Pros: Fast delivery and nice supplier Cons: Ordered pizza for 9.50. The toppings were next to the pizza. Despite fast delivery, cold and tasteless. Plus it wasn't cut. I've never had such a bad pizza in Ulm before

Food arrived after 30-40 minutes but was definitely not worth the wait. The pizza was at kebab store level, unfortunately quite doughy and cold. The Aglio Olio came with rigatoni instead of spaghetti and definitely didn't even come into contact with garlic. The onion rings were catastrophic, barely fried and totally soggy. Too bad

I ordered Panna Cota as a desert. It came like this it was not even eatable and it was smelling really bad. I paid for this 6.50€.

Update: I contacted the business and they sent a replacement, which looked much better and was delicious. Thanks to them for the good service. I am also uploading pictures of the second calzone. Previous review: I just got the food I ordered from this restaurant. I am surprised they sent it to me so burned. At this point it isn't only a quality issue, but a safety concern. I liked this restaurant very much. 😔

Delivery was on time. For three out of six pizzas we couldn't taste what kind of pizza it was supposed to be. Two were very dark and the dough in all of them was as chewy as chewing gum. Except for the tuna pizza, the pizzas were pretty sparsely topped, but we got six pizzas for 60 euros, which is okay in terms of price.

Delivery taking a little longer (which it’s happening) but when i called to ask what’s happened a little rude voice said to me that the driver was on the adress and he go becouse there was no one. Saying to me that he will send him again and to go downstairs and wait like i write it like a extra comment in my order that downstairs is closed and he have to call me !!! Next time little better organsation and reading will be not bad. However he came after i wait for him 16 minutes and smoke 2 cigarettes but at the end unfortunately someone forgot to take my fanta with the order which costs money… the driver try to save the day like he wants to give me hims 330ml warm Cola which was polite but not excuse the situation … however that was the part with the service. When we are talk about the food maybe i eat before and years last time from Bella missa and the quality was top. Today someone have to go to some training because first of all schrimp and garnelen are two different things. Second: the nudeln was minimum 25 min in water and was tasteless without salt without nothing. Pizza Brötchen with Thunfisch was good but almost without Thunfisch. The other pizza was good nothing Special. Im not from the persons who write comments but for the next time I expect for 50 euros to have something good and on time …Thanks

Best pizza in Ulm, fast delivery

Ordered 3x pasta and 1x pizza. Parmesan was not delivered for the pasta dishes even though it was paid for. Also, the pasta dish didn't taste that good. Since when does Quattro Formaggi sauce contain vegetable broth? The sauce didn't taste like a QF sauce at all, more like a ready-made sauce. Unfortunately, the edge of the pizza was also charred. Unfortunately not recommended.

Waiting for hours for pizza... You should order when you're not hungry

Delicious pizza at a fair price. The Bolognese pizza is recommended. But you can also get noodles here.

When I ordered it said delivery would be in 20-30 minutes, but the order arrived after 1 hour and 30 minutes

Ordered at 7:20 p.m. and received the food at 9:27 p.m. Called at 9 p.m. and asked and was reassured that it would only take 10 minutes. Salad Buonissima is unfortunately not recommended and is an absolute standard salad. Pizza special was good.

On recommendation, tried the delivery service. For pizzas there were noticeably high surcharges for extras (garlic €2.40), which wasn't there at all (for 2 pizzas!) €4.80 for two extra garlic and then you forgot, no go! All pizzas are doughy, too much and fake cheese, like rubber and taste like cardboard. Same with the pasta, so it failed. Ordering online went smoothly, instead of 45 minutes it took 50-55 minutes, completely fine, especially for Sunday evening. So everything was good, but the food wasn't good at all. We won't order again.

Highly Recommended! The order was placed quickly and easily and the pizza was ready for pickup on time. The smell when I opened the box was simply heavenly. The pizza was hot, fresh and incredibly tasty - just the way I love it. I am really impressed with the quality and service from Bella Misa. I will definitely come back and can only recommend it to everyone. 5 Stars! (I would also give 6 stars if there was a stamp card ;) )

I ordered pizza rolls with salami, very tasty. But you could possibly add 1 slice of salami more for 9€, there were even pieces without it. Pizza was also very tasty 😋

Tach. I just ordered pasta. Pasta with spinach, garlic and cream sauce. As an extra salmon. Yes salmon is expensive, but not this one. But honestly, people. We know everything has become more expensive, but the extra salmon costs 3 euros. There was a crumb in it. A crumb. So nothing. Otherwise yes pasta, cream and frozen spinach. For 15 euros this is awesome. Sorry, that's a disgrace. Just pasta, cream sauce and a bit of spinach and salmon just a crumb. Well then...Bye

Varied food, good pizza and pasta dishes, always delivered on time and hot. I am very happy to have found such a quality pizzeria.

We can't rate the ambience because we ordered it but it was delivered very quickly and the food was great. Today we ordered something again, it took half an hour longer. The pizza wasn't cut properly. The taste was just average😔

Pizza was good. I ordered Pizza Funghi. It was one of the best pizzas I've ever eaten. Service was pretty quick. But I think due to excessive load they couldn't help with menu selection. This prevented me from giving five stars for the service. There was no option to eat at tables in and around the store. I think it's because of the orders from outside. That's why I gave the ambience a low rating. I think the prices are ok. I was there for dinner on February 25, 2024.

