The food was SUPER DELICIOUS and the SELECTION was VERY LARGE and FRESH!! Drinks are included in the price, so the price is more than justified 🤩🤩 Staff is very attentive and friendly, especially the man at the counter was very friendly. Definitely worth further visits!!!

1 star is already too much. The 1.60m man was extremely unfriendly, absolutely poor and incompetent service. On the way to the terrace, the 1.60m short man jumps on our foot and shouts at us not to bring drinks onto the terrace. Instead of treating us like normal people, we don't treat customers. Meanwhile, a couple sits on the terrace and enjoys beer. A man then enters the terrace with espresso. Apparently only certain people are allowed on the terrace with drinks. I would like to know what drove this man to treat us so rudely and disrespectfully. I will never enter this store again. Absolutely BAD SERVICE and definitely NOT RECOMMENDATION!!!

We went here for lunch on a public holiday. Unfortunately, the food was too salty and the service left a lot to be desired. The prices are exorbitant, especially for children, as they hardly eat anything.

Went to the restaurant around 8:00 p.m. We had to constantly wait for anything to be refilled. No coffee cups, just chamomile tea. When we then wanted to pay and raised the points mentioned, no apology, no understanding. And just get loud. Abnormal.

Very loud crowd and the place is totally filthy and dirty. The food has no taste at all and is so bland, as if they weren't serving it to the guests but for whichever table. I've been to a few places like this but this was the worst. It may be that this is very popular with local residents. Quality is something different than in this restaurant.

I think €28 per person for an evening buffet is too much to choose from compared to other restaurants. Of course all drinks are included, but how much do you drink - 2 glasses. It's only worth it if you sit down for 2 hours. The food itself was okay.

It's Mother's Day and no special device no ambience. The food is miserable, as if people were being labeled as... There is too much noise so you can't understand your own language. I've been to other gourme places but this was the worst. The selection of food, like the others, was very limited and in poor condition. Ej the peanut sauce is more like brown water than sauce. Way too thin. There is no effort at all to improve what is sensible and in terms of taste.

A huge Asian restaurant formerly known as Ginza Running Sushi. Beautifully redesigned with a very large selection of fresh and attractively presented dishes at the buffet and Mongolian grill. The wall with the selection of drinks is immense, even if sugar-free drinks are not available. That would be another suggestion for improvement, because diabetics also like to drink something other than water. Otherwise absolutely recommended and at around 28 euros per person you can't complain for all you can eat and drink. We'll definitely be back. Correction: and now I have to correct myself. When we visit again, it turns out that frog legs are now also on offer here. A no-go that makes me stay away there. Perhaps owners and customers who eat these things should educate themselves about how frog legs are obtained. Barbaric.

Unfortunately, my visit to this all-you-can-eat restaurant was disappointing. The buffet was often empty or contained old food, and even though we asked, we were just put off. The hygiene left something to be desired; the buffet and our table was dirty and even sticky. The staff was unresponsive to questions or concerns, which further marred the experience. The highlight, however, was the manager, who behaved rudely and loudly after we raised the issues. Despite our complaints, we were shouted at to pay the full amount. Unfortunately, given the conditions and the rude management, I cannot recommend this restaurant.

Bad Asian restaurant where I've been so far, I was there yesterday. Disaster, the bad reviews speak for themselves, everything is so disgusting, the meat doesn't even have a smell. Disaster, not even pasta as you know Asians have had, the food was just plain bad unfortunately I didn't give a zero rating because you have to give at least 1 star here, the fruit is a catastrophe, black bananas, not fresh and for something like that 27.90, it's a disgrace where else you can definitely get more, especially there they don't even have original drinks, i.e. mezzo Mix Fanta Cola, a disgrace at that price I already know one other thing once there and never against people, don't throw your money out here because it's not worth it.....

We eat here very often and there is nothing bad to say about the food. The restaurant is usually busy and the service tries hard to be prompt. Giving a bad review here, see below because one of the ladies ran over his €80 shoe comes across as extremely suspicious to me... probably didn't say anything and then cried on the bus ;) The staff is always friendly. One star deduction for the toilets - but you can't help it as some guests leave them behind. Unfortunately, you can't always get them cleaned so quickly. I have been a customer here for many years and have never had food poisoning or stomach problems from eating so I can recommend the shop.

Hello, we went to a birthday party in the Asia Restaurant today. Since someone in the group has a fish allergy, we discovered that everything, whether pork, beef or fish, is grilled on a grill plate. That's a no go. Cleanliness of the toilet, it's really unpleasant, there is paper and toilet paper on the floor everywhere. Unfortunately, cleanliness is a foreign word. So once & unfortunately never again.

