Good sushi restaurant. It was our first time at Ginza and we were initially a bit overwhelmed by the huge selection of sushi, but we had enough time to find what we were looking for. After ordering, our food came quickly and it was really good. The price may be a bit high, but quality has its price. Therefore 5*

The food was very good and the atmosphere outside by the small stream in the “winter garden” was cozy. Unfortunately, some of the service staff were difficult to understand and the punch with sea wolf was not as attractively presented as on the menu, and unfortunately it was also different in taste from the other dishes we ordered.

I got some delicious soup at a training session. Chicken soup with ramen, asparagus, pork and mushrooms. Super flavorful and really recommended for €15. While waiting I also got a Wassermut lemon. Very nice and courteous team. The broth was given to me especially with two HOT Chilli variants to sharpen it up. It was still hot even after 15 minutes of getting to the hotel! 🔥 thank you very much, it was a pleasure!

The staff was very accommodating, the food was delicious and there was even a birthday surprise from the restaurant. I would visit this restaurant again at any time.

Exceptional experience! The sushi are the best I have tried in Germany. They are based in some kind of mini botanical garden so you hear the sound of running water. Attentive waiters. I will definitely be back often!

Has diminished significantly. We've been here about 15 times and at least 5 times on one birthday. This time there was no congratulations or attention. Although it was noted when we made the reservation that we were there for a birthday dinner. The birthday was also noted on the reservation book. Unfortunately the sushi has worn off. Some of the rolls have fallen apart badly. But prices have risen. Our last visit for now.

Essen sieht traumhaft aus und der Wasabi ist super lecker. Schade, dass hier (wie aber auch bei vielen anderen Sushi Restaurants) häufig 6 oder sogar 8 Stück von einer Sorte genommen werden müssen. Mehr als 2 Sorten schafft man nicht zu probieren, wenn man alleinreisend keine Reste liegen lassen möchte/keine Kühlmöglichkeit hat.

We were in Nuremberg for a short trip and spontaneously decided on this restaurant because of the good reviews. We actually got a table that evening. Our spot was right by the pond, perfect for us. The whole ambience in the art greenhouse is beautiful. The sushi is of course quite expensive, but it was very tasty. Our main course was also very tasty. There is a minus point for the one toilet, there were some women standing in line and you can look into the cabin 🫣😂 because there are gaps in the cabin. But that doesn't detract from the whole thing.

The food is very tasty, except for sashimi. The alcohol drinks are nice and really strong (was drinking Mai Tai). The service is nice, the waiters are very polite and speak English in addition German. There's a crystal clean pond outside with live fish which seems pretty happy with their life. Will come again for sure.

We have been to Ginza several times over the last 2 years to eat sushi. The food, the winter garden, the terrace, everything was great. Yesterday we were there again after 5 months. The service was quick, courteous and very friendly. But what was immediately noticeable was that the cleanliness had suffered extremely. At the reception sign we were greeted by a sour smell like old damp table cloths. The tables were sticky, the chairs, especially in the left winter garden area, are just dirty and worn out. The floor was dirty. The decorative lamps on the ground around the "river" are dirty, the "river" is completely full of algae. Everything is worn out, it's a real shame. The starters (dumbling and fried dumplings) were delicious as always. The homemade lemonades are good, although quite expensive given the amount of ice in the glass. What's not possible is that the tuna and salmon in the sushi rolls were too soft. The rolls were not cool and firm. Some of the rice was lukewarm. The avocado was way too soft. It was a warm summer day, but that shouldn't be the case with raw fish dishes! To be fair, there were also tasty rolls (vegetarian and with fried shrimp). It was a coincidence that should be the case at this price and that wasn't the case before. It looks like the maximum profit is being made from the restaurant (including through numerous delivery services) without investing anything new. It's a real shame, we won't be coming back.

I must say, it lived up to the hype and more. The variety of dishes and drinks we tried were exceptional—each one bursting with flavor and beautifully presented. The sushi was fresh and expertly crafted, and the izakaya offerings were a delightful mix of traditional and innovative. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, adding to the overall wonderful experience. The ambiance of the place is perfect for chilling and having fun, whether you’re out with friends or looking for a cozy spot to enjoy great food. 994 GINZA has definitely earned its stellar reputation. I’m already looking forward to my next visit. Highly recommended!

The restaurant surprised me. They have a garden, which has just an amazing atmosphere: lots of tropical plants, waterfalls, soft music. The food is delicious and the serving is exquisite! The staff is very friendly and helpful. Will definitely come back again. It is a pity that it is impossible to rate it higher than 5!

Ginza is actually a very nice restaurant right on Nuremberg's Plärrer. The food was ok, but not exceptionally good. Hence a star deduction. The homemade drinks were delicious.

On our first night in Nuremberg, after eating so much German food we hoped to find a casual outdoor dining restaurant. We found this restaurant on Google Maps, and decided to go due to its good reviews. This restaurant did not disappoint, in fact it exceeded all our expectations! The ambiance was so relaxing by the outdoor koi pond, waiting staff were friendly and accommodating. Most importantly the food was delicious! We ordered numerous starters, of which all were exceptional! I recommend trying the Bangkok starter with duck and the matcha creme brûlée, though everything tasted great! This place is definitely a must-try and I recommend it to all my friends and family!

Update. Been there again. Uniquely good, fresh food. Gladly again.

The food was very tasty, although I'm not much of a sushi fan myself, I still decided to go for it and it was a good decision, the food was very nicely prepared and exceeded my expectations. The drinks were very intense, the VeryBerry was my favorite. As he says, it was very berry but not overly sugary, very tasty. The staff welcomed you very friendly, you weren't disturbed when choosing the dishes and you had time to take a closer look at the menu (this was also very clearly laid out) the drinks you ordered came straight away, the food didn't take long either, my starter ( Soup) came very quickly, which gave me enough time to eat the soup in a relaxed manner until the main course arrived. The restaurant has a very nice ambience, it is very quiet, you can have a conversation perfectly, the music in the background is also perfect. If it got too cold in the winter garden, the heaters were turned on, which further enhanced the ambience.

It's a beautiful location with great and very attentive service. The food was delicious and varied, with some very unique, inspired and tasty sushi creations like the beetroot sushi.
