Vincent Vegan in Leipzig

Wir haben für unsere Bestellung das Terminal genutzt. Die Bedienung ist simple. Wie das Essen zubereitet wird, kann man beobachten. Der Crispy-Chick*n-Burger mit Pommes (ohne Majo und Ketchup, da gut gewürzt) sowie einen VegMilkShake waren einfach lecker und tatsächlich sehr sättigend. Die Preise sind Mittelfeld. Zum Verweilen lädt es nicht ein, alles war aber sauber. Das Ambiente im Bahnhof muss man mögen.

Ich hatte den Crispy Chicken Burger und der war wirklich super! Wir haben super schnell unser Essen bekommen.

Wirklich vortrefflich!! Ich bin allgemein jemand, der alles isst und gern Neues probiert. Ich habe hier den Mushroom Burger mit Pommes und Ginger Ale bestellt, dazu noch einen Milkshake Caramel. Mein Partner hatte einen Cheeseburger und ne Kola. Ich habe von allem probiert und alles war bombastisch lecker. Der Milkshake hat mich am meisten beeindruckt. So cremig und er zergeht auf der Zunge. Es gibt sogar vegane Sahne drauf! Sooo lecker. Bei Milchalternativen schmeckt mir nicht alles, daher war ich vorerst skeptisch. Ohne Grund! Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und schnell. Das Restaurant war sauber. Klein aber fein. Der Stuhl hat etwas gewackelt aber das kommt schon mal vor. Ich werde sehr gern wieder hingehen.

Wir haben über Lieferando bestellt und dort keinerlei Anzeigen über das vegane Konzept erhalten. Der Hinweis, dass es sich um ein Beef Style Patty handelt, ist hierbei irreführend bzw. unklar definiert. Ich persönlich esse gerne Fleischersatzprodukte, jedoch war es hier deutlich bemerkbar und hatte einen merkwürdigen Geschmack. Aufgrund der mangelnden Kennzeichnung, wozu der Betreiber angewiesen ist, ist zumindest bei Lieferando von diesem Laden abzusehen.

The best vegan burgers you can get; as a vegan, this place is a real goldmine. I love it here every time!

I ordered a Double Smash. I waited 12 minutes, paid €15 for the meal, and ended up getting the wrong thing. Of course, I couldn't go back to get it fixed, because the train doesn't wait.

I recently ate here with my daughter. We used the self-service kiosk to order. It was easy to use, and we didn't have to wait long for our food. The burger and fries were delicious and filling. The staff were also very friendly. You have to like the train station atmosphere, but we'll gladly come back.

Delicious, fast, friendly, vegan 🌱🍔 - everything I needed when I didn't have much time before my train, but too much time to just eat a roll standing in the cold. Admittedly, it's not exactly warm here in winter either - because it's a train station hall - and the sauces really should be cheaper or included (at least the sauces). Asking for a tip without having received any service at that point seemed odd, but all in all, still great.

The branch was clean. The service was friendly. The crispy chicken tasted bland to me. The patty at Burger King tastes significantly better and fresher. The sauce was boring. The chicken could have used a bit more spice. Ketchup isn't included in the meal deal – I don't understand that. Not a hit with me. But at least it's good that there's a vegan restaurant here.

The perfect fast food restaurant for vegans. On average, the burgers also score better than vegan or vegetarian burgers at other restaurants or fast food chains.

I ordered food at 11:30 today. By 12:30, my order still wasn't being prepared, let alone delivered. I wanted to politely inquire about my food, as I was really hungry. After the phone rang for a while, it was answered and the call immediately hung up. I find that quite unacceptable.

I'm always so happy when I don't have to search for the two vegan options. The first time I ate here, I had to quickly Google whether everything was really vegan because it tasted so amazing. I'm totally sold and always happy to come back to Vincent's when I'm in the mood for a burger. The prices are totally reasonable. You can also sit inside for a quick bite, but it's typical of a main train station: a bit noisy, freezing cold in winter, and not exactly cozy. But it's more than enough for me 😌👍🏻

What I observe is clean kitchen, no wait times and not a fancy burger but delicious one. I can definitely recommend.

We were really looking forward to the potato pops with gravy, but unfortunately, they arrived without it. It's a shame about the extra €1, especially since it wasn't included with any of the three potato pops we ordered. We called, and they told us to sort it out through Lieferando. What a pity, this seems to be a mistake three times over during the Monthly Special promotion.

