Extremely unfriendly and rude service, drinks ok. Card payment not possible, nothing about it online. If you don't order shisha, you're in the wrong place, you'll be sold out, and there's nothing about this online either. If you have any questions you only get an annoyed answer and eye rolling from the staff. All in all, terrible experience.

Attention, the owner has changed! 😭 Now shrinkflation has hit completely. From the flatbread quarter to the kebab roll (old owner) to the very thin flatbread third 😭😭! Unfortunately, the quality of the kebab content has also decreased significantly (... and that in the kebab mile❗) For me it was the last time to buy a kebab here. It's actually a shame 😒 From today on the kebab will be prepared by yourself... 👩🏻‍🍳

Great café. I was leaving and had a short time so I went to this café. Extremely nice staff and accommodating as I was a bit picky.

I have never felt so unsafe in a bar in my entire life. During an event I had cut my hand with glas and asked the lady at the door if I could use the bathroom to wash my hand. Once in, I had mistaken the girls’ bathroom with the mens’. Had laugh with the girls in there and moved myself in the direction of the men’s room. I have NO IDEA WHY or whatsover,but suddenly I was surrounded by 4 employees. I was just trying to clean my wound. The men pulled me out and started calling me names in Turkish. I understood every single dirty stuff they said They told me to leave the place and that I would regret it if I would not. Once I was out, the actual owner came up to me and apologised. Saying that it was wrong of his employees to act like that. However, There was NO REASON at all for them to act like that. Whilst he was saying “sorry”, the others came up to me and said they would wait a bit further down the street for me. I AM SORRY BUT WHAT? I have been called all kinds of names, wich I would never dare to use myself. As an apology I have been offered a beer. A DAMN BEER. Avoid this toxic place

Very bad, I was there today and the cheeky employee added €4 to the bill as a tip even though I told him that I wanted to pay the certain amount. Very disrespectful and cheeky. I liked going to this shisha bar but from today onwards I won't be there anymore. Before you hire employees, you should know whether they are respectful towards the customers. It is not necessary to pay a tip, especially if you are not treated well as a customer.

When you order food in advance, you expect delivery on time. But delivery never arrives on time. The food is ok but the delivery is a disaster

"Desert" doesn't quite describe it... it's more of an oasis in lively Prenzl'berg. And one with delicious offers at the time. The sushi doesn't drive past you on conveyors, it's brought to you. And the friendliness is an added bonus, just as fresh as the food. Nothing for cuddling, more for happy discussions, whether indoors or in front of the restaurant under the summer sky!

Nice facility, but that's it. I found the quality to be just average. Overpriced, one would say.

Good views of a little German square, service quick, shisha okay. I think some reviews on here are outdated or peoples standards too high. Great location, great and friendly service, great drinks and shisha. Plenty of options around if it’s not your thing but I’m glad I gave Oscar Lounge a try!!

A place with a nice atmosphere, with a friendly atmosphere and quality service.

I miss this restaurant! It was so delicious and the service was outstanding. Unfortunately, it doesn't seem to have survived the pandemic.

The employee didn't know how to make a cocktail, couldn't read the ingredients on the menu, didn't know what a lime was. Then the employees argued in Bulgarian, so they couldn't even hear me. We were the only customers (late evening on the weekend) 🤦🏻‍♀️
