The pizza is to die for! For us a 10 out of 10 and as good as in Italy. It was quiet at our table because we enjoyed the pizzas so much. Above all, the pizza with truffle cream is a dream and is rare here. Otherwise you can also express individual wishes. Nice staff, great decor with Italian flair. We would still like Italian music ;) 🍕🇮🇹

I really have to say one of the best pizzas I've eaten outside of Italy. I've visited a lot of Italian restaurants but a pizza like this... Boom taste explosion definitely! Go back to my beloved city of Ulm at any time!

The best pizza from Ulm. No radius 100km. Guys you have to go there, it's some kind of dream. I've eaten out about 10 times now and each time it's an experience that I'll only be talking about for three days. It's enough if you look at the pictures on the internet under DelTufo. An explosion in your mouth that will make you remember this for several days. Keep it up!!!! P.S and the dessert was the absolute bombeeeee

A relatively simply designed restaurant, located a little out of the way. But with a large selection of different pizza creations. And the pizza dough is really something special: long dough and a particularly fluffy, loose consistency. A real culinary experience! And the service was attentive and friendly.

Extremely tasty pizza, but unfortunately a rip off. Were a larger group of 10 people. We were offered something as a starter, but if we asked, it was on the house. We didn't even know what we were getting. (Some bread and a few slices of sausage and cheese) The big surprise when paying is that you have to pay the starter on the house and at an absolutely outrageous price. That's why we don't go there anymore.

Based on a recommendation, I ordered a pizza to pick up. I was a minute late and the pizza was already ready. Unfortunately it had already cooled down by then. But it didn't affect the taste at all. The pizza was really delicious. It wasn't the last pizza I ate there! 10 out of 10!!

After a long convertible tour, we checked into the Leonardo Hotel as a stopover and wanted to grab something quick to eat around the corner. Although the restaurant was mega full, the super friendly boss made everything possible and gave us a wonderful evening. The food was so delicious and a friendliness that you rarely experience anymore. And that despite the restaurant being full. Perfetto, gracie!!!

Small pizzeria in Ulm. Unfortunately, parking spaces are rare. But you enter the pizzeria and you forget the smell on the street outside. We love Italian pizza and have been to many good ones in Italy. And this is one of them for me. The only thing that put us off was the thick border in the pictures. But after the first bite of that fluffy crust, it was forgotten. Precisely. It is very thin in the middle and cannot be compared with the pizzas that are ordered. The dough smells wonderful and will definitely rest for a long time before being used.

After a report on TV, we decided to drive the 130km to Ulm to see for ourselves. IT'S WORTH IT!!! We made a reservation a day in advance and were immediately informed that we had 1.5 hours to eat. From the welcome to the “See you next time” it was a fantastic hour and a half! Bruschetta as a starter, delicious pizzas, a great espresso and an excellent panna cotta. Ingredients/toppings on the pizza that you rarely get (bresaola, yellow tomatoes, burrata). We will definitely come back!! One and a half hour vacation in Italy 😃!

