The menu is misleading… We ordered a mix platter 142 und only got 8 tapas instead of 12. It says 143 Arkade - 8 tapa,8grosse warme & 4 groß kalte. Keine Auswahl Meaning the & in the menu I’m expecting 12 tapas . 8 warm and 4 cold

Im Cheeseburger war nicht frischer Salat drinnen und der Käse war nicht zerlaufen! Das war jetzt schon das 2.mal so. Ich werde hier nichts mehr bestellen.!!

Para empezar, el propietario ha hecho que Google intente retirar cualquier crítica o crítica negativa sobre la comida y la calidad. Es importante destacar que los platos del menú que están marcados como vegetarianos son de hecho aquellos que contienen pescado según lo informado por el personal. Usted puede comprar un arroz frito en solo una opción más grande que el personal dice que es "vegetariano". Tendrías que ser valiente para preguntar sobre veganos y no tiene sentido dado lo grosero que es el servicio al cliente. Le daría estrellas negativas o informaría a las autoridades.

Am Freitag den 13.03.20 waren wir gegen 15:30 (Kaffeezeit) bei Leonhard's. Die Kaffeemaschine war defekt, es gab lauwarmer Kaffee aus der Warmhaltekanne und das zum vollen Preis. Die Kuchenauswahl war mangelhaft , es gab nur ein paar Kuchenschnitten auf Teller verteilt und ein nicht definierbarer Kirschkuchen, teuer und schlechte Qualität (schmeckte nach nichts !), allerdings Preise wie beim Konditor. Die Sitzmöglichkeiten und Tische waren dann die Krönung , bedeutet die Essensreste vom Frühstück und Mittagessen lagen rum , Staub wird wohl nur einmal im Jahr gewischt. Alles in allem keine empfehlung , besser meiden !!!

Apparently it's the same operator as the Indian snack bar "New Deli", but both have the same menu layout. In this case, diversity does not necessarily speak for both institutions. The pricing is also identical, but the quality of the food tasted does not keep up. The vegetarian fried egg noodles with seasonal vegetables (nothing but carrots, carrots, gelweriewe or whatever you want to call the orange vegetables!) were bland, oily and completely disappointing. Even the low price of €3.50 doesn't save this. You're not exactly full of energy afterwards either. (as of 05/2016)

Food is actually good but the service is too slow. There were 4 people working there and we were the only customers. However it took forever to get our food. Food was well seasoned. I would just change the presentation of the food, which made us hesitate at first. The food in the counter also did not look appetizing, so again, can be fixed with better presentation of the plates. Prices are reasonable.
