Alanya Grill in Flensburg

I ordered from there and was truly shocked by the quality. The gyros was completely oversalted and barely edible. The Metaxa sauce bore absolutely no resemblance to real Metaxa sauce – it tasted simply awful. The worst part, however, was the pizza rolls: they were so undercooked that I was literally chewing on raw dough. That's just unacceptable. I definitely cannot recommend it.

We've ordered a few times before. The drivers are always nice. Lots of toppings on the pizza, but also very greasy. We've had stomach aches from the pizza once or twice. But after yesterday's order... it was swimming in its own oil, and after biting into something sour, that was it. Just severe stomach problems in the bathroom and a sleepless night. I've never seen such a greasy and dripping pizza. Thanks, but that's it. We won't be ordering again.

I got a chicken doner kebab on Sunday, and I have to say, it's one of the best here in Flensburg! I love the yellow sauce! It was delicious. I just think the owner has a bit of a gruff manner, but as they say, the food has to taste good.

I've ordered several times at irregular intervals, and each time the fries were soggy, as if they'd been reheated. It would be best to remove the fries from the menu, which is unreasonable. The fries have improved significantly, hence the 4 stars.

NEVER AGAIN!!! The meat stank, the place was dirty, and the employees were rude. We ordered food for our family and ended up with diarrhea. The little one even had to be hospitalized later. We are very disgusted and do not recommend this place. If you care about your health, never eat here.

After a long time, I ordered a pizza again. Even if I picked it up, so much for the 20%. I ordered a pizza and a children's kebab to see if this might be a good place to eat kebabs in Flensburg. The answer is no, because I was extremely disappointed. The kebab meat was far too gristly and cut thickly, and the sauces were standard fare. The kebab bread and pizza dough hadn't been cooked well enough. Everything was soggy and not well-cooked. Save your money :) The delivery time of 50 minutes on a Sunday was okay.

Within a year, the quality and quantity of the food has declined dramatically. Double-fried fries are an absolute no-go. I ordered two "Dutch-style doner kebabs." What was delivered were two 115g fries, as well as 364g and 340g of meat dripping with fat... (Yes, the food is weighed because of insulin). So for less than 500g per portion, I pay a whopping 16.50. Conclusion: If you want delicious food, you're better off going somewhere else. What's more: The delivery vehicle is a place where people are happily torturing people.

I ordered the doner kebab with hollandaise sauce, which was dripping with grease. I could have drunk a bottle of cooking oil! And if I had a dog, it would be dead by now... the hollandaise sauce was sour! I had it in my status, and even my friends warned me about it... To charge money for something like that is outrageous!

I usually give fairly fair reviews, but if it were up to me, I wouldn't give any stars. The kebab is unenjoyable. The meat is absolute garbage. Definitely not recommended.

No stars deserved. The very last thing, the driver apparently rang the bell even though I was at home, unfortunately the number was wrong been filled in by Google. After 1.5 hours I called where the pizza was and he said: the driver will be there shortly. We order every Sunday but unfortunately the food has gone very bad for the past three weeks. Today the ham was missing on the La flute, very annoying and burnt. Last Sunday the pizzas were completely burnt and dry, with little to no toppings, which was a shame

The shop is small and the prices are completely overpriced 8.50 for a kebab. I told the kebab man I wanted everything on the kebab, but the sauces were only tzatziki, but he made all the sauces for me. The meat is hard and the kebab falls apart when you eat it. There are also hard, rubbery pieces in the kebab.

Disappointing experience – not recommended Unfortunately my visit here was not convincing. I specifically ordered chicken but got a mixed meat instead. Feedback about the kebab: The bread was dry and a lot right apart. The meat was cut way too big, gristly and way too salty. Among other things, you could tell that the meat had been stretched. The salad, which you shouldn't really call it that, wasn't kept fresh at all and wasn't edible either. The sauce was below average, but nothing special The best part of the kebab was the tomatoes, although you ACTUALLY can't go wrong with tomatoes. Finally, it can be said about Alanya's kebab that it is one of the worst in all of Flensburg.

Not worth money. A few days ago the prices were raised, the old prices are still on the large menu above the counter. It wasn't pointed out either. The taste of the food was not satisfactory and the meat was cold.

Never eat there! Unless you're in the mood for a stomach bug. And sit on the toilet all night! It was very tasty but never again!

Absolutely delicious, everything fresh and fast delivery

I usually like to order the wings from Alanya, always with a request that they do NOT bake/fry DARK. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't... And again something I can't enjoy at all. The wings now also have a sweet barbecue taste, not slightly spicy as usual. I'm finally done with Alanya. The pictures are without filters, but actually look darker. Shame about the food.

