The khinkali are simply superb, and the khachapuri is the crowning glory of the meal. The staff is friendly and attentive. The food was prepared and served quickly. Highly recommended.

Planned to do one of our next travels to Georgia, so we wanted to get a clue of georgian food in advance and weren't disappointed. Great tasty food with quality ingredients. Friendly staff. Nice interieur. We loved it and will come back for sure. Update: Returned to this place and it's still awesome.

Everything's good. It's just a shame we didn't try the Tarragon 😞. Otherwise, I recommend it. The prices are, unfortunately, quite high. But it's delicious. The service was pleasant.

Die Person, die unsere Bestellung aufnahm, hatte getrunken, und es roch nach Alkohol. Wir warteten über zwei Stunden auf unser Essen. Absolut keine Spur von Respekt gegenüber den Kunden. Ausgerechnet das Hauptgericht Chinkali, wegen dem meine Freunde eigentlich gekommen waren, war nicht verfügbar. Kurzum: eine einzige Enttäuschung. Very disappointed with the Georgian restaurant. I praised him so much in front of my friends and ended up embarrassing myself. The person who took the order was drunk and smelled of alcohol. We waited for our food for over two hours. Total disrespect for customers. The main dish, khinkali, which my friends came for, was not available. In short, one big disappointment.

The decor is tasteful, the seating is comfortable, and everything feels clean and well-maintained. The service was nice and friendly. The food looked very well prepared. The ojachuri was good, but a bit too spicy. I had the chicken khmerli. The sauce was okay. It was supposed to have garlic in it, but unfortunately I couldn't taste any. To me, it was a cream sauce with a dash of olive oil. A real shame. I also think the prices are a bit too high.

We were at your restaurant today – everything was incredibly delicious! We haven't eaten this well in a long time. We particularly enjoyed the shashlik, and the red wine was simply delicious. The khachapuri Megruli was also delicious. The service was also excellent – the guys kept coming by, asking if everything was tasty and if we were satisfied. We would especially like to thank the guy who speaks Russian – a big thank you to him for his friendliness and attentiveness. We will definitely be back!

The food is delicious, although the prices are high for the portions. Service is friendly, but we ordered a starter and a main course and specifically emphasized that the starter should come first. What happened? It was the exact opposite 😝. Oh well, it's not that bad.

Salad was forgotten. The meal took 1.5 hours as a group between the first and last serving. This was then claimed to be voluntary, and you pay for the main course. The recommendation would be to accommodate fewer guests and provide them with better service rather than ruining a beautifully planned family day.

Paradise? Definitely for bad service!!! We were there in a somewhat larger group of about 15 people. The service was a complete disgrace – so rude. The children had to wait 1.5 hours for a children's portion of fries and schnitzel. For the other main courses, the wait was already 3 hours. In some cases, orders were even canceled because nothing came! Salads with the main courses were also sometimes not served, and when we asked later, the explanation was that the salads were optional and it was apparently our own fault that we didn't get any.

This is my third time at Paradies, and I'm absolutely thrilled again. Yes, we had to wait a little longer for our food this time, but you can immediately tell that a lot of love and care goes into the process. The team really makes an effort to offer every guest a great experience, and you can see it in every detail. The food is, as always, an absolute delight: authentic, fresh, and with intense flavors that transport you straight to Georgia. The ambiance also contributes greatly to the positive experience: cozy, inviting, and decorated with plenty of charm. The staff is warm, attentive, and always friendly, even when it gets busy. For me, Paradies is definitely one of the best restaurants in the area, and I'm always happy to return. I highly recommend it!

Having read the positive reviews beforehand, we were unfortunately proven wrong today. The restaurant and beer garden are very inviting. However, we were seated in the upper restaurant area, which seemed rather less inviting. Unfortunately, it wasn't child-friendly either; there was room for a children's area. The service seemed very overwhelmed; drinks were only brought after we requested them (a 30-minute wait) and then arrived 15 minutes later. The food, when it arrived!!!, was really good, but it couldn't make up for the two-hour wait. The advertised salad for the main course was unfortunately not served, but the host was not generous with the payment (the salad was an optional extra, the price applies to the main course). It's a shame. We paid €90 for two people.

The service was very friendly, but not particularly attentive for a relatively small table. If it hadn't taken so long for someone to check on us after dinner, I would have opted for dessert and a coffee instead of paying. We were there on a Thursday evening, so we had khinkali. I had asked in advance via email whether a vegetarian filling was possible. I can well imagine that it wouldn't be worth preparing an extra filling for a small crowd, but unfortunately, I didn't receive a response to my inquiry. Aside from the tolerable conditions I've described so far, the food was really very good! 😊 While there's some room for improvement, I can still recommend Restaurant Paradies. It has plenty of space in a quiet setting, plenty of parking, and an appealing menu.

I'm only giving it one star because, unfortunately, less isn't possible. The wait for the food was a good two hours, and not even the whole meal, so we had to cancel some of it. We definitely can't recommend this restaurant.

The food itself is good. What disappointed us was that the children waited 1.5 hours for schnitzel and fries. We, the adults, had to wait over 2 hours for our food. The food arrived after 2.5 hours, significantly delayed. The children had already finished eating by the time our food arrived, one by one. After more than 3 hours, a few canceled their meals because the rest of the meal was already finished, but they still hadn't received any food. My husband and I didn't get the salad (which was included in the offer). When we pointed this out, we were told that the salad was optional. We still had to pay the full price. That's no way to treat guests!

