Die besten Restaurants mit Steakhaus Essen in Sachsen-Anhalt

Der Ort des Restaurants ist historisch geprägt, die in den 30er Jahren erbaute Kaserne wurde von der NVA und Bundeswehr genutzt, um später Teil des im Jahr 2011 eröffneten Golfparks zu sein. Das im Souterrain gelegene Steakhaus „Hugos“ besticht von Beginn an mit Charme und gefühlter Häuslichkeit. Das Couvert in dem nicht zu großen Gastraum mit halboffener Küche strahlt Natürlichkeit und Eleganz aus. Die Speisekarte lässt das Grillherz hochschlagen, von Rumpfsteak über Dry Aged bis Surf and Turf ist alles dabei. Hochwertige Beilagen und Dips können gesondert geordert werden. Die in der Karte eigens beschriebenen Garstufen werden eingehalten. Die Speisen, in diesem Fall ein Rinderfilet mit einer Pfefferjus, als auch der bestellte Rotwein, müssen qualitativ als hervorragend beschrieben werden. Der Service war gut, beim Rotweinservice war man bemüht: Die den Wein prüfendende Person, der sogenannte Degustant, erhält sein Glas zuletzt gefüllt. Das mag etwas anmaßend klingen, doch bei einem derartigen Preissegment sollte eine derart tradierte Geschmacksprobe fehlerfrei funktionieren. Dennoch dürfte das Steakhaus „Hugos“ das mit Abstand beste Restaurant der Stadt sein. Erwähnenswert ist zudem die Bar im angrenzenden Raum, denn diese stammt aus Berlin. Im Jahr 1987 wurde mithilfe von japanischen Geldgebern und schwedischen Ingenieuren das „Grand Hotel“, Ecke Friedrichstraße, errichtet. Eine Nobel-Herberge, die es noch heute, leicht verändert, gibt. Die originale Bar, inclusive Bestuhlung, stand zum Verkauf und ist nun vielleicht die gemütlichste Bar in Sachsen-Anhalt.

The food came after 90 minutes, but we said we had time. The food was freshly prepared and tasty and good value for money. So always happy. It was our third visit and definitely not our last.

It was our first time at the steakhouse and we were super satisfied! We were served quickly and friendly and didn't have to wait long for drinks, starters and main courses. We had bruschetta and the meat platter for 2 people. The taste was great and the price was absolutely right.

We love Indian cuisine so I can only relate to these dishes. We like being here, feel comfortable and get very tasty food. The menu also includes many other dishes such as crocodile, kangaroo and ostrich or steaks.

The food was very, very tasty, we had bruscetta as a starter and a grilled plate as a main course, the meat was very tender, but unfortunately we were missing a bit of aioli or other side dish, there was only a bit of herb butter on top. the price for a main course and starter with 2 Drinks were honestly expensive.

Rejected extremely rudely. We asked for 2 places. The boss said there would be something available until 8 p.m. We thought about it for a moment and said we would take the seats. Then he replied that he doesn't have anything free anymore. I would like the store to be properly dusted. Service above all else.

Very friendly service and a nice atmosphere. The composition of the dishes is unusual, but that makes it all the more interesting. From schnitzel to exotic stories like crocodile steak, there is something for every taste.

The restaurant seemed like a large hall to me. There are no smaller, cozy corners where you can feel cozy as a couple. The food was well prepared, just not everything was eaten. The price was also a bit higher class. But it's normal with steak. The other dishes were also a bit more expensive. I ate salmon. Everything that was on it could have been a little spicier.

You can recognize a good restaurant by the quality of the simple dishes. A schnitzel with fried potatoes reveals a lot about the cuisine. Everything is just right here. Schnitzel "handmade" and not from a retort, fried potatoes with the rating "genius" and the sauce... I've eaten a lot, but this was really top notch for a long time. In addition, there is friendly and, above all, very quick service. There is nothing more to expect.

Had reserved for my wife and I, which I would at least recommend, as several guests unfortunately had to be sent away because nothing was available. We got the menu and our drinks pretty quickly. The food came quite quickly and tasted really good. The ambience is a matter of taste, it's not bad, a bit dark
