I ordered food for delivery here and had to wait THREE hours until I was finally told that my order had been “studied” but that I couldn’t order anything because it was now too late. Do you make your customers wait hungry for three hours only to cancel? No call, no information – absolutely unacceptable. If you don't have the capacity, please say so immediately and not after hours of waiting!

Despite reservations everything was totally chaotic. None of the staff knew where to go. Unfortunately, the food arrived every 5 to 10 minutes, which was very annoying since we were there as a small group. The food was excessively greasy and not tasty. The refrigerators are in the middle of the entrance, which I don't think is nice because there was a big queue there and I couldn't really get to it. Dessert was also an absolute disaster. Nothing freshly made, everything bought cheaply. The shop is really poorly done, copied too much from others and hasn't developed its own proper system.

For us 5* We ordered there for the first time. Food super tasty and delivered hot! Delivery took just under 40 minutes, okay for about 5 km. The edamame are super tasty and the chicken is well breaded and juicy. The driver was extremely friendly and earned a good tip. We will definitely order there again