Ich kam mir zwei hungrigen Kleinkindern und zwei anderen Erwachsenen an. Da es mega gut besucht war, wies man uns darauf hin, dass es dauern kann und wir bekamen eine Vorspeise, die eigentlich für 3 Personen gedacht war nun aber für 5 Personen und das jedoch zum selben, günstigeren Preis für Drei. Die Pizzen kamen dann sogar noch schneller als gedacht mit klasse sympathischen Service. Der Pizza Teig war so fluffig, dass ich mich am liebsten reingelegt hätte. Die Auswahl ist grandios! Es gibt beispielsweise Kurbiscremes und Zucchini Pesto als Bodenbelag und vieles mehr. Genauso sieht es mit den Toppings aus. Hier wird Pizza wirklich zelebriert. Man spürt die Liebe zur Tradition und schmeckt den frischen Wind der einfallsreichen Küche mit modernem Touch. Die Zusammenstellungen sind kreativ und ein Gedicht. (Ohne Übertreibung). Das Preis Leistungsverhältnis ist bombe! Wenn man bedenkt, dass man in Baden-Württembergs bester Pizzeria speist, die den Spagat zwischen mega Auswahl und exquisitem Geschmack hinbekommt, dann ist das fast schon erstaunlich, dass die Preise so konkurrenzfähig sind. Since it was extremely busy, we were told that it could take a while and we were given a starter that was actually intended for three people but was now for five people and at the same, cheaper price for three. The pizzas came even faster than expected with great, friendly service. The pizza dough was so fluffy that I wanted to eat it. The selection is terrific! For example, there are pumpkin creams and zucchini pesto as a base and much more. It looks the same with the toppings. Pizza is truly celebrated here. You can feel the love for tradition and taste the fresh breeze of imaginative cuisine with a modern touch. The compilations are creative and a poem. (Without exaggeration). The price-performance ratio is bomb! When you consider that you are dining in Baden-Württemberg's best pizzeria, which manages the balancing act between mega selection and exquisite taste, then it is almost astonishing that the prices are so competitive. Just wow. My absolute invincible favorite pizzeria. If you don't eat here, it's your own fault :)

Walked into the restaurant 10 minutes ago without a reservation . We were denied a spot saying it is fully reserved. We opted for take-away anyways not thinking much about it.They probably thought we do not understand German. As we were walking out with our order we heard the waitress offer a seat to another couple who did not have a reservation. DISCRIMINATIVE BEHAVIOUR AND EXTREMELY UNFRIENDLY STAFF!!! And to think we drove 45 minutes for this Extremely disappointed

I've actually been to a few pizzerias, I would say, but no one can come close to this pizzeria - none in Germany, not even in Italy (even if it sounds unrealistic) but Francesco triggers something in me in terms of taste that I haven't described myself. This is a pizza that I describe as “a piece of Italy” and am grateful that it is right around the corner from me. Grazie mille Del Tufo Ulm for the food, for the service and for the ambience!

Well... After a long search for parking, the restaurant is in the middle of a construction site. The pizzas were okay and looked appealing. But I've also had better pizzas. It's really nice to sit outside, especially. Unfortunately the service was subpar. We were only allowed to occupy the table for a maximum of 1.5 hours but we waited almost an hour just for the pizza. Hardly anyone came after we had eaten and they didn't want to serve us dessert (apparently that would have taken 1.5 hours). I won't go there again. It was too expensive for me.

The pizza is amazing! Really delicious pizza, an absolute taste experience. I had a pizza with homemade truffle cream, an absolute delight for every truffle lover. Nice and funny staff, unfortunately the location is a bit small, you should definitely make a reservation.

I was there for the first time with two friends and got a table on the terrace. It was very busy and we had to wait about 40 minutes for food. But it was very entertaining. Unfortunately our order was lost but the service was on the ball and noticed it. Pizza was very tasty. Dough aromatic and soft and topping very tasty. If you love pizza you have to go there. Can only recommend it. I'll probably see you there often.

The pizzas are incredibly delicious. Every guest we observed smiles while eating the pizza. The ingredients such as burrata, ham, mushrooms, truffles are of great quality and it tastes great. The team is in a good mood even when things are stressful. The restaurant is well attended. The atmosphere is very warm. The drinks are carefully selected. You can feel a lot of passion and taste. Very tasty food, great pizza. Service took a while, but the restaurant was full. Lots of walk-in customers who just pick up pizza. Some tables are completely exposed to drafts, but that's really the only thing that can be described as a drawback. Yes, some of the tables are cramped, but I don't find that to be a drawback like others do, I actually find it comfortable.