Best Asian buffet in Stuttgart. Everything tastes very good. The only thing we have to complain about is the air. Far too little fresh air is allowed in. It's sometimes difficult to breathe. Maybe you should think about a better extraction system

I've never had such bad Asian food. Although according to the notice the restaurant is open until 3:00 p.m., it was no longer filled after 1:30 p.m. The leftovers were caked in the warming containers. The selection: very modest! I consider breaded squid rings, French fries, lattice potatoes, nuggets and potato wedges to be “finger food” and have nothing to do with Chinese cuisine. At €28.60 per adult, the buffet is heavily overpriced and what is on offer here is not worth the money.

Why only 2 stars? After 2 hours you have to leave the restaurant. That's not possible at all and therefore not recommended unless someone has enough time for 2 hours and pays the full amount.

Service was ok. Nothing special. The food...oh wow... I was speechless. But not positive... I arrived shortly before 8 and left shortly before 9. The pasta at the buffet was totally overcooked and cold. The rice totally dried out. Meat either dried out and black or nothing present. I'm super disappointed...it was a second attempt...which was even worse than the first one. Unfortunately it wasn't refilled either...so...I hope I can tolerate what I tried there. A pity...

I would prefer to give no star at all for the service. The food is super delicious! Fresh and relatively nicely prepared, for an all you can eat restaurant. But the service, especially the friendliness of the people working there, isn't even worth one star. Unfortunately, there is no consideration given to the guests (we were there with a baby and asked for a quiet place) although there was some space available, we were directed to the seats at the front of the buffet because there were 5 of us...the tables at the back were for 4. So even then we had to look for a suitable solution. It's a shame that this doesn't come from staff.

The sometimes dirtiest, worst restaurant that also calls itself a gourmet restaurant. I was shocked. Toilet dirty. The exposed meat, dry and cold, had probably been there for a while. If you look closely, dirty surfaces. As well as the dishes. The only thing that was ok was the fish that was prepared straight away. . Coffee was also cold. Conclusion is, never again. A visit to the wkd is a must. Diarrhea was the result. And two children worked there who were probably only 12 or 13.

Given the sometimes bad reviews, I was pleasantly surprised. For example, my somewhat oddly put together “fish plate” with noodles was really good. Both the prawns and the steamed fish and especially the breaded fish fillet. I would also like to highlight the ice cream bowl for dessert, in which there was not a single ice crystal in any of the flavors. Just as it should be.

I'm not one to complain, but it was my last visit here. The food wasn't justified considering the price and the service was somehow lackluster

10 of us were at the Gourmet Palast for the second time for a birthday party. The quality of the food is slightly better than at comparable All You Can Eat Chinese restaurants. In the evening there is an excellent selection of soft drinks and a chocolate fountain, which we really liked. Unfortunately, the service is always disappointing. When we asked if we could get plates for the cake we had brought with us, we were directed to the plates at the buffet and we should get them ourselves. The women's toilets were not clean, the toilet brush was on the floor because the holder for it was missing, and the sink was flooded.

Unfortunately, my visit to this all-you-can-eat Chinese buffet restaurant was a disappointing experience. The service left a lot to be desired as the staff was unfriendly, except for the young lady at the reception. In addition, the food was cold and tasteless, which further worsened the overall impression. The atmosphere wasn't inviting either as the restaurant didn't seem clean. Overall, I cannot recommend this restaurant and will definitely not be returning

A very good Chinese buffet restaurant with free parking right at the center. Restaurant is on the second floor and you have a nice view if you have a window seat. The food is delicious and fresh and the staff are friendly. Very great lunch offer with drinks for €16.90, highly recommended.

It is very loud in the restaurant, unfortunately there were no partition walls. Hectic clearing service and be careful, even freshly placed food and drinks on the table will be cleared away if you are not sitting at the table!!! The buffet was bland and the food left a lot to be desired. The only things that were delicious were the BBQ grill and the drinks. I definitely won't go there again!!

We were there today, Sunday evening at 5:30 p.m. and are very satisfied. There is a wide selection of food and drinks. For €27.90 you can get all you can eat including drinks (soft drinks, coffee, beer). The service was attentive and friendly. We'd love to come back.

I've been there more often now and the meat often didn't taste fresh anymore, especially with the beef you could clearly tell that it was rotten. Price/performance is clearly not right here.