I really don't know who can do that! Have you ever smelled the meat? It smells so abnormally hard and there's this gristle everywhere in between, what's that supposed to mean?? Sauces are good and I don't skimp on them either, but thank you, before I catch something else I'd rather go to a real kebab shop and not to a run-of-the-mill kebab shop. I'm drunk and I need something to eat, no matter what it tastes like.

The drivers of this delivery service are the last. Traffic rules apparently don't apply to them at all. No problem at 60 to 70 kmh through the 30 zones. Overtaking in curves is no problem despite oncoming traffic. Turning from Nordstrasse into the parking lot of the shopping center with the handbrake is no problem. Rolling up to red lights with your cell phone behind the wheel and driving through red lights is no problem. These people only know gas gas gas. Some time ago I also saw the police in their house. Everything doesn't seem to be quite right there. Apart from the rotten food. Pizza dough wobbly and completely tasteless. I've been a regular customer for years. The pizza is good average, I've never tried the kebab in the flatbread. But the Dürüm kebab is one of the best I know. The owner isn't always in a good mood, but I've never found him to be unfriendly. When I look at how many regular customers the store has, it proves to me that others share my opinion. Update: Unfortunately I have to revise my previous positive review. In the last 12 months I have ordered Dürüm three times and each time it was almost inedible. I don't know what happened and whether the dip in quality is, as I hope, temporary; But unfortunately I can't make any recommendations at the moment.

Been ordering from Alanya for a while because it's affordable. Eating is always a matter of luck, although the pizza tastes good. Pizza rolls are often only filled in the middle. What is cut off on the outside is usually without filling. Unfortunately, we are very disappointed with the last two deliveries. The sauces we paid for were not delivered twice. The first time we were able to overlook it, the next time we were asked to bring the sauces we had paid for. The driver was extremely unfriendly, he neither apologized nor gave us the money. We were offered to either get the money back or to deliver the sauces (twice hollo). The driver, clearly annoyed, simply replied that it would take two hours. My friend politely asked that he would like his sauces with his meal. He kept emphasizing how busy it was and that it would take OVER two hours. Well, what can I say - he didn't come anymore. That was our last order from Alanya.

Ordered two 32cm pizzas and received 28cm pizzas. Olives were absolutely tasteless. I will definitely not order from here again and would advise anyone not to. There are better alternatives in Flensburg.

The Dürüm were ready as promised and hot when picked up. We had one with three sauces and one with just tzatziki: unfortunately the latter didn't have as much as the one with the three sauces; I paid the same price. Nevertheless, it was super tasty and we were full.

So yesterday evening shortly before closing time I ordered a jumbo kebab. Because it had been in the oven for too long, the bread was very badly broken in some places, not just one. The flesh was partly black and dry. And best of all, it couldn't even begin to be compared with a jumbo kebab as we usually know it. Very sad that such a settlement takes place shortly before closing.

The driver, an older man, yelled at us because he couldn't find the property, even though this is possible with navigation and other suppliers haven't had any problems. I could already see in the rearview mirror that he was weaving all over the place while horns were honking from all sides. When this was possible, he squeezed himself so tightly against the left side of my car that I had to switch over to the right so suddenly that my car almost started to skid! Just sick! I'm a fast driver myself, but safety should never be overlooked. And yes, this review has nothing to do with the food - for me, the delivery method and decent driving are still part of the service. Unhygienic shop where stomach pains are unfortunately inevitable. It doesn't taste good at all and only the cheapest products are used.

So the food came on time. The delivery person was damn rude from hello to goodbye. Unfortunately the food was not edible at all. I had plastic on my nuggets from the packaging that melted, the rice tasted like it was rice pudding with a little tomato sauce and herbs and I also only tried the Hellas plate, it had a strange taste, like the cheese had been dumped or something. It's a shame, I don't have much expectations, but eating with plastic and strange-tasting cheese spoiled my hunger. Maybe it's getting better or I just got the wrong day. I was just really hungry and it wasn't free!

My favorite snack, simply brilliant is the Jägerschnitzel (typical Turkish cuisine 😉). However, the guest room looks a little makeshift.

Giros completely over-salted, inedible, tzatziki bad - went straight into the trash can, a shame and damn annoying. I didn't dare try the measly, loveless side salad anymore. 17€ for the cat. Thank you very much I've ordered several times and it's always been good. But this time, horrible. The 2nd star only because the pizza was somewhat edible. For the future: keep your food!

