I have to admit I went to the restaurant with high expectations... The pizza... the dough was so thin the knife didn't cut it, it tore it apart... my favorite pizza, Diavola... well... this was a Margareta with salami on it... no onion... no pepper... a real shame, taste-wise I'd classify it more as standard pizzeria fare. A third of it was just crust... they really skimped on the toppings. What really bothered me was the volume of the music... I could barely understand the person sitting next to me. And of course, the other guests just got louder and louder.

We were there on a Monday evening, the restaurant was full, but we were able to sit down to our reserved table right away. Unfortunately, a small change to one of the pizzas wasn't possible, so I chose a different one. It wasn't really to my liking. When we wanted to order a second drink, we were told that we actually had to leave the table, which they should have mentioned at the beginning! One hour is a pretty short time when they say it takes about 40 minutes for the food to arrive! It's understandable that they want to accommodate many guests, but either they mention this at the beginning or they allow a reasonable amount of time.

The pizza was delicious and worth the €15. However, despite having a reservation, we had to wait 20 minutes to be seated and were then asked to wait outside in 5-degree weather. After ordering, we had to wait another 40 minutes. The room was overcrowded, very loud, and stuffy. Once we were finally seated, the service was friendly.

The pizza is lovingly prepared and features a soft, thin crust with high, fluffy edges – the edges themselves are a taste experience. For example, the Pizza Buffala, Pizza Burratina, or Pizza Burrata Piccante are delicious – a dream!! The menu offers many pizzas, including well-known ones and many more creative ones. Due to the restaurant's popularity and limited seating, making a reservation in advance is highly recommended! The ambiance is charming, and the staff is friendly and personable. I will definitely eat pizza there more often! 😋

My husband and I visited Del Tufo for the first time last Thursday. Since we arrived a little early and were just the two of us, even though we had originally reserved for four, our first impression was very positive. You welcomed us like royalty without any problems or unfriendly behavior. And the food is in a class of its own... Your pizza is the best we've ever tasted. Even days later, we're still thinking about it and recommending everyone to visit Del Tufo. High praise!

We arrived around 5:30 p.m. without a reservation and were lucky enough to get a table for two. By 6 p.m., the restaurant was completely full, so make sure you reserve in advance if you want to be safe. Parking isn't easy to find in the area, but you'll be greeted with very friendly service. Despite the large number of guests, everything was attentive and well-organized; there was only a slight wait, which is completely understandable given the crowds. The pizzas are highly recommended: very tasty, with a special, different dough that was a real highlight for us. Expect to pay around €20 per person. Payment is made directly at the counter, where we were also greeted very warmly. We'll be back.

My experience wasn't that great, as the pizza Tonno Giallo (€17) was drowning in the juices of its ingredients. Otherwise, I would have given it 5 stars. Other guests seemed very satisfied, and the place was packed.

We've been there several times, and the food has always been very fresh and delicious. I last made a reservation during the week, and when we arrived, we were immediately told that the wait time for pizza (the only main course on the menu) was currently over 90 minutes. In my opinion, that's too long and unacceptable if you've made a reservation in advance. I was very disappointed and won't go there again.

We arrived today around 5:40 p.m. with three people. We found the restaurant completely empty, even though it had only been open since 5:00 p.m., and we weren't welcome. With a seemingly polite but noticeably condescending "ragazzi," we were either asked to leave the premises or given the choice of waiting an extra hour to be admitted to the empty restaurant. We found exceptionally good accommodations elsewhere in Ulm, received a warm welcome, and were very, very full.

I haven't been treated so rudely in a long time. I went to a restaurant at 5:02 PM on Monday (it opens at 5:00 PM) and was greeted by a really nice waitress who immediately offered to show us (three people) to a table in the empty (!!) restaurant. We hadn't even taken two steps when the manager blocked our way and asked us very rudely if we had a reservation. When we said no and said that the lady would already show us a table, he said that without a reservation, we wouldn't get a table and should leave. We were completely perplexed, because even if the restaurant is already fully booked when it opens on a Monday evening, there are ways to communicate this more politely. Once and never again; I'd rather spend my money where I'm treated decently!

We ate there for the first time last Friday. We had reserved a table in advance, as recommended. We've been to Naples several times and are familiar with the original. So we wanted to try the pizza. We were thrilled. The pizza is absolutely amazing. We haven't found anything comparable in our area so far. We even drove all the way from Aalen to Ulm for this. The staff was very friendly, and the time we were there made us feel like we were on a short trip to Naples. We will definitely be back.

Absolutely terrible experience – never again! We had to wait half an hour before anyone even came to our table to take our order – and then another hour and a half until the food finally arrived. There's no air conditioning inside, which was simply unpleasant in the heat. The service was rude, overwhelmed, and completely disinterested – they repeatedly didn't understand what we were trying to order. When we complained about the wait, the only response we got was a rude, disrespectful reply: "Well, if you have 200 guests, how is that supposed to work with an oven?" – Quite simply: Just don't put 200 guests in there! To top it off, our criticism was met with "Then just don't come anymore, we have enough other guests." I've never experienced anything like that! We weren't the only ones: Four other tables around us also complained massively, some even waiting over two hours for their food. Conclusion: The service is disrespectful, chaotic, and completely uncustomer-oriented. We definitely don’t recommend it anymore!