Ich denke, es ist eines der schlechtesten Restaurants, in denen ich je war, mit schlechtem Service. Dem Personal mangelt es hier an Professionalität und Kundenservice. Sie servieren Essen ohne Respekt. Es herrscht keine lebhafte Atmosphäre. Vielleicht wäre es besser, wenn Roboter eingesetzt und programmiert würden. Sie repräsentieren Ihr Land, seien Sie freundlich. Lächeln und Freundlichkeit. Übrigens mit Menschen!😉

Es war das schlimmste buffet das ich je gesehen bzw. Verkostet habe. Sushi alt und abgestanden, das was vom Grill kam war teielweise roh! Und die hälfte der speisen war leer/ sushi sowieso!

Essen ist sehr lecker und vielseitig. Der Grill ist unserer Favorit. Die Getränke sind inklusive im Preis und davon wird eine große Auswahl geboten. Hier gehen wir am liebsten essen. Sehr empfehlenswert.

Einfach nicht gut. Gefrorenes Sushi, alles wirkt schmuddelig und ungepflegt. Das Spielgeldekobild über den Sitzen hatte Saucenflecken, es ist Laut ungemütlich und wirkt eher wie ein Mc Donalds als wie ein Restaurant. Dafür ist es zu teuer. die Angestellten waren nett, aber auch nicht sehr ambitioniert. Auf alle Fälle hätten sie auch in einem Kino arbeiten können. Wer wirklich gut und Frosch essen will, vielleicht eher nicht dort.

Ich bin lange hierher gegangen, seit der Neueröffnung finde ich aber hat das Essen an Qualität sehr nachgelassen. Musste beim letzten Mal von Tintenfisch, sehr eilig auf die Toilette. Mehr muss man nicht sagen, der Rest war trotzdem okay. Daher auch 3 Sterne.

Nichts halbes und nichts ganzes. Preise sind okay gerade mit der Getränke Flatt, diese lohnt sich aber auch nur wenn man viel "saufen" möchte. Essen war naja sehr fettig. Das zb Rindfleisch hat nach Fisch geschmeckt weil wahrscheinlich in der gleichen Pfanne gebraten wurde. Der Selbstgrill Service hat über 1std gebraucht bei 3 Garnelen und etwas Gemüse. Das Sushi war Standard und nichts besonderes. Die allgemeine Qualität des Essens war nur okay. Positiv: Nachttisch Eis war lecker. So lange essen wie man will ohne Zeitdruck.

Waren zum ersten Mal da ,die lange Fahrt war um sonst noch mal gehen wir nicht meher .Essen war jetzt nicht toll und find es etwas dreckig wollen nicht die Toilette ansprechen. Schade.

im Vergleich zu anderen All-you-can-eat wirklich schlecht. Das Ambiente ist lieblos, schmuddelig (klebrige Wände, zerplatzte Ballons an der Wand, Klebeband das nicht abgerissen wurde) Das essen teilweise gut, teilweise würde ich es nicht essen, das rohe Fleisch schon grau verfärbt und das Obst ständig leer, das Chinesische Buffet nur lauwarm. Preis Leistung passt dennoch, da die Getränke mit inbegriffen sind. Wir kommen nicht wieder, es gibt im Umkreis deutlich bessere Restaurants

Lecker saftig knusprig lohnt sich die schlechte Bewertungen alles Neider

Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis passt nicht. Essen fast durchgängig lauwarm, jeder zweite Teller ist nicht sauber, Joghurt mit Früchten bizzelt. Der Fußboden in der Toilette ist extrem klebrig und man trocknet sich mit Küchentüchern die Hände ab. Plötzlich ertönt in extrem lauter Lautstärke und recht lange ein Geburtstagslied aus den Boxen und keiner weiß warum, jegliche Unterhaltung ist dadurch unmöglich. Es war hier früher wirklich sehr gut, davon ist seit der Neueröffnung nichts mehr zu finden.

Das Essen ist leider nicht heiß. Die Teller sind dreckig und man muss aufpassen, das man einen sauberen Teller erwischt. Auch die Schälchen sind nicht richtig sauber. In den Toiletten gibt es Küchentücher Rollen, damit man sich die Hände abtrocknen kann. Mitten beim essen, werden die Getränke Kästen weg geräumt, was in diesem großen Raum eine große Geräuschkulisse erzeugt. Gut hier ist die unbegrenzte Getränke-flat, das rechtfertigt ein wenig den Preis. Aber der Dreck hindert mich an einem erneuten Besuch. Schade.

Wir finden es sehr lecker dort und das Personal ist auch total freundlich. Schade, dass sich manche Leute sichtlich zusammen tun und 1-Sterne-Bewertungen abgeben, was wirklich überhaupt nicht gerechtfertigt ist und meiner Meinung nach schon fast unverschämt. Schade. Egal, von mir gibt es 5-Sterne. Wir kommen bald wieder.

