The fish platter was the absolute highlight – fresh, varied, and prepared with true Andalusian flair. We felt like we were in a carbonera! For a sweet finish, there was a wonderfully creamy Crema Catalana – heavenly! And the Andalusian caramel liqueur at the end perfectly rounded off the evening.