The food is overpriced and absolutely not tasty for the price, you could eat my Tk. The driver seemed nice at first, but as he drove away and we were still standing outside, he seemed like a psychopath because he drove past us too aggressively. Something like that could have quickly caught the eye!

Delivery time was 40 minutes. Completely fine in the evening. The dishes with cream sauce (four cheese and spinaci) were so oversalted that I could have put them back in the salt tax. I usually always have to eat with salt because I prefer a lot of it, but there was a crunching noise when I was eating because of the salt, something went terribly wrong! Unfortunately we couldn't eat them either. The Bolognese had some of that Bolognese from Barilla, for example, in a jar... the mushrooms in it were fresh. They were normal dishes with a lot of ready-made sauces, I assume based on consistency and such. Only the Tisamisu gets a 5/5.

Half an hour before the end of the day the boys brought me food.. super nice and special requests are not immediately denied, thank you very much :)

gemischter Salat zu Mittag geholt. Eine Schüssel voll Eisberg Salat, Tomate, Gurke und ein fertiges (zu wenig dazu) Balsamico Dressing aus dem Metro. Insgesamt 9,- EUR! Nein Danke. Viel zu teuer - da ist man bei der grünen Insel oder beim Dean & David deutlich besser bedient.

Bestellt über Lieferando. Habe über 2h gewartet um dann eine fast kalte Pizza in durchweichtem Karton zu bekommen. Der Boden war zäh und geschmacklich war das Ganze nicht einmal mittelmäßig. Der Belag wirkte auch nicht ganz frisch. Würde am liebsten 0 Sterne geben. Nie wieder...

Mittlerweile seit 1 Jahr Stammkunde, bester Lieferservice in Ulm. Wurde noch nie enttäuscht, vielen Dank für anhaltende Qualität an das Bella Misa Team. Bravo

Kleiner Lieferservice, aber OHO. Nudeln sind immer perfekt al dente und jede Pastaart schmeckt einfach hervorragend. Die Pizza ist immer Punkt genau im Ofen und nie verbrannt. Auf Kunden Wünsche gehen die Jungs immer ein. Die Lieferungen sind immer schnell und das Essen immer warm. Die Angebote sind top das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis super. Mach weiter so Malaka’s.

Bei den Jungs hab Ich gelernt das „Kunde ist König“ nicht nur eine Redewendung in der Gastronomie ist. Ich würde auch 10 Sterne geben wenn möglich. Große Klasse was Ihr da auf die Beine gestellt habt ehrlich. Weiter so!

Wir sind öfters da und lassen auch immer wieder mal liefern. Bisher waren wir immer sehr zufrieden! Sie sind für meinen Geschmack genau richtig würzig und schmackhaft, bei den Pizzas ist der Boden dünn und kross und der Belag genau richtig dosiert. Verbrannt, trocken, kalt oder durchgeweicht kenne ich hier nicht. Die Gerichte werden immer frisch zubereitet, kommen also auch bei längeren Lieferzeiten heiß an. Wenn's länger dauert, dauert es meiner Erfahrung nach aber meist kürzer als angegeben. Wenn wir liefern lassen, rufen wir aber tatsächlich lieber an, weil wir so in einem freundlichen und netten Gespräch schneller bestellen können als irgendwo durch eine Bestellmaske zu klickern. Die Sitzmöglichkeit beschränkt sich vor Ort nur auf ein paar Tische draußen und sind eher Straßencafé als Restaurant, was für uns aber völlig in Ordnung ist und auch mehr unserem Stil entspricht. Wir gehen ja wegen der Pizza und der Panino hin, nicht wegen der Deko.

Ich habe in Ulm fast jede Pizzeria schon durch, aber das hier war anders. Es ist in Ulm meiner Meinung nach die BESTE Pizza. Der Teig fluffig und sehr sehr lecker. Der Belag frisch was will man bei einer Pizza mehr?

Wir haben Essen ins Hotel liefern lassen. Das Essen war nach 40 min schon da (schneller als angegeben). Die Pizza Chicken Barbecue war der Hammer! Alles andere was bestellt wurde war auch super. Würde jederzeit wieder bestellen.

Wirklich sehr gute Pizza. Es fehlt eigentlich nur Kartenzahlung. Ich hoffe sehr, dass die Qualität gehalten wird und nicht geschludert wird, sobald viele Pizzen abgenommen werden. Ist aktuell meine Pizzaria der Wahl in Ulm. Man fährt die Italo Schiene, aber die Betreiber sind Türken. Ist eigentlich komplett egal, aber irgendwie auch nicht nötig auf Italiener zu machen.

Super lecker, wirklich. Von Pasta bis Pizza alles schmeckt. Die Lieferung geht auch ganz schnell. Wirklich sehr zu empfehlen. Wir bestellen nur dort. Im Umkreis kann keiner mithalten.

Die besste Pizza in Ulm & Umgebung. Nicht zu labrig und auch nicht zu hart. Preislich sehr sehr gut mit frischen Zutaten belegt und einer gut gewürzten Tomatensauce.

Die absolut besten Nudeln und Pizzabrötchen weit und breit. Bestelle hier regelmäßig und das Essen kommt immer heiß und pünktlich. Immer wieder gerne.

Bestelle mind. 2 mal die woche bei bella misa und kann mich nicht beschweren immer freundlich am telefon und immer schnelle Lieferung das essen ob Nudeln oder Pizza auch immer sehr gut kann ich nur weiterempfehlen