The shop was packed, even though we hadn't made a reservation, the landlord quickly gave us two more seats. Service very friendly and attentive. We were also immediately informed that the pizza would take about 50 minutes because the shop was so full. We ordered vegan antipasti and were very disappointed at how little was offered for €19. Pizza was good Service 3 points because we were 2 families 4 adults 3 children I called wanted to reserve 7 seats and when the man on the phone heard the children he said they had no seats available and after 5 minutes my wife called and Of course, the children didn't want to reserve 7 places, oops, and suddenly they had free places. That's not possible because of 3 points

We had made a reservation for 3 people at Del Tufo. It was very busy and we had to wait about 5 minutes for our table. Unfortunately there was nothing free outside and we were temporarily seated at a spread-out table in a corner of the interior. We waited a very long time for the food, about 1 hour. Almost at the same time as we were eating, a small group of people arrived and were seated around us in the corner of the restaurant. She wasn't happy about us sitting there because she wanted to keep to herself. The waiter then said in Italian to the closed group (as he thought we didn't understand) that we would be leaving soon anyway, even though we had only just received our food. A short time later we were asked to move outside (where it was now dark) or to leave. Service was a disaster, but the food was very tasty.

Habe mich völlig ausgehungert auf einen Besuch dieses doch prima bewerteten Restaurants gefreut. Etwa eine Stunde nach meiner Bestellung wurde eine ausladende Pizza serviert, deren Boden schlapp und von unten fast in Gänze schwarz war. Völlig zu Kohle verbrannten Stellen habe ich entfernt. Beim Bezahlen an der Kasse wurde ich von dem betreffenden Mitarbeiter gefragt, ob ich zufrieden sei. War ich nicht. In Reaktion auf meine kritische Antwort (wie oben), wurde ich von ihm belehrt, dass er für meine Kritik nicht zuständig sei. Ich solle mich bitte direkt an die Küche wenden. Ich sagte, dass ich ganz einfach nicht mehr wieder kommen werde. Wirklich sehr enttäuschend. Möchte noch erwähnen, dass die vorher für mich zuständige Servicekraft freundlich und bemüht war.

We were there with 5 people and 1 toddler. First of all, it was hard to get to the table with the stroller because the tables are all very narrow. We had to move benches and chairs aside so we could get to our table. The rush at 5 p.m. was enormous, which is why we had to wait a relatively long time for our order. Unfortunately a pizza was forgotten. When asked where the pizza was, they just apologized briefly and walked away. 30 minutes later the last pizza arrived. There was nothing more than an apology. This pizzeria is probably also suffering from a lack of staff, as the waitresses seemed very stressed and overwhelmed. The only positive thing was the pizza. Starter far too expensive. You can argue organic all you want, 2 scoops of mozzarella and a handful of tomatoes for €13 is definitely too much.

I'm actually a huge fan of Del Tufo, but was very disappointed by the staff on my last visit. I found a fingernail-sized stone on my pizza (with arugula) because the arugula had apparently not been washed properly. This can always happen, which is why I reported it and said I would still eat my pizza after removing the stone. The answer from the waiter (and later the bartender) was a dry “All right, thanks for the info”. An apology would have been more than appropriate (despite the stress as the restaurant was full...) It's a shame because the pizza is actually very tasty!

I didn't believe it when people told me it was the best pizza in Ulm. Pizza is pizza and usually always tastes great. So I'm blown away and from the waiter, to the drinks and the food, everything was top. And I even have to correct the statement: not only is it the best pizza in town, I've never had better pizza.

Definitely worth a visit!!!!! Great selection of different pizzas...... Super nice young man in service!!! Despite the downpour and guests fleeing from the patio with seating inside, he kept his nerve and smiled away the situation. The entire staff is very attentive! We would be given friendly advice and service. The prices are super fair! I felt a bit like I was on vacation while sitting in this restaurant!! We will be back definitely!

The pizza is very tasty and we've been there to eat there a few times, but after our last visit we were a bit disappointed and annoyed that you couldn't respond to the guest at all!! We were placed directly at the open entrance door, the windows were all tilted, which made it quite drafty. After a while it was very cold and uncomfortable. We asked to close the door, but were simply refused… “It doesn’t work” we were told. A little later we asked again to get another table since we were sitting in a passage. This was also rejected on the grounds that they were completely booked!! This statement was of course not correct, as a table in the back area would have still been free at the exact time we were there!! Unfortunately I'm very disappointed and think it's a real shame, but I won't visit this restaurant again.
