For €17 the nuggets & the “double smash burger” were simply disrespectful, I’ve never had such a disgusting burger

The food is good. But the service is unfriendly. To top it all off, the way they said goodbye was something I've never experienced before. Such a condescending, underhanded manner. It really annoyed me. It's no longer a pleasure to go there. This is how you drive away customers.

Basically tip top, Jacky Cola a bit thin, the Camembert VERY VERY spicy. If necessary, you should point this out because there are also milder Camemberts. I was barely able to eat it, my companion had to stop halfway through. Service was very nice and sweet, but just as reserved and quiet. The dishes were deliciously prepared and absolutely fair in price. The toilets are clean, the furnishings are super comfortable, great light. You can pay with American Express. It's better to arrive by train, as parking in the Neustadt is difficult.

The selection was okay, but I only arrived around 6 p.m. to pick something up. The food was okay, but overall, I wasn't particularly impressed with the taste, which is probably due to the chain's menu rather than the actual preparation. In my subjective opinion, the price/performance ratio is rather poor. I received friendly service, but that was unfortunately about it. As salad lovers, Dean & David and I probably won't be friends again.