The food is good and traditional. The staff should learn to smile and be trained.

Unfortunately disappointing visit – more attention would have been nice It was our first time here for dinner and we ordered two main courses and a borscht soup. Unfortunately, our visit overall was rather disappointing. We didn't like the borscht soup at all - it was completely unseasoned and had no depth whatsoever. We also know and cook borscht ourselves at home - usually with meat or with various ingredients such as beans or root vegetables. This version consisted exclusively of beetroot and white cabbage, which in itself would not have been a problem if the taste had been convincing. Unfortunately that wasn't the case. Bread wasn't served either, which we actually took for granted. Some of the main courses were okay - the meat was well prepared and the bread that came with one of the dishes was fresh and tasty. However, one dish looked completely different than the photo on the menu. It was a bit irritating, but the taste was okay. The potato side dish, on the other hand, was very small - just a few pieces, which was simply not enough for a main course. What bothered us the most was the service. After we got the dishes, we actually wanted to point out that the side salad was missing. But it was very difficult to draw attention to us - we looked, waited and signaled several times, but no one reacted. We were only able to speak to someone in the middle of the meal. The salad was only served about 10 minutes after we had finished eating. Unfortunately it was just some green lettuce, two very thin slices of cucumber and a cherry tomato each, which was shared - that seemed a bit careless. Even after we were brought a menu, no one asked if everything was okay or if we needed anything. To be honest, we would have liked a little more attention. Precisely because we really appreciate Georgian cuisine and culture, we were hoping for more warmth and hospitality - as we actually know it from Georgian people. Conclusion: A few things were good, but overall the experience was disappointing - we wouldn't go back again.

Service can definitely be improved. Food was forgotten and the waitress also had to remind them about the drinks. Some of the food was not acceptable at all. Anyone who knows Georgian cuisine and has ever been there knows that it must taste different. The portions are really very small and way too expensive. Khinkali once a week in a Georgian restaurant is actually not possible.

We were eight fun, drinking women looking to spend a nice Friday evening. The food was delicious, but the service could be improved. There were five tables occupied, and the waitress was so overwhelmed that she unfortunately didn't clear all of our empty plates. After 30 minutes, we moved them to the empty table next door. Unfortunately, when our glasses were empty, she didn't ask if we wanted anything else to drink, and when we paid, she didn't ask if we enjoyed our meal, unfortunately. Even when we pointed this out, she used the excuse that she was alone. Imagine, the place is packed.

Landed here by chance, Sunday lunchtime, nice service, good food, prices reasonable, not much going on, maybe it's because of the location, definitely nice on the terrace in summer. All in all, happy again.

Very friendly welcome and quick service. The ambience is suitable, could be made a little more comfortable in the evening, but wasn't disturbing. The service is very nice and accommodating and responds to requests. Despite a big party in the house upstairs, drinks, a side salad and then food were served at the appropriate time. The food is incredibly tasty and melts in your mouth. Everything is very fresh, tastes great and prepared very appetizingly. The only downside are the prices - for some dishes it's not entirely justified, it would be a bit cheaper. Otherwise just for special occasions. Still highly recommended!!!

The food was delicious. I also liked the service. but I came to eat Khinkali but to my surprise Khinkali is served once a week on Thursday. It's strange that in a Georgian restaurant a traditional dish is served only once a week... very strange

The restaurant is not bad, but for people who know Georgian cuisine quite well, it is not tasty. We took Hachapuri (a traditional dish), it wasn't freshly baked and therefore dry. The eggplants with nuts were delicious. But the main disappointment was lamb shashlyk: fatty, burnt meat with strange herbs, as if to mask the meat quality.

The food deserves 5 stars. From a culinary point of view, one of the most underrated addresses in Ulm. Very nicely presented, excitingly seasoned. The dishes combine Levant and Eastern Europe. The main role is played by pomegranate, walnut, strong grill aromas, flatbreads and dips. The red wines are a discovery. You have to turn a blind eye to the service. These are mostly young people from Georgia who work there, for example, during the semester break.

A wonderful Christmas Eve with friends and family. Also great food in a great atmosphere. Highly recommended. We'd love to come back!

I actually wanted to give 3 stars because I am very disappointed with the service. There was almost nothing going on when we ate, but we still had to call to place our order. We waited more than 20 minutes for drinks, and they finally came at the same time as the appetizer. The waitress had little interest and stood there looking bored instead of serving us. The food was ok. and beautifully presented. We asked ourselves, if it's busier, how long will we have to wait?

Very tasty, but not all dishes match the picture. The chicken in the sauce was a bummer... Small pieces of chicken and lots and lots of delicious sauce. And in the photo on the menu there are full pieces of chicken in sauce. But everything is incredibly tasty. Strawberry mojito with beautiful sparkles is very tasty and cute. Four of us spent 90 euros, we ate too much, it was difficult to walk)

This was our first time at Paradise since it stopped being a Greek restaurant and we were pleasantly surprised. The service was very friendly and accommodating. We quickly found what we were looking for on the small but tasty menu! The food was served quickly and we enjoyed it excellently, from the starter to the main course to the dessert (the local cake was outstanding!!!). We found it particularly nice that you can also get typical drinks from Georgia, such as mineral water and lemonade. You can sit comfortably on the beautifully located (although somewhat outdated) terrace, even with a larger group. We will be back definitely!
