In terms of taste, the food deserves a strong 9/10, which is the best rating I have ever given. Unfortunately, there are often errors in pre-orders and deliveries. I can understand that because it's always busy, but it remains a small point of criticism. However, when I order directly on site, the service is great - they even serve tea while I wait. The prices are a little higher, but for certain dishes they are absolutely justified as the quality is just right. A small minus point is the stamp system: you only get one stamp per day, regardless of whether you just buy a kebab or - like I often do - spend €30-50 or even over €100 with the family. This could be made fairer. All in all, Mutlu-Et is still worth a clear 9/10 - for me it is one of the best addresses in the entire Waldshut district when it comes to good food!
