Ristorante Primo Piatto in Ulm

Probably the worst pizza we've eaten in years. A convenience dough blank is obviously used, which is then not even baked all the way through. When you compare this pizza with the direct and nearby competition, there is a world of difference.

Delicious food but not being able to pay by card is simply no longer possible these days. In my opinion, the justification "we don't offer services because of poor reception" is not credible in the middle of Söflingen. Solutions can be found here if you want. The food is 4*

Unfortunately we ate at the inn across the street, next time here. We only had dessert and an Aperol, but the food at the next table looked tempting.

The restaurant offers gluten-free pasta & pizza. The owner is well versed in the topic of “gluten-free” so that the dishes ultimately reach the customer gluten-free. Highly recommended, especially for celiacs.

The Ristorante Il Sapore is really recommended! I've eaten there several times and have never been disappointed. You can tell that Manuela (who took over the restaurant at the beginning of August) and her team put a lot of passion and heart into it. Friendly service, always with a smile on your face. The food is delicious and varied - from meat to fish, pizza and vegetarian dishes - no one is left out here. There is a weekly menu and a fixed menu. Fresh products straight from Italy and even a machine that makes coffee mousse (simply mega!). You can sit outside and inside. Very cozy atmosphere in itself. For all dog owners - even our best friends are welcome! See for yourself and I'm sure it won't be your last visit there!

Great atmosphere, the service was very attentive and cheerful 🎉created a great atmosphere. Would have spent the whole night there!

We had a very cozy evening in a family atmosphere. Excellent service from reservation to payment. A stylish table with lights, roses and linen napkins. Very good wine. And then this fantastic meal from the weekly menu. Simply great after patient and loving advice. All in all a very successful evening. Understandably, the place was full. No chance without a reservation. We are very pleased that the new landlady and her team have been so well received and are already looking forward to our next time.

Essen top, Service noch etwas hakelig

Ich hatte zwar noch nicht die Zeit, vorbeizukommen aber ich kann euch eins versichern, Manu kocht wie eine Göttin. Wer sie kennt, weiß wieviel Passion sie fürs Essen zubereiten hat. Kenne glaub niemand der bei italienischer Küche an sie herankommt

New name, like everywhere else, higher prices (everything at €15-20 per dish), but I still thought it was worth it because the food was very authentic Italian and very good, e.g., risotto a dente, bread with every course... Auguri e Bravo! What could be improved: I ordered tap water with a total of 1 liter of wine (when I asked, the owner suggested "tap water" because, as always, bottled water is mercilessly overpriced) and got sparkling water, which ultimately costs the same as the bottled water (just less). Your credit card (!) must be working from the start – if necessary, a sum-up machine from Bauhaus will help (which I would recommend to any restaurateur anyway, because you're less dependent on your bank). Cash only won't be accepted in 2023 (and please don't limit yourself to "ehzeh," which is a discontinued option). I suspect that when the store is booming (and it will!), work will also be done on the interior design? By the way: the round prices in euros (not even zero thirty or so), as is common in Italy, are very exemplary! Keep it up!

Primo Piatto became Il Sapore on August 1st. As a regular guest, I was excited to see what the new owner Manuela Caputi had brought to the menu and what had changed in the restaurant. I can only congratulate you! Tried and tested dishes can be found on the menu. As well as new and reinterpreted classics. The new landlady has significantly improved the already good quality. On the second evening I was there again with friends. Everyone very excited! Ada's nice service has also been retained. Really a piece of Italy in Ulm. A little tip: it's worth taking a look at the weekly menu! There you can now find seasonal food and fish depending on what is available on the day. Super!!

Here you can get absolutely fantastic Italian food at reasonable prices! A very varied weekly menu. Family-run, not a chain! If you want to spend an evening in Italy, you have to go to Primo Piatto.

Freundliche Bedienung, Karte überschaubar, Qualität des Essens ok, aber nicht überragend

Es war soweit sehr nett und auch der Service war sehr angenehm. Etwas unangenehm war, dass etwas angebrannt ist und der ganze Raum stark danach roch. Nicht so besonders waren die Rigatoni all Forno, teilweise sehr weiche Konsistenz und nicht in der Form serviert wurden, sondern auf einem flachen Teller.

Tolles Essen! Aber keine Kartenzahlung möglich. Schwierig für Gruppen ab 10 Personen.

Mein Mann und ich hatten beide eine Pizza. Pizza war ganz lecker und mit frischen Zutaten. Leider etwas wenig Belag. Qualität ist gut haben aber schon mal besser gegessen. Nettes Personal.

Wir gehen regelmäßig sowohl mittags, als auch abends hin. Die wechselnde Tageskarte ist immer zu empfehlen. Sehr nette Atmosphäre durch Davide und seine Frau. Immer wieder gerne.

Wir genießen regelmäßig das Mittagsbuffet, Pasta, Fleisch und Fisch frei kombinierbar. Aber besser früh als spät kommen, denn spätestens 12.15 wird es eng. Aber auch die Pizzen sind lecker.

Das Essen war sehr lecker und die Atmosphäre super. Die Bedienung ist sehr nett und bringt durch seine typisch italienische Art ein super Stimmung ins Restaurant. Die Preise sind völlig in Ordnung. Insgesamt warten wir sehr zufrieden.
