The employees are surprisingly friendly - even if all you can say is "One with everything but no onions!" can articulate. I've never been there during the day - in the daylight the store looks about as inviting as a bus stop in the drizzle. But at night? It becomes a gourmet oasis with hot sauce! Drunk absolutely great - sober... maybe not...
