Pizza was very tasty and everything arrived on time. Gladly again.

After we had to wait over 90 minutes on a weekday for 2 pizzas, 2 schnitzels and pizza rolls and asked for the accompanying aioli, the driver ran back to the car and still came back without one and asked us to call Pizza Lord himself. There they explained to me that when you order pizza rolls with garlic sauce you get pizza rolls filled with garlic oil. And no compromise was offered. We paid over €50 for the 5 items and didn't even get a drink or anything else. After the 90 minute wait and 10 minute discussion with the driver, the food was of course not only not hot but not even slightly warm. There was no longer any mention of Frisch here. The schnitzels were already burnt and the fries were also relatively dark. The pizzas were cold, but otherwise ok. We all expected more given the price range. In retrospect, I'm annoyed that I didn't read the reviews beforehand, because they speak for themselves. Too bad.

Endless wait times coupled with staff who seem very overwhelmed. Of course, they make customers wait 10 minutes for a chicken burger. No stars for food and service, as I returned my order receipt and the receipt, asking them to give them away because I didn't get my food in time and had to catch the train. Never again McDonald's. I understand why things are getting worse in Solingen! Perhaps instead of relying on cheap staff, they should try to find employees who aren't at the bottom of society when it comes to organization and oversight. It sounds harsh, but when you pay and leave without food, you know where you stand!

The food was great, the service was nice and the view was a dream. We were there with almost 10 people. Everyone really enjoyed it. So a clear 5/5

Been there on New Year's Eve 2023/2024. That was the first and last time. Pizza didn't arrive until 11:50 p.m....only one pizza maker was there. Pizza wasn't good either. It was a complete rip-off and a scam. It was my worst New Year's Eve ever!

You should only go there as an insider. Not recommended for normal guests.

It's all a huge construction site, it's not even worth going there. Everything looks very dreary and the restaurants are not appealing either. I remembered it from 15 years ago and it was still very beautiful there. It will probably be a long time before the construction site is gone.
