I really enjoy going to Elinaki. It's not a typical Greek restaurant, more of a new idea of ​​"Greek". So you don't order a simple plate of any food here, but rather choose what you want from many dishes. The food itself is brilliant and you get the feeling that you are not in Ulm but on a white chalk cliff in warm Greece. So far I have always been able to get two or three seats very spontaneously and have always been served politely and around Ulm.

I really love this restaurant. I've only known the concept of tapas from Mexican/Spanish cuisine. The tapas are a really nice way to try things out. Quality of the meat and overall at a high level. Everything is freshly prepared.

Very disappointing. The store is just hyped and I have absolutely no idea why. Ridiculously small portions even for a tapas shop. The sardines taste like they come from a can. The grilled halloumi really only consists of three 0.5cm thick slices of halloumi. If you order 3x dip you will receive a small basket with 6 pieces of pita for 4 people (approx. 2x2cm each). At first we thought they had forgotten it and asked for pita two more times (according to the menu, every dip comes with pita), then the bill showed 2.90 per basket. Water with sparkling water has itself bubbled up and therefore brings death to the table. In terms of price, you need around €35 ​​per person to be full. Not full. However, the staff was nice and everything was very clean. There was no waiting time. Zero risk of recurrence, but at least we were able to form an opinion.

I had the pleasure of visiting Elinaki Greek Restaurant and it was a wonderful experience! The atmosphere is welcoming and authentic, which immediately gives you a feeling of vacation. The menu offers a wide variety of traditional Greek dishes, and everything I tried was fresh and delicious. The moussaka and souvlaki are particularly recommended – simply heavenly! The service was friendly and attentive, which made the evening even more enjoyable. I can only recommend this restaurant and am already looking forward to my next visit!

We were warmly welcomed and escorted to the table. The friendly and very attentive staff responded directly to our children (children's chair, fries with less salt, children's cutlery). The food was prepared very quickly and was very tasty and light. The sweet potato fries were super crunchy. The many windows ensure cold air. It could have been a little warmer for us here. Today on Saturday evening I perceived the service to be very arrogant. The atmosphere was anything but pleasant. Both times we sat at the counter. Unfortunately it is always very loud inside. Counter staff who also clatter with cutlery, glasses, etc. contribute to this.

Very attentive and friendly ladies in service. When served, each small plate was briefly explained. Every empty plate or bowl was cleared with a smile and a look as we passed. We felt very comfortable and ate excellently. And what was nicer: we never had the feeling that anything else was being forced on us, or that it was now time to leave.

The restaurant looks super chic and modern. There is artificial green on the concrete ceiling and polygons on the walls, which are presumably intended to absorb the sound, but unfortunately the volume is sometimes too loud. I really liked the food, I like the concept.

Very bad treatment of the guests. We made a reservation once and arrived 10 minutes early. Then we said our table was still occupied. The entire interior was free. We were only allowed to take a seat at a table that had already been free from the time we had reserved. During our last spontaneous visit we were immediately brushed off with the reason: we are not at capacity for that many people. Here again the entire interior was empty and there were also free spaces outside. That's the last time they saw me.

Very nice service, but unfortunately the food doesn't really have anything to do with Greek food, as much as I'm sorry, except for the Kolokithokeftedes (zucchini fritters), which were good. The calamari was so hard and inedible, as if it had been from the day before. It was a real shame. And Pita Gyros well…😅🫣I definitely missed the tzatziki in the pita.

Asked for a table for two this lunchtime and was turned away with a snippy “no room for two outside, everything reserved,” even though the entire interior was free. Even though we only had our table until 6:30 p.m., it wasn't a problem at all thanks to the fast service. We even had dessert. We had some vegetables, a salad, a dip, souvlaki, fish dumplings and extra pita bread. We were full.

The service was very fast when the tables were full and always had a complete overview of all tables so that reorders or drink shortages were recognized directly by the service. The food was served very quickly and attractively. Regardless of whether it was vegetarian, meat, fish, warm or cold, everything tasted great.

Wieder einen Stammgast verloren. Wir waren hier oft essen, zu 2., aber auch schon mit größeren Gruppen. Der Service war noch nie überragend. Aber gestern leider den Vogel abgeschossen. Das Service Personal hat uns erst mal eine Weile ignoriert und als wir dann gefragt haben, ob was für 2 frei ist, hat man uns in einer absolut arroganten und unfreundlichen Weise gesagt "nein, alles reserviert". Ich habe gefragt, ob man nichts machen kann, das wurde verneint. Neben uns standen 2 Personen, die offensichtlich eine Dame aus dem Service kannten und denen wurde dann gesagt, dass sie drin an der Bar Platz nehmen können und dann sicher draußen einen Tisch bekommen, sie müssen sich nur ein bisschen gedulden. Meine Freundin und ich standen daneben und uns wurde das nicht angeboten. Alle Gäste saßen draußen. Die Bar und der komplette Innenraum waren leer. Und nein, ich glaube nicht, dass alles auf genau 19.30 reserviert ist und um 19.35 auf einmal alle Tische drin voll gewesen sind. Tja. Das war's für uns. Wir werden sicher nicht wieder kommen. Bei so einer von oben herablassenden Art, wie mit uns umgegangen wurde. Schade. Ich habe hier immer sehr gerne gegessen. Aber das war's für mich. Ja, euer Essen ist gut, aber das Verhalten ist auch bei dem besten Essen der Welt einfach nicht akzeptabel.

And no, I don't think everything was reserved for exactly 7:30 p.m. and at 7:35 p.m. all the tables inside were suddenly full. Well. That's it for us. We certainly won't come back. With such a condescending way in which we were treated. Too bad. I have always enjoyed eating here. But that's it for me. Yes, your food is good, but the behavior is simply unacceptable, even with the best food in the world.

But luckily there are even better Greeks in Ulm and Neu-Ulm

We had lunch here yesterday. Unfortunately, the service wasn't very nice or attentive - the gentleman didn't look at you, cleared away without asking, even though there was still something on the plate... it made you feel very uncomfortable and you were there with a strange feeling. The prices are very high for what you get. Partly justified, of course, but charging €7 for a small pita with mainly fries and some vegetables is a lot. The house soda was very tasty and I can recommend it. Overall the atmosphere is very nice but we wouldn't come back because of the prices and the food. The thing about the service - there are people who don't like to talk, that's not a bad thing at all, but you should think about whether you let such personalities serve you.

Elinaki brings Greek flair to Ulm. The food tastes so incredibly delicious. I could eat my fill with pita and tzatziki alone. The house wine is cheap and tastes good. Be sure to try the dessert, whether Greek cheesecake or puff pastry with semolina pudding - it's incredibly good. In summer, you can enjoy your meal wonderfully on the sun terrace. The service is warm and friendly every time. For two people you pay around €60-80 to be full and tipsy.

Alleged “maximum occupancy” even though several tables were free and everything inside was empty. What a shame! We enjoyed eating very well here for many years, sometimes several times a week. The Elinaki is a good tapas restaurant in the heart of Ulm with a good selection of wine, delicious food and particularly friendly staff. I recommend adding a fresh grilled fish to the menu. The portions are quite small, but taste very good.
