very good, top quality, always in perfect condition whether rare, medium or medium well they manage to deliver. Thank you and of course 5 stars

Food is, as always, very good. We usually like to eat here. However, the waiter didn't talk to us and brought both drinks wrong. The starter also came after the main course. The other guests were also very confused by this waiter. The people next to us wanted to order something and the waiter simply gave them the bill. We won't be going to the Remos anymore for now.

Fast service and large portions at a fair price

There were three of us there today and we ordered pizza. The dough itself was quite good, but everything that was included in the pizza toppings was just put on top after it was baked. It's really quite unappetizing to eat cold olives and mozzarella as well as warmed chicken. The service didn't even meet the standards and they didn't have any pillows or blankets outside. So it wasn't really nice, I think it could be better.

Good shop, food was great, staff mostly very friendly. You have to like the outdoor location with pedestrians walking past the tables.

Food good, but not child friendly. I asked for a handful of cooked gnocchi without salt for my 11 month old baby. I got incredibly salty gnocchi with vegetable broth that cost 13.90 euros (for a baby!?). Those were the most expensive 5 gnocchis (that's all a baby can eat) of my life... In addition, part of the belt on the high chair (which was very dirty, but I understand that) was missing, so you couldn't strap the baby in. There was no way to change the baby, not even a fold-out changing table in the washrooms (there wouldn't be enough space...). The food was otherwise good. Rolls would be nice with the salads or lasagna. Service OK. Ambience a bit loud, but otherwise okay. Unfortunately, based on my experience with a baby, I probably wouldn't come again. Too bad.

The starters are placed on the table together with the main course - rather than being served. The vitello tonnato is a disgrace to anyone who loves the dish. Gambias for €13 that couldn't be peeled - fresh?? The atmosphere inside is really beautiful and the shop has a lot of potential - unfortunately the service is not only not good at their job and also unfriendly. Okay for a quick snack (also not good but portable) but if you want to enjoy Italian cuisine in a seriously relaxed manner, this is the wrong place.

Quite average, pizza could be better

We were in a rush and the waiters were kind enough to accommodate us anyways.

Unfortunately there were a few things to complain about yesterday, first I was given a table (for 5 people as ordered) that wasn't cleared away, then it took 10 minutes for her to clear away the glasses from the previous person and only after repeated requests was it taken passed over the rag. Then it took over half an hour until we were able to order, the main course came before the starter and much more. Yesterday there was chaos there. Maybe I'll give it another chance, I'm still thinking about it

At the beginning of our stay everything was great. Our food also came quickly, but the spaghetti carbonara was way too salty and unfortunately we couldn't eat it at all. When we mentioned this to the waiter, he didn't understand what we meant and called his boss. But he didn't speak to us very nicely and said that it wasn't the kitchen's fault. We understand that spaghetti carbonara is a little saltier than other dishes, but it wasn't edible at all :/ The food and the atmosphere were good but the service wasn't so good :(

We had a separate room with glass windows at the back for our group of girls. It's nice to sit there but the room needs more ventilation, it got really stuffy after a short time - but it wasn't as loud as the surrounding area. The employee with dark, long braided hair was really very friendly and took nice photos of us when we asked, thank you very much for that 🫶🏻 The food and drink was very tasty for each of us. My pizza primo amore was really so delicious 😍

We usually enjoy eating here often, but today we had a very bad experience in terms of service. The waitress, who initially ignored us for 20 minutes, took our order after we called her over. Another waiter brought the pizza and we immediately noticed that it wasn't the pizza we had ordered. He responded very friendly and took the pizza inside. A few minutes later the waitress who took our order incorrectly came storming out again with the wrong pizza and wanted to intimidate us and blame us for her mistake. Unfortunately we had to leave because we cannot accept such treatment. We think it's a shame that she couldn't just ask us politely what went wrong, but instead became really rude and almost aggressive.

Unfortunately the service is chaotic. But the food is great.

Incredibly good food. The pizzas are huge yet perfectly prepared. We were in a large group and the restaurant was busy and yet our food and drink requests were quickly accommodated and delivered just as quickly. I have been a customer several times and the food is delicious, slightly above average. However, the service is a complete disaster. Pizza with prawns for €16.50. Unfortunately the price/performance ratio is no longer right. The quality of the food has deteriorated extremely. But unfortunately the worst thing is the service. You wait a really long time for your drinks and are cleverly ignored when the glasses are empty. You feel anything but welcome. It's a shame, we used to enjoy being there, but unfortunately not anymore.

Stale beer, frozen mushrooms as an ingredient that were unprofessionally prepared and therefore too spongy and tough, carbonara not real carbonara (cream in it), high prices, staff untrained and unprofessional (couldn't give us any information about ingredients and allergen information), ONE ONLY vegan dish (normal standard salad), not receptive to legitimate criticism. Overall, more than disappointing and I absolutely don't understand where all the good reviews come from.

I actually didn't want to write this review, but I can't let something like that sit there. Despite having a reservation, we had to wait at the door for 35 minutes. With our group of 19 people, we had to wait far too long for our food and drinks. The pizzas were soggy and no longer warm. Our visit was a complete disappointment!

Reserved a table and just didn't get it

Where do we go when the most basic rules of the service are no longer adhered to? What happens if you base your entire evening on the fact that a certain table is available at a certain time?....here in this restaurant you are completely let down in this regard....unfortunately, 1 star is still too much.

Unfortunately, nothing is right in this “restaurant”, service is subpar. We have reserved a table. You are put off and you only have to wait 2 minutes. After waiting for countless minutes in the cold wind of the Koblenz night, we knew that unfortunately we wouldn't be able to eat anything else here that evening. Impossible!

Unfortunately my visit to this restaurant was very disappointing. The waiting times were extremely long, even though we had reserved, after half an hour of waiting we left. We were held off for a long time, and at some point it became too long for us. It's a shame that you can't rely on getting a table despite having a reservation.

Secure! Here is a humorous but bad review for the Remus restaurant in Koblenz: A culinary adventure of a special kind Oh, Remus in Koblenz, what an experience! If I had to compare it to an adventure, it would be like riding a roller coaster and realizing you're not wearing a seatbelt and the car has no brakes. First about the ambience: you immediately feel like you are in a time machine that has catapulted you into the 80s. The decoration has probably already seen the fall of the Berlin Wall, and the chairs creak so much that you think they could fall apart at any time. The service was… well, let’s say “innovative”. Our waiter was either in a competition to see who could walk the slowest or was secretly a ninja who kept disappearing. Drinks arrived with a delay usually only seen in German public transport, and food came sometime after we were already busy eating the table decorations.

My salmon and shrimp salad was delicious and fresh. Unfortunately the sauce wasn't homemade. The dessert was good, but too expensive for the portion.

I actually liked the Remos on my previous visit, everything was great even though there was a lot going on, I can't confirm that on my visit today, there was relatively little going on but the service staff were probably more busy with other things than with the guests. We had to point out several times that we would like to have tickets and also that we would like to order, sometimes the service was very clear when we drew attention to ourselves, which I personally find unacceptable.

Had something to eat during the lunch break. The service was quick and friendly. The pizzas are very tasty, original Italian Neapolitan pizza, and huge. I took half home with me. Put it in the oven for a moment. My husband was happy 🥰 I can only recommend it and we would love to come back.

Nicely decorated restaurant with lots of choice! There could be a few more vegetarian pasta dishes but I can still highly recommend the Linguine al Pesto! The pizzas are huge and reasonably priced for the size!