Really nice place they have a huge variety fish, meat, vegetables, pastas, deserts, on everything, the idea of if you take it and don't eat it has extra cost love it, why five stars.... cause beer is included... is place where if you go just must been starving totally worth it.

Es gibt von Allem reichlich. Es wird immer schnell aufgefüllt. Fűr 25 € pro Person sind selbst die alkoholfreien Getränke enthalten. Das benutzte Geschirr wird von den Tischen schnell abgeräumt. Ich würde es jedem weiter empfehlen.

Waren heute zum ersten Mal dort. Die Auswahl an verschiedenen Gemüsesorten, Beilagen, Fisch, Fleisch usw. war riesig und es wurde kontinuierlich wieder aufgefüllt.. auch das Nachtisch Angebot war nicht zu verachten. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen.

Bei einem Buffet am Abend habe ich lecker gegessen. Es gab sehr viel Auswahl an Fisch, Fleisch, Gemüse und Soßen. Man kann sich einen Teller mit frischen Zutaten aussuchen und dann zubereiten lassen, oder bereits fertige Speisen wählen. Alles wird sauber und ständig nachgefüllt. Leider ist das Ambiente nicht so gut, ein bisschen Bahnhofshalle Atmosphäre. Die Preise sind in Ordnung, zumal das Buffet Getränke mit einschließt. Deshalb gut, Reservierung ist angebracht.

Service sehr unfreundlich! Hat uns 5x drauf hingewiesen dass wir alles was bein uns auf die Teller landet, aufgegessen werden soll, sonst zahlen wir Strafe oder dürfen nicht mehr kommen. Alkoholische Getränke sind doch kostenpflichtig, hat sich an der Kasse herausgestellt..... Ich bin jetz sicherlich davon überzeugt, dass wir nicht mehr kommen werden!

Das Essen war Kalt trotzdem ganz okey, die Toiletten könnten saubere sein man fühlt sich am auf einer Bahnhofs Toilette.

Sehr heiß, leider keine Klimaanlage. Früher war es hier mal richtig gut. Essen hat zum Teil abgebrannt geschmeckt, ziemlich überwürzt. Das Sushi war okay. Wären die Getränke nicht inklusive, wäre ich sehr enttäuscht. Das Geschirr wurde sofort wieder abgeräumt. Werde nicht mehr hingehen.

Es war ein einmaliges Erlebnis im Büffet168 zu Essen. Einmalig, da es mit Sicherheit keine Wiederholung geben wird. Natürlich kann man an ein All You Can Eat nicht zu hohe Ansprüche stellen, aber dieses Restaurant schafft es mit Leichtigkeit auch die geringsten Ansprüche zu verfehlen. Platten sind leer und werden nur zögerlich nachgefüllt. Der Appetit ist mir vergangen als ich bemerkte, dass in der Schüssel mit Brokkoli innen noch das Hersteller Etikett klebte. Ich gehe davon aus, dass sie bis dato noch keine Spülmaschine von innen gesehen hat. Fertige Speisen als lauwarm zu bezeichnen ist schon euphemistisch. Gerichte die auf dem Tepiyaky Grill zubereitet werden, werden dort in Öl ertränkt, und ob es sich bei dem angebotenen Lammkottelets tatsächlich um Lamm und nicht um billiges Schaf oder Hammelfleisch handelt sollte noch herausgefunden werden. Zum krönenden Abschluss gab es noch nicht mal Milch für den Kaffee. Mein Fazit Wer einen schönen Abend, in einem angenehmen Ambiente, bei gutem Essen verbringen will sollte nicht dorthin gehen, Lieber einen oder zwei Euro mehr ausgeben und ins New Shanghai nach Feuerbach gehen.

Kaffes kann man sich an den Automaten unbeschränkt bedienen, sogar 2 Flaschen Bier sind enthalten. So gesehen ist der Preis moderat, da ansonsten in den Chin. Restaurants die Preise für die Getränke recht hoch sind. Negativ: die Toilette könnte sauberer sein.

Mit frischen Zutaten vom Büfett bestückt man einen Topf mit Brühe und holt sich dann die schnell gekochten Stücke auf den Teller. Das ist ein in ganz China populäres Essen. Es gibt verschiedene Fleischarten, Gemüse, Tofu, Fisch... wer das nicht mag kann auch warme Gerichte vom Büfett essen. Freundlicher Service, leckeres Essen- gerne wieder!

Sushi ist frisch. Getränke im Preis inklusive, sogar Bier und auch Kaffee. Für einen Mittagstisch wirklich gut. Teller werden schnell abgeräumt, so dass man immer Platz am Tisch hat. Ich komme gerne.
