Very good food. People just go eat there. It's worth it. Price and performance are OK.

Cook on vacation? Lemongrass soup and fried rice with teriyaki sauce were both below average today. In addition, both dishes tasted strongly of glutamate and caused a strong feeling of thirst 30 minutes after eating. Staff showed no goodwill when this was reported. We won't be coming back.

I was traveling in Halle for business and had planned to go to another restaurant. On the way there, I noticed Saumai – especially because of its inviting outdoor area and the many guests already seated there. A quick look at the Google reviews convinced me to spontaneously change my plans – and it was definitely the right decision! I received a friendly welcome and found a seat right away. Spring rolls were my starter, followed by a special dish for the main course – both were exceptionally delicious, freshly prepared, and beautifully presented. When I'm back in Halle, Saumai will be at the top of my list. Thank you for a great evening – see you next time!

Best store in its class. I have been a customer for 7 years and am very satisfied. I think it's a bit of a shame that Sunday is a day of rest. I've often been in the situation where I wanted to eat there on the weekend and it was closed.

An Asian restaurant run by a Vietnamese or Thai person. It's cheap and the quantity is huge. Delicious and rich in vegetables.

Maybe update your opening hours. It's too disappointing to come looking for food and be disappointed.

Phew, I'm really disappointed now. I get my food there regularly and have always been very satisfied. Unfortunately, the portion sizes are now so small that they're no longer enough to fill an adult, averagely built man. Fried noodles with duck to go cost over 10 euros, and when I got home the scales showed 427g with meat and a plastic bowl... and the bowl wasn't even half full. I'm sorry, but that's cheeky. When I asked why I was getting so little food for so much money, I just got a shrug. I'll just go somewhere else in the future.