Haben heute bei meinem Lieblingslieferservice Alanya bestellt. 30cm Pizza mit selbigen Namen anstelle Gyros mit Dönerspießfleisch. Leider hatte es zuerst etwas länger gedauert, aber obwohl wir uns nicht beschwert hatten rief schon der Inhaber bei uns an um sich zu entschuldigen dass etwas schief gegangen ist. Wir sind treue Kunden und kennen uns in der Gastronomie aus, daher kennen wir das Problem dass sonn- und feiertags die Hölle los ist und Fehler passieren können. Nun zur Bewertung: Wir haben die Pizza Alanya 30cm bestellt. Anstelle Gyros mit Dönerfleisch. Nachdem einige Zeit verstrichen war, rief der Betreiber an und versicherte mir eine zeitnahe Lieferung aufgrund eines kleines Fehlers. Am Ende bekamen wir dafür 2 Pizzen Alanya 30cm welche geschmacklich noch besser waren als man es sich vorstellen konnte. Einfach nur traumhaft. Bester Service, beste Qualität, beste Preise. Alanya, einfach perfekt.

Leckeres Essen, Preis passt, freundlicher Service

Sehr breit aufgestellte Speisekarte und alles was ich bisher probiert habe war lecker. Schneller Lieferservice, faire Preise und kurze Wartezeiten. Das Dönerfleisch trifft nicht ganz meinen Geschmack aber auf Wunsch bekomme ich meinen Döner mit Gyros.

Mega! Lange keinen so guten Döner mehr gegessen! Das Brot wurde auf Wunsch extra knusprig gemacht das Fleisch auch nicht labberig sondern schön kross und saftig (so wie es halt mit Döner Fleisch geht) einfach super lecker! Der Burger war auch echt gut, alles sehr frisch und heiß! Macht weiter so!

Habe gerade bestellt die 2 Döner waren schnell da, riesen groß, gut gefüllt, doch am aller besten ist das fluffige Fladenbrot. Klassisch Döner wie damals noch original aber noch viel besser. Wir sind positiv überrascht, sehr lecker.. Preis-Leistungsverhältnis: Top.. Lieferand auch sehr freundlich!

Wir können nur sagen das wir seid Jahren immer zufrieden waren mit unseren Pizzen oder Döner die wir dort geholt haben. Sie sind gut belegt und die Preise sind auch vollkommen in Ordnung. Wir gehen dort gerne hin 👍

Essen sehr lecker aber es wird nicht auf darauf geachtet was man genau bestellt. Wenn man beim döner, dönerteller, etc angibt was man im salat nicht dabei haben möchte wird es trotzdem dazu gegeben. Aufläufe verbrannt und teilweise kommt nicht das an was man bestellt. Schnitzel verbrannt, currywurst verbrannt und currysauce schmeckt nicht nach curry. Burger sind lecker, alle dönergerichte ebenso und die Pizzen sind auch lecker, vorallem nicht so fettig wie bei anderen Imbissen oder Lieferservices, aber wie gesagt scheitert es daran wenn man extrawünsche hat. Alleine in meinem zuletzt bestellten Dürum war Scharfe Sauce und Safransauce drin obwohl ich nur Tzaziki angegeben habe.

Moin Moin liebes Team von Alanya, sehr gerne haben wir heute auf der Suche nach einem neuen Lieferservice den Alanya Grill angerufen und bestellt. Unsere Erfahrung: Die Bestellung und die für später vereinbarte Lieferung waren sehr sympathische Kontakte. Das Essen (eine Fleischplatte, ein Hacksteak und diverse Beilagen sowie eine Pizza mit Hackfleisch und eine mit Putenfilet) waren gerade weil alles frisch angebraten und zubereitet war, etwas ganz besonderes, denn es ist selten geworden, dass bei der Zubereitung tatsächlich auf Gewürzmischungen verzichtet wird. Insbesondere ist hervorzuheben, dass die Küche auch auf besondere Wünsche einging und der Kollege, der die Lieferung brachte, ein derart herzliches und verbindliches Auftreten hatte, dass wir bereits vor dem Essen sicher waren, dass es nicht anders als sehr gut sein kann. Insgesamt möchten wir allen Mitarbeiter*innen danken, dass wir ein richtig gutes Essen genießen konnten und freuen uns auf unseren nächsten Besuch/Bestellung bei Alanya. :-) Viele Grüße Familie Johannsen

An dieser Stelle einfach mal ein Shoutout an die besten Pizzabäcker und Dönermacher auf dieser Seite der Förde: Ich finde, ihr bekommt einfach nicht genug Wertschätzung für das, was ihr tut. Ihr stellt euch an einem Sonntag in die Küche und rackert euch ab, damit Leute wie ich auf einem Sonntag nicht hungern müssen. Alleine dafür fünf Sterne, dass ihr da seid und einen guten Job macht! P. S. Essen war lecker, wie immer.
