@Mrs Nix: We experienced exactly the same thing. The guy doesn't seem to have all his senses together. I recommend to all potential guests: Spare yourself this arrogance. He apparently only learns service through the consequences of staying away.

Wir waren gestern Abend im La Bodega und würden richtig enttäuscht. Das Essen wurde nur auf mehrmalige Nachfragen gebracht, jede Tapas einzeln (!) im Abstand von 25-30 Minuten. Eine Nachbestellung überlegt man sich da dreimal. Und zu allem Übel wurden Dinge vergessen aufzunehmen. Mit dem Zeitverzug der Nachbestellung war das unmöglich, mit Freunden gemütlich zu Essen. Der Oktobussalat war hart, Brötchen aus dem Discounter, der Rindfleischspies viel zu trocken und zäh. Bei den Preisen ein absolutes No-Go! Insgesamt war das Essen auch nicht wirklich heiß. Es waren immer nur die gleichen drei Soßen dabei. Null Abwechslung. Das Personal wirkte sehr unprofessionell und maximal überfordert. Wir waren sehr enttäuscht. Hungrig, und leerem Geldbeutel sind wir heim. Wirklich schade, denn ich bin früher immer gern dort hin. Aber nach dem gestrigen Abend wars wohl das Letzte Mal.

The food was nothing really spectacular for someone who knows what Spanish food should really look like and taste like. The packaged frozen squid is nothing special, I can make it at home, the croquettes had a very good flavor but with the center more icy than the North Pole and the garlic prawns were anything but garlic prawns, they were so spicy that they didn't even We were able to finish eating them, if they are supposed to be garlic shrimp shouldn't they at least taste like garlic? Unfortunately they only tasted spicy... in conclusion, an experience that I would certainly not repeat and that I do not recommend.

I haven't been there for a long time and felt like having Spanish tappas again. I would like to report something more positive, but it was lousy cold at 5:30 p.m. and it was drizzling, even though we were sitting in a sheltered corner. The background music had a "dream ship ambience", rather than Spanish Christmas kitsch music, and it was definitely not in the background! The tappas, well, the fried potatoes weren't really tasty with the pepper dip. And we found the service to suit our needs: it was drafty and the music was too loud, not really open-minded, but gave flippant answers that were probably meant to be funny. Too bad

Cozy shop with very tasty tapas. All in all a bit expensive but also very tasty.

Little choice, €27.50 for 8 shrimps with vegetables in a small pan. Soda from small bottles. You want something that you can't achieve. Too bad.