My wife and I ate at Vincent's for the very first time today and were very satisfied with the burger from the meal deal. We'll definitely be back next time! 👍🍔🍟🥤

I'm always thrilled with the food. This was my second visit to Vincent's, and definitely not my last. Truly good, authentic food, a clean restaurant, and friendly staff. I didn't have to wait long for my meal. What I'd especially like to mention is the queer-friendliness. Unfortunately, this still isn't a given these days, but this place offers queer people a safe haven, where a large Pride flag is prominently displayed. Thank you for this feeling of security in a world with far too much hate. I really have absolutely nothing to complain about during my visit, and therefore I'm giving it 5 stars.

I feel ripped off. I ordered through Lieferando. You call it a cheeseburger. A cheeseburger without meat isn't a cheeseburger. Only the note "Beef style" is meant to alert me, as a customer, that this is a meat substitute product. I'm going to report you for fraud. This meat substitute patty tastes absolutely disgusting. Absolutely inedible.

I wanted to do something crazy and ordered a Smash Meal there... Unfortunately, it didn't convince me. The "burger" tasted kind of like socks, at least that's how I imagine socks after a marathon. The fries were seasoned incorrectly, the soft drink was somewhat artificial, and the ketchup was cheekily priced at 99 cents extra 👎 The wait was long, and there weren't even a friendly word like "hello" or "bon appetit" from the staff. The only thing that's kind of funny is the order numbers, where they call out animals, like "butterfly" or "turtle."

I placed an order through Lieferando at 9:20 PM, only to receive a cancellation at 10:20 PM (20 minutes after the store closed). I find that downright rude. If you can't get the order in by closing time, you should at least give them plenty of notice so they can order somewhere else. That's not so easy at almost 10:30 AM...

I just don't know. Sure, vegan, which has been trendy for years and you can see it in the clientele, but if I want to consume highly processed foods at a relatively high price, I can go to any other fast food joint. The vegan moralizing is strong here. The patty tastes very chemical, overpowered by ketchup and mustard. The brioche in the vegan version is good, which is why it gets two stars instead of one, but that's the only bright spot. When you're waiting for your food, it smells like a convenience store, and that's what it tastes like, too. It's okay in itself, but the price isn't justified. Instead, make a vegetable patty out of grated vegetables, the juice from which you use for your drinks or as a base for sauces. Everyone benefits from it. As it is now, I can't recommend it.

I ordered a takeaway burger from the self-service portal. It was super quick, I made the switch without any problems, and the burger was great 👌🏻

I'm not entirely convinced. If you want a burger without a meat substitute, for example, with a potato pancake or a flalafel patty, you're out of luck. I also miss gucamole or avocado as toppings. Everything is very simple. And unfortunately, there's no reusable packaging. There's still untapped potential here.

The food was good, but this tip-begging at the terminal is incredibly brazen. We're not in the USA. Pay your employees properly or forgo this embarrassing function.

Super tasty burgers and chicken nuggets, and the fries were so delicious! I've rarely eaten fries so delicious. The drink could be a bit bigger. The staff was super friendly and helped us decide on the menus.

VINCENT in Leipzig is simply perfect for vegans who want to eat consciously and perhaps even a little "fatty." The store's color concept/theme is super harmonious and immediately invites you to feel at home. The employees also seem to be really into their work, which makes the visit even more pleasant. The only small downside: Unfortunately, you can only pay digitally, which I find a bit inconvenient. Otherwise, I have nothing but love for this store!

Wow—I've been here at least 15 times and always really looked forward to my cheeseburger, including today. This time, however, at 7:10 PM (on a Saturday), they said, "We're already closed! 👁️👄👁️" Yo, tell that to your door. And your boss... That's how you lose regular customers. 🤸🏻‍♀️

Fries were best fries I’ve had in Europe. Very well seasoned and perfect crunch. Vegan currywurst was excellent. Had reasonable prices.

The staff were very friendly and the food was delicious. I just think it would be nice if the serving size was a little larger than 0.3L, as the food is quite salty. That was my only criticism. It was very noisy, being at the train station, and wet wipes would be really helpful. Edit: I just remembered that they ask for a tip at the ordering terminal, but why should I pay a tip when I haven't even received any service yet? Unfortunately, this is already common practice in the US, and it shouldn't be like that in Germany. Employees should be paid fairly and not depend on tips.

LOVED the food! I got their cheese burger menu and it's one of the BEST vegan burgers I have ever had! Perfect flavours and made so fast that i only had to wait for 5 mins! The fries are my personal favourite - they are extra crispy and have some special salt on them <3 We will definitely come back to try more burgers and also their milkshakes!

