Sprout Food - Einfach gesund essen in Dresden

The food is really good; there's nothing to complain about. The portion sizes are great, and the value for money is also good. But unfortunately, the restaurant isn't particularly child-friendly. We were there with our 1-year-old daughter, who was perfectly sweet and quiet for most of our visit. Unfortunately, she got a bit bored in the last few minutes, so she started jingling the wooden block with the order number on it on the table. The chef took this as an opportunity to come to our table and tell our daughter (1 year old, barely able to say "Mommy" and "Daddy") that she should stop doing that because it would disturb other guests. The restaurant (inside) was completely empty at the time except for us. And even if she was, you don't yell at the baby, but at the parents? A quick "Hey guys, sorry, but the little one is pretty loud. Is there anything else you can do to keep her busy?" would have done the trick. It may not have been our first visit, but it will definitely be our last.

We chose Sprouts catering for our wedding – and it was simply fantastic! Even during the planning phase, Markus impressed us with his solution-oriented and creative approach. He offered great suggestions, was always open to our requests, and was extremely flexible. This made us feel well looked after from the very beginning. On the day of the wedding itself, the entire Sprouts team exceeded our expectations: perfectly organized, incredibly attentive, and always friendly – ​​yet pleasantly unobtrusive. You immediately noticed how professional and well-coordinated the team is. And the food? An absolute highlight! Our guests and we were thrilled with the quality, freshness, and taste. Truly spectacular. We can wholeheartedly recommend Sprouts – both for the outstanding preparation and the perfect execution on the big day.

A really nice lunch spot. If it's your first time there, they'll explain everything to you very friendly. I think the price/performance ratio is really great; it won't be the last time I'm there.

We ordered the catering for our wedding from Sprouts. We had a personal meeting with Markus beforehand, where he explained the options to us. We were also able to express our own wishes and set a budget. Markus then put together a menu for us, which we could also "edit." We had one vegetarian dish and several vegan options. Even a last-minute change to the delivery time was no problem. On the day of the wedding, Markus arrived at the venue on time and set up the food himself. Everything was absolutely delicious, and the quantity was absolutely sufficient (we even had some leftovers). Even our non-vegan guests were thrilled with the food. Really good vegetarian/mostly vegan food! We stopped by for a quick lunch and its the perfect fast food but make it healthy spot! We both took a bowl and combined almost everthing and really liked most dishes a lot! Its very quick and a small bowl for around 12 euro’s fills you up a lot because the dishes have a lot of healthy fiber and carbs in them!

We were guests today for a private event. Sprout in Dresden offers delicious vegan and vegetarian dishes in a relaxed atmosphere. The beautiful garden is especially inviting and inviting to linger – highly recommended! Whether for lunch or a snack, eat in or takeaway. Catering is also available. Friendly service. We'd be happy to come back.

It was really quite tasty to try. Again, if you leave out the protein and only eat greens, you won't feel full.

Great place for a quick lunch! First, you choose your bowl size, either small or large, and then you're ready to go. The counter offers a wide selection of vegetarian and vegan dishes that you can mix and match. I had a small bowl, so I had the choice of two hot dishes and a few cold ones, plus a dip, and that was more than enough. Plus, Sprouts has a backyard garden, so you can eat even when the sun is shining. Great service, delicious food, and they even have sweet desserts. If they were only open until 4 p.m., my friends and I would drop by. Unfortunately, they're only open for lunch from 12 p.m. to 3 p.m. 😢

I requested catering for a sporting event. Our numerous special requests were accommodated. I was pleased with the clear and prompt communication. The food was very good and enjoyed by everyone who ordered something (my personal favorite was the baked potatoes with kale). Even those who didn't order anything were greedily squinting. The dishes were filling, and the portion size (500g, large bowl) was perfect for a long day.

The food is good. But the service is unfriendly. The highlight was saying goodbye in a tone that we had never experienced before. Such a condescending, condescending manner. I was really a bit annoyed. So it's no longer fun to go there. This is how you scare away customers.

You can pick and choose whatever you would like. Vegan, gluten free, soy free options. Everyone was very nice, food was great, overall lovely experience.

