Very nice outdoor terrace with a large plateau on the lake. Food and drinks okay, 16 € tarte flambée e.g. The service was very friendly and attentive. Great idea, especially for children (there was a little surprise bag with the meal). Gladly again

Restaurant by the lake with a clear menu and super nice staff. Prices are, as you would expect for a location like this, a bit higher but not exorbitant. We had burgers and baked potatoes with chicken, the portions were very filling and tasty.

In fact, I'm surprised that there were pretty good reviews for this. The restaurant is nice, pleasant in design. Welcoming with a good atmosphere. The staff is also friendly and attentive. However, the price/performance ratio is not right at all. Of course the restaurant is beautifully located, but there were 8 of us there and found 5 of the 8 dishes not recommended. Among other things, the schnitzel and the special currywurst were particularly bad. And then to quote such prices is very outrageous. Both in terms of taste and quality. The toilets were also in the lower range in terms of cleanliness. Unfortunately, I will never enter this rather nice restaurant again.

We were with 5 people. eat there. Nobody liked it. The “gambas” were particularly disappointing, poor and overpriced. The chicken curry was too spicy with turmeric. The children's pasta had no taste. The bitterballen are of course also convenience food.

We were there on a sunny Saturday afternoon - so it was very busy. Unfortunately it was too windy for us on the outside terrace, but inside we sat near the window and still had a nice view of Lake Aasee. There is a small (narrower) parking garage nearby. Unfortunately, the service wasn't very attentive that day. We had to make ourselves known to get the card. The same applied to the order. The food came relatively quickly. Overall, the food tasted good, but honestly: we spent 17.90 euros for a baked potato with champions and 18.90 euros (+ 1.50 euros for a slice of cheddar cheese) for an Angus beef burger... I don't understand the relationship to this... The portion of my burger with side dishes was very good 👍 Unfortunately, there are only a few vegetarian dishes and too few ladies' toilets. Conclusion: nice view of Lake Aasee, but quite expensive

I was there for a training session. Very great location. Directly on Lake Aasee. Friendly staff and delicious food. I missed the air conditioning upstairs and unfortunately you had to park more expensively in the parking garage, which I won't rate here. I still think it's recommended.

My husband and I celebrated our wedding shower in the bar. We were able to try out a lot in advance and all of our questions and concerns were always answered competently. We had a buffet, which was excellent and delighted our guests. The staff was extremely friendly and contributed to the wonderful atmosphere with their open nature! We and our guests had a fantastic evening and will definitely come back for the next wedding anniversary.

Very friendly service, food, we had bruscetta and garlic bread, was good and sufficient. Prices still bearable for the location.

Nice place. Staff seems a bit overwhelmed. But everything was fine except for the toilet, no paper if you asked. Yes, immediately after an hour there is still no paper.

In itself a nice restaurant with a view of Lake Aasee, the food is delicious. But the volume is a problem, you almost have to shout at each other when the place is full. Sound-absorbing elements on the walls and ceiling could help.

Very nice restaurant with a very nice outside terrace on the lake where you can go pedal boating. Enjoy nature and unwind. The food was very tasty and the price was also right. The service, Ms. Marcella, was very warm and nice, you immediately felt welcome. Highly recommended and I would always come back if it wasn't so far away. Unfortunately I'm only here for a seminar. The atmosphere is good, the view isn't even bad (one of the best in Münster) but if we talk about the food, I ordered spaghetti which didn't say anywhere that it was spicy, it's strange (like the waiters do everything said). the oil is spicy), I also ordered a mojito, which somehow turned out to be spicy, in general you just want to sit, relax and drink a really tasty beer, unfortunately everything else doesn't match the price and quality

There is probably nowhere nicer to sit in Münster... The new jetty in particular makes it possible to sit in the middle of the sailing boats and ducks. Always nice in the middle of Münster. 🤍❤️💛🇪🇺

Great ambience. We sat outside. When I went into the restaurant to look for the very clean toilet, I noticed that the air was quite warm and stuffy and I was glad that we found seats outside. The location of the restaurant is incredibly beautiful right on Lake Aasee. The prices are correspondingly high. Very friendly staff👍🏻

A very nice place near the lake, to have dinner and a nice time

The most beautiful place on Lake Aasee. There you can watch the sailing and pedal boats and enjoy the friendly and helpful service of the A2. The drinks and food arrive at record speed - even when it's full. With the delicious French fries you get the world's best guacamole. We always enjoy going there.

A beautiful place right on the lake that invites you to linger.

