You can pick and choose whatever you would like. Vegan, gluten free, soy free options. Everyone was very nice, food was great, overall lovely experience.

I really enjoy coming here for lunch. The service is friendly and helps with the selection of vegan and vegetarian dishes. My favorite is the bread salad. But I haven't tried everything yet. If there was a cooking class for the dishes, I would like to take it :)

My husband and I have been enthusiastic customers of Sproutfood for around 9 years, i.e. since day one. The very friendly team offers vegan and vegetarian dishes that are mostly organic, always super fresh, very healthy, and above all, super tasty and very attractively prepared. The eye eats too. They have a small, idyllic garden in the back yard where you can enjoy bowls in the sunshine and the chirping of birds. You can also sit comfortably in Sprout and watch the hustle and bustle. The Sprout team keeps changing the menu and surprises again and again with great creations and sweet treats. I find it incredibly impressive that Sprout can maintain this high quality of vegan and vegetarian, very healthy, freshly prepared dishes for so many years and is constantly evolving. We love sprout food. ❤️

This selection of vegan/vegetarian warm/cold with so much creativity is unparalleled, even in the Neustadt and beyond! The big bowl definitely fills you up and the house soda flat rate is really more than fair. I'd love to come by again! The service is a bit cooler, but hey, the inner courtyard is even more awesome. Great place to stay and enjoy! I just found “buying” Google reviews by giving away Cold Dog somehow anti-vibe. But everyone has to decide for themselves...

Sprout Food offers vegetarian and vegan dishes for consumption on site or to go. For me there was a dish that I could put together myself to take away. The visual appearance if eaten on site would certainly be a different story, but I couldn't get enough of the taste! I'll definitely go to Sprout again as soon as I'm in Dresden again. the staff is super nice and the food quality is at the highest level. Only the opening times are very short (12-3 p.m.), but I managed it :)

Really all of the guests praised and loved the food and you were even able to convince our meat-only eaters! It was very tasty and looked really good too (wow, the flower butter). That was definitely a highlight of our already wonderful day. Thank you for your efforts, the long journey, the unproblematic arrangements and for making everything possible. For anyone reading this review and thinking about ordering from Sprout Catering, our highlights were the Caesar salad, the shakshuka, the cashew onion cream... and all the rest! The shop looks great, everything is beautifully presented. Some employees are friendly, some are not at all, you have to be lucky. I had a small bowl, I thought the price was too high, especially in Dresden, but at least I was really full. The food tasted really good. I had another raw cake, it was far too sweet for me and I didn't feel well afterwards ("no sugar" probably means that the cakes are full of dates or coconut blossom sugar?! More transparency would be nice, I don't eat sugar otherwise and I had a real headache afterwards...) I would come back but only for the bowls.

My order was canceled by email one hour before the appointment. It's annoying when you spend the day here from Kamenz and drive home without food.

Healthy food, fresh and tasty. In my pregnancy I have to be attentive, what to eat (no sugar, no carbs, no wheat) and it's not so easy to find a restaurant that provides an offer for that special needs - Sprout Food does. Vegan and veggie bowls, tasty desserts - I recommend it. The neighbourhood invites for some walks in the alternative scenery of Dresden Neustadt with its boutiques and nice places.

Nice here, you hope that you eat really healthily and don't just eat vegetables with a lot of oil because everything is very creamy. Fat is the best flavor carrier. Unfortunately, the food is almost always the same; there used to be more variety.

Ein großartiges Konzept gesunde, wohlschmeckende und kreative Gerichte zu präsentieren. Sehr leckere, selbstgemachte Speisen, als Bowl, ob warm oder kalt, vegetarisch und teils vegan. Die Lage ist ansprechend, im Sommer mit Garten und Plätzen vor dem Restaurant. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Sehr leckeres, buntes, ansehnliches Essen. Man hat eine gute Auswahl, um sich seine Mahlzeit zusammen zu stellen. Die meisten Sachen sind vegan, was mich besonders gefreut hat. Die Portion sättigt ohne den Magen zu beschweren. Wir waren ja im Winter dort und es war angenehm geheizt, aber nicht zu warm oder stickig.

Hab heute ein Essen mit too good to go gerettet. Ich war heute das erste mal in diesem Laden und das war auch das letzte mal. Ich war enttäuscht als ich die Verpackung öffnete und den Inhalt sah! Für 4,20€ Kartoffeln mit Bohnen und ein Klecks Pesto! Der Wert des Essens soll 12,50€ haben? Nachhaltigkeit / Vegan hin oder her, 4,20€ ist die Mahlzeit nicht wert. Nie wieder...

Sehr sehr lecker! Es gibt immer mal was anderes neben den Standard-Angeboten und immer was warmes und was kaltes. Man kann sich meistens gar nicht entscheiden, aber muss man auch nicht, weil man so viel nehmen kann wie man will, hauptsache es passt in die Bowl. Ich gehe sehr gerne hin, man wird super satt durch das vollwertige Essen. Und man wird immer sehr freundlich bedient!

Das Essen war wirklich hervorragend, viel besser als es das Ambiente (wirkt ein bisschen wie ein Imbiss) vermuten lassen würde! Die große Bowl kostet 15,50€ und ist tatsächlich eine große Portion! Wir haben alle vorhandenen Bestandteile der Sproud-Theke auswählen können und hatten eine wilde aber super leckere Mischung! Gern wieder!👌

Große Auswahl verschiedener, sehr leckerer Bowl-Bestandteile - selbst zusammenstellbar. Ausschließlich vegetarisch. Die große Bowl ist eine riesige Portion und allemal ausreichend sättigend für einen Erwachsenen! Kleiner aber feiner Laden! Qualität des Essens ist top. Ambiente ist eher wie in einer Kantine als im Restaurant, aber trotzdem sauber und ordentlich. Passende, entspannte Musik. Für eine Google-Bewertung gibt es sogar ein Stück kalten Hund umsonst. :-)

Super freshes und leckeres und veganes oder vegetarisches Essen mit bester Beratung und tollem Ambiente. Hier wird dein Essen noch mit Herz und Verstand zubereitet. Vor allem an schöne Tagen im Garten - da schmeckt es gleich noch viel besser 🌱🫶🏼 Danke!

Ich esse hier immer wieder gern zu Mittag. Das Essen und die Menschen im Sprout sprechen einfach für sich. :) Natürlich freue mich besonders über die Nachhaltigkeitsansätze, z.B. das tolle vegane Essen selbst oder die Verwendung von Zutaten in Bio-Qualität. Macht weiter so. PS: Und gern auch mal am Abends öffnen (das fehlt mir manchmal ;).

Ich fand es sehr angenehm. Das Essen war lecker und einfallsreich und nicht zu teuer. Auch dass man hinten im Garten sitzen konnte, war total schön und ruhig. Ich würde es auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

Tolles veganes Essen, was man sich selbst zusammenstellen lassen kann, und seeehr lecker ist. Leider sind die Preise beachtlich gestiegen vor einem Jahr, kostete eine Große Schale 12€, und eine kleine Schale 9€, heute kostet eine große Schale 15€ und die kleine 12€. Schade