My husband and I have been enthusiastic customers of Sproutfood for around 9 years, i.e. since day one. The very friendly team offers vegan and vegetarian dishes that are mostly organic, always super fresh, very healthy, and above all, super tasty and very attractively prepared. The eye eats too. They have a small, idyllic garden in the back yard where you can enjoy bowls in the sunshine and the chirping of birds. You can also sit comfortably in Sprout and watch the hustle and bustle. The Sprout team keeps changing the menu and surprises again and again with great creations and sweet treats. I find it incredibly impressive that Sprout can maintain this high quality of vegan and vegetarian, very healthy, freshly prepared dishes for so many years and is constantly evolving. We love sprout food. ❤️

This selection of vegan/vegetarian warm/cold with so much creativity is unparalleled, even in the Neustadt and beyond! The big bowl definitely fills you up and the house soda flat rate is really more than fair. I'd love to come by again! The service is a bit cooler, but hey, the inner courtyard is even more awesome. Great place to stay and enjoy! I just found “buying” Google reviews by giving away Cold Dog somehow anti-vibe. But everyone has to decide for themselves...

Sprout Food offers vegetarian and vegan dishes for consumption on site or to go. For me there was a dish that I could put together myself to take away. The visual appearance if eaten on site would certainly be a different story, but I couldn't get enough of the taste! I'll definitely go to Sprout again as soon as I'm in Dresden again. the staff is super nice and the food quality is at the highest level. Only the opening times are very short (12-3 p.m.), but I managed it :)

The shop looks great, everything is beautifully presented. Some employees are friendly, some are not at all, you have to be lucky. I had a small bowl, I thought the price was too high, especially in Dresden, but at least I was really full. The food tasted really good. I had another raw cake, it was far too sweet for me and I didn't feel well afterwards ("no sugar" probably means that the cakes are full of dates or coconut blossom sugar?! More transparency would be nice, I don't eat sugar otherwise and I had a real headache afterwards...) I would come back but only for the bowls.

My order was canceled by email one hour before the appointment. It's annoying when you spend the day here from Kamenz and drive home without food.

Healthy food, fresh and tasty. In my pregnancy I have to be attentive, what to eat (no sugar, no carbs, no wheat) and it's not so easy to find a restaurant that provides an offer for that special needs - Sprout Food does. Vegan and veggie bowls, tasty desserts - I recommend it. The neighbourhood invites for some walks in the alternative scenery of Dresden Neustadt with its boutiques and nice places.

Nice here, you hope that you eat really healthily and don't just eat vegetables with a lot of oil because everything is very creamy. Fat is the best flavor carrier. Unfortunately, the food is almost always the same; there used to be more variety.

Sehr leckeres, buntes, ansehnliches Essen. Man hat eine gute Auswahl, um sich seine Mahlzeit zusammen zu stellen. Die meisten Sachen sind vegan, was mich besonders gefreut hat. Die Portion sättigt ohne den Magen zu beschweren. Wir waren ja im Winter dort und es war angenehm geheizt, aber nicht zu warm oder stickig.

Hab heute ein Essen mit too good to go gerettet. Ich war heute das erste mal in diesem Laden und das war auch das letzte mal. Ich war enttäuscht als ich die Verpackung öffnete und den Inhalt sah! Für 4,20€ Kartoffeln mit Bohnen und ein Klecks Pesto! Der Wert des Essens soll 12,50€ haben? Nachhaltigkeit / Vegan hin oder her, 4,20€ ist die Mahlzeit nicht wert. Nie wieder...

Sehr sehr lecker! Es gibt immer mal was anderes neben den Standard-Angeboten und immer was warmes und was kaltes. Man kann sich meistens gar nicht entscheiden, aber muss man auch nicht, weil man so viel nehmen kann wie man will, hauptsache es passt in die Bowl. Ich gehe sehr gerne hin, man wird super satt durch das vollwertige Essen. Und man wird immer sehr freundlich bedient!

Das Essen war wirklich hervorragend, viel besser als es das Ambiente (wirkt ein bisschen wie ein Imbiss) vermuten lassen würde! Die große Bowl kostet 15,50€ und ist tatsächlich eine große Portion! Wir haben alle vorhandenen Bestandteile der Sproud-Theke auswählen können und hatten eine wilde aber super leckere Mischung! Gern wieder!👌

Große Auswahl verschiedener, sehr leckerer Bowl-Bestandteile - selbst zusammenstellbar. Ausschließlich vegetarisch. Die große Bowl ist eine riesige Portion und allemal ausreichend sättigend für einen Erwachsenen! Kleiner aber feiner Laden! Qualität des Essens ist top. Ambiente ist eher wie in einer Kantine als im Restaurant, aber trotzdem sauber und ordentlich. Passende, entspannte Musik. Für eine Google-Bewertung gibt es sogar ein Stück kalten Hund umsonst. :-)
