Unfortunately, we got a larger sushi box that wasn't expired according to the label - but the sushi & maki & nigiri were completely inedible and smelled terrible 😖 and pretty much ruined our desire for Japanese food in the long term & were immediately thrown away and we We then informed Eat Happy's customer service 😏 and sent photos and had to answer many questions. It was said in April '22 that at least the purchase price would be refunded (approx. Euro 25.00 winter box) and we would receive a voucher, but when we asked repeatedly we didn't even get a response! That's really quite embarrassing 🙈 for a company like this and there's no question of "customer service"! Since then we have definitely NOT bought any more sushi boxes from Eat Happy 🤷🏼‍♀️ Thank you - but we are “served” ☹️

I went there because I thought there was a huge selection of mochis 😀... there was a chest with mochis nothing more, which was actually even worse, behind the chest there was a counter behind which an employee was sitting on the floor and not even When he saw me he stood up! The mochis were super tasty but absolutely overpriced for the size, they are quite small, but I have to say go for the salted caramel mochis, they are just awesome!

I often get sushi here, it's always fresh and tastes great. The prices are reasonable, it's freshly prepared and it's not cheap supermarket sushi. So far there has always been a sufficient selection of vegetarian and vegan options

Sushi box for €14.99 bought on October 21st. No soy sauce, no wasabi! No chopsticks. Avoda was not edible as it was hard as rock! What was wrong with the person who prepared this! That's a disgrace!

I tried 3 times and it's not good. I don't understand why people continue to buy these products.

Not sure what's the point of having separate staff for this, it's just regular old frozen packaged sushi. Not that there's anything wrong with that... But the REWE could just sell these items without having an "Eat Happy" nested inside it. It's just odd.

Eat happy is a sushi stand in the Rewe supermarket. It was actually quite good, and it was also practical to take with you. Until now it was a good tradition to pick up some inside-out salmon rolls with avocado when doing your weekly shopping. But in the last few months things have gotten worse and worse. Either the rice was completely overcooked or not quite cooked through. In addition, the rolls are careless and poorly rolled and there are gray avocado pieces in them or dry pickled ginger that looks unappetizing. Sometimes you also have an unpleasant gurgling stomach after eating it. And the price is already demanding for this quality. It's a shame we're breaking with our tradition from now on, sushi from Eat Happy is no longer in the shopping basket

Product labeled vegan was not vegan. Rolls contained cream cheese, the ingredient list did not contain a vegan cream cheese alternative. I think this is a shame and has taken away my trust in eat happy.
