Pharaos Cafe & Shisha Lounge in Berlin

Worst shisha bar I've ever been to. The staff were unbelievably rude and unprofessional - it honestly felt like they didn't want anyone there. The shisha was absolutely terrible, harsh smoke, bad flavor, and clearly zero effort put into it. Place has no respect for customers, and it shows. Save your time and money - this spot is a complete joke

Everything was great, the service was fast and friendly, it was very good. Thank you, I will come again.

Ordered pizza and mozzarella sticks for pickup. The people there were very friendly and welcoming ❤️, everything tasted absolutely delicious! I'd be happy to come back! ❤️

The shisha was mediocre. Otherwise, there were a lot of illustrious characters in the evening. You don't feel comfortable.

I have never felt so unsafe in a bar in my entire life. During an event I had cut my hand with glas and asked the lady at the door if I could use the bathroom to wash my hand. Once in, I had mistaken the girls’ bathroom with the mens’. Had laugh with the girls in there and moved myself in the direction of the men’s room. I have NO IDEA WHY or whatsover,but suddenly I was surrounded by 4 employees. I was just trying to clean my wound. The men pulled me out and started calling me names in Turkish. I understood every single dirty stuff they said They told me to leave the place and that I would regret it if I would not. Once I was out, the actual owner came up to me and apologised. Saying that it was wrong of his employees to act like that. However, There was NO REASON at all for them to act like that. Whilst he was saying “sorry”, the others came up to me and said they would wait a bit further down the street for me. I AM SORRY BUT WHAT? I have been called all kinds of names, wich I would never dare to use myself. As an apology I have been offered a beer. A DAMN BEER. Avoid this toxic place
