The food was generally good. I had the Argentinian skillet. The taste was ok but the meat (pork + beef) was quite tough. You could count the mushrooms. According to her, my friend's schnitzel was ok, but the fries weren't enough for this price. The men had the giant mixed grill once with fries and once with fried potatoes. Nothing was huge and it wasn't even hot. Full is different. Unfortunately. The waiter really tried hard. I just wonder if he was thinking about the well-being of the guests or so that more would be ordered... Last but not least, the invoices were not issued correctly. Excuse me? None! We sorted it out between ourselves. Conclusion: we won't be coming back.

I went to the steakhouse for the first time with my husband for Ramadan Ifar dinner. Unfortunately we didn't like the restaurant at all. The service hadn't set our table and so we had to call someone 4/5 times to bring us starters, an empty salt mill, pepper and sauces. Our main course came very late, the whole restaurant had already finished their food. Our fries only arrived after our burgers were pretty much eaten. And even though we had made it clear that we were dissatisfied, the waitress explained that they work according to order (although other tables that came later also received their food on time). The atmosphere had something of a beer hall, the prices were rather high-class, but there were bags of ketchup and mayo. I had the steak burger, the meat was ok, the ingredients in the burger were soggy and didn't fit at all in my opinion. My husband had a burger with a double patty, which was also a big disappointment in terms of taste. The patties were almost black, dry and not freshly fried. For dessert there was baklava. That was good. All in one: unfortunately no effort or interest was made for us. The owner (I think that was him) also noticed that we had to wait a long time. But he hasn't really done anything. In my opinion, anyone who charges high prices also has to deliver in terms of service, taste and customer satisfaction. Then I would come again and again. In this case it was probably the only and last time.

The food was good. Overall, it was a bit pricey, especially if you wanted to order a side salad separately with a full meal.

Steak and pork tenderloin were very good. Staff nice, but could ask for drinks more often. Price is okay.

We were served quickly, delicious dishes on the menu, I had pumpkin soup with seeds and pumpkin seed oil, which tasted very good. Afterwards cappuccino, great and crème brulee for dessert. Would come again.

As a group of hoteliers, we stayed at the Titanic Gendarmenmarkt Hotel and had dinner in the restaurant area, the Beef Grill Club. Unfortunately, our experience there was a complete disappointment. The service was a disaster - orders were mixed up and food wasn't served for two hours. The meat dishes were not prepared to the desired degree of doneness and there were significant errors in the order of the dishes: salads were only served after the main course, and the side dishes only arrived after the main courses were already on the table. This massive service glitch completely ruined our dinner. We hope Hasir Restaurants will fix such issues in the future and improve the standard.

The three of us had dinner this evening and were very satisfied. The waiter was friendly and attentive. The food tasted good and came to the table quickly. Thanks for the bruschetta and grappa on the house. We'd love to come back.

My son and I recently dined at Hanedan. Beforehand there was delicious toasted bread with dip. Our selected dishes were both very tasty, the meat was on point, and the portions were really big enough. The service was friendly and discreet in the background. We'd love to come back.

Very surprised at the quality of the food here. The chefs are extremely good, better than most other restaurants we ate at and the service is as fantastic!

We ordered today and were given a delivery time of 70 minutes. After 2 hours we called to see if the order had been lost. Apparently the driver was already on the way. From this time we had to wait another 15 minutes. And then finally the order came, the pizza was great! Dark and the wishes are not taken into account. That's too bad

Smoking is permitted in one area of ​​the restaurant. A matter of taste! Loud acoustics Very simple food but the prices are rather high. The vegetables were completely overcooked. Vegetarian options are hardly offered there. Waiter was nice & attentive Would not visit/recommend the restaurant again!