A great experience at this entirely vegan fast food restaurant, with a wide selection of burgers and desserts. Located in the basement of the shopping center, it can be difficult to find, but it's worth it!

We often get deliveries from there. By far the best vegan burger I've ever had. Super juicy and simply delicious.

Unfortunately, it wasn't quite our cup of tea. The fries were good, but the cheeseburger was disappointing. It didn't have a particularly intense flavor, and the meat alternative was a bit rubbery. The staff is very friendly. For us, the price-performance ratio wasn't quite right. However, we should add that we received positive recommendations from friends – perhaps it was simply the wrong burger for our taste (the chicken alternative is apparently better) or a bad day. We still can't really recommend it, although I will give the place another chance as soon as possible.

I had the double Cheezburger and a milkshake, both of which were ready super quickly and soooo delicious. The two people at the shop were also very friendly. I'd love to come back 👍

Following a recommendation from a big streamer, we went to Vincent's for the first time today. Finally, some great vegan food without any frills. We now visit at least once a month.

Absolutely delicious and super friendly staff!

We've always been very satisfied. However, we recently ordered takeaway. This time we also ordered the cheese sauce, which is significantly more expensive than the dips. However, it was only in the small sauce container. Everywhere they advertise it as being extra large. I asked the staff, and they just said it was the right size. We found €2.50 for a tiny amount to be quite outrageous.

Este es otro ejemplo más en el que vegano no implica sabroso y sabroso. La hamburguesa no era comestible. Me dijeron que la empanada está hecha de lentejas pero no lo fue. Era una de esas cosas procesadas de tipo 'imposible' que es "imposible" de comer. Las papas estaban demasiado secas. El batido está hecho de helado. En general, una experiencia muy decepcionante.

I'll be back! A place with very tasty food. We had the hamburger and the crispy chicken, along with chili cheese fries. Everything was truly fantastic. We had our food within 3 minutes, and everything was freshly prepared and piping hot. The prices are also very reasonable. A burger menu starts at just €10.99. I would recommend this burger place to anyone.

A great place! It's simply wonderful to be able to eat out as a vegan without having to worry about everything. The selection is fantastic; there's something for everyone. Not recommended - Poor service-price ratio I had been looking forward to visiting the vegan restaurant "Vincent" for a long time and was incredibly excited about my taste experience. A gift to myself. There were no set menu prices; you had to pay for everything separately. I ordered a hamburger, fries, and mayo at the terminal to eat in. The price was just under €15 without a drink. My order was prepared quickly and I received it on a plastic cafeteria tray. Design-wise, everything was quite understated, pragmatic, and eco-friendly. You're welcome. I felt the love was missing. But you eat with your eyes. Unpacking and tasting: The plastic wrapping around the burgers fell apart as soon as I touched it. The fries were very hard, and the mayo was generous. The restaurant served it in an alternative plastic-paper cup. The cup was so deep that some of the fries disappeared into it. The meat patty was chewy and almost resembled the fibers of a piece of animal meat. At a quick glance, it was impossible to tell what it was made of from either the terminal or the online description. The burger also had to be repeatedly pushed together with a wooden fork and became mushy. The vegetables in the burger tasted fresh. I can't remember the taste of the cheese at all. Suggestion for improvement: I was reminded of the delicious, crispy waffle cups of my childhood swimming pool fries for mayo with the fries in a restaurant. Different, larger buns. Better foil or something completely different for the buns. Payment: Only possible with a debit card. A little boy came running with a debit card, without his parents, to order something. I found that a bit absurd. Maybe I'm just old-fashioned. Service/Friendliness: While I was eating, the two servers were talking about how the young man would then quickly close the shop. I almost felt compelled to check how long the place was open. It gave me a bad feeling about eating. When I met the two of them when I handed over my tray, they didn't seem to care how it tasted or anything like that. I would have expected something different there. A little more service would make a difference. More interest in customers, in their satisfaction. Maybe they simply lacked the financial motivation to be interested in their customers. Positive note for travelers: I really like the usable power outlets there. Conclusion: All in all, I left the restaurant yesterday very dissatisfied and disappointed. And I wouldn't recommend it to my online community, family, or friends. However, I would appreciate a free invitation to test your improvements. I'd be happy to write a new review on Google. The citizens were very soggy and the paddy was still half cold, the nuggets tasted old, the ketchup didn't taste good at all, the fries were good but a little too seasoned. Overall, everything was way too expensive! Not recommended!

