Unfortunately, this was a complete disappointment. I ordered a large mozzarella, tomato, and basil pizza, which not only arrived lukewarm but was also extremely sloppy with the toppings. Three thin slices of tomato and four basil leaves are simply not enough – this has nothing to do with a fresh, high-quality pizza. For the price and the name of the dish, I expected significantly more. I certainly won't be ordering from there again.

Ordered for 12:00, suddenly it's showing as 12:20. Sure, these things happen, but I'm wondering what the point of the 12:00 delivery option is if it's never worked before with the delivery time. I just called and asked if everything was displayed correctly, and all I got was a disinterested "yes," and that was it.

Unfortunately, all I can say is: abysmal. I waited two hours after ordering online. They said 80 minutes, okay. But after two hours, I called to clarify the situation. I have never been treated so rudely by a service provider as I was by Pizza Lord. But apparently, they're doing very well for themselves, otherwise they would treat their customers with more respect. I can't comment on the food, as it never arrived!

I wished the delivery person a nice evening and was about to go upstairs when he suddenly put his foot in the door and opened it again. He said to me, "Why don't you thank me?" As long as this irresponsible driving behavior doesn't change, I will not only record my negative experiences in reviews, but also openly discuss them with friends and acquaintances, as well as at work. I can only advise everyone against ordering from this service – because anyone who does so indirectly bears responsibility if a fatal accident occurs as a result of this behavior.

The food arrived 25 minutes late. We had specifically ordered it for 12:30 so we could eat it during our break. Then the pizza was cold, and our colleagues' burgers were cold too. And two entire meals were missing.

Ordered through their website, delivery time stated as 1 hour. Called after 1.5 hours to ask about the delivery status. They replied, "Oh yes, I was just about to call you – unfortunately, we're out of onions. Would you like something else?" I live less than five minutes from the shop, yet we still had to wait over an hour. The pizzas were cold and dry.

It was more like a tarte flambée than a pizza. There was barely any toppings on it, and the crust was truly inedible. To be honest, we've never tasted such a bad pizza. All three pizzas ended up in the trash, as two of them had a rather pungent sour smell. The delivery time was absolutely fine, but the pizza was completely cold.

We placed our order at 2:07 p.m. on a weekday – well before the advertised lunch special (each pizza for €7.90 until 3 p.m.) ended. However, the delivery didn't arrive until around 3:34 p.m., more than 1.5 hours late, and that was at lunchtime, when people would normally expect less demand. When the pizzas finally arrived, we had to pay full price because, according to the employees, you had to explicitly mention the lunch special over the phone to receive it. However, this "condition" isn't communicated transparently anywhere – neither on the flyer nor when ordering over the phone. This seems dubious and unfriendly to customers. Now for the actual main reason for this review – the pizza itself: In all the years I've tried pizza from various regions and shops, this was by far the worst pizza I've ever eaten – and that's no exaggeration. The pizza wasn't hot, but lukewarm at best. The dough was rock-hard, more like stale, hard bread than a fresh pizza. The crust was tough and dry, and the base was completely deflated – an absolute disaster. Conclusion: Stay away from Pizza Lord! No matter how hungry you are, you'll be disappointed. Long wait times, poor quality, unclear pricing – there are definitely better alternatives.

The pizza is generally really delicious and well-prepared. Delivery was prompt. However, they charge an extra €2.20 for five slices of sucuk. That's really outrageous. Hence the poor rating. One would expect to find one slice of sucuk per slice (=8).

The bill was €20, and I gave the driver a €2 tip, for which he didn't even thank me. Apparently, the employees distributing flyers can't read, otherwise they wouldn't have dropped off advertisements at least five times, despite a clear "No Solicitation" sign. Each time, another reason to definitely NOT order again after the previous bad experience. The advertisements are annoying!

The food and service are excellent. The pizzeria has two bar stools at the counter inside. There are several tables and seating outside, right on the street. A parking lot is right next to the pizzeria. However, the focus is on delivery, so you can have food delivered to your home.