Prices are quite high, but I think you also pay for the exceptionally great location. My noodles were served cold and after complaints were immediately brought out new and hot. We first ate inside and then sat outside for another 3 hours. Putting tables together was no problem at all for the staff. We really enjoyed our time there

Very tasty food with a large selection, nice ambience both inside and outside. I paid around €50 for 2 people (1 main course and 1 drink each).

My expectations were limited and the card didn't read very innovatively. However, I was really pleasantly surprised by the food. For almost 20 people there were 3 very generous platters of starters that we ordered separately. Delicious antipasti, bread, sheep cheese and bitterballen that I didn't know. Interesting combination but very good products and deliciously prepared. Burger was also very tasty, great meat, good sauce, bacon, cheese, it all just went well together. The other dishes also looked delicious and the rest were probably satisfied. Another achievement worth mentioning is that everything came as ordered. Drinks were always picked up and served quickly. Plus, of course, a view of the lake and lots to see on the promenade. The price is rather high due to the location, but just within reason due to the high quality.

Visited a few days ago, I asked for espresso, and they brought it to me in a large coffee cup, ☕️ because they didn't have the small ones. it was like dirty water.

Great place, located directly on the water and by the lake, service and ambience speak for themselves, very well attended when the weather is nice. It can take a while if, like ours, it was so well attended. The food is good and plentiful. We'd love to come back.

I only know a little about Münster, but you should visit the A². The location between the park and the lake is very picturesque. The service is very friendly and attentive and the food, as far as I can tell, is very tasty. We had a very nice evening there at a private party.

Many things on the menu were not available. In my opinion, the price-performance ratio wasn't entirely justified for the food.

In such a beautiful place on the lake you can never really shake the feeling that you would find a tourist trap with high prices here - but this assumption is not entirely true. It's just great to drink a glass of wine outside on the terrace in the sunshine by the lake, entertained by light lounge music and close to the water. It's true that there aren't the cheapest prices here for some dishes and drinks, but it's not really overpriced either. In addition, the service people are really nice and so everything fits together quite well in the end.

We came to order ice cream. Unfortunately there was no strawberry ice cream chosen by the children. Since the kids didn't want any more ice cream, they ordered fries and chicken nuggets from the kids' menu. The portions were large. But what a shock from a dirty plate!!! The waiter just waved his hands 😯 It boosted everyone's mood! How can you serve food on plates contaminated with green residue?! This is completely unhygienic! Despite the wonderful view and friendly waiters, the evening was controversial... It looked very ugly, believe me!🥺

A little vacation for the soul, whether down by the lake, where it can be a little more crowded, or on the first floor where it is a little quieter and the view is nicer. The food is very good and the prices are still affordable.

Je wordt er gelijk welkom geheten. In mijn geval door een serveerster die oorspronkelijk uit Zuid Afrika kwam. Even een babbeltje, het hoeft niet lang te duren. Maar je voelt je wel gezien. Gold trouwens ook voor de andere obers en serveersters. Ik had alleen ijs, maar je kan er ook lekker eten, vermoed ik zo.

I ordered a latte macchiato and a cappuccino there (small!). Neither tasted good and there was really little “pleasure” for €9.20!... sorry... never again. Price/performance really inadequate. There was still a large part of the Prütt in the espresso in the macchiato.

You can sit on a large terrace down by the lake or on the upper balcony. This can be reached directly from the street. The service is without exception very friendly and the guests' wishes are fulfilled as quickly as possible. Therefore recommended as a destination.

Quality of the food was poor - cold currywurst, strange tasting bitter ballen, and everything was only warmed up tolerably. Whether the drinks you order actually arrive is a matter of luck - the only thing that is certain is that they will be charged. Atmosphere nice in warm weather, inside rather cool and uncomfortable.

It's worth sitting in this restaurant on a sunny day and watching the boats. However, the prices for food/drinks are high (which is also explained by the privileged location). I also found that the women's restroom was very small for such a large restaurant, and every time there was a line and a long wait.

Nice restaurant on Lake Aasee near the sailing school. Small menu, but very tasty and appetizingly prepared. Prices are slightly higher than in the old town. The employees were “on their toes” and there were no long waiting times.

You can really relax here at Lake Aa in Münster. We were just there when spring announced itself in mid-March with sunshine and pleasant temperatures. The restaurant had just put the tables and chairs out. The menu is extensive and the prices are not overpriced. The pedal boats were just brought out of hibernation and the pier was gradually filling up. We felt very comfortable here and decided to come to Münster again and stop off here.