Bei der Kartenzahlung wird man automatisch nach 10, 20 oder gar keinem Trinkgeld gefragt. Wenn der Laden so schlecht zahlt, das es notwendig ist, in diesem Ausmaß die Mitarbeiter zu unterstützen, dann sollte die sich schnell einen seriösen Arbeitgeber suchen. Zudem: es ist ein Schnellrestaurant. Über die unmittelbare Dienstleistung gibt es per se keine Dienstleistung, die man mit Trinkgeld honorieren könnte. Und zweifelhaft ist, ob die Mitarbeiter überhaupt was sehen vom Trinkgeld. Einfach ärgerliches Abziehen der Kundschaft. Peinlich und überflüssig. Achja: Burger war ok.

For €17 the nuggets & the “double smash burger” were simply disrespectful, I’ve never had such a disgusting burger

I had something to eat here last night around 7pm. Had a few nuggets and a currywurst, found both very good. The service was also friendly to us - but here's the thing - There are also a few pigeons living in the main station that keep running into shops in search of food. One of the two employees (dark hair) repeatedly scared a pigeon in front of the store and then kicked it. Would have me at McD now. wasn't surprised and wouldn't have found it good there either. In a shop that claims to be “vegan”, such behavior should clearly be out of place. It would be more than hypocritical and unethical to make a distinction between pigeons and cattle. Not cool.

Many friends have told me that "Vincent Vegan" is absolutely delicious and I have to say you were right!!!

I ordered for pickup and didn't receive my food because they mistakenly advertised a 2 for 1 promotion. Competition fraud is really not a good thing, everyone will never come here again

If you are vegan and looking for a burger experience that is “as close as possible” to a real beef burger, you will probably be disappointed here. I recognize it’s not fair to judge vegan burgers by real burger standards, but there were some additional shortcomings. The beef didn’t have the crusty or grilled appearance or taste of a real burger. The cheese was not adequately melted. The bun was not so squishy. The burger was also on the whole too big. The pickles were not classic burger pickle flavored. I give this 4 stars because it was not bad… it was pretty good for a vegan burger.

The food tastes absolutely amazing. The burgers are very juicy, and the cajun fries taste absolutely fantastic. My only concern is that the upgrade from burger only to combo (menu) is too expensive. The portion of the fries and drink are way too small for 6 euros. Paying 6 euros for a small portion of fries and a watery homemade coke is too much, I think.

My favorite place at the train station as a vegan. Unfortunately they have gone back with their offerings such as mac n cheese but there is still a lot to choose from. More expensive for a fast food restaurant but tastes good too. Most of the employees are very nice and give off a good vibe. Unfortunately, there are also people who give you the feeling that they are not interested in you at all. Fast food industry I get it but if I'm friendly you can expect that back I think. There are also people who have incredibly loud private conversations. I have absolutely nothing against it if colleagues get along well with each other and can laugh out loud sometimes, but if one person is constantly loud, I'm more likely to leave. But as I said, most of it is super nice and I like to go here before a long train ride🌸

Best vegan burger (Cheesy One) I have ever eaten in a restaurant. Also visually great, the burgers look like they do in the advertising pictures. Also reasonably priced, highly recommended.

Went there twice last week on our Leipzig vacation because we liked it so much. So we tried out the various burgers and the like and have to say that there was nothing that we didn't like, in fact we were really surprised. My friend really liked the cheese nuggets because they were so runny at the core. The restaurant was generally clean, order sheets are named after animal names which is super amusing instead of banal numbers. The staff were friendly and we were also offered the opportunity to eat our ice cream later in peace. The small minus is that you can only pay with a card, which is stupid for those who don't have one (yet).

I ordered a linsen patty burger from this place. The Linsen patty was really awful - there was soaked linsen in between the patty that was not cooked and tasted old. i ended up projectile vomiting in my airbnb bathroom.

Top burgers and not just for vegans. Ambience okay, but just typical snack bar and main station. Food ordering via two terminals. Good preparation time and the price is also appropriate for what is on offer. Only the selection of drinks could be a little more unusual.

I was immediately greeted in a very friendly manner when I stood in the store. Had a delicious vegan burger that was hot and freshly prepared. I also found the sauce very tasty with mustard and ketchup. I was asked if I wanted to eat my ice cream now or later, which I thought was great. When I finished my burger I didn't even have to say anything and one of the employees immediately made my ice cream. The three employees who worked there when I worked were incredibly nice. I felt very comfortable in the store. I also found it very practical that there was disinfectant. Everything was clean. Recommendation from me :).

Hammer. Fast service. Crispy fries. Delicious burgers. My wife even thought it was the “best burger” in a very long time. Gladly again! Hopefully this chain will be successful and the quality and service shown can be maintained. 🤤🍔🤤