After we had to wait over 90 minutes on a weekday for 2 pizzas, 2 schnitzels and pizza rolls and asked for the accompanying aioli, the driver ran back to the car and still came back without one and asked us to call Pizza Lord himself. There they explained to me that when you order pizza rolls with garlic sauce you get pizza rolls filled with garlic oil. And no compromise was offered. We paid over €50 for the 5 items and didn't even get a drink or anything else. After the 90 minute wait and 10 minute discussion with the driver, the food was of course not only not hot but not even slightly warm. There was no longer any mention of Frisch here. The schnitzels were already burnt and the fries were also relatively dark. The pizzas were cold, but otherwise ok. We all expected more given the price range. In retrospect, I'm annoyed that I didn't read the reviews beforehand, because they speak for themselves. Too bad.

In Hungary we say “ízlés és pofon”, in German “taste and baking whistle”. One advantage that a pizza with pineapple has over pizzas without pineapple is that you don't have to buy dessert or soft drinks with the pizza. I just had a craving for something sweet and the fructose in the pineapple satisfied everything. To get from all the yapping to the actual review: I spontaneously ordered here via Lieferando and checked again on Google after the 4.5☆ rating. Saw photos here on Google with burnt worms and other very appetite-suppressing foods. At that point I was already considering whether I should call and cancel the order - but by then it was already too late. When the pizza arrived, I first did a thorough inspection. The check was positive: no worms, no hair, no wood residue from the OBI on the corner. Only the temperature of the pizza was very weak. There is a detailed explanation below. Last weekend we ordered 2 pizzas and rolls. We think the dough is great. This mixture of white and yellow flour (semolina) is something new. Pizza is brittle, it's awesome. Unfortunately the topping was so salty that the pizza was absolutely inedible. Too bad! The place was full of smoke (2 steaks were grilling and starting to burn). It's a shame that there are only 2 staff in the restaurant. I don't think it's okay when the same person collects the money and then prepares pizza for me to eat. I paid €20.71 and asked for €21 without giving me the remaining money. He just ran away, was unfriendly and also smelled really bad. Respect was something different. I find it an absolute disgrace! So the food was delivered, the driver was initially very friendly and competent... when he had delivered the food and said goodbye, he winked a little unusually and said he was - I quote the driver - you have my number, I'm your man for everything what you need ! .. My daughter and I ate and asked if everything had been sorted out with the boss regarding the cigarettes. The answer I received was that everything was sorted and that he wanted to write to me anyway. But I wasn't supposed to say anything to the boss (which really surprised me again). A short time later my phone rang, very urgent calls one after the other, but I couldn't answer them because I was just putting my daughter to bed. Afterwards I got a voice message from the driver.. he definitely had to come over.. I told him that it was bad because my daughter was sleeping.. He didn't care because he came anyway and rang the bell at the storm and shouted at the same time at. So I opened the door and told him again that my daughter was sleeping and you don't just ring the doorbell at this time. My neighbor had come over to us shortly before and was able to hear everything. Under no circumstances did he want to enter the kitchen to clarify everything, but he pushed and, above all, he pressured me massively and wanted me to come into the stairwell with him.. I denied this, made him aware again that my daughter was sleeping and... my neighbor was sitting in the kitchen.. he didn't care about that either.. he even went so far as to try to kiss me, then I pushed him away and wanted to close the door, he stuck his foot between the door so that I could couldn't close and tried to pull me close again... The whole thing is borderline, no it's not borderline, it was clearly sexual harassment!!! This is absolutely not possible!!! P.S. Pizza delivered 45 minutes late, warm is different. Complaints to the driver were laughed off. Please don't order there anymore. The customer here is just an ass from the service. It's sad that you're trashing last year's standards so much. An apology would have been the least!!! Treating regular customers like this is pathetic!!!
